Originally called to snake/auger my toilet, but after talking with them and a quick second consultation they showed me that the pipes were fine and the toilet itself was the problem.

Then within an hour of the second consultation, they brought over the new toilet and installed it extremely quickly and quietly.

Would strongly recommend their services.

Bomb.com, I contacted them late at night on Wednesday. Mitch set up a time through Yelp Messages and we were off the the races. They were on time, prepared, and very clean about their work. Dealing with these problems is frustrating, however Mike makes it a bit easier. We've had backed up or blocked pipes and Mike normally arrives the same day. We always recommend his services.

Can't say enough good things about Bell Brothers. We received multiple quotes last summer (2021), but delayed our AC installation and new furnace until recently. Bell Brothers was willing to come back out 10 months later and reassess in person once we were ready to start again (several companies didn't bother). Chad was most helpful answering our myriad questions. He also checked in periodically while we made our decision without being pushy (again, several companies got rather chippy when we didn't commit within 24 hours). We even asked him for yet another quote with a different combination of options, and he provided it efficiently and without any grief. Bell Bros. might not be the cheapest option out there, but it's not just quality parts and work that contribute to the old you get what you pay for adage--little touches and customer service go a long way, too. These folks make it worth it, and it's clear they appreciate their customers.

Tomas and Lyndon were our installation techs, and they couldn't have been nicer! There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, and they handled them extremely well--plus, they kept us informed. None of these hiccups changed our quoted price, they only extended the installation by 1 day. (Example: The house was built with vents and fans for AC, but the electrical wiring wasn't set up correctly, so they had to run a line to the breaker.) Both Tomas and Lyndon were excellent (and incredibly patient!) when answering our questions while they worked between the attic, the garage, and the condenser site outside. They were courteous and respected the fact that we had online meetings during the day, they kept an eye out for the cats to remain indoors, and we found them to be personable, respectful, entertaining, and efficient.

There was one minor issue with the coolant, but our boys came right back out to fix it, and were then on their way. We're very grateful for the attention to detail, the prompt service, and the overall experience. Well done, and thank you!

I called Simpex based based on their 100% 5 star ratings in Yelp to repipe my house.   From first contact with the office to completion of the project, everything was handled in a professional manner.   Brian ( the owner) came to give me a quote. He gave me a very  detailed explanation  of what they would do.  The quote was very reasonable.  I had a few quotes from other companies some were way higher.  I called Brian several times with questions.  He always answered his phone.  A few days before the work was to be started Joseph (I believe the manager) called to make sure I would be ready and said to call if I had any questions.  I did have a small concern that he double checked and got back to me promptly with an answer.  The day they started, plastic sheeting was put up around the rooms they were working in.  There must of been 6 or 7 guys.  They worked hard and fast. Everyone knew what they were doing.   They cleaned up and took down the plastic each day.   I was also impressed with the patching of the walls and ceiling.  I have popcorn ceil and was worried that it wouldn't match but it  looked really good except the old vs new part shows a different color.

We had clogged and broken drain pipes in our back yard. Edwin did a terrific and speedy job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He was great to work with and very helpful. And after he finished that job, he hung around and fixed another small plumbing problem with the toilet for us. All around a great plumber - would gladly recommend!

Art and his crew at Repipe Pro did a outstanding repiping job for my 2bd/2bath townhouse in La Habra and their service stood out for the following reasons:
1. Most Knowledgeable: Of all the different plumber companies I sought for an estimate, Art was the most knowledgeable, and in the first visit he was able to map out where the repiping would be done throughout the house. He gave advice with the owner's affordability in mind and he openly told me what should be done and what was not necessary; no 'upselling'.
2. Asbestos testing: He was the only company that reminded me about getting asbestos testing of the walls and ceiling for my home built in the 1970s. This was good ethical advice and it protected my family from possible asbestos exposure when the cuts are made into the walls/ceilings. Art referred me to licensed asbestos companies for testing. Only when the tests showed no asbestos, that I proceeded with repiping.
2. Efficient crew: His plumbing crew led by Ed arrived promptly (when they say arriving at 8am, they mean it, none of this 'allow for a window of 2 hours' from other plumbers). Repiping included new valves, bathtub handle and faucet, and a new main valve. Repiping with 'Pex A' pipes were essentially done in 1/2 a day. My neighbors commented that the crew were very respectful, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves.
3. Drywall patching and texturing included: no other companies offered this. And by shopping around I know this service is easily $1000-$2000 additional. I love when Art told me 'of course these are included, if you buy a car you should expect to get the steering wheel!' The wall patching/texturing were done after city inspections passed, and I handled the painting myself or you can hire your own painters.
4. Positive attitude/excellent customer service: Repipe Pro was the only company I would easily call/text the owner and he would answer promptly. He made me feel very welcome to reach out with questions. His office did the scheduling and the leg work for getting city inspection, and I just paid the permit fee later.
5. Affordability/flexible financing: On top of all these benefits, his quote was very affordable for my family with young kids. You can also speak to him about financing plans.

Andre did a great job ripping out my old tank and installing a tankless water heater that met our needs.  He left the place super clean and best of all got the heater mounted up nice and high and out of the way.  So pleased!

We have been using Abante for many years and they have never failed us. We live in an area with lots of roots and my house is over 50 years old. The men who come out to clear our drains never give up, no matter how hopeless it may seem.  And, yes, they charge far less than average and deliver far  better service than  average. In truth, they are excellent in every way.

We knew our water heater was 12 years old, so replacing it before we went on vacation was a must!  My husband called Coast Plumbing on Thursday morning at 9 am, hoping for a replacement in the next week or so.  Coast said they would have a new water heater installed by 1:00 that same day. Sure enough, the installation specialist, Nate, showed up at 10, drained the old tank, took everything apart, ready for the delivery by Rico of the new water heater with all accessories included!  They were efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable. They installed the new heater, hauled the old one away, and 45 minutes later we had hot water.  We are so impressed with the efficiency and courtesy we received from Coast Plumbing. We highly recommend them!

I was looking for a plumber that can relocate our water heater from the second floor to our patio and move our washer and dryer from the kitchen to the storage area in the back. We contacted a few plumbers but their asking price is just too much for us. All of them was asking about $4k to $5k. John was the last plumber that we contacted and he gives us a quote that is just a bit over our price range. However he is also the only one that was asking us how much is our budget. So we told him that our budget is $2500 and he was willing to work with our price range and we agreed for $2600. He did the job in one day and had to come on the next day to make room for a mop sink. He also installed our mop sink for cheap. If you're looking for quality work with great price, look no further and hit John up. He provides great quality work and also willing to work with our budget.

Because the leak we called him to fix wouldn't leak when he got there, Leo declared, I won't fix anything that doesn't need it.  Then he checked every other faucet in the place to make sure and wouldn't take a dime for doing it.
