I was very disappointed with Enviro. I 1st had a handyman run a 100 foot snake on a second floor backed up shower. He was not able to clear it, so I called Enviro and told them it was most likely a main line problem and needed at least a 100 foot snake. They sent a guy with a 50 foot snake. He couldn't fix it, so he called a 2nd guy who also couldn't fix it. They left dirty footprints and finger prints all over floors and walls and caused even more alarming water level backup in the shower. I hired another plumber the following day. He cleared it in 10 minutes, but before he started he pointed out the footprints and finger prints and said I just want you to know I didn't do this. I called Enviro twice to request a return on the deposit I paid and have had no return call after a week.

Julio is my new go-to for any plumbing repairs or projects. He just replaced a garbage disposal in a rental for me. I love that he does the work himself. I called him and explained the issue. Julio is very friendly and told me the cost for him to come out and what it would cost to replace the garbage disposal. He came out the next day and showed up on time and got the job completed at the price he told me. After the work was done my tenant text me to tell me what a nice guy Julio is.

We had a main line clog at my residence.  Robert came out and gave us a great deal.  He checked the line with a camera and found the problem fast.  He was able to unclog it and we haven't had an issue since.  I definitely recommend his services! Thanks again!

Great service. Called Mike for a for a quote on a water pressure regulator and he was able to come out for an inspection right away. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and very thorough with his inspection, which was at least 20 minutes and free. After, he gave us an exact estimate for the service we needed and no pressure to accept his offer. Installation was just as easy and we haven't had any problems since. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Vaham was very responsive.  Able to schedule the next day.  Replaced my bathroom faucet quickly, and did an excellent job.  And he is a very nice man, I highly recommend him, and will use him in the future.

Had this company come to my house and address my Pumbling problems. However all they did was replace my toilet and then tell them they couldn't do the job because of a pipe issue under the house.  they would of charged me $3000 to supposedly fix the problem And try to charge me $225 to put the toilet seat back. They left my tub a mess.
I called another Pumbling company and they finished the job for under $100. They did the job in under 30 minutes  The manager had called me back to charge me a service fee of $89.  This company tried to rip me off. I shouldn't have to pay anything. They are trying to take advantage of me.

Update: It has been over a year since BTR installed new plumbing. Adam remembered our family, and gave us a great deal on repairing our garbage disposal. It's nice to know that he cares about his customers. Most business owners could care less.

Great Reliable Service!!!  Service professional, Jaime Martinez, showed up ,Wednesday morning when I suffered a water leak in my garage, He quickly Diagnosed the problem and took the time and explained to me what he needed to do, to repair the problem and gave me the Estimate of the Repair,
He Completed the Repair in Approx an hour and Cleaned Up the Area of the Repair and hauled off the excess drywall and broken Copper Pipe.  Thank You, Jaime!!

Our bathtub faucet needed to be fixed, in addition to the kitchen sink pipes AND the fridge water / ice maker. I looked up plumbing services on Yelp, Gabriel responded within 10 minutes and showed up at our house the same morning to get all three problems fixed. He and his partner knew exactly what was wrong. Very impressed with their responsiveness and expertise in plumbing / water pipes. I will definitely be contacting for future issues!

Came to fix my dishwasher drain! Found the problem and fixed it quick! It happens that the Guy who replaced my sink garbage disposal didn't  poke a whole for my dishwasher drain!  He gave me discount too!! Very nice guy!  Hire him!

These guys just made a customer for life! They could not have been more professional or courteous. They explained the job that needed to be done and got it all done at a very reasonable price. There is not a doubt in my mind that these guys would provide the same type of service to anyone else on this mountain. Thanks again, guys!

My landlord called this company to replace my toilet.  They installed a used toilet covered in urine and feces with inappropriate hardware.  When I complained they claimed my landlord did not redquest a new toilet...my landlord had to phone them and have them bring a new one in a box - unused.  DISGUSTING

Edwin and Carlos absolutely went above and beyond. They worked late, trying all options to fix our issue. They were totally independent and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. It was a fairly urgent issue with the shower and I felt like they really understood and cared. They even took extra time at the end to review the issue and show me what they had done. It was really nice to understand what the problem was and what they did to fix it. They saved the day.

I had an urgent need for a plumber for the main line on my property. I looked online found Mr. Speedy with high yelp ratings and called.  The receptionist was helpful and got me a plumber within a reasonable time. Dean was knowledgeable about water systems and city services. He knows his pipes and the apprx cost of repairs.
I spoke with Fred the owner whose business savvy will have me return when I next need a plumbing service.

Art was great! I had a shower valve and cartridge that was going bad and started to leak. Sent a request through Yelp to multiple plumbers and Art replied back quickly and we were able to schedule quickly. Some others went through offices or receptionists and needed me to call them but it was super convenient to just be able to convey all the info through messages here. I sent the request out late at night after I messed up and caused the minor leak. Art replied, made it out the next morning to stop the leak and suggested the valve should be replaced as the existing one wasn't standard and would likely cause problems again down the line. It's happened with other parts of our condo building as the original builders cut corners with a lot of things so I went with his suggestion. He came the next morning with a 2nd plumber and they got it all done in a couple hours. He initially said we may need to break open more of the tiles to be able to get to the valve for the replacement but by the end they were able to put the tiles back and not have to put in an extra large ugly plate to cover the hole. Am really happy with the fast and efficient service from Art! Will definitely be calling him again for future plumbing needs!

Great prompt service. They even text you a picture of the plumber that is about to arrive at your location. Also very neat when finished.
