Lesson learned. Don't put fiber laxative/fiber supplements down garbage disposal. I found two old large containers in my kitchen and tried to wash it down the kitchen drain. As soon as it mixed with water it jelled and plugged up the drain pipe from the wall to the ujoint and disposal. Fortunately Boris showed up and fixed the problem without having to knock a hole in my wall to get to the clean out. Pipe was completely filled with jell for 3 feet. Price was more than reasonable and I did not have to knock a hole in my outside wall. Thanks Boris and Plumbingcare. Will definitely recommend your company to others.

I have had Plumbing Care come to my home several times, for different jobs, including servicing and then replacing my tankless water heater. I can't find the words to describe how wonderful they are. Emil is outstanding in his knowledge and abilities. Plus, he is an definitely the description of a true gentleman. He is always here on time and does an exceptional job, no matter what it is. I bought two right-height toilets for the bathrooms in my 55+ neighborhood townhouse. My friend, who isn't a plumber, offered to install them for me. He put in the first one but it was leaking from the input valve. The leak wasn't very bad, but he wasn't able to get it to stop. So I decided to call a professional plumber to fix it and install the other toilet in the other bathroom.
Plumbing Care has very good reviews here, so I called this morning to schedule an appointment to fix the leaking toilet and install the other one. I expected to get an appointment later in the week, but the scheduler said she could have someone here this afternoon.
Dimitry called at 2 pm and said he would be here at 2:30 and he came at 2:30 pm on the dot. He spent about an hour fixing the first toilet, which surprised me since it seemed like a simple job. But the leak from the input valve was actually caused because the bolts holding the toilet to the floor were not tight enough. No wonder my friend who isn't a plumber wasn't able to stop the leak. It took a real plumber to know what to do.
Dimitry then installed the other new toilet in the master bathroom and cleaned up everything, including hauling the old toilets away for an extra $25 each. He quoted prices for all services before starting anything and I agreed to all of the charges. The total bill came to $375 and includes a one year warranty on the services performed. I'm very impressed with Plumbing Care and will call them again if I need additional plumbing services.
This is an overdue review from plumbing service received in January (replace bad cartridges in faucets).
Pros:
- They showed up same day for a non-emergency appointment, though all they could do is diagnose the issue (which I had already told them prior to the appointment based off of an inspector's notes).
- They came back in 1-2 days to attempt to solve the issue, though they were unable to do so because they did not have the appropriate tools with them.
- After leaving negative feedback on a survey emailed to me by the company, management contacted me and offered a partial refund. I did not request or expect this so I was happy with that outcome.
- The technicians were very kind and seemed knowledgeable.
Cons:
- On the second visit the technicians seemed unprepared and did not have necessary tools. I chalked it up to unexpected complications, so I was not too concerned. They said they would come back out 1-2 days later, which surprised me because it was a holiday weekend.
- I received a phone call the day before the third appointment saying they wanted to come out after the holiday weekend. I understood this, but was a little frustrated that we they did not schedule the appointment as such from the beginning.
- They arrived for the appointment. One of the replacement parts was far more expensive than quoted, and the technician brought more than the required part (they brought an entirely new shower head and handle along with the cartridge). I was slightly annoyed because I was assured there would be no issue just getting the required part. The technician also said the piece I had was discontinued, which a quick Google/Amazon searched proved incorrect. Either way, the technician took $50 off of the price.
- After completion of the job, the technician left sharp pieces of metal from the sawed-off handles, as well as dirt, all over the sink and shower floor. I should have asked them to clean up, but I did not. Again, the company took responsibility, and the work was completed with fully functional replacement parts, so overall I was satisfied with the work, but I was disappointed given the vastly positive Yelp reviews and high rating. I don't know that I would discourage anyone from using this company, but I personally am unlikely to use them again.

We had a leak in our wall from a nicked brass pipe behind a new TV. I called Plumbing Care fairly late in the afternoon and initially they said they could get someone in the next morning (bummer, no water for the night), but said they would check availability. 5 minutes later, they called back and said a team would be there in under 30 minutes!
The Plumbing Care team opened my drywall, repaired the pipe, and did a bang-up job all together. The work performed was 5-star. I would give a 6-star just for the speedy response and ability to get my house water back on that night which was a real life saver.

Very expensive and unreasonable quote. The technicians came out today and wanted to charge us $325 dollars labor to fix a leaking tub faucet. Just to change out the cartilage - 15 mins worth of work. I asked why are you charging me $325 for 15 mins of work, he said you are paying for the experience and not the 15 mins. I guess give the technician 10 more working years and he will charge $1,000 dollars for 15 mins of work?
Plumbing Care Dublin has all of these 5 star reviews for a reason. They are very good at what they do! I have 3 homes and have hired a number of different plumbers over the years. Working with Vince and Plumbing Care has to be one of my most pleasant experiences.
At 3:30 p.m. I went out to flooded garage. It seems our 11 year old water heater in our Dublin, CA home decided it had enough. By 5:30, Vince was at our house. He explained what had happened and walked us through various options. Not once did I feel pressured or that I needed to rush our decision. Vince walked us through the different water heaters we could go with (tank and tankless) the different models and warranties and even answered other questions we had on model numbers and brands. Once we had made a decision on which water heater we would go with, Vince walked us through everything he was going to do and answered our questions. He went a picked up our new water heater and worked until 11:00 p.m. that night to install it the right way. He took his time and made sure our family had hot water for the next day (with 5 kids, this is important). The water heater was installed exceptionally well and being commercial grade, looks very much like an upgrade over our previous model. Vince installed a pan under the water heater (our previous model didn't have one) and also a unit that regulates the water pressure. Even at 11:00 at night, he walked us through how to use it and also what to do if we go on vacation and want to turn off the water to the house. All in all, we got an upgraded water heater at a fair price, excellent, responsive service and a plumber that took the time to do the job correctly the first time and who made sure we were 100% satisfied. What more could you ask for? We will be using Plumbing Care Dublin from now on for all our plumbing needs. A+++

Plumbing Care should be the first and only service you call. I had an estimate from another company quoting $13,000 for emergency work under the house that needed to be done immediately. This quote was made from the agent just peeking through the outside vent. Vince put on his protective gear and actually crawled under the house telling me that there was only one small leak that didn't need to be repaired for some time. I am great full to Vince for being honest and saving me a lot of money. An honest plumber is a beautiful thing!

We had a leaky valve under the faucet, after trying to replace it unsuccessfully ourselves, and getting some outrageous quotes from other plumbers, we contacted Plumbing Care.
Vince was here in an hour on a Sunday evening, quickly diagnosed and repaired our leaky valve, and answered any and all questions we had.
Highly recommend Plumbing Care for your plumbing needs.
Horrible. $259 to unclog a toilet, but they never fully unclogged it. Customer service over the phone was also terrible as they were rude when I tried to resolve issue. They sent someone back that offered do the job correctly, but only if I paid another $259. I would never go back and I highly recommend anyone to try someone else.
Alvictor Saves the Day!
I had a couple of shower valve issues and one of my neighbors recommended Plumbing Care, Inc. I was able to submit my service request through their website and the next morning I got a reply from their office. From there, we set up an appointment.
About 20 minutes before my appointment, I received a text message saying plumber Alvictor was coming. The text also included a picture of Alvictor, which was a nice touch since I knew who was coming and what Alvictor looked like.
Alvictor was polite and neat, even putting booties on before coming in to the house. He quickly fixed one of the issues. However, he discovered that he did not have the right parts for the second valve. After going back to their office a couple of times, he still could not find the correct parts. This is when Alvictor showed me how much he really cared about fixing the issue for me. He made numerous phones to local hardware and specialty stores to no avail. Finally with excitement, he found the exact model that matched mine in Richmond. But it turns out to be Richmond BC, in Canada.
Long story short, he asked his office to order one online and have it shipped overnight. Alvictor came back Saturday afternoon and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend Plumbing Care, Inc., especially Alvictor, to anyone as he is a true professional!

My hot water heater went out after it was moved during construction. After I found out it was 20 years old, I decided to replace it. I found all the choices a little daunting. Our technician, Frank, was very good. He was very professional and straight to the point with what was wrong with our clogged sink. He took detailed pics and explained the issue thoroughly. Afterwards, he sent a detailed explanation with the photos and receipt via email. Highly recommend Frank!
Dimitrey called ahead of time, was promptly and courteous. Fixed four separate shower and toilet issues quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend!
Had a leaky pipe that needed repair. Contacted Plumbing care they were able to fit me in on the same day! The plumber was punctual and did what he could to stop the leak. Ultimately he had to cut the pipe and replace a valve which resolved the issue. Took about 45 min total. He took before and after pictures. I will definitely keep Plumbing Care on speed dial for any future issues!
5pm on Saturday night, kitchen sink clogged. Michael answered the phone, politely took my information, assigned a tech, and told me that there would be no emergency charge since they're open till 7 and the tech would be there before 7pm (yay!). We got text confirmation from the company, from the tech Alvictor, and Alvictor's phone call with exact arrival time. Alvictor diagnosed and resolved the clog in 20 minutes. Senior discount charge was good for quick response on a Saturday night.
My dad: Alvictor was fast, efficient, gentleman, knew what he was doing, courteous, understood the problem, proper equipment.

Called at 8:30 pm for water heater leakage Bill and team were here in a hour and done with installing the new water heater at a very decent price, quite professional work, diligent waited for heater to sound good fixed the crackling noise and then once Bill was satisfied by himself then he went ahead and took the money. Had a nice hot shower today, probably the reason my gas bill was running high hopefully that will go down as well.
3rd time calling them for one ot the other plumbing related work and all 3 times within 24 hours, sometimes prices can get bit on higher side but that comes with the cost of reliability, promptness and great customer care.
Especially with water heater within 4 hours that was amazingg!!!

Vince arrived earlier than scheduled. I happened to be home, so that worked out. Vince offered great service, cleaned up afterwards. He called to make sure everything was working and confirmed i had no additional questions. I would highly recommend.

Tyler Lewis from Plumbing Care Inc. gave a courtesy call and showed up earlier than the time promised. Carefully examined each issue (had 4-5 of them), patiently explained what needs to done and gave separate estimates. The estimates were reasonable and included parts & labor.
Tyler made a quick trip got the parts needed and was very professional with the job. There is a 1-year warranty for the job performed too. Also, as a courtesy Tyler helped with a couple of minor things like installing screw caps and put a vanity shelf in place.
Overall I am really happy with the service and would reach out to them in the future too.
Have used them twice in the last week! First for broken cold water control for washer then for leaking air gap for dishwasher! Both Dragan and Andre were able to determine the problems and fix quickly. No extra service call fee...only paid for repairs.

