Great plumber. Great response time and amazing work and referrals. Thank you. We had a brand new water heater igniting issue. He's has help us with thermostats and the like. Honest and reasonable priced.

My mother had a problem with her bathroom sink that was exacerbated by another plumber who never showed back up to finish the job he left undone. A friend gave me Steve's number and he was there within an hour. He was professional, quick, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. He fixed the damage done by the incompetent plumber before him, and left my mom very happy. We've recommended him many times over to friends and colleagues. Steve and his assistant are excellent!

Steve and his son are the best. I had no hot water. They came out fixed everything then came back the next day to turn up the water heater ( I didn't know how to do thaNotice a leak fixed that at no extra cost. Steve is so honest and goes above and beyond with a smile.
He has great reviews and deserves them all.

Our toilets and showers started overflowing unmentionable stuff late Friday evening.  We called other plumbers bit could6get anyone to get to our home for hours. Steve and his son came within a few minutes. They snaked our clean out and made sure everything was ok. Best of all they charged a fair price.
Called him back Monday morning because my new washing machine could not be installed because of corroded pipes.  Steve and his son came right on time. They brought everything they needed fix pipes.  They even offered to move old washing machine and replaced with new one. They even ran machine to make sure it worked.
Not only great plumbers, but also awesome human beings!

Came out within the hour on a holiday Friday evening when others on this list said they could come out next week or charge double time for emergency calls on a holiday weekend. Minor garbage disposal replacement. Super fair and friendly. Highly recommend!

Steve was quick to respond, on time, and quick to get the job done. He left the area clean and was professional and polite. Would gladly have him over again, should the need arise.

I had Steve and his son out this morning and he unclogged a kitchen drain.  He also fixed a leaky pipe, rerouted the garbage disposal which was installed incorrectly and replaced a fitting which had been installed with an incorrect connector.  He did all of this efficiently, quickly and was very fairly priced.  I was very pleased and will definitely have him back next time I need any plumbing work done.

He is so nice and does awesome work. He came out same day and was very quick! He unclogged our shower when previous plumbers hadn't because they never would snake the bathroom sink, and come to find out that was the culprit! Very reasonable! Definitely would recommend him for any plumbing needs!!

I am a firm believer in giving my business to the small business operators. You receive personal service that you don't receive with the big companies. Steve was on time, friendly, and very efficient in repairing the electric water heater. I would definitely use his services again!

Steve is the real deal. Accept no substitutes. I'm a satisfied customer for about 15 years.  He and his guys have fixed everything from minor to major, including helping us live with some serious flaws, rather than spending more than $10k for the more permanent repair Jobs that just about anyone else would twist the story to get us to cave.  Most recently, at 10 pm on a Friday, I tried and failed to fix a broken shower handle myself.  I called explaining how our water needs to stay off till I can fix it.  He gave me his address and sold me the parts to easily install myself, talked me through it on his front porch, and even referred me to YouTube if necessary.  Steve is the best.

Long story: My water heater starting leaking and stopped working yesterday (Sunday); I called three local plumbers in the area, including Steve.
First one showed up several hours later and quoted me $4k. He said the water heater was busted and I needed a new one stat. He warned that any delay in repair would result in possible flooding or further damage to my home/plumbing system. He blamed the issue on high water pressure coming into the home, another fix needing urgent repair and part of the initial quote.
The second one offered to come by the next day in the afternoon. I ended up cancelling this appt.
Steve spoke to me on the phone Sunday and after a few questions, reassured me that my problem didn't seem that severe and could wait till Monday. He called me Monday morning and came within 30 minutes, quickly evaluated the situation and determined that a small part needed replacement, saving me thousands of dollars - literally. The whole process took under half an hour. He recommended another plumber who could address the high water pressure coming into the home, but said it wasn't too concerning/urgent.
Steve was efficient, responsive, fair, and very reasonably priced. I appreciated his honesty and immediately saved his number in my contacts. He will be my first call for any plumbing issue in the future.

My late husband had his own plumbing business so I never had to find one.  I wanted to switch my toilet to an ADA compliant one and needed a plumber.  After reading so many great recommendations on next-door I called Steve Harp and he said I soon as I get it to call him.  I picked one up at Lowes on Monday and he was out Wednesday morning to install it.  The night before my kitchen sink backed up so he cleared it when other plumbers in the past had failed.  I mentioned the next project would probably be a new water heater because mine is so old and only making warm water now and asked how much a new would might cost.  He said let me look at it.  Even though it is about 25 years old he said it was a good one and it might just need a part that he had on the truck.  He fixed it while here.  I am sure others would say that it was so old I need a new one and charge me a lot of money.  Not Steve!  He and his son were so professional, fast, friendly and reasonable.  Thank you Steve for your professionalism and honesty.

