Richard was quick and responsive and came out on short notice to take a look at the issue I had with my toilet. Unfortunately, it wasn't something that could be fixed on the spot, but he did recommend the right material/product. Appreciate the prompt attention to the matter.

Jordan came by on time and snaked my kitchen sink. He unclogged the drain, cleaned up was gone in about an hour.

Called Mr. Plumber... Owner said they were super busy. He took our number and address  and he'd try to stop by if not Thursday 3/30 the next day. Which would be today. No call no show.

Great company. My guy Jorge was the best he cleared the drain and even gave me a special discount.

Quick, know what there doing and well equipped and have good advice. Personable and easy to talk to. Hit me up we all gotta go!!!!!

Was charged $350 to snake a bathtub drain. Maybe they're great for huge jobs, but would prefer to give my huge jobs to companies not trying to price gouge.

Can't say enough...wow!  Sunday morning at 8am and the owner of the company picks up the phone!  His technician David is at my house within an hour...unbelievable!  We had a pin hole leak that was spewing water, getting the drywall soaked.  Just didn't want to wait for Monday.  David diagnosed the problem, got it handled an we are so relieved.  Not the first time we've used Owen plumbing before and won't be the last.  Scott, the owner is a great guy, vested in our local community and provides excellent service at a fair price. No need to shop around in my opinion!

Always had great experiences using yelp but never bit the bullet to write a review until now (first review ever!) because the customer service was beyond exceptional. Super responsive and prompt service. Was not expecting for someone to 1. Pick up the phone right away and was eager to help ME instead of the other way around and 2. Same day service! He even helped us with other house work out of kindness. Will definitely use again!

Steve is still around, responding to calls and showing up on time.  He was here today 2 hours after initially contacting him to clear a blocked line.  He has helped me in the past and the service was just as prompt and professional as before.

My wheelchair/bed-bound mother-in-law's main sewer line backed up filling her tubs and toilets with sewage. This, of course, happened at 8:30 at night. The plumber she regularly uses (now used) couldn't respond but Rick came out in 30 minutes and cleared the roots from the main line. He earned every cent of what he charged along with our business from this point on. He made what would have been an unbearable night much more agreeable. Thank you!!!

LITERALLY the BEST experience I have ever had! Gary and his coworker responded quickly, were here in a timely manner and fixed our sink on the spot. The pricing is more than fair and they were in and out in 10 minutes. Can't recommend them enough!

Tony came to help us with our leaking toilet the same day we contacted Erwyn's Plumbing. He showed up on time and did a great job replacing the wax seal on our toilet which was completely gone. Cleaned up the old silicone seal around the toilet, too, and put on a new seal when he put the toilet back. I felt he was thorough and clean.

We will be sure to contact Erwyn's for our future plumbing needs!

John with R.J. Plumbing is outstanding.  He is very nice, reliable, efficient and as well as punctual too.  His work is also done right the first time.  He had snaked my bathtub not too long ago.  And today I had my water heater replaced by John.  He is the only plumber I trust!!!

Whenever I've had an emergency these guys show up ASAP. The work is quality and the communication has always been great. I sell real estate and use Hector and Andres whenever I need a job done right.

These guys are amazing. I noticed a leak in our pipes for our Backhouse and called to have them check it out. They showed up same day and were able to stop the leak right away. Miguel was able to get me a quote on our repipe project and a date he can start the job. He also let me know they were able to complete our (one bedroom,  one bath) Backhouse repipe job in one day! The job went smooth with no hiccups at all. Miguel and his team are not only fast and efficient, they went out of their way to accommodate our tenant when they didn't have to. The job came out extremely clean. These guys are amazing. Don't look anywhere else. Call these guys first. You won't be disappointed.

This is where sexism is alive and well.  The funny thing is that the offenders here are women!

I called the store four times in the past two days.  My first two calls were answered by two different women, and both hung up on me (a woman) mid-sentence.  The third call was answered by a man who told me that I had to know that since I was not a licensed plumber, once I paid for the part, I could not return it.  Now, at least, that is pertinent information.

Four times in two days, when I called to check their inventory for two different parts for my water heater, I was told that they would only sell parts to licensed plumbers, not to homeowners.  They did not even want to check the inventory for me. But, when my husband called (both before and after my calls), they ordered the parts for him and sold him the parts when he went to the store.  Not once he was asked if he was a licensed plumber!

The store also had problem matching what is actually in the store with what its computer system said.  But that is another topic and not my complaint here.