I had a leak where the original install they used a one inch PVC nipple to join two galvanized pieces. Needless to say the PVC nipple was cracked and started to leak. I tied to tighten it myself which made it a whole lot worse. I called Plumbing Care and explained my situation and they dispatcher was very helpful. Advised that I call San Ramon Water service to turn off the main. Although I probably could have turned it off myself, She recommend that I have water service turn it off because if I valve has not been actuated in a while, it could be stuck and I could break the line which. Then I would be in a world of hurt because they city would charge me the repair cost. She was very understanding of my situation and dispatched someone off another job just to take a look at it.
Dragan came out and was very professional and explained how to make it better with unions and replace the gate valve with a ball valve. The repair was way more than I anticipated and decided to just cut and cap it off myself. I would eventually need to repair it right and would go back to Plumbing Care. I am giving Plumbing care a 5 star review because of their timeliness and professionalism. I really appreciated the quick response and honesty from Dragan.

Dragan and the water heater installation team did an outstanding quality job. They performed the work on a Sunday. It was professional, fast, and high quality. They installed a drain pan under the new water heater. I sure wish the original home builders did the same because the water heater leak damaged my floor. We high recommend this company.

Please accept this email as feedback regarding our overall end to end customer experience with Plumbing Care Inc.
First some context, my wife and I are retired and on a limited income. The rep arrived on time and reviewed our need to replace an aerator on our bathroom faucet. After an initial review, he indicated a service charge of $190.00. After some shock at the price, we agreed to have him proceed.
After a few minutes assessing the situation, the rep went to his truck and returned with a pair of needle noise pliers. He removed the old aerator and said we would need to order a new one from Moen. In total Dimitri was here for no more than 30 minutes, removed the old aerator and offered us a slight discount of $175.00, only after being asked by my wife. He then indicated we would need to order a new aerator from Moen and or a new faucet and he would return to replace if for an additional $225.00.
Bottom line is we were both extremely disappointed at the cost to just remove the old part with a pair of pliers in about 15m. and charge $175.00. What happened to the good old days when companies would charge for an appropriate level of service?
My wife and I were left feeling overcharged for an incomplete service experience. If the rep had offered a reduced price for the amount of time spent and eventual outcome, we would have felt much better and would have added Plumbing Care Inc. to our list of preferred vendors.
I wanted to share our less than positive experience.

They came to my rental home and did an adequate job finding a leaking drain pipe by opening to wall up. Repaired the pipes and told me that the drain was a little slow and might at some time need work. When I went to the property and found that the drain was actually clogged and definitely needed to be snaked. Having spent 750 dollars a was little disappointed to find that I need to call another plumber out to snake the 1 1/2 drained line that these plumbers just worked on.
We had a 12-year old water heater start leaking on a Sunday, and Plumbing Care sent Vince out to inspect the problem within a few hours of calling them - even on a Sunday afternoon! He discussed various options for replacement with us, with no pressure to spend unnecessary money, and we went with a new water heater with a longer warranty than our old unit. Although he was willing to work on Sunday night to replace the unit, we suggested he come back the next morning. He called before he arrived, he was on time, he had the correct new heater that we selected, and was completely professional and knowledgeable, doing an awesome job installing our new water heater. He has earned the highest rating from us, and we highly recommend Vince and Plumbing Care. Thank you Vince! We now have the best hot water that we have ever had!

Broken tankless water heater. They came back with new model and installed it. They worked tell 10 at night. Awesome guy's who guaranteed hot water by end of day. They did it.

My son threw a pencil in the toilet. I consider myself a pretty good snaker and tried several times without success. Alvictor came on time, was courteous and polite. He even tried to make my son feel better! He was able to snake the toilet and retrieve the pencil! He offered to clean up and made sure everything was complete. Our water heater, sprang a leak and was pooling on our garage floor. I found Plumbing care on yelp with great reviews so I gave it a try. So glad that I did! They were available within an hour. Pablo, the technician who was sent, was able to diagnose and fix our leak as well as repair a situation that would've caused further issues, quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The cost for the entire job was super reasonable. I would highly recommend Plumbing Care for any emergency situation!
They do good work. The first guy who came couldn't get the line from our house to the street to clear. Really nice guy, tried very hard. Had to call a second crew to use a high pressure system to clear the line.
2nd crew worked hard and got it cleared. But then came a few sales pitches. Hey I can't fix the clay pipe because we don't dig. But I know a guy... I said uh ok. Then I have some random Landscape guy is all over me, calling me.
Hey the water heater looks really old - probably should replace that ...It's literally 3 years old. They also left a big mess near the clean out, but I'll give them that because it was dark and late...
Kinda felt a bit slimy honestly. Won't call them unless I am desperate and want to deal with sales tactics.
Boris came to my property spend 30 min gave me a great work estimate. They changed two toilets, a kitchen sink, and a complete shower system. They have just moved from San Ramon to south OC. Martin the owner came to supervised for a bit. He came to Costco where I bought the toilets and Martin hauled and delivered them to my home. He hauled the old ones to dump too. No extra charges. No trip charges. No hidden charges. They were so professional and polite. They cleaned after themselves. I'm a realtor and I deal with plumbers and technicians often. Plumbing Care Inc. Is awesome. I highly recommend them to my friends and family from now on. I gladly give them 5 stars.

I called Plumbing Care after another company had not been able to clear my drain after snaking it for 2 1/2 hours. That company wanted $900 to come back with another worker and go under the house. I did not understand the work he wanted to do, and I said no.
The next day Boris from Plumbing Care showed up on time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He quoted me a flat fee of $250 to clear my drain. He said it had not been an easy job, but he was successful. He showed me the debris he had cleared and told me to be careful what kinds of things I put down my very old pipes.
After the nightmare I experienced with the other company, I was thrilled with Plumbing Care and will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.

A totally very honest and great company,
We had a whole house inspection done by
another plumbing company and told us that our water heater is no good and needed to be replaced, gave us a bid for $3,800, way over priced. So we called Plumbing Care and gave
us a bid half the price. So Anatoliy who was so polite and one of the most Professional person that I ever dealt with said that nothing was wrong with the water heater, that we were lied to. Just to make sure Andrew Garcia the field supervisor came out who also was just amazing inspected it came to the same conclusion. Not only they were very honest about it they didn't charge us for anything!! What other company would do that!!

I woke up to the garage flooded with water leaking from the water heater .. i asked around and you guys were recommended.. first company that responded with let me call my technician and see how soon he can get there. I got a call 15 min later that someone would be there in 20 min. Sure enough Demetri showed up and immediately knew what the issue was . He gave me a quote and fixed the issue. Today, Sunday on Labor Day weekend when it is 109 in Pleasanton, I walked into the garage to see a huge leak from my water heater. I called several companies and when someone finally answered I was told that Wednesday was the earliest I could get someone to help. I checked Yelp and found Plumbing Care. The first review said they had replaced a water heater on a weekend when no one else was available. Along with that review and Plumbing Care's high ratings, I gave them a call. Dimitri came out at 4 PM, told me the heater needed to be replaced (it was 20 years old), took the old one out, went to get a replacement, and he and Martin replaced my old water heater with a brand new one by 6:30. Dimitri went over everything that had been done and replaced. I can not tell you how impressed and thankful I am for the excellent, prompt, professional, and fast service I received. We needed two new Toto toilets installed. Eric from Plumbing Care did a terrific job. First, their dispatcher was flexible with the timing when the shipment from the factory was delayed. Then Eric did the installs in less time than expected, and for way less than the other estimate we got.

One of the worst experiences I had with plumbers. They always rip you up with their price. Not worth the money. Plumber will give useless suggestion and left the job In completed when we called him for water leak, he did not even run the snake in sewer line. Paid 775$ uselessly which we always regret.
Adding new points to their answer. As they mentioned they provided pictures but of no use. The services charges are too high, if any one looking out for plumbers in east bay please do a favor for your self by not hiring plumbing care at all...
The fix what ever they have done it's not fixed and will need to recall again. They went to crawl space but never told us that entire sub floor is leaking.
Hope they will change and will refund at least done amount.

UPDATE - response from Rupa from Customer service contains absolutely false information.
I had only 1 toilet to install all along whose brand and model name I informed proactively to both techs. Their supervisor Bill even saw the toilet in person yesterday. No replacement was done! The tech that came in to install today said the moment he arrived that he is here for an estimate and not for any work. I immediately called the company and asked why was I getting estimate appointments everyday instead of plumbing actual work. They said he would install but he was on the phone explaining how he has no experience in installing toilets or faucets.
The vanity was fully installed when the tech arrived. I don't expect plumbers to do carpentry. I merely asked for the vanity drains and sinks to be connected which is clearly their job. They couldn't perform. This is a company that not only has no idea what they are doing but also are going great lengths to hide their failures.
Save yourself the trouble, just pick another plumber.

I noticed last night a big water bubble on my kitchen ceiling. I googled and looked for the best reviews. Thank goodness! Plumbing Care, Inc. is the best. Mitko called me and let me know what time he would be at my house, so I was already impressed. He explained everything he was going to do and was very professional. The cost was amazing...I thought he made a mistake! I have a few other plumbing issues I plan on fixing the first of the year. They are going to be my first (and last) call. GREAT COMPANY!!!

As a senior citizen here I count on the professionals to give me the best advice and cost as I am on a fixed income. Today when Veselin came to check my water heater that I had for 7 years he offered me two options, to replace it with a like tank water heater or a new tankless style. I went with the new tankless as it gave me more room inside my garage and we all know we can use more space. Veselin was knowledgeable, punctual and fair. Loved the same day availability. We called Plumbing Care to get a quote on a pipe that we had already repaired a couple of months ago. We are having pavers done and the company told us it wasn't done correctly. Plumbing Care was the first company to arrive. They were very quick in their response and they communicated who would be arriving, what time they would arrive and a picture of technician. We had the pleasure of working with Andrew. He was very professional, saw the issue, and gave us a reasonable quote. Normally we get at least 3 quotes before deciding who we hire. In this case my husband felt very confident and comfortable working with Andrew. These guys are good. Our tankless water heater stopped igniting. Plumbing Care had installed it a couple of years before. When it stopped working properly, they came out and worked with the manufacturer to get it fixed. It wasn't an easy repair to diagnose and because the manufacturer wanted to try this, then this, then this, it required a number of visits as the parts were shipped from Georgia. The guys were tenacious and got it fixed.
These guys are amazing! Booking was fast and easy and our plumber, Alex was nice, professional, and efficient. He got the job done fast, he answered all my questions, and he even added caulk to seal the base and prevent leaks. Our new faucet is beautiful and the service even comes with a one year warranty! You will not regret using Plumbing Care Inc.

