I've used Carlson plumbing a few times.  They installed  my new water heater and I had  some pluming issues around the house. They do a great job give you very competitive pricing and always show up at the time they say.  This is a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Called Brandon 1-13-18 at 10pm and he showed up at my house 15 mins later! Talk about fast, come to think of it I'll call him FLASH from now on! So I was working on flushing my water heater and broke the the shut off valve. I'm married so needless to say not having running hot water in my house was not an option! Thankfully Carlson Plumbing is open for business 24/7. Flash came over and started working right away...boom, bam, bang, some cutting, some welding and voila...hot running water once again! Who needs a marriage counselor just make sure you have a great dependable plumber! Thank you for saving my marriage Flash! You're my plumber for life:)

Called them to have my main drain cleared out because my shower and toilet was backing up .....Brandon came by the same day and clear my drain and let me know if it happens again what I can do because we have a old house with no main drain trap in the front and how much it would cost to put one in ..... we haven't had a problem since and will definitely call them back if I have any problems ...... These guys are the best, I almost wish they did more trades because Brandon has a great group. Highly recommend these guys they are honest and do a great job. Brandon is an absolute miracle worker!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about his work. We recently purchased a house, and a week after moving in discovered a HUGE plumbing issue, one that another company quoted us $47k for and said they would need to rip up all the flooring in the house and would require us to move out for a week. We got Brandon's info from a friend and he was over the very next day to assess the situation. He suggested capping the line and installing a new pipe on the exterior of the house, all for about $8k. He started the work the next day and was finished in two days. Brandon is fair and goes above and beyond to help keep costs down. I sent a text with a picture of the water leak I was experiencing to them last Wednesday and asked if they could stop by soon to take a look at the problem. I hadn't heard from them by late afternoon so called and left a message with their answering service. Brandon called me back and said he could stop by next Tuesday and would call me the following day ( Thursday ) to set up a specific time.  No call on Thursday nor Friday so I left a message again with his answering service Friday afternoon. Still haven't received a call back from anyone. If he decided that he did not have time for my job nor the ability to deal with it, I would've appreciated a response so that I could've looked elsewhere and not waited around for 5 days. So much for trying to help out a small business. Time to move on to a company that shows respect for potential customers.

I contacted Carlson Plumbing because I needed to replace 2 shut off water valves. I had gotten another quote and it seemed really high so I thought I would get another opinion. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the two technicians Kyle and Ricardo came out to provide an estimate. Their estimate was very reasonable (glad I decided to get another estimate) so I proceeded with the work. The technicians were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They completed the job and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Carlson Plumbing and will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

Lifesavers! Brandon & his crew turned a nightmare plumbing situation around for my family & I when we discovered a broken pipe under our kitchen slab. He and his team were professional, innovative, honest, reliable, reasonable, and all around wonderful to work with. Had a kitchen sink completely stop draining. Called 8a in the morning and was promised a timeframe of 3p to 5p. Griffin showed up at 3p, masked up, diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in less than 1 hour. Really appreciate the fact that this company executed on all 3 promises and got our kitchen sink running again. Love, love, love Carlson's Plumbing.  I wouldn't use any other plumber and MANY in my Fountain Valley community use them.  They make themselves available and affordable.  You won't ever be disappointed.

