Kody is just wonderful to work with!  He showed up exactly on time, and did exactly what was promised.  His work was neat, professional, and he was completely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job.  I couldn't be more satisfied!

It was very easy to make an appointment and they came out the next day. Fixed our problem with the air conditioning very quickly. We got a text with the picture of the technician and he called before he arrived, which was at the earlier end of the time window they told us which was very much appreciated. Pay was also very easy, done on the iPad. Frank was also happy to answer all of our questions and we did not feel rushed. Very happy overall.

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.