It's not a wonder that Plumbing Care has so many five star stellar reviews.
Scheduling was quick and easy (I had an appointment within 24 hours). Debra who walked me through what could possibly be going on as well as scheduling me in was immensely helpful and nice. She advised the steps I should take to remedy the water main break we had for the time being.
Fast forward to the next day Boris came by (early I might add!) and got the job done quickly. Fast, professional, honest, and an all around standup guy who did great work and kept me posted every step along the way. Very happy with the work done.
We got a reasonably priced quote for installing a gas line from the gas meter to the kitchen (about 60 feet) and a earthquake shutoff valve from Plumbing Care along with permits.
The crew arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. Later when the gas stove was installed by Costco it was found that the gas valve was preventing the gas stove fitting perfectly into the slot by less than an inch.
Martin - the manager who came later to complete the permitting process with the city inspector, without hesitation, promised to resolve this issue. A technician came later in the week to move the gas pipe so that the stove fits in perfectly flush with the rest of the hardware. We also had a minor gas leak scare which was also promptly investigated by Martin's crew.

My water heater went out on a Sunday and I panicked. I called around and had a hard time finding someone to come out, including a plumbing company I used to work for! I called Plumbing Care and Nicole sent someone out within an hour and done less than an hour. I was serviced by Zhizko (please forgive me if I misspelled your name!). He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I am saving their number in case there's a next time. Very happy I found them!
We had a disgusting leak of toilet paper and sewage from a portal on our front lawn on a Sunday afternoon and I called a couple places before finding Plumbing Care - they said they could do it right away and would NOT charge double for weekends!!! Nice! There was a delay in the plumber showing up so I called the line and right away, a courteous person answered and let me know she'd get to the bottom of the delay. Soon I got a call that he was delayed at another house AND they took off $50 for being late. Nice!!
A man named Mike came out with a truck and explained to me what was going on and how much it would cost. Then he got down and dirty in the muck, working to unclog the stoppage of our main line. He worked for a good while on it!
When he was done, he explained the possibilities of a bigger problem and assured me they guarantee the work also. He was so nice and friendly and explained things in a way I could understand.
We were super impressed with our Plumbing Care experience. When we found our hot water heater leaking - badly - about 3pm yesterday, I called 3 of the top rated water heater replacement companies on Yelp. Plumbing Care was the only one who offered to come out same day, and committed they'd arrive within 2 hours. Then, they sent me a text confirming, and subsequently, a text introducing me to the technician who would be arriving. Nice.
Dimitry called on his way over to get some information about the equipment and what was happening, and told us their supplier was closed for the day, so the replacement would have to wait until next day. Totally understandable.
When he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and worked to devise a way to stop the leak, and more appropriately drain the water heater.
Then, he called his office to see if there was possibly a replacement unit on site. Short answer, another Plumbing Care worker drove a new water heater to our home - after hours - even though it made him late to a family commitment. Wow.
So, 3.5 hours after I called, we had a new water heater installed, with shut off valves in case we need them in the future. AND, a dripping shower faucet cartridge replaced.
Needless to say, HIGHLY recommend. Thank you, Dimitry, for working so late and taking such good care of us. We really appreciate it.
Vince called me 15 minutes ahead to notify me that he was on the way, the first good sign. I got another call from him on the way home telling me how much the job would cost me, another good sign. He explained to me the job and how the cost was structured and he offered some discount to descale my tankless water heater so I authorized the job. He made sure he ran the pump long enough and got everything right so that's also good.
My neighbor just happened to have a leak under her kitchen sink so Vince took a quick look and gave her a FREE quick fix. Even there is no warranty but it would definitely buy her some time to assess the situation and cost of the repair. How often do you see this happening in today's world?
I'm happy with his work and dedication so I'd highly recommend him.
I just got my Water Heater replaced by Plumbing care Inc. Home warranty guys sent a technician who charged me $75 just for inspection. Then I called a couple of Plumbing companies with good yelp reviews - Plumbing Care Inc responded within few minutes and Will came for inspection and provided me a quote. Within 10 mins he sent 2 technicians - very professional and detailed oriented. I was simply impressed by their diligence especially Fedrick who made sure every small task is done in a perfect manner. He answered all my queries. Guys cleaned up all debris that was leftover from this task. The whole process was like a breeze!

I have used Plumbing Care Incorporated several times over the past few years. I am impressed with the responsiveness of the company and how quickly and efficiently the technicians complete the job.
Last week, my garbage disposal started to leak and needed to be replaced. It started leaking on Saturday evening. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with Plumbing Care to come and replace the garbage disposal first thing Sunday morning. It was nice that their regular business hours includes Saturdays and Sundays.
The technicians were Andre Gaskin and Gerardo Cortez. The technicians were right on time. They were very friendly and professional and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. Moreover, I had considered buying the garbage disposal unit myself from Lowe's and just have the technicians install it. It turns out that Pluming Care Inc sold the exact same unit for $50 cheaper than Lowe's. That was a nice surprise.
Let me tell you about a holiday debacle I had days before thanksgiving. Days before today, we notice flooding around our washer drain. We tried everything we could to fix the issue only to realize it wasn't helping but instead costing us $. We tried snaking it, pour chemicals, and plunging it. Because of this issue we moved the thanksgiving dinner to my aunts. I thought to myself maybe I can contact a plumber a day before thanksgiving to see if they can come. I didn't expect them to even pick up the phone but they said they'll have someone come out around 2-4 depending on how busy they are. The tech Alvictor called and asked if he can come earlier and he came around 11 instead. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour, explained to us what happened, and was very professional. Now we could having thanksgiving again at my house thanks to them. Oh yeah, the clogged lead to the kitchen sink so we couldn't use the water there that's why we were going to move the dinner.

My Gas Hot Water Heater started leaking yesterday morning and I had to get it replaced ASAP. My neighbor recommended Plumbing Care, based on his experienced one month earlier, when they installed a tankless water heater for him. They came out the same day to my house, early evening, and installed a new heater. What a great experience. From the first call to their office, to the final cleanup when the job was completed. Hristo Ivanov, the technician, arrive on time and was very friendly, respectful, explaining exactly what will be done, estimated the duration it will take, and clearly explained/answered all my questions. What impressed me the most was that Hristo did not take any shortcuts (I know some level of plumbing work). He specifically installed the unit and pipes in a layout and setup, while keeping future possible maintenance access required to key components in mind (I have heard from some friends that had to pay extra to remove pipes when they needed maintenance to be performed on their unit, as they were originally installed in front of the control box, or in positions that are in the way to access key components). In my case, I think it took Hristo a little longer to complete the job, but that is what quality work, and customer service, is about. If I could, I will give Hristo 6 stars. I definitely recommend Plumbing Care. I believe I got value for money, quality work, and if you can, ask for Hristo Ivanov to be assigned to your job. You will be happy you did. Second time I've had to have a plumber. My first experience with Plumbing Care was great so I called them again. Response time was exactly as I was told. Jose Garcia called to let me know he'd be here within 15 minutes. He was in his mask and put the booties over his shoes before coming in. I showed him the issue and he knew exactly what the problem was. He quickly resolved the problem and asked if there was anything else needed. I told him what I would like in the future. We host our annual extended-family Thanksgiving on Saturday. The night before our garbage disposal stopped working. The morning of I found the sink was clogged. Having 30+ people over and no working sink...we were desperate.
I contacted my regular plumber and even their emergency service was booked solid. I tried another local, Pleasanton plumber and they were closed for the Thanksgiving weekend.
I found Plumbing Care through Yelp, called their 24-hour line and a live person answered. Within 15 mins I had an appointment confirmation from Steve and within an hour Dimitry was onsite. He was courteous & informative. Dimitry assessed the situation and gave us our options. Within 45 mins we were up and running! I was so delighted by the speedy service that I sent Dimitry home with a nice bottle of Steven Kent Malbec.

I have used this company 4 times. They are are fast and reliable. Technicians are polite and thorough. I recently had water heater issues. Rite Rooter said I needed to replace everything and quoted me $3500. Plumbing care technician came and said all I needed to do was replace the drain valve for $300 and my water heater works perfectly fine. This company is honest and legit.
My water heater was leaking a few nights ago and I called 3 companies with shining Yelp reviews but only managed to get their after-hours voicemail. I was hesitant to call Plumbing Care because they only had a couple of reviews (I later found out that they've been in business for 3 years but are new to the OC area). I was surprised that a live person answered my call and was able to help walk me through shutting off my water to stop the leak until the technician arrived. Boris arrived and replaced my 15 year old heater at the quoted flat rate, up to code and all of this after hours! Boris was completely professional and had a kind, patient demeanor. When he asked me if there was anything else he could look at, even at that late hour, I was blown away! He, in fact, changed a part in my toilet and stopped the noise it's been making for ages and didn't charge me a thing....this type of service is unheard of, right?! I'll never use a different company again. Plumbing Care cares about the customer not only the bottom line :)

My toilet had a leak causing the entire tank to drain. I called them up and they were very responsive. They sent out a guy to take a look that same day, and he identified that the stem needed to be replaced. Got it fixed that same day. Thanks!

Just be aware that they charge $195 just for a diagnosis. They told me that was typical for their industry and I believed it. They told me that my water heater was too old and would need replacing soon. I got nothing for my $195 unless I purchased the water heater from them, in which case they apply the $195 to the overall bill. They also quoted me a price for the purchase and installation of a new water heater.
I felt the responsible thing to do was to get a 2nd opinion since this is an expensive undertaking. I called 2 other highly ranked plumbers and neither of them charged this typical diagnosis fee.
I ended up going to a competitor who was cheaper even considering the application of the $195 toward the bill.
They do promise they will beat other prices by 10%, but they want you to send the other quote to them, which just seemed sleazy to me.
I can tell from the other reviews that they must do a good job, but because of this diagnosis fee and the high initial price quote, we just got off on the wrong foot.