My 83 year old mother's hot water stopped working and I started calling a few places who couldn't or wouldn't help me that day. The gal who answered the phone at Carlson Plumbing was SO AWESOME & HELPFUL and she did what she could to help me, but because it was now 4pm, no one could come out same day...but I stuck with her & Carlson Plumbing because I felt she was really truly trying to help me & my mom. Their people were to come out
the next day to look at the problem. Well I got a call about 20 minutes later that they actually could send out someone that afternoon to assess the situation (would she need a new water heater or can her current one be fixed?) They could have just come the next day, but they made the extra effort to come that afternoon. Then along came Brandon- my hero! Not only did he assess the situation, he was able to fix her water heater without installing a new one! My mom is on a super fixed income and that would have been beyond financially difficult for her. The other 2 companies I had previously called basically told me it would be easier to just replace because it was older. Brandon said he'd do his best to fix it first and then would have to purchase a new one if he couldn't fix it. Well he fixed it!!! Which told me he was honest, he tried to help out my mom, & he cared!!! I will 100% use Carlson Plumbing again for my mom, my own home, & would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!!! We had a leak in one of the bathrooms at our salon and were told by another company that we'd have to wait a couple days for someone to come by and take a look at it.. we reached out to Carlson Plumbing and they sent someone the next day! Mason came by and fixed the issue we had and made it so quick and easy. We will definitely be using them in the future.

TLDR:  They are honest, priced fairly, on-time,  reliable, take pride in their work and have a wonderful attitude.

Everyone we met from their company have been kind, informative, and do excellent work.  They will go out their way to pick up parts or tools without huffing and puffing as I've seen with other contractors because they know it's their job. It shows they take pride in their work!  They are the example of the kind of service everyone should be giving and receiving.

They have had to come four times in the last three months since we had moved into a new home.  Each time they came they had an excellent attitude, wore their facemasks, were on time, and always were willing to explain the process.  My family and I trust them to make sure our home plumbing needs are met with reliability and care.  I recommend them without any hesitation!

Today is Saturday on Labor Day weekend, needless to say my water heater stopped working last night.  I called Brandon Carlson about it and he literally came right over to fix it.  I was not charged extra for the holiday weekend, which I could have been and would have gladly paid extra to have hot water.  Anyway, THANK YOU Brandon for fixing the problem and getting my hot water restored.  Carlson Plumbing is the only plumber I will ever use.  I am that pleased and grateful!  Nicole

Our main line was backed up on a holiday weekend after 5pm. Everyone else was closed or extremely costly. Carlson Plumbing had someone on my property within 45mins and main line cleared within 30 mins after arrival. Excellent service at reasonable price. As another semi local plumber I can say Brandon is a top notch guy, honest and doesn't play games, no bait and switch , no bs work that doesn't need to be done , just a local family operated biz with Brandon out in the field. To the guy who gave him a one star review saying he had a plumber come out for $75 as another SoCal fully licensed plumber with workman's comp and liability ins there's no legit company doing work for that price , maybe as a side job , handyman or in 1995 but no plumber can afford to turn the keys in their van for $75. Have you seen gas prices lately ? Anyways if your in his service area give him a call and want a straight up guy call Brandon -  take it from another plumber

Replaced my garbage disposal along with switching a hot and cold water line to my fridge.  Did a good job, everything is working as it should!

A great company and a great team of guys that Brandon has working for him. Great experience having them put in a sleeve in our sewer pipe. Very honest, thorough, professional. If only more companies are like Carlson. I would definitely recommend them. I found them through Titan Air (for heating/cooling). Titan is another great company that I trust just like Carlson Plumbing.

Legit company and service! Easy 5/5 stars review!

I had a leak coming from my kitchen sink. I needed to get it fixed, since my dirty dishes were piling up. Everyone I called was giving me an after hours price. When I called Carlson Plumbing, the gal (super nice, I forget her name) that answered the phone was awesome. I told her my issue, and then asked her if she can do repairs tonight without a after hours price. She asked me for my address then said she will reach out to Brandon... If he is close enough to my home, he would squeeze me in. I gave her my call back number and address and within 1 minute, my phone rang and it was Carlson Plumbing! She says, Brandon can squeeze you in, no problem.

I waited for a a little bit then my doorbell rang. Guess who... It was Brandon. He introduced himself, shook my hand and followed me to the kitchen. He did some troubleshooting with his flashlight. Quickly, he identified the source of the leak and took out tools right then and there. After a little bit of this and a little bit of that.... BAM! Problem fixed. The leak stopped! He suggested that he can contact Kohler direct for new parts and he would make the call on my behalf... WTH? That was awesome and above and beyond.

