The pipe to the water main finally gave out and burst after 90 years since it's original installation.  You can imagine the challenge that this would produce.  And, of course, this was discovered late on a Thursday night.  I reached the owner (Drigo) of the company through this site and he responded immediately.  The outstanding service began with Drigo talking me through what I needed to do until he was able to get the permit to do the work.  He was in communication with me late into the night.  

The next morning, he was at the house giving a prompt, honest, and fair assessment of the work that needed to be done, and one day later the work was completed.  Drigo and his crew were fast, thorough, polite, and left the completed project neat and clean as though there was no problem in the first place.

This team is a refreshing change in a time where many contractors are too busy to respond in the first place or do subpar work.

In the case of this company, the work was outstanding.  Water pressure is better than before.  Copper pipes were laid to replace old galvanized steel.  And they gave me good guidance about protecting the plants that were growing above the pipe and how to preserve them before they began their work.

Now, as a result, I have found a plumbing company we can count on for projects- large and small.

Chris really is as good as it gets. Posted to him here on Yelp yesterday evening and he came back within 15 minutes with a low and high quote. Sounded reasonable so asked when was he available, would tomorrow work? He said yes, what time. Would 8am work? He replied see you at 8.

I could write a whole lot about Chris because I was very impressed with him. Suffice it to say, he showed up on time, took the time to talk with me, did the job quickly and efficiently, and charged me the low from the initial estimate.  This is a man that shows a strong work ethic. Just contact him. You'll be just as impressed.

Just before Christmas we developed a slab leak in our hot water line.  We obtained a few quotes and All American's was the best (also we had used them before).  We opted to just re-pipe our whole house since we had been getting pinhole leaks in the past.  The whole process was very well organized from the re-pipe, to the patching, and inspections.  Novi kept us informed about what to expect and had basically back to normal in two day,  If we need anything in the future we will certainly come back to them.

Very responsive. Fixed my clogged toilet. Was very respectful of social distancing and face covering.

On New Years Eve in the middle of the big rainstorm our sump pump shorted out and our finished basement began dimming with water. Winston responded very quickly. Within a few minutes he got the situation under control and referred us to a company that could help with drying out the walls. Winston was very helpful with our homeowners insurance claim. His clear explanation helped us get our claim in quickly and accurately. I cannot say enough about how great Winston and all the people working at Winston's Plumbing have bee. Ed recently installed a new low-flow toilet for me. I emailed him with some photos of the existing toilet/bathroom and what needed to be done, and he got back to me same day with an estimate, and when I asked, a recommendation for a great toilet and some places to buy. I ended up getting a different toilet by the same manufacturer, and I really appreciate the input because it greatly narrowed down the number of toilets I needed to compare and consider. Scheduling was easy and Ed was on time, friendly, and considerate - first thing he asked was whether he should take his shoes off (no, but I appreciate the thoughtfulness). The job was done within an hour and Ed left everything looking great. Very happy - thank you, Ed!

I have been using CLean Out Plumbing since 2015. Hydro jetting my main pipe usually. This past week my kitchen sink was so backed up, not even a cup of water would go down. I don't have a cleanout pipe because the idiots that poured cement in my patio covered it over. So my niece call a few other plumbers while I was out of town. Two different companies came and even if they were informed of no cleanout before coming, they said it could not be snaked. One company quoted $225 to go through the airpipe. Another company said it would cost $2000!! to install a new cleanout.
When I got home, my niece told me about these quotes. I called Clean Out Plumbing and Chris quoted me $95 without a cleanout. He snaked it through the pipes under the sink it cleared nicely. We talked about having a cleanout installed in the future. Now this is honest to goodness great customer service and not trying to get blood out of a turnip.

I love Louie and he hasn't even completed the job yet!  My rental property needed to have a tub replacement in a very short period to allow the tenant to move in.  Louie went over to provide an estimate, and very thoroughly explained all the ins and outs of what needed to happen. (And it was kind of a pain because not just any tub would fit in the space.)  Knowledgeable, customer-oriented, Johnny-on-the-Spot.  Louie took care of scheduling this in short order and it will be done the day before the tenant moves in!  I've got him in permanent ink on my Go-To List now!

Fixed our problems with loud noise in the water pipes. Found and fixed a problem with kitchen faucet. Even went to the store to get the new faucet. Recommended!

Ryan, the owner, just completed fixing several issues we've had in our home, including replacing the water heater and correcting problems caused by shoddy work done by others. He was highly professional about his work, got it done on schedule and for the price quoted. No question about the quality of the work done either, all top-notch.

These folks are incredible- have used them for years, very prompt, attentive, informative and stealth work and service.

Good guy, but be prepared to be billed over 200 bucks an hour! Seems to do things the right way, but also very expensive to get pipes repaired.

I realized that I had not done my usual price pre-negotiations over the phone before they came over, but it was evident from seeing this sweet husband and wife team that they were good, honest, people. And they delivered in a big way. My water filtration system that I was all set to install myself -- cause, you know, I'm a man -- was out of my league. They were a couple challenges that would have left me huddled in a corner crying, but they navigated through them with great temperament and a smile. I'm very happy to have them as my new official plumbers. I would've given them seven stars, but it only goes up to five :)