It's been 2 years since I had my garbage disposal replaced by Plumbing Care. We upgraded to the largest and best available to last us a good 8 years. Since then, the garbage disposal has leaked on and off. I finally gave up today and called another plumbing company to come fix the leak. They took one look at the garbage disposal and said it wasn't installed correctly. I had to have the rusted bracket replaced along with screws tightened and the blockage removed with a snake. Basically paid more to get the job done right. What I thought was an awesome experience initially basically turned into a complete nightmare.
Alex and Vladi did a great job installing instant hot water dispenser and garbage disposal. The hole for the hot water dispenser there previously was smaller, and they widened it neatly and completed the job. I would recommend them in the future.
This review is for the service I received in April (sorry for the late review). Bill I. was very helpful. I was having issues with the water heater, and he identified the source of the problem, and helped me get reimbursed for the new part. He also fixed a leak in my sink. Bill was very professional and took the time to explain the problem and the solution. Would highly recommend.
I made contact via the website and got an almost immediate response. Technicians were able to respond the same day and took care of the problem. Very pleased.

These guys are the best. We are having a party tomorrow and our guest bathroom toilet started making a noise. I called them and they showed up with two hours. It was a simple adjustment which took him five minutes to fix. He didn't charge me a penny even for a service call. Now that is first class. I like to do business with local companies and they are in San Ramon where we live.
Wow! Just hung up on by the owner. He said I was upset, but hanging up on someone is the definition of upset and anger issues. Talking to a real nice Plummer keith, but someone in the background was telling him what to say, and told him to hang up on me. Wow!
My water heater had a defective burner, and it was under a recall. The water heater company apparently has a contract with Plumbing Care, Inc. So they came out and replaced the defective part. 6 months later, that part broke. I called and asked if they can help... they said no, since their work was only to replace the part. I asked if they can stand by the part/installation since it has only been six months. They said no. I've had Plumbing Care out several times for tankless water heater installation and to help with a leaking ice maker water line issue. They've been punctual, fairly priced and the work has been of high quality.
I had a broken T pipe on a Sunday afternoon. 75 minutes after I called them, the pipe was fixed for $279. I could not be happier with the service.

Plumbing Care is very good at what they do! My tank-less water heater is 13 years old. Vince came out and did a thorough inspection and very quickly identified the problem. It was a difficult job as he had to take the unit apart and replace a major component. But as I watched him work, I could see that he was a true professional. Very meticulous, very thorough and very communicative. He explained the problem and then he fixed it.
We will be using Vince and Plumbing Care from now on for all our plumbing needs. A+++

Great job. Call them all the time on all three visits they have done a great job. Dealt with three different employees they were all hardworking and have great manners.
One of the showers was not releasing hot water. When I turned the flow handle, it was releasing cold water and then suddenly stopped: no water, hot or cold. I called Plumbing Care Inc on a Sunday evening. They said one of their technicians, George, would be around Monday. George came within the appointment window. He said the problem was in the cartridge. He extracted the cartridge, called around and found it nearby at OSH, got it from OSH and replaced it. Voila! the problem was gone. Right at the beginning he told me about the charges and there were no surprises. For sure, I shall use them for any plumbing needs.
I'm pretty sure I used these guys a few years ago when my new water heater (probably 2 years old at the time) stopped working. They quickly diagnosed the problem as hard water shorting the electrical components inside. They told me they would send mine back for me (since it would be covered under warranty), give one of theirs, and simply charge a small fee for coming out and diagnosing it. That seemed more than fair. They also showed me how to drain my water heater and told me to do that twice a year to prevent this from happening again, but I sadly forgot almost immediately and was unable to drain all of the water and sediment the next time I tried.
Fast forward several years. Water heater still working great, but now my dishwasher started leaking whenever I ran it. They agreed to come out and fix it. They quickly determined what the problem was and fixed it, and their price seemed more than reasonable. They showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in under a half hour, and didn't overcharge me. I'll likely use them for future plumbing needs.
Called them on two occasions. Once when water heater conked out and second time when I suspected a leak. Both were emergencies. They called back promptly, confirmed the appointment and came on time. Before showing up, sent a pic of the person who would be coming.
Alvictor, who came to troubleshoot the leak, explained the problem, took pictures and showed the root cause. He also replaced a broken part. Did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. Also showed me where to monitor near the main

I would highly recommend Plumbing Care and Mike was AWESOME.
I contacted 4 plumbing companies today to estimate the replacement of my water heater. That i had assumed needed to be replaced due to a leak which i thought came from the water heater. First company gave me a decent estimate and checked the water heater etc but was estimate to replace the water heater.
I had sent Plumbing Care a request for estimate for same assumed problem by website and in 10 min i had someone call me and it was shortly after 7pm. They asked if i wanted to get it checked out tonight. I said sure. Bottom line Mike came by in 30 min and quickly assessed that i didn't need to replace the water heater due to the leak cause it was coming from the supply line. I have to admit i was a bit skeptical but i listened and Mike even offered to deduct the price of the fix if it later turned out to be a leaking water heater.
I was super impressed by the honestly and diligence to not assume the homeowner knew the 'final solution' even if it meant Plumbing Care might not get a larger job. Mike answered all my questions, explained why it appeared the water heater itself was leaking. And gave me an estimate for my more minor problem - a defective supply line. And promptly fixed it and was very professional, nice, and honest.
So i now have my plumber that i will use as long as i live in the area and will recommend to everyone!
Price to replace 4 faucets and 4 valves shouldn't cost $1,500. I contacted a different plumber and they did they quoted me $600. So for 3 hrs worth of work, that comes out to be $500 per hour !!!!
I always enjoy working with your company. Your staff and technicians do what the say they will do on time at a fair value. What more can you expect.

We needed new water valves installed behind our washer/dryer and Vince came out to give us our free estimate. He was very nice and professional. We ended up getting two more estimates and his was by far the cheapest. He came back the next day even though we called him last minute and & completed the job. His work was excellent and efficient. He even helped us move the old washer/dryer unit out and put the new one in.
Tyler was great. He came early, fixed the problem efficiently, and was very orderly. Tyler had all the right tools and parts to fix the issue, without damaging any of the surrounding wood or walls.
I called them on a Sunday afternoon at 3:00 PM with a major water leak caused by me trying to change an irrigation valve. I had to shut off all the water to the house. I called Plumbing Care in Dublin and they answered almost immediately and told me they would have someone at my house at 3:30. The technician showed up exactly at 3:30 and fixed my problem expeditiously. He was knowledgeable, polite, fast and new exactly how to repair the mess I had made. I was totally impressed and will use them again in the future for any and all plumbing needs. I wish I could give them 10 stars. The cost was very reasonable.

Shower would not turn off on Saturday evening. I had to turn off the main water line. As you can imagine, it's really inconvenient not having running water. I was almost able to DIY the fix myself but was stuck on one step. I called Plumbing Care on Sunday morning and luckily there was a slot open 2-4pm. George (tech) arrived on time and fixed the issue. I pointed out some other non urgent plumbing issues I had to George and he kindly gave me some DIY pointers. Very mild mannered and professional.

Today was their 4th visit over the years and the service provided is excellent - fast appointment, punctual visit and skilled work. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Alvictor, Andre and Zaire are great people.
Update, Rupa, one of the owners contacted me and we discussed my frustrations. She felt very bad about the fact that I was dissatisfied and did not want me to think that they were an unscrupulous company. Great service! The response was a couple hours after we called for a pipe leak. He was on time, professional and friendly, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly and was reasonably priced. Very satisfied customer and we will use them in the future.
We called Plumbing Care last Thursday afternoon and they came out to look at our water heater a few hours later. We had a leak so figured we would need a new one. The serviceman gave us an estimate and said he'd be here Friday morning with the new water heater and install it. That's just what they did and the cost was right what was quoted for the estimate. He is the 3rd plumber I called to get a bid as the job is not an emergency but I've got to have it done. George inspected it an gave me three estimates for different tankless units and the office e-mailed to me in a hour. He answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. The office scheduled me a week later even in their busy time. George came on time with his crew. They were very kind, professional and well dressed. They did awesome job on installing the unit and George even do couple small fixes for me. And the end they clean up and actually left the garage cleaner than they founded . Plumbing Care has been an excellent vendor for us in resolving what started out with another ( bigger) plumbing company as a very inconvenient and expensive series of failed efforts to repair our old Rinnai tankless water heater.
From the knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient customer service provided by the office staff to the good work, friendly service, and conscientious approach of technicians, Mitko and Hristo, Plumbing Care was consistently excellent!
The most rudest person I have ever dealt with. I called to ask for their prices, just a tentative number on certain plumbing services so that I could decide whether or not to engage them. The lady on the phone said 'if you are looking for a cheap service, we aren't the one' and hung up.... Just hung up.... Looks like they won't even bother to give out any info where the client cares about money...
OMG!!! Amazing! I am single mom who knows nothing about plumbing. I came home to find my water heater pouring water into the street. Boris was at my house in probably 30 mins. Lucky for me he had just finished a job. He turned off the water heater immediately and left his hose hooked up to drain the remaining water! Completely professional and kind. Your search is over for your tankless water heater plumber.
My 6yr old tankless heater started leaking from inside the unit. I called several plumbers, all of which just told me I would need to replace my unit in the ballpark of $4-$6k. I kept searching and found Plumbing Care. So glad I did! Eric was very knowledgeable, honest, and personable...he repaired my unit (over a weekend) & not once did he mention replacing the unit. It's like finding an honest mechanic....this company is 5Star!!! I've shared my experience with everyone in my neighborhood that also has Rinnai heaters.
Very responsive plumbing company who stand by their work. When Ive called in the past for emergencies, they are generally the quickest to send someone over and take a look. Good customer service by all the people who I have interacted with at Plumbing Care.
We had what we thought was a leaking drain in our upstairs shower. Called Monday morning, diagnosed problem was a bad faucet cartridge, had part in their truck and fixed on Tuesday. Not emergency but they responded like it was one. Could have ripped me off for a very expensive job but did not. Tried to replace the cartridge with a lower cost service but had to perform a more complex repair. Very ethical and honest. Dmitriy was excellent. Overall while it was a little more expensive repair than it should have cost, I only have high regards for this business. Strongly recommend.
I have used this company for my plumbing needs for over three years. The plumbers are all very professional and friendly and their pricing is really good. They always answer the phone and don't charge extra for weekend issues. It's quite amazing.
Just yesterday I had a problem with the water flow in my shower. Dimitry notified me a few times to let me know when he would arrive. Very organized. He pulled off a miracle. He recommended a procedure I was skeptical about but he assured me that it would work very well repairing my issue. He was here for about 90 minutes with an assistant. Not only did he repair the water flow to 100% but the elimination of some of my shower hardware he recommended made my system better than I ever thought it could be. I can't say enough about Dimitry and his assistant, and the company.
My sink started having black specks in the water and I could not figure out what was wrong. I actually was referred by another plumbing company who didn't service my area. I am so glad they did! I called and they were able to schedule Tyler to come out the next afternoon. He actually called early in the morning saying he had an earlier opening which was even better. He was able to see the issue right away and gave me an estimate. He also said he could install a new faucet for me as ours was original and to call back when I got one. I immediately went to get one and called back and he actually was able to come back later that afternoon. 30 minutes later and my sink was fixed all in the same day. Super pleased with the service and quick response.