Integrity - I asked Brandon, so what do I owe you for today?. He replied nothing. don't worry, it was a small fix. Umm wow and THANK YOU. I gave him a humble tip and asked for his card. Being that I am a Realtor servicing the OC area, I now have my go to plumber to refer my clients to.

Had a water heater installed today. The day before we were notified about the arrival time and the estimated amount of time the plumbers needed to complete the work. The day of the install they came on time and got it all done with in the time they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves and put everything where it belonged. Just a great experience all the way around. Could not be happier. Thank you gents!

Late night called cause the cylinder in my bath tub was stuck on and broke off. Called in less than 30 minutes, had a Plummer in my house.

We were plagued with bad plumbing at our house from from the start, and Carlson Plumbing has done an extraordinary job getting everything fixed up and in perfect condition. I have been meaning to write this review for some time now because we've used their services so often, and if ever we have plumbing issues at work, I know exactly who to call. Kyle especially exemplifies the epitome of professionalism and punctuality, however I certainly extend that sentiment to the rest of the Carlson Plumbing team.

Found our kitchen sink wasn't draining this morning. I decided to go local and searched Yelp. Liked the reviews on Carlson Plumbing and decided to give them a go. Jennifer answered the phone, she was very pleasant and helpful. She said she she could have a technician to me within the hour. Sure enough Ryan arrived within the time given and got to work. The problem was in the drain, so he snaked it and very quickly I had a nice running sink again! Reasonable price and as quoted and I was very pleased with the service received. I will certainly use Carlson Plumbing again and will also recommend to others.

This place is fantastic.  I reached out to a few providers via the Yelp quote feature, and unfortunately another vendor replied just before Brandon ... who was very cool about the whole situation.  When that other vendor fell through, Brandon was over that day, and took care of everything at a very reasonable price.  I'll definitely be calling Carlson for all household needs going forward.  The overall experience couldn't have been any better.

Called Carlson Plumbing for clogged pipe.  Ryan came put.  On time and very professional. I thought itvwas going to be an expensive job but he simply cleaned out my pipe quickly and was on his way.  He also checked out my bathroom faucet and said it was working OK.  Honest.  I recommend Carlson Plumbing and ask for Ryan.

We have had Carlson plumbing out to our home for 3 different problems over the last couple years, (Slab leak, toilet leak, etc.) Each time they have been extremely professional, kind and their pricing has been reasonable compared to other estimates.  Their entire team is awesome!! (It was also appreciated that they showed up the last time wearing masks during Covid).

We called Carlson Plumbing for routine maintenance of the drains and scheduled an appointment for a few days later.  It turns out, a stoppage happened while Kyle, the plumber was here!.  The toilet was just flushing slowly until that moment.  We are thrilled to have everything cleaned out and ready to go.  Kyle did a great job!

Mason came out today to help with a drain problem.  He was great.  Took the time to explain how everything works together.  Was able to fix my problem and give some suggestions for maintenance and future repairs. This company was very fast in responding and totally fair with pricing.  Jennifer was also great.  Feeling happy that I have found a good plumber and especially love that it is family owned and local.

Been having issues with my water heater's pilot light going out intermittently, so I chose Carlson Plumbing from Yelp. Brandon and another associate (didn't catch his name) fixed the water heater the next day, and replaced some wiring. He also gave me some tips about the lifespan of the water heater. Both were courteous and friendly. Very happy with the service, thank you!!

Had a bathroom sink draining slow for quite some time. Called Carlson Plumbing and had the sink cleaned out within 10 minutes after arrival. I waited a couple months to write this review and I am happy to say the sink is still draining better than ever.

Brandon was AMAZING! He came out last minute to hydrojet my main line, did a fantastic job, and charged me less than half of the other bid I got to do the same job. I will definitely be using Carlson plumbing to sleeve this line in a few weeks! Brandon's the man!

