Rick was very responsive and came the same day to fix our toilet, his rates were the best and he did a great job, We really appreciate his quick help as we were with one less toilet in a crowded house. Highly recommended, will definitely contact him if we have any other plumbing needs at our home!!

Our old water tank heater (not from Jazz) made it to 9 years and finally went kaput. Started leaking from the top. Confirmed with 3 different plumbers that it was it was time to lay it to rest. Thank you for your valiant service, old water heater.

Asked 4 different companies for quotes on tankless water heaters and install. Jazz (also known as Boom) was in the middle. Like Goldilocks - not the most expensive, not the least expensive, but perhaps just right. I chose them because they were by far the most informative, offered a 5 year warranty on labor, and were very responsive.

Aaron C, in particular, is a rockstar. He answered every single question I had. And I had a ton. He was patient, honest, and very clear.

On the day of the install, Chris actually was the one to come out. He, too, was very professional and worked his tail off to get it right.

I went with a Navien NPE-240A2 high efficiency condensing tankless water heater. I did some research and the reviews online seemed good.

Aaron came back because I decided I wanted to add a couple more key components:

1) Recirculating valve kit (navieninc.com/accessorie…). This, in my opinion, is key if you have a decent sized home and you want to be speed up the hot water flow. Aaron installed this in our upstairs bathroom - essentially the part of the house furthest away from the tankless unit

2) NaviLink wifi control system (navieninc.com/accessorie…). This is also a very handy accessory, especially if your tankless unit is hard to access on a regular basis. This essentially is a wireless bridge device that allows you to control the tankless unit from an app on your smartphone. See the attached photo to give you an idea. I will say the app is quirky, not the fault of Jazz. I still think the Navien tankless is a great product, but the app could be much better designed. That said, once you learn how it works and its quirks, it does what you need it to do. The main thing I like is:
   a) being able to turn the unit on/off. Especially if I go on vacation, I can turn it off and be sure it doesn't use gas/electricity.
   b) being able to create/edit a Weekly Schedule. You can choose specific times of day that you want hot water to be 'ready'. We chose shower/bath times. This gives us near instant hot water!

It's only been a few days since the install, but I am very happy. Again, they may not be the cheapest but I think what you're paying for is quality (product and service). I also like that they are local and give a 5 year warranty on labor.

Thank you so much Demetri for showing up quickly for an emergency kitchen plumbing leak. I was able to great service the same day (Sunday of all days). My home warranty company who had over 24 hours couldn't find someone to come out to help me but when I called Plumbing Care they were very helpful and got me in right away and prevented any further damage due to the leak.  Thank you again for the great service.

Steve was quick to respond, on time, and quick to get the job done. He left the area clean and was professional and polite. Would gladly have him over again, should the need arise.

Jason was able to fit us in to a same day open spot to fix a garbage disposal. He requested photos up front so he knew exactly what he'd need to be able to fix the issue ahead of time and quoted us a fair price. He showed up on time, is a very nice guy, and fixed the issue quickly and without any mess. Highly recommend going with Pipeline Plumbing for any plumbing projects! (Also, as this issue came up during the COVID SIP, Jason wore a mask/gloves/booties - thank you for keeping us safe!)

Matthew from After Hours was the only one in the area to quote a fair price and do the job within a 24 hour time frame. He was very respectful, friendly, and even referred us to other companies we need for our home repairs. He noticed other necessary work that needed to be done and gave us a quote and set an  appointment on the spot. So happy we found After Hours!

My husband and I live in his grandparents old house, and his family has been using Pete Fer for years! In our first year of living here, we had two plumbing issues and my mother in law suggested Pete Fer and we had them come out twice and we were very happy with our service.

Very organized business.  Daniel was the plumber assigned for my house and he was excellent.  Professional and extremely knowledgeable.  Kevin who is the dispatcher at monkey wrench is super nice and amazingly responsive.  Answers emails within minutes.  I am very pleased.  They are definitely my go to plumbers from now on.

It's been a long time since I've not been charged for service. The bracket was loose on my garbage disposal and Christian Urbina said he wouldn't charge me for so quick of a job. They came in ready to fix the problem and knew what they were doing.
Give me a low and high end estimate after a couple of pictures.
They showed up on time and did the job in the amount of time they estimated; one hour despite unforeseen setbacks.
I would definitely call them again without any hesitation.

Go ahead. Call other plumbers. Get their inflated quotes. After you're done choking on your spit and deciding whether or not you can skip eating for a week or two so you can pay a plumber to fix your clogged sewer line, call the Rooter Company!

The Rooter Company is responsive, honest, and very thorough. Mark and his crew arrived at the time promised and were very courteous and friendly. The one thing you'll appreciate about Mark is not only his overall demeanor and character as a person but his honest approach and assessment of the pros and cons of each option. Save a little today but pay more down the road? Or bite the bullet and deal with the mess so you don't have to worry about it for a LONG time?  

In our case, since moving into our older home in 2016, we've had to deal with root intrusion in our main sewer line which is made out of clay. Either deal with hydro jetting every few years at about $500 a pop or bite the bullet and pay $10K to re-line the main line and not deal with root intrusion. Still, it's hard to stomach paying the $10K. Despite what other plumbers were quoting, Mark was willing to work with us and figure out a way to save us money and heartache. I won't provide the exact quote but let's just say Mark saved us A LOT of money! And more importantly, saved us needless worry down the road of our main line eventually collapsing and costing us upwards of around $40K+ in the future if the line collapsed due to a portion of the main line going out under our driveway and under a county street.

Was I so lucky to get a plumber who was so knowledgeable.  Here is a master plumber who knows what he is taking about. My problem was a kitchen drain plugged up.  To top it off he is training his assistant with his wealth of knowledge.   Don is very Thorough with analyzing the problem and made sure everything was correct. Clean up was first class , great customer service.

Great work, special exceptions in scheduling, Ryan very professional, promises fulfilled, crew was courteous, I would recommend them to anyone who needs his services. They left our yard looking as good as before all the digging and you wouldn't know they were here. Great company.

I contacted this company based on it's exceptional ratings.  Ray and his Assistant came to my home to install kitchen drain pipe and two angle stops.  They were professional and worked continuously until the job was done.

I called this company they finally came out they checked plumbing to determine how to fix the copper pipe. Anthony the lead plumber said it would be 275.00 to fix. He scheduled me for Wednesday and never showed up, not even a courtesy call. Definitely do NOT recommend this service at all!

Our toilet backed up and it even came up through our tub and I was in total panic mode. I found them on Yelp and they respond so fast and sent someone out within an hour of my request. The worker was nice and efficient, quickly resolving my issue. We just bought the house and need more work to be done and am definitely going to use them again. So pleased with the service.

I should have checked Yelp before trying to use Roto Rooter. I scheduled a technician for an after hours visit to a tenant who was having an emergency plumbing situation. When my tenant told me that the guy hadn't shown up, I called to check and was told they didn't actually have anyone that could see us after all and then that he had gone home sick. This was almost 4 HOURS after the original call to schedule the visit. They should have called to give us a heads up. Really poor customer service. Definitely do not recommend this company.

Had purchased two Moen kitchen faucets from Moran some time ago (2003). One of the faucets is still working and the other is stiff and will not rotate - usable but a nuisance. Our plumber said just replace the two O-rings which look like they are disintegrating. Went into Moran for the O-rings and was surprised at the lack of customer service. Not interested in helping - well it is 17 years old, what do you expect? Buy a new faucet. They did not try to find any suitable O-rings.
Complete lack of service. Very disappointing from a local family-owned business. Back to Home Depot and Amazon.