Steve and son came as promised 5:30 Monday evening to unclog sewage clean out on side of house.  Weather drizzly and he correctly called, only one cloud, no rain.  20 min to chisel loose rusted clean out cap, charged 20$ for that.  Then next 30-45 min of putting down almost 150 feet of router in as night fell. Cold night.  Got out handful of tree root. Line cleared!!

Total bill 170$, and I added gave tip.  They surely earned it!

I asked him about his guess on weather, I surf. Surfer gotta know that.  He has has been doing plumbing for 41 years as of 2019.

Our bathroom sink was plugged and not draining. Called Steve and he showed up in about 10-15 minutes on a Wednesday.
He is very reasonable very efficient and he and his assistant  both wore masks.
They were careful during the snaking of the drain and  did a good clean  up.
I would highly recommend them. I used them at least once before.

Recently, I was experiencing a water leak coming from the bottom of the
toilet onto the floor. I know that water leaking in a home can cause great
damage and inconvenience. Fortunately, I knew who to call.
  I called Steve Harp Plumbing, because this business has had many great reviews and has an outstanding reputation. I wasn't worried at all.
  Steve came out the next day to do the repairs. I found Steve to be very
prompt, courteous and professional. I enjoyed meeting him and talking
with him. In short, he is a nice and friendly person.
  We discovered that the seal under the toilet needed to be replaced. I
was happy to know that there was no damage to the tile or the flooring.
It didn't take Steve very long to fix the problem, and the cost was very
reasonable. Often times, plumbing expenses are a nightmare. Not this time!

I had Steve and his son out today to resolve a gas leak. They were prompt with their timing, reasonably priced and quickly resolved my issues. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Our hot water heater has been on the fritz for some time now -- and I called Steve after seeing his glowing reviews from some of my neighbors. He had me send him some photos of the unit (which turns out to be almost 30 years old)! We discussed what would be the proper size replacement heater for my family and Steve gave me a quote over the phone.  Steve called before our appointment to confirm, and he and his son Randy were punctual, friendly and professional. They not only swapped out the water heater, and strapped in the new one with all new hoses and earthquake straps, but they also repaired the metal closet that houses the water heater. Steve was very honest and upfront about the price ahead of time, and the price was very fair.  Thanks Steve and Randy!

Steve was very responsive and very efficient.    He knew exactly what the problem was with the pipe repair under my sink and fixed it quickly.   He also cleared out the drain and was only here for a little over an hour.   Experience counts in that business!

After two plumbing companies tried to clear our main line to no avail and recommended getting an estimate to rebuild it, Steve and his son Randy came to the rescue and cleared the line. They were able to get the snake down a tricky turn and added a new line to make it easier the next time our main gets clogged by tree roots. Hopefully not for many years to come! They said they love to fix what other plumbers can't. They prefer to fix rather than replace. I liked the sound of that because a new main line could have been a small fortune. So happy to have had this father/son team get our showers and toilets working again!

AMAZING PLUMBER! I needed to send a shout out for Steve the Plumber. I found Steve Harp Nextdoor and I have used him many times since. He always finds a way to fit me in his schedule ( it seems all my plumbing issues have been emergencies ‍) This morning I called about installing a new water heater because mine had stopped working. Steve said why don't you just fix it? It turned out that it was a newer one and may still be under warranty. He directed me on how to handle getting in touch with the company and magically it was under warranty and the part is being sent. In the meantime he managed to find the part in his truck and came and fixed it temporarily until the new one arrives. He is honest, thorough, neat and so very accommodating. Make him YOUR plumber!!! You will not be disappointed

Backed up shower drain, tried everything the internet suggested to no avail. The father and son team were able to come in and clear the obstruction in a few minutes! Very nice, and reasonable price for service and parts!

Our new plumber. Great service with a cheerful and friendly attitude. Even after our problem turned out to be larger than a drain snake, he referred us to someone who could take in the bigger issue as well. Now that's  the kind of business person I trust. Unlike other plumbers who make you feel like you're not a priority, Steve gives fantastic customer service. He and his son fixed the issues in my condo and didn't overcharge. Another problem I find with other plumbers. The estimates I got was $300+ for the repairs and Steve fixed it in less than 30 min for half the cost. Highly recommend if you want good work and not to get ripped off
