We went onto google and found USA Leak Detector. They arrived within 30 minutes to our home found the leak in minutes. Exceptional service, professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Can you say awesome service. I had a major leak in a pipe under the concrete slab. I was referred to this company by Servpro a restoration company. I spoke to the plumber Jason who I am very pleased with, he explained in detail the process that I would need to go through and what types of options I had for re-routing the pipes. Worked with Jeffrey and he was great. Took the time to order the replacement part for my water heater directly from the manufacturer, made sure that the part was being delivered on time, and even ensured that it was covered under warranty.

When it came to the installation, they showed up on time, explained what needed to be done, and pointed out the deficiencies in the previous repair.

I called Petar, he responded in under 30 minutes with an appointment time and a request for me to text him my home address etc.  He arrived on time and went right to work replacing my kitchen faucet.  He cleaned along as he worked and when he was done, not only did I have a new faucet, but my kitchen was spotless.  Always maintaining a very pleasant manner.
I wish I had more work for him to do.  He will be my plumber from here on in.

I had repipe job done one year ago.  I discovered very loud water flow noise from the ceiling after our tenants moved out.  I called this company for this problem.   The owner Craig came the following weekend to verify my concern.  Although I had to persuade him try to isolate the noise,  I was surprised he called me back after two weeks and he came over with his assistant to install pipe insulation without charge.  The noise is not as loud as before.

Very happy with them! Luis came out the same day I contacted them back when it last rained super hard in the last week of December 2020. Our backyard had flooded into our garage bc our drains were super backed up. He worked hard and relentlessly in the rain and in the dark (brought his own lighting of course)! Could tell he was passionate about his job and made sure to show and communicate all of the work he was doing. Gave us some preventative recommendations too!
Fast forward to today where it's been raining all night and day. Our drains have totally held up! Thank you Luis!! Would use him again for sure!!

Came out promptly after receiving furnace part and installed in under an hour. Now our furnace works again. Their quote was significantly lower than the initial quote we received. Also looked at a couple other issues around our house and provided some good tips and advice.

America's Best Plumbing did the sewer line hook-up in the property next to my property. While doing so, they damaged my mail box, and the asphalt on my driveway. When I requested a replacement of my mail box, and installation, the owner Russel called me hard to deal with and accused me of having my mail box at the wrong place. The mail box was not the problem, but his crew's reckless and careless operation style. He handed me the replacement mail box after trying to intimidate me several times. His excavator Bill would pay me the money for the installation, he said. Has not happened yet. Best to get the CA Licensing Board involved. America's Worst Plumbing !

Experienced plumber!   Explained everything to me.  Mr. Chavez went above and beyond.   I was told by previous plumbers what needed to be done for a continuous clogged bathroom-sink.  It was not so.  Mr. Chavez showed and explained to me a pipe that needed to be cut just 3/4 of an inch.  That cut could of saved me so much worry and reoccurring clogs.  Thank you Mr. Chavez for your experience and expertise. I highly recommend his plumbing service.  Happy to pay what what charged.  Well deserved for my piece of mind and a HIGHLY FUNCTIONING DRAIN.