I've used this company twice now for plumbing issues with my home. Both times they were professional. First time was to replace a leaky laundry hookup and the second time was to fix a leaking toilet. Ryan and Griffin were very nice and professional. They were fast, responsive, clean, and most of all very very fair prices. Highly recommended for their services.

We had an issue with the kitchen sink line and an overspill in our washing machine every time we turn it on. Called the main number, nice lady was able to get a representative plumber to the house within 20 mins.

Plumber's name was Mason. Awesome guy, very communicative. Tells you thoroughly what he's testing, what he's suspecting, what he's planning on doing. He's very patient, trouble shoots every aspect he thinks of on the spot, and makes necessary trips to hardware stores to make sure the piece he needs is the most optimal!

First time through Carlson Plumbing, definitely keeping the number handy as well as requesting Mason for sure.

Had an emergency on Saturday night, all my showers and tubs were over flowing.  Called them up Sunday morning and were able to clear out my mainline by brunch time.  He even scoped our mainline to see what was up... turns out i have roots growing through it, that's a fix for another day.  Friendly guy.

We had Carlson Plumbing install a new toilet. Brandon arrived on time and installed the toilet in a professional and timely manner. He was courteous, obliging, neat, and the price was reasonable. We would not hesitate using Carlson Plumbing in the future and highly recommend their service.

I talked with Brandon on a Tuesday morning about replacing our kitchen faucet.  Mitchell did the replacement the same day.  Everything was done by 3:00 pm.  They were fast and efficient,  I would recommend them to anyone.

Carlson's Plumbing has come to pur rescue more than once on short notice. After a long day working, they came out at 8 pm on a Saturday night to finish a fridge installation that the delivery company wouldnt complete, and they didnt charge an arm and a leg! Brandon and company are clean, courteous, and very reasonably priced. They are our go to plumbers.

My condo was built in the 1960's, and we have had to remodel quite a few things.  One of our toilets developed a leak, and then the other one conked out today.

Did a detailed Yelp search, but actually found Carlson Plumbing through the recommendation of ANOTHER plumber who couldn't make it out to my place.

Spoke with Jennifer, who assured me she had a technician who could come out today.  Just as she said, Griffin came out, examined both toilets, and fixed them in no time!

This guy really knew his stuff, and had to fix a problem caused by another plumber, (won't mention the name), who didn't install one of the toilet's correctly.  Price was very reasonable as well, just as advertised.  Their 5 star rating is well deserved.  

Griffin is a real pro, and I will definitely call Carlson again, if we ever have need!  Thanks again guys!

Our water heater went out on us and after getting the run around from our home warranty company, AHS, we decided to contact Carlson Plumbing.  Kyle and Ricardo arrived early and were very professional and did the job in a timely manner.  We have always used Carlson Plumbing for our house as well as our rental property knowing that they do honest and quality work.  I recommend all of my friends and family to use Carlson Plumbing!

Ryan and his assistant showed up on time, were extremely competent, and the price charged matched the estimate. They installed a water softener quickly and as promised. Will have them back to diagnose and hopefully fix a drain issue soon. Found them here on Yelp and glad I did.

OVERPRICED DERELICTS.
I've had work done from this company several times in the last 10 years and I have always been very happy with the work and price, until today.
All I needed was a small copper pipe cut and reconnected 2 inches away.
I told the employee I removed the watersoftner. He said they don't work on watersoftners. I told him I didn't need work on the softener because I had already removed it. He said if it was hard to get to it was going to cost a lot.
I asked for another plumber because this guy had a bad attitude and just didn't want to work. They had me text a photo of where the work needed to be done. I texted them the opened access pipes 4 feet off the ground. THE JERK SENT ME A RESPONSE OF $400 FOR A 30 MIN JOB. I paid a plumber $75 to do this 30 min job. THIS PLACE WENT FROM BEST TO WORST.