Thank you so much Demetri for showing up quickly for an emergency kitchen plumbing leak. I was able to great service the same day (Sunday of all days). My home warranty company who had over 24 hours couldn't find someone to come out to help me but when I called Plumbing Care they were very helpful and got me in right away and prevented any further damage due to the leak. Very bad experience with this company. On the phone, she said no service charge, and free quote on Rinnai repair. Finally the technician charged $245 to just give a quote $6000 to replace two units. It is too ridiculous to get a Inv. $175. Avoid this company, not only a joke, basically it is scam. I would give minus star if I could.

Scheduling is so easy and predictable, the best part is they (Debra) pick up the phone at the first or second ring. I have had multiple plumbing emergencies in the last two years - one for my water softener, one for my water heater and a hot-cold water mixer in the shower. It started with the water mixer issue and that was when Boris came to fix it. I was very impressed with the work done by Boris - who never takes short cuts, though he had to spend more time than originally estimated, he did a very thorough job and ensured that it was done 100%. After this job, I have been requesting Plumbing care to send Boris to fix any plumbing issue at my house including major Water softener and water heater issues in the last one year. The pricing is fair and Boris/ Plumbing care will continue to be my go-to person for any plumbing work in future.

Originally we could only get an appointment the next day per the company operator, Michael. But then I realized they do virtual consultations, so I called michael back and he lined up Dimitry to call us. we shared videos and photos by phone to Dimitry.
Dimitry managed to squeeze us in for a live consultation an hour later, after our call, between his jobs.
He showed up right on time, came in covid coverings, and fixed the issue right there. Very knowledgable and cracked a few jokes which lightened the tense situation at home with our broken shower. We had a problem with our shower cartridge and our neighbor drilled a hole in the pipe somehow.
He quoted by phone and in person the $245 labor and there were no surprise costs.
I also like how prompt and organized they are. You get a text message when someone is headed to your house for a consult and you also get a text message to confirm your appointment time.

Not only he fixed that but he also helped us installed a new faucet fixture along with a new garbage disposal unit which was causing the leak under the sink. FANTASTIC, its so hard to find competent, honest, polite and professional services these days. We contacted Plumbing Care by email late on a Saturday nite to fix a messy, leaky garbage disposal in our home. Within the hour Rosy replied with a time range to show up on Sunday. On Sunday as scheduled Alejandro called us 30 minutes before to remind us he is on the way. 30 minutes later on the Sunday nite before Thanksgiving, Alejandro appeared at our doorstep with a big smile and a happy attitude. We consider him a plumbing angel because he fixed a virtually impossible situation that was complicated and could have easily cost us much more but because of his actions we were not only fixed relatively quickly but also correctly.

On Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, we developed a major plumbing issue that involved both toilets and showers. Our long-time vendor was closed and did not return our call. Because it was an emergency, we tried Plumbing Care Inc. and could not be more pleased. Alexander, their technician, was here in two hours and was terrific. It was too big a job to finish (needed a complete clean-out installation), but Alexander stayed until 7:30 pm to make sure we could at least use the toilets and take a quick shower. He went up on the roof and under the house and was very thorough. He even gave us his cell number, in case the temporary fix stopped working. On Tuesday, he came early with an assistant and they completed the major job, cleaning up and putting things back just the way they were. We had an issue the following day, and he came right back to make the adjustment. We felt their price was reasonable and fair, no hidden costs and included a senior discount. Plumbing Care Inc. should be very proud of the way Alexander represented himself and their company. They are now our go-to company for plumbing services!

It was time to replace my water heater. After lots of research, I decided to go tankless. My old plumbing company that I swore by quoted me a much higher price. My HVAC guy said to call Plumbing Care and ask for Dimitri. I got a very reasonable quote. 1 year later I called to get the work done. I requested Dimitri again because of his professionalism. He couldn't get the initial quote approved, but got it as close to the original quote as a normal person could expect being that I called a year later. Dimitri was on time, flexible and responded quickly to telephone calls even after installation and payment.
Plumbing Care SAVED me this evening!!!! As I was giving my toddler a shower I noticed the toilet start bubbling and that the shower water wasn't going down. Since this had happened when we first bought our house years ago I knew I needed professional help. In a panic since my husband wasn't home I called Plumbing Care. Waking up in the morning to find you are out of coffee is the worse thing until you're in the shower and realize you have no hot water. That is exactly what happened to my husband yesterday morning. So I quickly jumped on to yelp to find who could help us, and discovered these guys. With their 5 star rating and great reviews, I made a call.
In just a few hours Eric arrived to diagnose and resolve the problem. He was friendly, professional and fair. He determined we had been living with a leak in our hot water pipe going in to the water heater. Typically, this could have been an easy repair had the leak been found sooner. Eric would have simply replaced the hot water pipe going to the water heater. Instead he showed us how the leak over time corroded the connection and damaged the inside of the heater. We had moisture inside the tank due to the leak, which caused the pilot light to go out. After giving us a couple of options, we decided to replace the entire unit. A job that he was able to do quickly and cleanly. Overall, it was a great experience!

Called to fix broken garbage disposal and take a look at the broken toilet handle and sink drain stopper. The technician was very courteous and completed the work to replace the garbage disposal very fast. He looked at the toilet handle and sink drain stopper and told me how to fix them free of charge. I was able to purchase the parts from Home Depot and fix them myself afterwards. I'm very satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend Plumbing Care to others.
Contact was prompt and courteous. Service by Eric was professional and efficient. He called to keep me informed about the time he would arrive and was clean and considerate of my home.
They sent me a plumber inside an hour. Not cheap, but the work was well done. Would use them again.
We've used this company for several repairs and installations, and they've been responsive, competent and reasonably priced.
Most recently, the water from the upstairs shower began bubbling up from the downstairs toilet--after hours, of course. Nonetheless, Plumbing Care had someone out to our home the next day to fix the problem, at a cost less than I anticipated.

Wow! We called Plumbing Care on Sunday afternoon and they came out that evening and helped us with an urgent Plumbing Leak we had. It turns out that there was a break in our PVC line coming up from the meter.
Well, Boris came out even earlier than promised! In short order he pointed out what the problem was and that very evening fixed it all up perfectly. He used copper pipe to make sure it would last. Even with the light quickly fading as the evening approached, Boris stuck with the job, finishing it, and making sure the job was done properly.
After Boris finished the job, he showed me his work, then re-filled the hole and washed down the entire area. It actually looked neater after the repair than it did before!
Their service also included a one-year warranty.
I am so impressed with the service you provided! You have a happy customer and a new customer!
No one likes having a plumbing emergency, but I liked the work this company does.

5pm on a Thursday night and we hear a weird sound coming from the garage. Never a good sign. Turns out our water heater busted. Alejandro came out (after hours) to check on a faulty water heater. Long story short, he replaced the water heater, while being mindful of my neighbors (the job started around 10 pm), and had hot water flowing in no time. Thanks again Plumbing Care team!
Plumbing Care went above and beyond to fix the problem I had with a toilet. Schivka was diligent and did not stop working until the job was complete. He explained everything that he was doing and recommended a camera inspection for possible tree roots in the main line.

Great they have free home visit to give estimates. Tech arrived on time, was called in for RO system installation. Installation quote was on a higher side.
He tried to push me to purchase a RO system of his choice and provided incorrect information about the system. No thanks for the incorrect information.
My kitchen sink clogged and a technician came and snake through it ok. However, did not tighten all the connections appropriately and leaving drops of water leaking from the pipe underneath the kitchen. I did not realize until days later, did not have any idea. Thought it was broken pipe or something. Kitchen sink underneath started to mold. Call in a mobile plumber, detected the connections nor properly tightened, fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Call back Plumbing Care. Did not want to be responsible or compensate in any way. I am very disappointed with them and their service

Very responsive, working to find a solution on a late Friday afternoon. The person on the phone helped diagnose the issue and provide a contact number to determine if the water heater was part of a recall. It was, indeed; and we were able to secure coverage for the visit, repair, and parts. Tyler, the tech that came out, was punctual, professional, and courteous.
Vince installed a Rinnai tankless water heater in our home last week. He came back on Sunday when my husband requested the the temperature be increased by 5 degrees. He brought our entire system and venting up to code, as the previous system, installed by the previous homeowner was not installed properly which lead to the premature failure of the system. Vince was very good about explaining all of the options of the various systems and was meticulous and performed a very clean installation. My husband is quite picky as our garage is impeccably clean and he insisted on a clean job. Thank you Vince!

I had a leak in a gas line in my yard. Unable to reach the contractor that did the initial work, I called Plumbing Care. They were able to send someone out that same evening. Eric was right on time, professional, and pleasant to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issue, did the repair, and tested all the lines to make sure the leak was taken care of. I couldn't have been happier!
Excellent service, prompt and professional!! Our toilet starting running and I called Plumbing Care. They offered a same day appointment and given a window of 4-6. Our technician, Andre Gaskin, called to come earlier because he had finished a job close by. He was professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes!! He put everything back and the area was clean. I was impressed and would definitely use Plumbing Care again.
Over the New Year's holiday, I returned home from a wet and cold vacation to discover that our 18 year old water heater finally conked out. After calling close to a dozen plumbers, this was the only company who was willing to come out the next day (which happened to be a Saturday). No one else was willing to work on a weekend or had any availability for emergency situations like this. Incidentally, Plumbing Care, Inc also had the lowest price compared to the other companies. Dimitry and Eric came out for the water heater installation and was able to do the job fairly quickly (which is greatly appreciated in a household of kids). In particular, Dimitry, who is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the plumbing industry, took his time to explain several things to me. A small mistake was made but resolved within days and did not cause any problems for us. I found Plumbing Care, Inc to be honest and very reliable. Overall, I'm satisfied with this company and would certainly use them again in the future.
Sprung a leak in a fairly new and sophisticated HVAC system. Tech new that the previous system condensation line was installed incorrectly that caused the leak. Rapid response and repair. Not your average plumbing company. Knowledgeable people with great customer service. I never do reviews but this company deserves one.

