David is THE MAN. I called this past Monday and he came Wednesday morning. So warm, trusting, amiable and it was clear he knew his stuff. We had maybe 4-5 plumbing issues that he tackled and gave an assessment for. He went back to consult and do research on a replacement part for our tub and called a few hours later letting us know the parts have been discontinued. He then gave thorough thoughts on how we could proceed. Definitely going to request him every time moving forward. We had such a great experience with him that I'm writing this review the same day which never happens!!

From the start I had a good feeling about David, he responded quickly offered a free quote next morning and showed up on time, had all the parts to fix my Gas line valuve for my dryer connection, David not only got the job done quickly and cost affective but he accepted Zelle which made it that much easier.

Jorge was great! We needed a new kitchen faucet as ours broke.  Jorge came over to the house, showed me some pictures of faucets and actually went and bought one for us.  He encountered a couple of challenges, like our old faucet not being easily removed (it was 20 years old), and then my husband who is very opinionated about things.  Jorge was professional, patient and got the job done.  Both my husband and I are happy with the results.

Sent them a message through Yelp, and head back from Mandela soon after. I gave him a call and he said he could be at my home within an hour .  Mandel's service was great.  He was very polite and professional, and was able to clear our stoppage pretty quickly.  I will definitely use them again if I run into any plumbing issues in the future.

On Sunday evening I noticed my water heater making a sizzling sound and leaking water. The heater is inside the house in the kitchen. Needless to say I concern with the water leaking into the floor. First thing Monday morning I placed a call to Water Heaters Masters and spoke with Alex. He was very professional and efficient, got me an appointment for 10am and by 12:30pm I had a brand new water heater installed.

The installer name was Brian, he was very polite, immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced heater. He was very considerate and clean up after work was done. I highly recommend the Water Heaters Master company.

The owner Billy Caceres was a pleasure to work with.  His response to my call was prompt and his estimate for my plumbing project was very fair.  His knowledge of plumbing fixtures is extensive.  He generously answered all my questions for possible future work.

I first hired Daniel for an inspection on plumbing and main sewage pipe before purchasing a home. He gave a great estimate and took a video of the main sewer line to show where damage was located and the severity. Daniel was great at communicating, very efficient, and personable. His pricing was accurate to the estimate he gave as well. I highly recommend!

Ron came on time gave his expert opinion of my problem and never gave me any run around. Very honest and Trustworthy. I highly recommend their service. I had a concrete slab that had moisture causing mold to grow underneath my laminate flooring. He explained in detail how moisture was seeping through and gave recommendations how to address this issue.

Emil did an excellent job with my recent bathroom remodel. New toilet and trim kit for shower. He was on time, very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend!

During a recent major remodel of our Torrance house, we were informed by our prime contractor that our 40 year old copper plumbing was totally shot and in need of replacement. John Hammond's team came highly recommended and spent a full two weeks ripping out the old copper lines and installing new PEX transmission tubing and custom copper points of use. He communicated with us daily on any issues that arose as well as some excellent upgrades and recommendations -- all within the initial price quote which, was at a very fair market price. It was a total pleasure to work with his team which was extremely courteous and professional throughout the job. Rather than focusing on doing the job fast they instead to the time to make sure they did the job right.  The final pressure testing of the system proved the quality of the workmanship. My kitchen sink was leaking and the water was warping the wood.  I had North Highland install a new sink and am very happy with their service.  I got a number of estimates including some from other 5 star businesses.  North Highland was clearly the most reasonable estimate.  They were responsive on Yelp messenger, they had many time slots available and he came when he said he would.  The dependability was a huge plus because I had to make time from work to get this done.  He was quick and polite.  Highly recommend!

My wife and I moved into our first house on Saturday only to find water backing up in our shower. Within 3 days of light use we had sewage coming out of our shower drains. After trying to work with our home warranty, we took matters into our own hands and called SoCal Plumbing & Rooter. Mario and Eric were at our house within an hour. They took the time to diagnose our problem and explain it all to us. We really appreciated their honesty and all the steps they took to try and resolve the problem that night. Unfortunately, we needed to install a sewer clean out line based on how bad our back up was (years worth of tree roots). Mario, Richard, and Eric showed up right at 9 am to begin work on the instillation. Again they kept us updated on every step and were a pleasure to work with. We will be going back to them for all future repairs (hopefully not for awhile though)!

Victor is a true professional. He is responsive, honest, accurate with estimates and precise. What's more, his crew is respectful, mindful of their surroundings and clean. I was very, very impressed with VRG. And this all comes from the daughter of a high-end designer/contractor. I have very high standards from watching my dad and his subcontractors over the years. VRG met every standard.

We called Arron after getting an estimate from another plumber where they said they would need to cut through the wall to do the repair. Arron was able to come out and fix the problem for half the price without needing to break through the wall. He responded quickly and worked around my schedule. I recommend Arron and will use again.

I had an emergency possible gas/sewage leak that I needed taken care of. I had another place confirm and then not show up, so half my day was wasted. Roman was able to come over within 30 minutes and find the problem. Thank you.

I set an appointment, online, for today between I-3pm. At 2:15 I called in for an update. There was a problem. No one entered my appointment into the system. I ended up speaking with Justin. He was very apologetic and then very accommodating. He wanted to reschedule for tomorrow, but when I explained my situation he asked if he could schedule one for today from 5-7. I said yes. Stevie was the tech who was dispatched to my house. He made it before 7. He was clean, professional and personable. He had me explain what was going on then he got to work. He cleared the lines for our two units, inspected and evaluated both systems. Stevie shared photos of both units and provided recommendations. Stevie replaced filters, cleaned up, then sent me an email invoice. I paid with a Yelp coupon, from their site, 100.00 for 150.00. Would I recommend them? Absolutely without reservation. Most of the time I am disappointed in services like these, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Stevie exceeded my expectations.