My house was built in 1960 and as I bought the house from the estate of the original owner I know there are things which hadn't been done in a long time, cleaning out the pipes and drains being one of those things. I called Carlson Plumbing at the recommendation of a neighbor who uses them exclusively and I'm glad I did. They were able to get out to my house the next day, Robert was professional and friendly, did great work at very fair and reasonable prices, Mike Diamond did some similar work here a couple weeks prior and I paid four times as much. These guys are my new plumbers, use them once and they'll be yours too.

I recommend Carlson Plumbing 150 % !!  They did a full repipe of my house and installed a new hot water heater. I'm so glad this was the company I selected. I took 2 days. Both days they arrived early and waited until the start time( as to not disturb my family ).  All the Carlson team were courteous, respectful and very hardworking.  Each day they cleaned up thoroughly. Besides being complete pros their pricing was very competitive. Would not hesitate to hire them again !!

Brandon has been very helpful for us and easy to contact. We have used his service twice and each time, he has given very fair prices. The service is pretty damn good too, so I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for future plumbing problems.

Our toilet flooded on Sunday morning and we called oour home warranty company. They said someone would call within 48 hrs but it may not be until a week after that someone can actually come. I waited 48 hrs and didn't even get a return call after leaving a voicemail. I couldn't wait any longer and so called Carlson plumbing on New year's eve morning. Not only did he pick up the phone and listen to the issue, but Brandon came personally within 5 min since he was close by!

He fixed the issues right away and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I was afraid that since it was new year's eve, the price would be higher, but i don't believe he charged me extra. If there was an upcharge then his normal rates are really low! I will be using his company for all my plumbing needs from now on! I don't even care if my home warranty doesn't reimburse since his rates were close enough to what we would have had to pay as deposit for a plumber to just come out and not even fix anything. If you want awesome and efficient service that won't break the bank, then definitely call Carlson plumbers!

Griffin did super job repairing toilet and especially leak in garage.  Despite taking longer than expected, stood by earlier quote.  Response time to home to our call within 4 hours.  Job well done.

Brandon's crew installed a new garbage disposal and one supply line. I had a minor issue after the installation. Since my faucet was not a standard one, Brandon made several trips to install the parts without any extra charges. They are honest, very helpful & go above & beyond their scope of work. I highly recommend Carlson Plumbing.

These two brother come work at my home. All I hear is bro this or bro that!  They do fast work and my drain now work.   Not so expensive and I say why? He say easy no problem and go.   I think they California boys , my daughter like but I tell her no! He need to shave!

We initially called Carlson Plumbing to verify that our gas lines were all set up for a new gas dryer. Mason was our technician - he was friendly and fast. The same day, my mom's townhome had a burst pipe and Mason came out to give us a quote on a full repiping. Their price was much more fair than other competitors quotes. We weren't able to schedule the repiping right away for various reasons, but they have come out multiple times in the last few weeks to assist with various plumbing needs as we start our restoration project. Jennifer has been a gem with getting someone out quickly whenever we call and Mason has been super patient and helpful when I text him with random questions - we've finally been able to get the repiping scheduled and I'm happy that we will be able to have Carlson Plumbing handle the job!

Brandon came out within the hour for an emergency fix and completed the job quickly as well. He was courteous and told us what was wrong without being pushy for a sale like some other plumbers we've contracted before. My kitchen sink was clogged up real bad and our entire house started to smell. I called around a few local plumbers and they didn't have any openings till tomorrow! I called these guys and girls over at Carlson Plumping and the nice lady on the phone had our technician Kyle out to our house in a matter of 45 minutes! Talk about response time... Kyle was super cool, knowledgeable and even offered to show  me the blockage on a small camera. Kyle was able to quickly remove the clog and recommended hydro jetting the line because it was becoming more and more clogged due to old piping. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

Had some work to do around the house--faucet replacement, shutoffs, etc.  Jennifer in their front office was really helpful and friendly.  She gathered a lot of info and scheduled their tech, Mason to come out.