This was my second time using Plumbing Care and they are now 2 for 2 in my book. Andrew and Dominic were true professionals and they are both assets to Plumbing Care. Andrew's communication was great and he let me know exactly when he would arrive. Once on-site, he was able to determine the solution to our issue (which was a clogged kitchen sink). He was upfront about all costs and options, which was very much appreciated.

These guys are exceptional! I had Mike and Boris install my instant water heater this morning to replace the tank for the one that burned out. They showed up on time, as promised, and Mike did the job in 5 minutes, literally, then stayed for 20 minutes to make sure everything worked perfectly. While we chatted, he told me how to get a free replacement for my Delta faucet soap that broke and showed me how to replace soap in my soap pump without climbing under the sink! That alone was worth the price of the visit, I swear. Really fantastic. Plumbing Care is my plumber of choice from now on. Highly recommended!
They totally deserve 10 stars if i can give it.. Starting from Customer service(Debora) to the plumber(Eric), all TOP NOTCH. Quality work done right and professionally. We had moved and needed to have a water softener installed, i called around about 10 other places and everyone was giving me crazy numbers $$$ or not returning my call at all. So when i contacted Plumbing care, it was a world of difference from my previous calls and emails for a quote. they were very responsive with all my inquiries and they were able to give a very very reasonable quote for the job..So no brainer, we give it a go. Plumber Eric(Cool Dude) came out and did the installation beautifully! My husband was even impressed with the way Eric put the pipes together and he is not easy to please most of the times when it comes to the household stuff... but not this time, he was thoroughly pleased...plus we didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it... I can see why they have so many wonderful reviews. I just bought a 9 year old house far from where I currently live, haven't moved in yet, and needed a plumber because my hot water faucet for my new laundry machine was found busted during attempted uninstallation of the old washing machine. I called Plumbing Care based on Yelp reviews to try to get a plumber quickly. They were communicative, tried their absolute best to accommodate me because I was only in town that day and the next, and did the best job they could do. I know this because when they found out I had PEX piping instead of copper like they were expecting, they made sure and came back with the right tools even if that meant another trip and also having to give me the bad news that I have to wait another day. They could have done a different kind of connection but it wasn't the best way. I truly appreciate integrity and so I had to write great review to highlight that this company has it. (Oh yeah- there was a misunderstanding on the cost of the job prior to them coming so they even gave me a discount without me asking for one. If they hadn't, I would have thought it was a bait and switch move but it was clearly just a mistake.)
These guys are a total class act! This would be the 3rd time I've gone through them, and my experience every job has been that they operate their business with the utmost integrity and value customer service and satisfaction above all (even so far as to go above and beyond, to make sure the problem is all taken care of even if the ultimate price would have exceeded the original quote). I would not hesitate to call them again for future jobs. Martin is the man, super knowledgeable/competent, and if he is your tech you are in good hands (and should consider the job done!) The service was amazing and the price was as low as possible for the work performed. These techs know what they are doing.
Our water heater had 2 elements broken as well as wiring issues so it wasn't heating up. On the first visit, the technician found the parts that were broken. He had to come out a couple days later due to it being a Saturday and the part department not being open. When he came back on Monday, he put in the parts and fixed the machine. He left saying to text him the result after the water heated up since he stayed late to help us.
Since it didn't work, I texted him and he came back the next day. The tech found out the wires were also bad. A previous person had messed with the wiring and box was turned sideways, making it difficult to service. We even had another company's tech come a day before and he didn't know how to fix it. Plumbing Care's technician wired the whole unit and then added new wiring to our box. He was very thorough and tested the water before leaving, too. We now have hot water!
Dimitri from Plumbing care Inc. did a fantastic job on installing the water softener, dish washer and hot water dispenser.
He is very professional, always on time (or let's you know in advance) and very proud of his work and customer satisfaction.
We would definitely recommend Dimitri to our friends.

Our sink backed up again. It happens every couple of years. Frank came out with another guy and while it took some work, they were able to clear the line. I really appreciate their time and they gave me suggestions afterwards to help not have this happen again. They were professional and nice guys.

Wow! These guys were so nice to come out to check our kitchen sink plumbing at no charge to us! We called them because the pipe under the sink came loose and we had water run out all over the floor, they told us to check and make sure the connections are tight on a regular basis and recommended a paste to help give it a stronger hold. Apparently the vibration of the garbage disposal can cause fittings to loosen over time, so they need to be checked periodically. So impressed that there are still good honest people out there! We will definitely call them if we have any plumbing needs in the future and will recommend them to our Real Estate clients and anyone else who might need a plumber. Thank you so much Plumbing Care! Plumbing care and Dimitry fixed my leak and did it all within the hour when I called on a Friday afternoon! Dimitry did all the work in a timely, fast and orderly manner and at an affordable price. Our Water Heater went out this afternoon (2:30pm). Originally thought it might be the Thermopile as the burner would initially start then suddenly stop when trying to use the pilot to light the burner. Called several plumbing places but could not get anyone out to service my Water Heater today. Then I Found Plumbing Care. Saw they got good reviews and called them. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and after accessing the issue stated that he could have someone come out between 5-7pm which I though was fantastic. He was up front about the service charge and how the service charge would be subtracted from the total bill if further parts etc. were needed. Got a call at 4pm from Keith who got through with his previous job early and asked if he could come early to which I responded - for sure! He arrived 15 mins later and after checking out the water heater, he found that the the burner was making explosion type sounds indicated that the burner was shot and need to be replaced. ( See pictures) He quickly went back to the shop to get a replacement as he didn't have one on the truck. Back in a half hour and installed it in about an hour or so, as well as drained the water heater and flushed it. He explained everything that he was doing and I really appreciated his patience. He was professional, and cleaned up when he was finished. I would recommend him for future issues if needed.

Didn't know what to expect but Pablo and Alan did a great job. Very professional. This was a difficult job because the water heater is sandwiched into an alcove with the hvac next to it. They both worked hard, perfect installation with everything done to code and complete cleanup afterward. Really nice. They installed the specific water heater I asked for. I can't recommend this company highly enough. We have a built-in whirlpool bathtub that had been leaking, causing damage to the ceiling below it. I called 3 other local plumbers who wouldn't work on it, because access to the pipes was so limited. From my first contact with Plumbing Care, they were professional, friendly, and most importantly, willing to come check out the problem. Michael, who made the appointment, was responsive and very courteous. Mitko, the first technician, was thorough in his investigation of the problem, figured out how to access the pipes, and when he couldn't reach the leaking pipe, called in another technician, Alvictor, (with longer arms!) to assist. They fixed the leak and tightened a number of loose connections unrelated to the leak. Both were friendly and professional and we couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. And to top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable, especially given the extra effort they put it to solve the issue.

Called Sunday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Monday morning.
Eric came on time and gave me estimate and fixed the leak that 2 other plumbers could not fix.
I called this co for a plumbing work and estimate that was given was very high. When asked why it was so high, the staff told me that's the rate in this area. I decided to work with a private and licensed contractor and got the job done for one third cost.
We had a leaky pipe inside the wall on a Sunday morning. Called the company around 8:40am. Boris came around 10:40, and fixed it by 12:30 for a decent price. Would definitely recommend.

Called them to meet my tenant as the control to switch from tub faucet to shower head had a problem. When transitioning from bath faucet to shower head most of the water continued to come out bath faucet. They reassured me that the plumber would call me when at my rental. Never received a call from them during the visit. Then my tenant called and said the plumber left because he could not turn off water to condo. When I called their office to ask to be in contact with the plumber because I was shocked they had to turn the water off, they said the plumber would call me back. He did not... The office did instead saying that they spoke to him and that the cartridge in the control valve had to be change as well. I used to be a plumber and knew this was not the case. Basically I strongly believe they were trying to up-charge me for work not needed since they were with my tenant. I called the association plumber and he fixed it instead. No problem now. Beware of their honesty.

Their office called me on Sunday (after my 1 Star rating) as I was setting my classroom before school starts. I was asked if I had time to talk and I replied no that I am busy setting up my classroom. Her reply was I am being short with her and that she will send an email to me explaining what happened. I said do what you want to do but I am not changing my review. Never received an email but see she responded below....

I guess there was a computer glitch also when I called the company to be in contact with the plumber and instead they called me back instead of the plumber??? The main thing is I did not need to turn the water off which would of consisted of calling the city to shut off from the main, have to post notices to homeowners that water would be shut off, not to mention change the cartridges which work fine. I wonder if the plumber checked for himself if it leaked? This is why I wanted to talk to the plumber... Anyways, shower and tub work fine and there is no leak when faucet is turned off. The only water that comes out is the residual water that comes out of the bath faucet when you turn the water off when using the shower which is normal due to air in the pipes and gravity. Oh I forgot to mention that I was a union plumber (local 342) for 5 years that changed careers due to RA and have a business background in marketing.
I am sure you may have some good plumbers but with my experience with the plumber you sent and your office, it is what it is. By the way I never received your quote as you stated in your follow-up as I said not to waste your time as your company never let me speak to the plumber directly. That is why I was short as you claim on the other call as I was driving to Twain Harte on vacation with my family. Why waste my time with all these computer/system glitches?

Noticed the cold water valve for my washer was leaking slightly when I turned the nob. Called Plumbing Care this morning. Technician came out this afternoon. Per the technician just needed tightening which he did and there was no charge for the visit. He did provide me estimate for replacement of both hot and cold water valves for the future. WOW SO ETHICAL. He could have just said both needed to be replaced. I will keep their information and for sure call the next time I have a plumbing issue. I called them since they had so many great ratings. I know why they do. They do care.
Had a water heater problem and I was pretty much sure that it would have been a replacement. Called Plumbing Care, Inc and they got me an appointment right away.
Boris came to the house on the scheduled time. Explained to me what the options were in detail. Tried a few things and fixed the water heater.
Bottom line: Prompt, professional, knowledgeable with great customer service skills. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were in desperate need of a shower handle fix (that forced us to turn all the water off) and called multiple plumbing companies in the area. Most were 3-4 days out, so not having running water for that long was not going to work.
Plumbing Care recognized our situation and had Dimitri out within 2 hours. He was professional as he diagnosed the issue, honest with the pricing, and had our handle fixed and the water back on within 30 minutes.

