I do not write reviews often, but in this case I am happy to do so.
The Rooter Company sent Daniel (Danny) to my home to clear (snake and Jet) a kitchen drain. I have had problems for years off and on with this drain. Danny explained that these conditions are chronic with drains due to grease, soap and food particles. While hydrojetting a drain may seem expensive, TRC was fairly priced and Danny was one of the most impressive people I have ever hired to work at my home. My background is in electrical utilities, construction, and home inspection. I know how important it is to provide well trained, polite and hard working employees. I highly recommend TRC - ask for Danny, you won't be disappointed.

Mark, recently assisted me.. correction saved me. Thanks to Mark, I was able to save myself time and money. He quickly assessed the situation and was able to fix while teaching me how to avoid the problem should it happen again.

We had a main drain backup recently in the afternoon. We couldn't use any of the bathrooms and we were freaking out. The Rooter company was the only one who came and got us up and running temporarily that night. They installed a new clean out and re-lined our drain with perma-liner the next day. A few months earlier, we got warning signs of our drain problem and I collected a few quotes. A piece of advice - don't ignore the signs, take care of it as soon as you can. So when Mark quoted me that night, his quote was similar to the ones I received months earlier. Mark and his team did a great job and took care of our emergency at a very fair price. Mark Fields was the one who my landlord found to descale our sewer line. The previous plumber we had called to unclog the pipes quoted us $8-11k (?!) Mark did it for us for less than $1k. He also let us know that he would be a little later than planned, which I appreciated because no one else did that during the whole ordeal :') professional, transparent and friendly, I had no complaints and will call him if we have any plumbing needs in the future as well

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mark responded to my inquiry in minutes and was able to come clean our drains same day. Our garbage disposal was smelling terrible and one of our bathtubs wouldn't drain. Mark explained exactly what was needed and gave an extremely fair price with zero hassle. Can't recommend this company enough! We are customers for life.

Our bathroom showers were backing up. After many attempts to locate the clog we were unsuccessful and knew we needed a professional. I used Yelp projects to get fast quotes. Mark with The Rooter Company responded quickly and was able to fit me in to his schedule for the next morning. He and a technician arrived at 9am. While it turned out the issue wasn't due to a clog he was able to quickly locate the issue and complete the repairs that morning. Mark has a great personality and professionalism. My husband and I have been dealing with sewer line issues for years now. Tired of temporary fixes like having the line snaked or hydro jetting, we decided that it was finally time to replace the sewer line completely.

We had another plumbing company come out to clear a clog and to give us options for a permanent solution. However, we immediately felt like we were being taken advantage of. The other company was pushy and quoting us unbelievable prices significantly out of our price range.

We decided to look for a second opinion so we called The Rooter Company. Mark and his guys answered all our questions and suggested a permanent solution to our problems. The differences between the two companies were immediately noticeable. Therefore, we hired The Rooter Company and we are so glad that we did. They were on time, worked fast, and completed the job within the quoted time. Even when more issues than we anticipated arose, Mark worked with us to find a solution we were comfortable with. The whole experience was as painless as possible and we paid half of what the other company quoted us.

Such a great company! First off, I had an emergency leak that Mark was able to fix so quick!! The experience was so good, I knew I had a new plumber I could call for anything! I do not usually post reviews but is the least I can do for how great Mark has been. We had another plumber (a big company) come and said they would need to come in another few days to fix our main line that was backed up due to how long the job would be. I called Rooter company and Mark fixed the issue within 45 minutes of arriving. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and knows everything about plumbing. This is our second time and just had our disposal replaced along with a snaked bathroom line. Thanks again Mark!

I called Mark late morning a couple of days ago and he and Luke showed up later that day.  They were able to figure out what was wrong with the mess the previous guy had left behind.
They redid the connections and added new parts.

From the moment that Mark, our technician, arrived he was very professional, he took the time to listen to all my issues and he quickly got to work.
Mark was very thorough and very honest about all our plumbing issues. And although he was able to fix the issue, to be complete and thorough he used his camera because he believed there may be a larger underlying issue. He was able to show me that there was a much larger problem. Parts of our sewage line was damaged and needed to be replaced.

he Rooter Company made this whole process very simple. My initial phone call Mark answered and He took down some simple information and scheduled for the work at my house to be completed the next morning. He arrived right on time and ready to go. The drain for my washing machine was clogged and deteriorated and needed to be completely changed out the job was completed in about six hours for a very competitive price. The Rooter Company will be my first call for any and all plumbing needs from this point on.