Mason did an awesome job.  His work was professional, he was courteous, and arrived on time.  Jennifer confirmed the appointment and even sent a picture of Mason before he arrived.

I wouldn't hesitate to call Jennifer and Mason if I ever needed work done again.

I requested a quote via yelp on a Sunday night because my water heater was leaking water all over my garage and would not stop until I turned the water off to the entire house. Brandon called within 10 minutes and was at my home about 30 minutes later, at 11pm. He was courteous and professional, explained what happened, and temporarily replaced the necessary piece with a used piece that he had in his truck. He came the next day to put the new piece in. His prices were very reasonable - $85 for service (even at 11pm), with an additional cost for the supplies. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

We initially used them when we had a water system installed from Citizen Water. I have had them out a couple of times since. Their customer service is great. I tried to install a Tushy Bidet, which was supposed to be super simple and easy, and turned into an 8 hour process with four trips to Home Depot, and ultimately a gigantic leak in both bathrooms. Brandon came in less than half an hour, completely fixed the problem with minimal damage to the drywall, and gave us an incredible price. He was also very kind and professional. I was so stressed and he put us at ease. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an honest plumber. I won't use anyone else from now on.

Had a pipe burst incident over the new year's holiday weekend while I was away. I scrambled to find a plumber to get the job fixed and a company canceled on me TWICE 2 days in a row and it was very infuriating and stressful. I did a yelp search and found Carlson plumbing and their solid 5 stars. I called and was helped by Jennifer who was able to find me an appointment early the following day. Ray and Ricardo showed up, found the root of the problem, and were able to finish the job the same day. Stellar experience from the moment they picked up the phone until the very end of the job. We were concerned when we noticed some sediment appearing each time we gave our baby a bath and reached out to Carlson Plumbing via yelp.  They responded and we scheduled for them to come over the next day to take a look.  The plumber came over on time and he seemed very nice.  He assured us the sediment was harmless and that we could solve the issue by installing a filter.  He promised us a quote for a filter installation on Monday.  Monday rolled around and we didn't receive anything.  My husband reached out the following day using the number the plumber called him from and left a voice message but did not get a response.  Confused, I followed up later in the week by calling the number on their yelp page.  A woman answered and took down our address and number and said she would try to give him the message, but again, we received nothing except radio silence.  We have no idea why they decided to ignore us - maybe they thought our job was too small and didn't want to tell us?  Or maybe they just didn't like the way we looked?  I guess we'll never know but either way, it left a bad taste in our mouths especially since they had solid reviews.  However, I'm giving them 2 stars for coming out for the initial visit on time and for being friendly while meeting with us.

Carlson plumbing by far is one of the best around.  We have used him on many occasions, and he is honest and trustworthy. Ryan is fabulous to work with, as well as Brandon.  If you are in need of a plumber, I would highly recommend them.

They installed a recirc system at our house. We have warm water at all times and never waste water before showers. I was very impressed by how detail oriented and technical they were. Simply awesome. Price was reasonable.

Today I kind of panicked when my restaurant started flooding water up the toilet and also up from the drain under the kitchen sink. I'm so glad I found Carlson Plumbing on Yelp. Brandon said he would be there within the hour but he got there much quicker. He fixed the issue, like it was nothing to him, although it took quite some time to finally reach whatever was causing the issue in the pipes. It was pretty messy but he cleaned everything up afterwards. He was a lifesaver for us today, otherwise we would have had to close down the restaurant for the rest of the day.

Such a reasonable price also!! I thought it would cost at least $150 more than what he charged me.

Forgot to check the cold water line prior to our new dishwasher was delivered.  Of course frozen, which meant no install by the Home Depot delivery guys...

Called my normal go to plumber but he was sadly MIA for three days...