First of all, this company has amazing customer service, so definitely 5 Stars for that.
The reason I deducted two stars is because literally everything we asked for had to be fixed by another plumber. (Same company, they fixed at no charge)
We had them install the kitchen sink&faucet, garbage disposal, and our water purifier system in the kitchen. The job was done very sloppy - the garbage disposal was not installed properly so it started leaking the next day, the kitchen faucet was not installed securely so the faucet detached from the sink few months later, and the water filter system was connected the wrong way. (Which was noticed by a different plumber, different company). It was all done by the same person, so maybe it is just him.
At the end of the day, they ended up sending someone else to fix each of the problem, the same day I reported the issue, so I'm not dissatisfied. I was pretty amazed at their good customer service actually.
We use a different plumbing company now though because I'd rather have a problem be fixed the first time. I'll probably still use them for emergencies since our current plumber is not typically available on the same day, but would definitely ask for someone else besides Dxxxx. Eric, who came to fix one of the issues above was great!

Holy schnikies! These guys & especially Dimitri, ROCKS! Was finishing up a bathroom remodel & ran into an issue with some 50+ year old plumbing fixtures that refused to be removed. This is a wonderful company! Highly responsive -available 7 days a week. They sent Emil out to give us an estimate for work within a day of my calling. He came and was friendly and helpful onsite, and even went back and forth with me on text to help us choose the right water filter for our needs. Emil came back and installed the system for us and fixed a broken bathroom drain and kitchen faucet before he left. He even gave us some free parts! Then, on Sunday, on Emil's day off, he went back and forth with us again to help us resolve an issue with starting the filter up (our fault, not his!). Thank you to the helpful office staff and especially to Emil for the excellent service. I'm hoping we don't need plumbing any time soon, but if we do, for sure we will be calling Plumbing Care! :)
Vince is very professional and knowledgeable. Our water heater installation went smoothly and he made sure that we are satisfied with the heat setting and pressure of our water before he left. He even offered to check our faucets to make sure that the filters are clean and demonstrated how to do it ourselves in the future.
I called for a leak. My review is more about the price structure they charged. The limited service I received from the company was satisfying. The initial charge was an investigation fee, $250, which included digging a 1x1x1 ft hole to expose the pipes. The job took about 30 minutes. The hourly rate on this was around $500/hr.
After identifying the problem - a cracked PVC joint, the estimate was $750 to repair, which I declined. I am moderately handy and decided to do it myself. Including going to Home Depot to buy all the parts, the job took me 2 hours to finish. It should take a plumber less time to finish. Let us say it would take them 1.5 hours to finish the job. The quoted hourly rate is $500/hr.
The company seems doing a good job on what they do. If you feel comfortable to pay at $500/hr, I think it is a good option for your plumbing needs. Otherwise, do call around may save you $$$.
BTW, I contacted the company purely based on good yelp reviews. People need to know this to make better decisions.
Our kitchen sink was not spinning upon water arrival. Alvictor from Plumbing Care visited and immediately fixed it!! We also used Plumbing Care services twice and they are always on time, very professional and always fix things very well. I highly recommend them and happy holidays!

I needed some very difficult plumbing work done, so I looked on the web, and found Plumbing Care which had great reviews. I called them and Alex and Vladi came out the next morning to provide a quote. They said if I liked the quote they could start the work right away. I liked their quote and told them to go ahead and start. They were fast and efficient, very nice and polite. A very high level of customer service with a high level quality of work. I was very happy with their work and speed of work, and they cleaned up the work site when they finished. I would highly recommend this company from the quality I have seen them do.
I wish I could give them a zero. Please GO ELSEWHERE, as this has been the most unprofessional experience. I was first scheduled for 9am on a Friday, and I get a call at 9am saying they will come Saturday instead. Then come Saturday, a single plumber turns up (for their own estimated 2-person job) at 2 pm. Obviously we are frustrated by this time, but he agrees to come on Monday. Then come Monday, 2 people show with no intent to do the job. For a repair to a pipe under the kitchen sink, they would rather break the stucco outside than dismantle the under-sink fittings. Is it even legal for these guys to be plumbers? When I question their logic, I am told that the quoted price will be revised if additional work is needed. When I don't agree, they - get this - walk off. UNPROFESSIONAL. Please do yourself a favor and go with a professional service. It gets worse: they refuse to refund the deposit, and blame inability to do the job because I yelled at them. Now I wish I had.
Update: As if poor service was not enough, Plumbing Care is now resorting to lying, and saying that I refused service. The fact is that they refused to keep their commitment (but they will keep the money), as I am still ready to have them work on the leak and redeem themselves, should they still want the opportunity. I hope they won't, but I made a commitment and stand by it.

I have been Plumbing Care's customer since they started in 2014. Every time I called them, I felt satisfied with their services, and sometimes their excellent services are even beyond my satisfaction. They pick up calls and provide services during weekends at very reasonable normal charges. Recently, Alejandro Barragan from Plumbing Care replaced one shower valve cartridge and fixed one toilet clog issue for one of my rental properties. Last Sep, Keith Cormier from Plumbing Care replaced another shower valve cartridge for the same property. Dealing with old shower valve cartridge is kind of tricky, they not only needed to find the right replacement parts, but also needed to deal with the existing rusted parts. Both Alejandro and Keith did great jobs, they not only fixed the problems nicely, but also tried their best to save money for me (the long time loyal customer). I will definitely continue to use Plumbing Care as my only plumbing vendor, and I highly recommend Plumbing Care to others.

Eric came to the property for a tankless water heater estimate. Incidentally a water leak started at the property the day before. Since Eric was there, he offered to fix it for what he indicated is a great price. As it turned out, the source of the leak was behind the water heater.
Eric located the source of the leak very quickly. He was then able to fix the leak within an hour or so.
Compared to other plumbers who provided similar services for me in the past, I'd rate Eric's speed and workmanship in the top 10%.
I would keep Eric in mind if and when there is another water leak.
Great customer service. They arrived on schedule. Employee was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant!! They finished the job in a very timely fashion. Prices excellent. My three toilets are work great. Thank you
Dimitry from Plumbing Care came to install Aquasana whole house water filtering system and he did an excellent job. He got the system installed within just a couple hours, and made sure there was no leak. He even helped us to test the water hardness and patiently explained the differences of various systems to us.

Last time my water heater ran bad and not able to take shower. I was asking for a estimate for installation of new water heater. They quoted me $1000 for just installation but water heater itself was only costing about $800. The way they are doing business is just to rip off people in need.

Excellent service: The technician came in the pouring rain and quickly resolved our flooding situation. Very polite, well mannered and efficient. This company and Alex are FANTASTIC. I have tenants in a home who complained that hot water stopped working.
First, the call center picked up their phone immediately! Do you know how often I call a contractor and they don't pick up their phone, let alone call me back! I got same day service and within 2 hours of calling!
Simply amazing!
Alex, the plumber, responded almost immediately and went to the home and checked all faucets/showers to show that hot water was working fine.
The level of service - on speed, quality of the service, payment - all of them were on another level!

Called Plumbing Care this morning with a water heater problem. They responded to my residence within an hour. Todd had the repair made in a very timely manner. Great customer service. Will definitely use this company in the future.
I've use this company twice over the last several years. One was for a water heater issue which they replaced the water heater and got me up and running successfully in a matter of hours.
This most recent call was for a clogged kitchen sink. They came out on time as promised in their scheduled appointment time slot. They quickly assessed the problem and were able to fix the clog sink within 15 minutes. Not knowing what the issue was initially, I also asked if I should replace my garbage disposal. The technician assessed the garbage disposal and told me that it was working fine and told me that I didn't need to replace it. I found his honesty to be really refreshing in an industry that can be dishonest. I love the fact that this company have honest guys working for them and always tell the customer the right thing. Bottom line, is that they have integrity.
I would definitely use these guys for any plumbing issues.

They are always there when I need them and makes it less stressful when I don't have to contact numerous other companies for availability. Vince installed my tankless water heater a week ago and it's been workingbflawlessly. He also followed up with me to make sure everythiblng was working good. I would recommend using them again.
Second time using this company. I had water heater go out on my rental property. I called on a Friday afternoon tech came out the same day analyze my situation and gave me my choices. Came back the next day to install. Very knowledgeable and very helpful with my questions.

Hristo and Genadi installed a tankless water heater Navian this year. this is the best service I have ever received in my life. This guys did above and beyond my expectations and I had really high expectations because my wife is really picky but this amazing plumbers came and took care of my problem. Our toilet was plugged up and we called Plumbing Care as we have used them in the past. Alvictor came out the next day, and arrived on time. He was efficient and did a great job. We will call them again. We were impressed with his picture and intro via text.
We used their services about a year ago and recently called them again to take care of a leak and then a broken shower connection after that. Eric, who came out both those times, was extremely efficient and professional and got the job done quickly, and was friendly to boot! These guys are my go to for any plumbing services. I had a water leak in my shower. I rarely give ratings and review. But Dimitry was very exceptional. He was so honest and knowledgeable that he said the origin of the leak was minor and just need tightening of the overflow pipe screw. The original quote of 550.00 was zero and problem was fixed. Our garbage disposal went out and I called Plumbing Care to come out and diagnose the issue. They scheduled me right away, sent me a picture of the technician who was coming out (Mitko) and he called when he was on his way to my house to give me an ETA. When he arrived, he and his assistant (didn't get his name) used shoe covers to enter my home. After several minutes, it was determined that my older disposal would need to be replaced - something I kinda figured anyway as it was dead, dead. Although he gave me a very fair estimate and offered to do the work right then and there, my insurance company required me to send paperwork and go through the authorization process first. As soon as that was completed, I called Plumbing Care back and they offered to come out any day, at my convenience. This included over the weekend at no additional charge! A plumber, coming to my house on a Sunday without charging an exorbitant, emergency rate. Unheard of. Alejandro installed my new disposal yesterday, Sunday. Again, before he showed up, the company sent me a picture of him, he called with an ETA and he used shoe covers. He took the time to switch out other parts of my drain as needed and he checked for leaks at each step. He was very thorough, explained everything to me and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely call Plumbing Care again.