We were having issues with our plumbing constantly backing up after having contractors apply some quick fixes in the past. We called The Rooter Company and they came out same day to diagnose the actual problem and made time in their schedules to come back as soon as they could to fix it. While it wasn't as easy a fix as they originally thought, Mark and his team worked their magic to solve it within just a few hours. They were prompt, communicative, and really knew what they were doing. It's nice to have found a reliable plumbing company for all our future needs!

Mark and his crew are the best! Him and the team helped get my water heater running after I tried to self install ‍ they have also helped many of my friends and always made sure the job was done right!

I fully recommend The Rooter Company! My water heater started leaking and hissing the night before going out of town. Mark responded quickly to my message and came out the same night without a different rate. I had already cut power and water so he tried a bypass and when that failed he had to fully remove it from my home. All of that was still done for the flat rate he estimated. I was super impressed and have already referred others. I will no longer be using the major plumbing company for my area that I had previously used.

I'm pretty happy with this company. Called them on a Saturday morning for my moms sink that wouldn't drain. The lady who answers the phone is amazing and communication was great. They showed up within a few hours and fixed her problem. Was able to pay remotely which made it very convenient. My mom said they were clean and very professional. Mark came out to jet an outdoor drain that was blocked due to roots and garden debris, flooding my patio. They were very clear, friendly, and took their time to answer my questions despite the pouring rain. I had a leak inside my house late at night and needed service early in the morning. After calling several plumbing companies, Mark was the only plumber that reached out and called me back late at night. They came out early and on time the very next day.  Mark, Lucas and their team were very professional and helped answered all my questions that I had. Their service is fast and their customer service was outstanding! They resolve the leak within two days. They also have someone come in and fix the drywall if they made any openings. These guys are honest plumbers I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone who is currently looking for a plumber for their home.

Go ahead. Call other plumbers. Get their inflated quotes. After you're done choking on your spit and deciding whether or not you can skip eating for a week or two so you can pay a plumber to fix your clogged sewer line, call the Rooter Company!

The Rooter Company is responsive, honest, and very thorough. Mark and his crew arrived at the time promised and were very courteous and friendly. The one thing you'll appreciate about Mark is not only his overall demeanor and character as a person but his honest approach and assessment of the pros and cons of each option. Save a little today but pay more down the road? Or bite the bullet and deal with the mess so you don't have to worry about it for a LONG time?  

In our case, since moving into our older home in 2016, we've had to deal with root intrusion in our main sewer line which is made out of clay. Either deal with hydro jetting every few years at about $500 a pop or bite the bullet and pay $10K to re-line the main line and not deal with root intrusion. Still, it's hard to stomach paying the $10K. Despite what other plumbers were quoting, Mark was willing to work with us and figure out a way to save us money and heartache. I won't provide the exact quote but let's just say Mark saved us A LOT of money! And more importantly, saved us needless worry down the road of our main line eventually collapsing and costing us upwards of around $40K+ in the future if the line collapsed due to a portion of the main line going out under our driveway and under a county street.

They are a nice group of guys that are good at troubleshooting to figure out the best solution for your plumbing problem. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and when they're done, they leave your plumbing working. They were very fair with pricing when I had my drains cleared and showed me a before and after picture and they were completely accurate in the recommendation so I was relieved that I took their advice and did the plumbing the way they suggested it. I had seen them down to do some work for my neighbor and I knew she was happy with the results and I used them for some work at an apartment building that I am on the HOA board for. Again the work was fair priced. Consistently they're doing a good job for me. I am glad to have a trustworthy plumber available.

Really great service for a reasonable cost for our last plumbing emergency. Most recently thought we needed emergency service on the weekend - ended up not needing but super responsive and accommodating.

After a week of failed attempts to unclog my kitchen sink I finally decided to let a professional handle it!  I was referred to Mark by a friend who recently had some issues and was very happy with his services. He responded right away and thankfully was able to show up the next day to take care of it, plus he gave me some great tips on how to avoid a problem like this in the future.

I am another happy customer. Mark is a true Christian. He quoted me the price on Yelp based on my description of the big plumbing project without even seeing it. It turned out the job was more complicated than he anticipated. However, he is a man of his words, kept his original price, and ate the loss to himself. The job was done fantastically. I cannot say enough to recommend him. I promise you will not regret if you hire him.

