Great customer service! The technicians are friendly and efficient. Every time I call them they typically show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it all within the same 8 hour work day. Wouldn't hire anyone else.

This is the third house and third time Seabrooks has saved the day for me! At my last house, my kitchen line to the sewer collapsed due to age. Craig had to dig up my floor and jackhammer my back patio to fix the problem. He was super pleasant and solved the problem.

This week, I needed him to get my shower drain working again. It looked like a complicated job due to the grouted-in rectangular drain assembly. He made quick work of prying it up to clean it out thoroughly. A few small tiles came loose but he explained exactly how to secure them in place once it's all completely dry...saving me from having to pay a tile setter. The job was completed quickly and the plumber was nice but he decided to leave splatter from the job on the walls and crusties on the floor around the toilet.

Josh was great.  He was responsive and punctual.  He stuck to his quote and was fair and conscientious.  I would definitely hire him again. He also was less expensive than the other quotes I received.

5 stars all the way ! We emailed and had them come out for an ac check and tune up. I was able to set the whole thing up by email. They showed up on time , if not a few minutes early, charged $39.99 as promised ,and did a thorough inspection . They gave us a list of items that needed to be taken care of and gave us a coupon for $25 off our next service . We called them back a few day later and hired them to take care of the list of repairs . They again showed up on time , took care of everything and took $25 off our total. I highly recommend this company! Hassle free, Prompt, knowledgeable, honest and fair prices . Such a deal

I love Ideal Plumbing! I call Dave anytime I have an issue with my rental. I always get a call back same day and he keeps me informed of the progress and let's me know what is going on every step of the way. My AC stopped working Labor Day weekend.  Penguin had a technician at my home quickly.  I opted to replace my unit. Penguin got my AC working until my AC could be replaced, which was only 2 days later. The office staff and salesperson was very responsive with any additional questions I had. The installers were prompt, neat and addressed all my concerns.  I am just waiting on my SRP rebate confirmation.  So far Penguin did everything they said they would do.