The weather has been getting much colder recently, and just this morning our water heater broke down. After trying everything we could to get it to work, we decided that we would call Plumbing Care because they were local to us in Dublin, and because of the high ratings and reviews they have.
The experience we had with Plumbing Care was even better than we could ever expect. It was a rainy Saturday morning at around 3pm, and my hopes were not very high that we would find someone to help us. Even though this is California, it can get cold, and life without hot water in the winter is simply miserable. From the moment we first called, we were directly connected to somebody in the office. My first reaction was one of surprise that there was somebody there to take our call on a late Saturday afternoon, and we didn't reach an answering machine! The representative we spoke with was extremely polite and patient, asking questions and providing suggestions for us. When I asked him if it may be possible to send somebody to help us today, he told me that he could have somebody scheduled there in about an hour. I was thrilled.
About 25 minutes later, I received a call from an unknown number. It was the technician who was scheduled to help us. He shared with me as a courtesy that he will be there in just 15 minutes.
After diagnosing the problem, the technician (his name was Mitko) informed me that unfortunately, our water heater was pretty old and suggested that it may not make sense for us to spend the time to try and further isolate and fix the problem, because other issues with the water heater would likely come up soon anyways due to age. I really appreciated Mitko and his manager's thoughtful suggestion in terms of replacing our broken water heater with a new one. They also went ahead and were able to provide a discount to me because, which was really appreciated as new water heaters are not inexpensive.
Mitko then shared with me that he would immediately go to San Ramon to pick up the new water heater, and then get back as quickly as possible. He estimated for us that including all of the time to replace and install the new heater, he hoped to have everything completed the same day at around 9pm. I really appreciated his urgency and willingness to spend his entire Saturday evening rushing in the rain to help us with something our family really needed. The service was smooth and efficient. Mitko ended up completing everything about one hour ahead of his estimated schedule.
A quick story to share, which was slightly unexpected. On the way to picking up the new water heater, I received another call from Mitko. I was expecting the worst when I received his call...thinking that either the water heater we needed was out of stock, or possibly, the price that was quoted would need to be changed due to some new factors which were unexpected and unavoidable. It turned out my fears were completely unfounded. The only reason Mitko called me was just to tell me that there is actually a rebate for the water heater that I am purchasing. He was afraid he might forget to tell me this, and rather than risk that, he called me immediately to make sure I could take advantage of the rebate.
To be honest, I don't think many business (or service technicians) take this extra mile for their customers. Just a few hours later after my call, I now have hot water again, and the entire experience was thorough, honest, and communicative. The only surprises were good ones. Perhaps just as important as having access to hot water again, I feel that I've gained a bit of wisdom in being reminded that while you don't necessarily see them everywhere, there are actually individuals and companies out there who are honest and truly care about their customers. We had a main line clog emergency and we were able to get the same day service request. Boris (Bobby) called 20 min prior to arrival time and showed up on time. He is very careful to protect my interior. His first attempt did not unclog the blockage but he wanted to try a second spot before he removed my toilet. His second attempt paid off and saved me money from removing the toilet.
He did further test three times to make sure all the blockage were cleared. He identified the problem, removed as much stuff as he can and gave his recommendation. Afterward, he really helped to clean up and put everything back. Just before he left, he went outside to test again. I really appreciate people take ownership and pride of their business. Defensively 5 stars!

My water filtration tank in the garage and P trap under the kitchen sink were leaking, I called several plumbing companies, they were either short of staff scheduling me for several days later or no answers at all. Leaking issue is huge, it could damage our properties, so I think it's urgent. I called Plumbing Care, the representative was able to quickly schedule the appointment and sent me text messages for appointment status update. When technician Dimitry came, he quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed for me. Dimitry is very professional, except fixing the problems, he also went out of the way to mount the water tanks to the wall. Professional and Excellent service! Last but not least, their price is very competitive!
After two weeks of having a brand new toilet installed it started to not flush and water started pooling on the floor and up thru the shower. Found out we had partial blockage and a couple of leaking pipes that have been leaking for some time. After using this company to replace a water heater recently decided to give them a call to help. They sent Tyler out the this morning and blockage is cleared, toilet flushing and pipe repairs underway. Very reliable and budget friendly! Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I left a review on their other page and wanted to share here as well...
One thing that every homeowner hates is having to call a plumber...in the middle of the night...to fix the water main that brings ALL the water into your house...when you already have to go to the bathroom and can't flush. But I digress.
Here's some background: The water main to my house broke last year and water was gushing everywhere (outside, fortunately). The water company comes and turns the water off and says Get a plumber. Have a nice day. and drives off. I live in a condo so the HOA called a plumber to fix it and they came out and did the job. Water main repaired. House has water. All is well.
Fast forward one year later and the same thing happens like deja vu: water main breaks, water is gushing everywhere, water company comes and turns the water off and says Get a plumber. Have a nice day. and drives off. I had a total Bill Murray on Groundhog Day moment.
This time it broke in the early evening and by the time I was home to get the repair done, it would have required an after-hours call to a 24/7 plumber (insert money with wings emoji). Thankfully we had plenty of water on hand for drinking and I filled up a 5-gallon jug so I could refill the toilet basins so we could well, you know. So we were able to make it through the night.
Thanks to all things holy, in the morning the HOA called Plumbing Care. It just so happened that Eric O. was nearby so he called to let me know the HOA had contacted him and that he would be right over.
He came over, was very polite, and quickly examined the scene. Within a few minutes, he let me know what the problem was: the last plumber had used the wrong hardware to fix the break in the pipe. It was more of a hack than anything. So he let me know what needed to be done and got right to work. Not more than an hour or so later, he had the break repaired and working great. He explained the repair and let me look it over, all the while being polite and easy going. There was even some dirt on the ground from the leak and he offered to wash down the street. I declined because, hey, I had water now and I wanted to play with it! :D
After the repair, Eric let me know the other services that Plumbing Care could do if I needed any other plumbing work done. He went into detail about the services they provided including gas line re-piping which I was interested in for my patio. He took a quick look at the patio and let me know what it would take the get the job done.
God forbid you or I should ever have a plumbing problem again. But if I do need to call a plumber I will definitely be calling Plumbing Care before I call anyone else.
Plumbing Care replaced the elements in my water heater. At that time it was a emergency. Plumbing Care came to my house the next day. Plumbing Care came back and replaced a piece in the water heater at no charge.I am glad I called Plumbing Care.

UH WOW...
So we are in the middle of a kitchen remodel. After demo-ing the old kitchen cabinets, appliances and such, next came pulling an old gas range that occupied an island. The range and island came out, but what was left was a 6-inch pipe that fed the range gas. This was on Saturday afternoon and the kitchen cabinet and electricians were coming in. I couldn't have a live gas pipe just sitting in the middle of the floor like that. So sent Plumbing Care and email off their website Saturday night. Saturday night on LABOR DAY WEEKEND.
Sunday 8:08am Nicole calls me to get the details and to make an appointment. SUNDAY AM ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND.
She offers to have a plumber come by Monday LABOR DAY or Tuesday.
I offer Tuesday.
Their plumbing engineer Emil shows up 9am sharp and is in/out within 30 minutes.
Can't believe the level of service from these guys. They took a big load off my mind.

During the move into our new house, we were surprised to find that garbage disposer and water heater were not working. I called Plumbing Care on Saturday, and they were ready to send someone on Sunday without any additional weekend or emergency rate. In any case, we just asked them to come on Monday 9/27. Vladi promptly called 15 min before the appointment to alert that he was coming. He diagnozed that garbage disposer was bad (something we knew from inspection report) and water heater controller was not working.
The initial quote seemed high but they checked about the warranty and reduced the quoted price by $240 due to warranty. I felt Vladi was thorough in his work of changing the garbage disposer and water heater, and also took his time to test that things worked after his fixed. He also checked out a few other plumbing issues (inspecting washer/dryer connection, checking shower head) and recommended we change shower head ourselves to save some $$$ since it was easy to do.
I did initially assume that the final bill was on the high side, but upon calling for free quotes from other shops for the same repairs, the bill from Plumbing care was competitive.
They were also prompt to send e-receipt quickly and Michael and Nicole (?) were generally very responsive and reachable.

Eric came to the rescue! I had a brand new water heater when I first bought my home 16 years ago. Came home late from work and my garage was flooded. Called a couple of plumbers and all of them wanted to charge an extra fee since it was after hours. Luckily when I called Eric, he was just finishing his last job and was 10 minutes away from me. He stopped by, gave me an honest quote without all the extra fees and shut off all the valves for me that night. He came back early the next morning with a brand new water heater. Took about 45 minutes and was in and out.
Thing that I liked the most was that he explained all the options that comes with a water heater; and options for me to save money... Next house I'll definitely get a tankless heater!

Just purchased our first property in Fremont that is a fixer upper and found an existing leak in the gas water heater. A family friend recommended Plumbing Care Inc and they definitely did not disappoint.
Andrew Garcia was our assigned technician and he is super knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. We ended up choosing a heat pump water heater instead of replacing the old one with another gas water heater and could not be more excited about it.

I have never seen plumbers like the Plumbing Care team that came out today to re route my gas line so I could have my new oven installed. Originally I expected 4-5 hours, so when they told me after 2 hrs, I was so surprised. My husband came home and was so impressed with their work. They left a perfectly clean work area, and I have a stove that works like it should. Boris was the team leader, and he was professional and courteous. This company will be my go to plumbers from here on in! They didn't charge me a dime more than the original estimate even though some of the work was more than they had planned to do. So, Im giving them five stars, but I would give more if they were available!!!

Had another plumber at our house for an hour to clear clogged upstairs toilets. Two guys showed up with some pretty hefty equipment. Took an hour and all was good. Had another plumber before them that couldn't figure it out.
Alex installed 4 sinks at my new condo. He was friendly and detail oriented in his work, which are very important qualities for a contractor. He works with good intentions and so I feel the work done is trustworthy and of quality.

Price was too high. Sent a junior engineer, who was on the call with another person all the time. While fixing leak at one place, it started leaking in another place . The person in the phone said he needs to open the drywall in that location and he will charge me if it needs to be fixed. Why would customer pay for the extra work if it was broken by his employee? 2 stars because of their punctuality.
