We had a Monday surprise in the form of water leaking from underneath our house. Vianka and her team were prompt in their response and true to their words. We had several technicians who reached out and changed their timings at the last minute. We greatly appreciate the team at Atomic Rooter for being prompt and analyzing and fixing the leak within a day. We are working professionals and truly appreciated the professionalism of this team in terms of being on time and communicating throughout the whole process. We will always call them first anytime we have a plumbing situation.

Try to find the plumbing company for our tenants. With Atomic rooter and plumbing, they have Quick response and get job done immediately.

Our main sewer line backed up on Sunday. They sent one of their plumbers on Monday morning; they dropped a camera and showed me all the issues with a damaged sewer main. They provided a cost estimate for the repair, got a temporary fix, and completed the job the next day. Excellent and fast service!

Mario and team were prompt and very reliable. We had two separate surprises this month and we were well assured that Mario and team will take care of the issue. The kitchen drain pipes were falling apart as well as the bathroom shower got clogged. Mario and his team were readily available and made sure to take care of the issue right away.

Very responsive.  Gave a reasonable quote with a range to install shower faucet cartridges and handles and the actual charge was the minimum of the quote range provided.  Julian came on time and was very polite and patient in explaining in advance what he was going to do.  Got the job finished and cleaned up afterwards.  I would definitely use them again. And Vianca in the office was also very responsive and helpful.

I contacted this company after looking on Yelp to assist with a clogged drain. Initially they were friendly, eager to assist and available during the time I needed them. I was concerned about so few reviews but overall got a sense that they knew what they were doing. The plumbers came and were friendly, snaked the drain and was on their way. I paid via zelle which was convenient. Fast forward to July 12, I get an email from the until below me that they had to open the ceiling because there is water leaking from a disconnected drain line. I immediately contacted Vianka who refused to accept any accountability and has the audacity to offer to fix it. She said There was no way possible it has anything to do with them even though they were the only ones who tampered with the drain. I got another plumber to look at it and didn't tell him I had it worked on recently, however he asked after the Repair even knew it was due to a clog with out me telling him. Now I'm responsible for plumbing, dry wall etc. Due to the bad business of Atomic Rooter. Definitely would not recommend.

2) Atomic Rooter's pricing is very competitive, a consideration for us all. I always do my due diligence when hiring a contractor, as prices can vary wildly, and Atomic Rooter pricing fared well here.

3) The work performed by Atomic Rooter was stellar. The contractor was very polite and respectful of my property, the work was done quickly, and the repair was flawless. I'm always a bit hesitant (or fearful) of plumbing work, as I have a downstairs neighbor and a leak would be more harmful to them than to me. But, in watching Atomic Rooter perform and monitoring the results of the work after they were done, I am confident that they did me right.

I was having a plumbing issue with my pipes that was affecting my washer machine. Contacted Atomic Rooter & Plumbing and they were able to immediately come on down within an hour or two but same day service. Definitely recommend! Will be saving their number for future business. The tech Al who came on by was excellent! Really straightforward and genuine about the process and I appreciated that. As well he had some mine with him who was training the the gentlemen was great as well and definitely was a fast learner. Competitive pricing as well as I did check around locally for pricing as well as timely service. Also, Vianka the dispatcher was great with the dialogue and accepting payment and kudos for being active on Yelp via the messaging system. Also, I did appreciate the flexibility when it came to time as they techs arrived earlier than expected on one occasion and on time on another and gave a courtesy of a small grace period. Thank you.

Atomic rooter and plumbing are highly recommended. Had an issue with my kitchen sink, they came that day within an hour and fixed it for a reasonable price. The Technician who came was very professional and super helpful. Will definitely be back with any future plumbing needs!!!

Mario and his crew did some plumbing on my kitchen remodel. During the whole process Mario was eager to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the process that was being done. We felt comfortable doing business with Atomic Rooter & Plumbing. They also did some adjustments and corrections on my tankless water heater and repipe which was installed incorrect by another plumbing company. His company's attention to detail and the desire for customer satisfaction is second to none. I would recommend this company with pride and confidence to anyone.

Our toilet backed up and it even came up through our tub and I was in total panic mode. I found them on Yelp and they respond so fast and sent someone out within an hour of my request. The worker was nice and efficient, quickly resolving my issue. We just bought the house and need more work to be done and am definitely going to use them again. So pleased with the service.
