Richard responded to my request right away. He was very quick with replies and was at my home in less than 30 minutes for a quote. He was well equipped with all tools necessary and completed the job right then and there. This was on a Saturday in the late afternoon even!!!! HIGHLY recommend Richard!!!

I found out I had a mainline leak hours before a flight out of town. I called Owen Plumbing from the road based on a friend's recommendation and explained the situation. They adjusted their schedule so they could come out immediately.

Rodney called me several times through their diagnosis and quoted me on what I thought was a very fair price for the job. I agreed and they began with their fix right away. Not 10 minutes later, he called me back saying that he overestimated the effort and the actual bill would be HALF of what I agreed to.

What kind of plumber does that anymore - especially when I'm 3,000 miles away and would have been non-the-wiser?

While I haven't used Strong Beach Plumbing services, I know I will if I ever need a plumber. They helped rescue an aggressive and scared lost dog this morning that found shelter under their truck. After calling to alert them not to move the truck since Animal Control was on their way, they were able to capture and keep him safe from running into traffic. Dave was the best plumber I have ever used! Our sinks got backed up, and he was at our house that same afternoon. I found Done-Rite plumbing on Yelp, and I knew this service would be great! Dave explained what was wrong, and even let me watch the process of clearing our clogged pipe. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend Dave and Done-Rite plumbing for any plumbing issue! Great service!

He definitely should be your first call!  Getting conflicting information from different plumber companies Steve new what was wrong with our water heater just by a conversation on the phone.  He suggested calling the company and having them send us the part because he thought it should still be under warranty and it was!  If I had listened to other person they would of replaced the whole water heater!  He literally saved us hundreds of dollars and we are super grateful for it.  I HIGHLY recommend him!

Bay Rooter is great! Israel came out to look into a leaky pipe. He diagnosed the problem as a simple fix- replacing a rigid copper tube with a flexible one- and since it looked like something I could do myself, he gave me a discount for the visit, removed the copper tube for me and showed me what kind to replace it with the next time I was at Home Depot. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely be calling on them again.

My mom's water heater was making noises that were worrying her, so I finally called John to ask him to take a look. He was prompt, friendly and considerate (he wore a mask and even removed his shoes.) He flushed out some of the sediment, checked the pipes, and explained to my mom that the noises are normal and there isn't anything to worry about. (Even though I told her the same, she didn't believe me!) Anyway, I'm thankful that her mind is at ease now. John was also nice enough to check the water flow and suggest changes in order to try to improve it.

These guys are sooo lazy. They always say they are going to show up and they NEVER show up on the day that they say. They are super rude. The supervisor and office people aren't helpful whatsoever. They are all taking advantage of the fact that they are the only plumbers in a rural area. If you can, save ur money and hire a plumber from Bakersfield.

Damon and Carlos came to the rescue when we recently needed to update the plumbing in our laundry area. Damon provided a clear, itemized quote and slotted us in as soon as possible. Thankfully, they were slated to take care of the plumbing and electrical issues in our laundry room because we also discovered major leaking under our sink. Turns out, the team that refreshed our house before we purchased it did a superficial job that could've caused a lot more damage. Carlos fixed the issues in both areas quickly and professionally.

I highly recommend Damon and his team as he's transparent, fair, and thorough. He may not be the least expensive option but you get what you pay for. We'll definitely be using him and his team again!

I don't think that I can say enough good things about Miguel and his team at Repipe Top Team.  Miguel is very professional. He did everything that he said he would do.

We had some leaks in our existing copper piping. I called out Miguel to take a look and give me a quote. He crawled under the house and identified several problems with our pipes.  He gave me a quote and we settled on a day to do the work.  

On the day scheduled for the work, his crew showed up early and ready to work.  The first thing they did was put cloth runners on the floor throughout the house.  Then they covered those runners in plastic sheeting.  After that they started hanging plastic from the ceiling all through the house to protect our walls and furniture.

Then the started removing our old copper pipe. I could see the problems that Miguel identified earlier when he crawled under the house.  The also cut access holes in the drywall where necessary to replace the pipes.

Then they started putting in the new copper pipe. These guys know what they are doing.  The solder joints not only don't leak, they look almost perfect. They also take the extra step to clean off the flux from each solder joint with Simple Green. Miguel told me that this prevents corrosion problems in the future.

When they were done putting in the new pipe,  they patched all the holes in the walls. This too was a professional job. The walls looked like before that came less the paint.

When they were done with all their work they cleaned up and took down all the plastic. It was like they were never here. The house wasn't dusty or anything!! They cleaned up outsized as well. Everything was done in one day!!

It has been a couple of weeks since Miguel and his team were here.  There are no problems with anything they did.  If you need to have your house repiped, I can wholeheartedly recommend Repipe Top Team with zero reservations.

They were very warm and helpful, referred me to the right people, asked me to send a list of questions, sent them to the correct technician, and got me straightforward answers right away. All without expecting any pay or business from me.

I would recommend a company like this to anyone. They care about safety first, which is critical when you are dealing with home renovation. I notice people complaining in their reviews that they won't break the rules for them. I think that's a good thing.
