Our bathtub was clogged and backed up on a Sunday. Most of the plumbing companies were either closed or charging a ridiculous amount for overtime because it was a Sunday. Jose M Plumbing was fast, responsive, and able to get a plumber to my house the same day. The plumber was able to remove the drainage. We were very happy with the results. I'd recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent customer service starting from the receptionist to the plumber (Ben). I had asked for an over the phone quote for a pipe issue, and she said that someone would need to take a look and get a better idea of the problem, Ben was very nice and professional. Instead of getting the pipes valves replaced, he told us a simple fix to resolve our problem. Saved some money and gave us recommendations to help us prevent our valve issues in the future.

Carlos was really great. He came out and gave me a free estimate, and talked over my options with me for our new water heater. He explained the pros and cons of a tankless vs. tanked and then gave me a verbal estimate. He then sent me the estimates via email so I could research and choose. The turnaround was about a week from initial estimate to final installation. He was communicative about what he was doing, sent pictures and cleaned up afterwards. According to my research, the price was pretty fair and included a new pad, pan and hauling away the old water heater. The company overall was also very responsive!

Definitely will be coming back when I need a plumber again.

Dave came on short notice on the weekend and completed two jobs at the price he quoted. Good quality and efficient! I will use him in the future.

I am very disappointed in the service from this company. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. Our work that was done was never completed because the job was larger than anticipated-our main valve needed repairing but the tech had to go to another job. We had to pay him before we left. He said he or someone else would be back in the morning to finish the main water valve between 10-12. No one showed up and we had been without water more than 24 hrs. I called the tech and he said the owner was supposed to call us-but he didn't. He also said the owner refused the work because the job was a can of worms-no call or anything to even tell us they refused the work. We had to call another plumber and they did the main valve no problem. When we turned the water back on, we noticed the cold water wasn't working at the kitchen sink due to a broken part where the A1 tech was working the day before. I called to have them come back out to finish the job but the owner refused to without charging us almost another $200. We will never give this company another cent and I will caution everyone I know to steer clear of them.

We called Luis after he successfully completed a pretty large project for a family member who was happy with his and his team's work and referred us to him. Luis had a quick response time and good communication to schedule an estimate within two business days. He even came early to our appointment. Luis was honest, upfront and clearly explained everything about my external drain situation. I look forward to having Luis and his team complete my project in the near future.

I am very impressed with Luis from Ser Plumbing.  Requested a quote through Yelp.  Was very reasonably priced.  Luis came in 30 minutes and replaced our new garbage disposal.  His price was the same as quoted, he was fast efficient, on time, professional and very polite.  Can't say enough great things.  Highly recommended.

Chris and his employees came and installed my Washer & Dryer hookups and even installed a new gas line, love it!! amazing work will surely call him again when I need more plumbing work, thanks Chris!

Had a pipe burst; came early the next morning and fixed it along with other damages he noticed. Communicated with me on every step of the way and even gave me a $50 discount. Highly recommend them.

Robert has been our plumber for many years now and has always done a great job. We call him whenever we have a plumbing problem. The main issue he has helped us with are the tree roots in our backyard that are messing with our pipes. He has a great system called Vaporooter that kills the tree roots and keeps our plumbing running smoothly. Robert is very fair, professional and HONEST. I highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their plumbing.

Ignore the negative review from Janet S. because I guarantee you he is a good guy and very knowledgeable. He would never do anything dishonest. I'm sure there is more to the story then she is telling.

The kitchen sink overflowed  this memorial weekend. I called Concord Rooter Monday morning and they scheduled the work right away. Marco was very responsive, professional and courteous. I called several plumbers before them and was not able to clear the drain. They were able to fix the drain ,explained the issue and recommended a future solution. They do a excellent job and very competitive price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. Their customer service is superb. :)

The repair man did do a quick and decent job. How ever he did the work prior to providing a quote. He the tried to charge my elderly in laws almost 300.00 for 50min of work and 5 dollars in materials.
When I asked for an invoice to represent the extremely high cost I was told by the plumber and the office manager that they do not do invoices for residential customers.
The plumber him self called me and told me he would drop the price 100.00 because he didn't provide an appropriate quote. And I informed him that I would call the office to get an invoice. Once again I was told they do not invoice work. So I asked to speak with the owner.
The owner Ron called me him self and would not listen to my issues told me I was ignorant and did not know what service call was, told me that the other companies I have called gave me false information, and then hung up on me.

This place is a rip off. I do not know how they stay in business. Basically they tried taking advantage of my elder in laws and when they realized that I know what I am and talking about they screamed and yelled as to not hear the truth and then hung on me.

Water main sprung a ferocious leak and called lanes plumbing on the reccomendation of a friend in a panic. The owner made his way to my issue immediately to help me out with a temporary fix late at night and came back the next day to replace it entirely. All for an incredibly fair price too - can't recommend enough.

1st of all... Love the company's name. Joseph, the owner is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions over the phone. He was able to sit and listen to all my concerns. He has a lot of patience with his customers unlike other companies they don't hear you out and don't give honest opinions. If any one needs any help, I highly recommend him and his company.

Jacob is excellent!! My Brother in law was having issues in his new home and  Jacob came out and was honest, knowledgeable, and professional.  After meeting with a different plumber earlier in the week we were feeling a bit concerned and got the impression the other plumber was looking to rip us off.  Jacob came out and made us feel at ease and confirmed it was just a clogged drain.  Honesty goes a long way and I would recommend JACOB hands down..

Leo was referred to me by another plumber as being a really good plumber.  He truly is.  

Leo stopped by on a hour's notice between appointments, assessed how to remove the tub/shower cartridge, and then came back after his other appointment and made the repair.

Great service at reasonable price.

Had a clogged bath sink that I had tried to snake first but the pipes were large pvc glued at the joints and didn't wanted to destroy them nor had right tools for better access to the clogs.
Ended up taking out some gunk out while pushing the rest further down the drain.
This where I had to do a cost/benefit analysis of whether to invest in hundreds of dollars for better tools, getting correct type of brass replacement pipes easier to work with and twisting my fragile back into a pretzel.
Not too happily, decided to ask Yelp for available plumbers near me and was solicited by 6 good companies (Yelp was awesome in this case by the way).
Selvin won my biz bc of his availability and his super polite mannerism.
He showed up on time and replaced pipes w brass ones and drained it in less than hour.  The price was very reasonable as I have a good ideal on what the going rate is.
I also like it that I think Selvin himself does most if not all of the jobs himself instead of sitting around the office/home/beach directing his harem of on-call plumbers.
Selvin provided 30 days of guarantee and confidant he will stand behind his work but 1 thing he could improve on is to provide written receipt wo being asked for one.

Don't call them if you have an emergency or want a fair price. I called Slater plumbing on Saturday afternoon at 2:45 and left my name and number with their answering service. After waiting for over an hour I called back. They said someone one call back soon. Just after 4 pm, I received a call from someone a Slater and was told it would be a minimum of $255 dollars for one hour because of the overtime rate. I ask what days and time does overtime rates start? I was told standard rates are Monday - Friday 7 am to 5 pm. Any other time is billed at overtime rates. Last year I called Slater plumbing and used their services (same type of problem) and at that time I was charged $152 dollars for that work which was at 8 pm on a Friday. Don't call this greed driven, rip-off company. They get one star for their answering service.

Pete's Plumbing has helped me clear out clogs multiple times when other plumbers failed to do so. They are amazing and reliable.