We had a drain backup on New Year's Day! We thought we just needed it to be snaked! Within minutes Mark responded promptly and professionally to our request and was at our home in a flash! He put a camera through the drain and discovered a much bigger problem. Thankfully he was able to temporarily fix it till he could bring his crew the next day. They fixed the major problem and all is well now! They went above and beyond. Thank you Mark and Mario. I wish I knew the names of the rest of the guys to thank them as well.

Tapped there walks ways and washed down my drive way ( with there own pressure washer & water tank) .However my main line had roots and needed sewer restorations. The Rooters got her done !!

Mark and his teach came out and dug up a bad leak I had in my front yard. My roots were growing into my sewer line and also causing a back up. Thank God for the rooter company! I highly recommend them!

I had a backed up drain pipe from an upstairs bathroom. I reached out to Yelp for quotes to snake the drain. The Rooter Company responded with a low quote and said they could come out quickly (which was valuable to me). Danny came out and was very nice. He went to work immediately. He scoped the drain first and found the blockage, then sent the hydro jet down the pipe. He cleared the drain and showed me on the camera all of issues with my pipe. He was straightforward on his recommendation to replace my very old cast iron drain pipe, but wasn't pushy on the sale. It needs to be done, but he understood that those expensive decisions take time to think about.

The drain clogged up again 2 days later. Danny came out again to clear it but reiterated that this will keep happening unless we eventually replace the pipe.

The professionalism of the company gets the 5 star review. The price was higher than quoted, but I knew once the scope and jetter were used I would be paying more. For my project, I needed the scope so I appreciated it.

I wouldn't hesitate to call the Rooter Company again.

This is my go to plumber from now on. They are reasonable on their prices and they are very efficient and courteous. They did an excellent job replacing my gas line and valve.

I was a bit suspicious of this company at first because 100% of their reviews were 5 stars and I very rarely see that.  I wondered if they scrubbed their profile of negative reviews somehow..but now I see they are just that good!  I called Mark after another plumber left me feeling less than confident about a huge project on the house I just bought.  I ended up getting four opinions on what my issue was and how to fix it and how much it would cost.  Mark made me feel the most confident and did he work for the best price.  He always showed up when he said he would and explained things in a way that helped me really understand what was going on in the maze of pipes running around my property.  He and is crew are friendly and respectful.  Will be keeping his number for all my future plumbing needs.

Let me start of by saying that I'm extremely ecstatic with the level of service this company provided.

We were unsure who to call and kinda of timid calling plumbers over. Mark and Daniel were so kind and pleasure talking to.

I had gotten home from work and put a load of laundry and ran the dishwasher and as soon as I start getting the kids ready for bed the bathtub wouldn't go down and all the water was stuck in the sinks and tub.

So I had a crazy root problem and this company came the same night, installed a clear out for my main drain and got us back to normal within a few hours.

Had a plumbing emergency right before Christmas.  Had to get a plumber to come and snake my line.  He only cleared part of it and recommended some additional work.  Because it was the holidays (Dec 23rd), he charged me holiday rates.
I decided to get some additional quotes as the work the first plumber suggested seemed really high.  I sent a quote request on Yelp and Mark from the Rooter Company responded right away.  It was late but he was in the area and came to take a look at our issue.  He diagnosed the actual problem right away and suggested some longer term solutions.
We decided to go with the Rooter Company for the work.  Mark worked with our budget and absolutely maximized it.  He even credited the work he did on the 24th and the day of the major work he took care of additional things we needed.  We basically got 5 different services/work for slightly above the price that the first guy was quoting me for 1 thing.
I can't recommend these guys enough.  We will continue to rock with The Rooter Company for any future needs we have.

5 star service!!! Mark was so kind to accommodate our schedule and come out a couple days earlier than planned so that our clog wouldn't cause an overflow! He was very responsive and professional. He did a great job with the service and sent a video of the pipe afterwards to show everything had been thoroughly cleaned out. Mark and his team did an awesome job repiping my entire house, installing a tankless heater, filter and softener system. Mark is very responsive and knowledgable, and answered my calls and texts with questions in the evening and on weekends. Every single thing we needed done and had questions about, was finished quicker than we expected. Mark takes his customers and business very seriously!

Mark and his company did a great job on my outside main line leak. He is very respectful and knowledgeable and he gave a very accommodating price quote compared to the other companies, which was really appreciated since I retired from my full time job last year.