Gave Carlson & crew a call and they were able to take care of that valve and replace a toilet water valve in a tighter spot than the dishwasher one...

Price was very reasonable and Griffin was prompt, courteous and efficient for the simple task at hand.

I was introduced to Carlson Plumbing by my real estate agent when I was buying my home in Laguna Beach 2 years ago.  Brandon and his team have helped me many times for complex jobs, most recently today to clear an outside drain pipe clog (which resulted in a major flood in my home two weeks ago) that my gardeners were unable to locate or fix.  Besides being a real pleasure to work with (which goes for all of his team), Brandon has the technology needed to do the most complex jobs.  For example, in my case, Brandon ran a camera from the house, through the drain line out about 100 feet, and found the end of the pipe (i.e., where it drains to the street) using a camera detector.  Without this piece of equipment, it would have been next to impossible to find the buried pipe.  After re-opening it, we watched a 15 minute watershow as probably 100 gallons of rancid year-old water came spraying out.

These are the guys to call when you need something done right, economically, professionally and timely.  Hence, my 5-start review.

Called Brandon to repair a faucet that would not turn off. He was here within the hour. His price was reasonable and his work impeccable. Brandon was professional and very pleasant. I really can't say enough great things about this company. We had a very shady, dishonest plumber screw us over, and out of a lot money. We called Carlson to come remedy the problem this other plumber created for us (broken pipes, huge six foot trench in front yard, and no water supply). Carlson was so nice, and HONEST. It's hard to come by genuine contractors that aren't trying to nickel and dime you all the time. We appreciate this company and will be using them in the future. Thank you for everything!

There are 3 types of businesses I dread dealing with:  Plumbers, Dentists and Auto repairs!  So you can imagine when I needed to call on a plumber I was expecting the same type of service I was accustomed to.  However, this was NOT the case with Carlson Plumbling!  Pleasant to talk to over the phone and Brandon had someone come over the same day!  Ryan, who came over was not only kind, but went above and beyond when he offer to pick up a sealant I needed to fill in a couple holes!  Who does that?  I highly recommend these guys who have changed my opinion on plumbers!  Thanks for you help!

Had a leak above our tub. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. He ran late but had the courtesy to let us know, which we appreciated. Took him about 2 hours identify and fix issue. His helper was very polite as well. Price was fair for the work. A little under three hundred. Only con was that he doesn't patch the drywall but I guess that because he isn't a drywaller. We would 100% use his services again.  Clean, fair pricing, quick, courteous, and neat.

We have used Carlson Plumbing on two separate occasions.  First, putting in a garbage disposal.   Clean install,  professional demeanor, and very detailed.   And, if you notice in the picture, NO PLUMBER CRACK!  That alone is worth it's weight in gold!.  Notice the smiling faces.  Normally that would be attributed to the over expensive, highly exaggerated cost for the work actually performed.  Not this crew.  A very fair price, for very good work.

But hey, maybe this was just an aberration.  Maybe I caught them on their best and only good day.  So, lets put them to the test on yet another one of our homes.

Tenant complained of several issues with plumbing.  Carlson Plumbing shows up, clean truck, wrench in hand, and gets to work.  With the skills of a tradesman of 40 years experience, the problems are assessed, solved and end result, HAPPY TENANTS!!!.  (Btw, plumber is NOT 40 years old, just has the experience of one).

And just to put a fine point on it, Carlson Plumbing had no idea that one job was anyway related to another.  That was done by design.  A true test, not exactly double-blind, or quite Empirical Evidence and yes, anecdotal, but never-the-less, very, very, impressive.

Would we hire them again, heck yeah!  We might hire them just for the fun of seeing someone try and do a job where one wasn't needed, just for the hoot of it. (But they would get paid!!)

Seriously, if you need work done right the first time, give these guys a call.

This is the first time I used them and will definitely call them again if needed.  We had a nasty clogged kitchen sink and Mason was the plumber who came out.  

The way our kitchen sink pipes are arranged to fit the space makes working on them a pain (other plumbers have complained about it).  Mason spent the extra time needed to get the drain clear...and dealt with a small leak we didn't know was there....and replaced a cracked part because he happened to have one in the truck....all without charging more.

He was also courteous, friendly and shared some ideas on how we can prevent future clogs.

All in all it was a good experience and a fair price.  Highly recommended.

Brandon and his team replaced my water line from the meter to my house. The team of 4 completed the job in 4 hours. I am very pleased with the job . Was in a major jam after we discovered flooding coming from our downstairs bathroom totally flooding into a bedroom (which was 1/4 under water). Within minutes Carlson Plumbing immediately got us a plumber, and found the clog and leak and fixed it for us for an exceptionally low reasonable price. I will certainly be adding Carlson Plumbing into my go-to contacts for a plumber. Highly recommend 5 stars!!!

If we could, we would give this company 10 stars!  Our kitchen sink was backing up and we called another plumber to clean out the drain with a snake.  This other plumber use a camera inside the sewer line and said he found dirt and insects in the sewer line.  They told us that the sewer line had a break in it and gave two options to repair it:
Option 1) Pull up our family room carpet, jackhammer through our concrete slab and repair the damaged section.  Cost: $6630
Option 2) Sawcut at the cleanout at my front patio and use an ABS sleeve material to line the existing sewer line with an epoxy sleeve.  Use a robotic cutter to cut 3 reinstatements.  Cost: $14,225!!!!

Since I didn't really want to jackhammer inside my house, I preferred option number 2, but we decided to call another plumber first.  Best decision!  We called Carlson Plumbing because they were family-owned.  They came out the next available business day.  They also used a camera inside the sewer.  They couldn't find any breach but said the sewer line was pretty caked with debris so he recommended they use a hydrojet to clean out the entire sewer line to get a better look.  Cost would be $750, which would be applied to any repairs I may need.  At that point, I was fairly hopeful they would give me a better estimate than the first plumber so I agreed to it.  The owner of Carlson plumbing himself came out later that same afternoon, used the hydro jet and cleaned the entire sewer line.  After checking the entire line carefully with a camera again, he said there wasn't any breach at all!  No repair was necessary.  Total cost: $750 for the hydro jet cleaning.  They said that if they did have to do the same epoxy sleeve method of lining the sewer that the other plumber gave me a bid for, they would have charged about $6500--but he said I didn't need a repair because there wasn't any breach in the sewer line.  

The dirt that the other plumber found was most likely a clay-like substance that typically builds up from the sludge and the insects we saw (looked like small flies) typically come in from the flue on the roof which is connected to the sewer.  Needless to say, I was very glad to have called Carlson Plumbing!

If you happen to get a bid from a plumber that seems a bit high, call Carlson plumbing!  Even better, maybe you should call them first.  Saved us thousands!

​I had a water heater pilot-light issue.  The scam company that sends the stickers to put on your water heater came by and tried to scam me for between $650-2500.  I sent them packing and found Carlson Plumbing on Yelp.  They offered to come by the same day (a Sunday) and didn't charge extra.  The completed the job right away and for way less than the criminals that came by earlier.  I cannot possibly say enough about Brandon and his company.  He is honest, hardworking​, trustworthy, and dependable.  I have had numerous plumbing issues in the past few years so I wish I would have found him sooner.  I have no problem recommending him to anyone that needs a plumber.  If you have any plumbing issues, Carlson Plumbing should be the only one you call.  I will definitely be using them in the future.

My toilet and sink plugged on Halloween as I was getting ready for all the family to come over. I called Carlson Plumbing and they had a man (thank you again, Gabe!) out in 2 hours, everything fixed in 45 mins, and only charged $150 on a Saturday AND a holiday!  My evening was rescued without a hitch!  I was both thankful and impressed and will call them again!
