Ideal Plumbing says it all! Dave was the most efficient, polite, professional and so well priced. I had a water heater go out, and our property management, and home warranty plumber dropped the ball... Called Dave and he was out in less than 24 hours. Not only did he graciously replace the water heater, he fixed the connecting components as well. To top it off he helped fix a small toilet issue (not part of the original service call) while there at no cost. Dave... He saved my day, weekend and sanity! If anyone ever needs a plumber, Dave with Ideal Plumbing is the best you can get! If I ever need another plumber, Dave will be the guy I call.

Well very recently we called ideal plumbing and he responded in a few days and came by and couldn't take apart the bathroom sink and we were thinking about getting touchless faucets. Dave took a few days of pretty poor communication but did give us an answer. We said go ahead and never heard back for weeks. The sink was still dripping and I was getting tired of texting and waiting. Once I was told I'll get back to you after the weekend I decided to see if he would contact me back. In the meantime i had another plummet ready to go. I cancelled the job with ideal.

He said I understand your frustration. I have been taking care of personal issues. I have not thought of anything else.

Sorry ideal we gave you a chance to show your 5 star service.

I called the owner on a Sunday after my husband and I discovered a major leak. We left a message and with 15 minutes had a call back. He was at our house about an hour after that. He discovered the problem after thoroughly looking for the problem and fixed it without delay. I recommend this business!!

I love Ideal Plumbing! I call Dave anytime I have an issue with my rental. I always get a call back same day and he keeps me informed of the progress and let's me know what is going on every step of the way. He's always able to resolve the issue without it costing an arm and a leg. I always feel like I'm in good hands when Dave's on the job. Have used Dave Capko, owner of Ideal Plumbing twice in last year and coud not be happier with his service. Accurately diagnosed problem, explained it, and fixed it in timely fashion. Not the cheapest,or most expensive, I have used over the years but the best.

Does not answer and does not return messages. Apparently they don't want new business.

Response: While I can appreciate your quick response to my Yelp review, I called the same number listed on this Yelp page, which is the same number listed on Whirlpool's licensed partner find a service provider website--(480) 855-1205, and despite my calling a couple of times and leaving a message, my call was not answered nor message returned. In reading the other reviews, I'm not the first one to make this claim. I do hope others receive a better response from you.

Dave at Ideal plumbing is the best! Our Whirlpool water heater stopped working and due to Whirlpool warranty policies we had to order the parts through Lowes and wait for them to get to our house. Unfortunately, it took four days for the parts to arrive but as soon as the parts arrived I called Dave and he was at our house in 30 minutes. It had been four days of no hot water so I was super happy to see Dave and amazed at how quickly he got our water heater working. I recommend Ideal Plumbing and Dave to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Ideal Plumbing did some work on a house we just purchased. In order for the home to be covered by insurance, we had to send in proof that a leak was repaired. The invoice we received was so light, we couldn't read it, let alone send in a copy. We called Dave at Ideal and he said he would email a copy to us. We have called 5 times, and texted him to please follow through. He has not returned our calls and we have no proof to send to the isurance company. Very upset with this plumber!

If you want quality, dependable - honest service, call iDeal Plumbing. Dave helped fix issues with the kitchen sink and linkage between the R/O system and the refrigerator. The goofballs at Home Depot did not know what they were doing and after 3 visits with no resolution from them we called Ideal. Fixed right, the first time - and very affordable cost.

Dave let you know what the job was, cost, estimate, everything and stood by his word and got the job done. Would call and refer Ideal Plumbing any day!

Dave Capko at Ideal Plumbing is honest, hard-working, efficient, careful, competent and professional. I love it when you discover a vendor who knows what they're doing AND is polite and communicative too... WOW!! I was able to exhale knowing the job was being handled properly. I'd recommend Ideal Plumbing and Dave in a heartbeat... in fact I cleaned him out of business cards so I can distribute them to neighbors and friends. Dave troubleshooted a pinhole leak in a water heater connector, replaced a hose faucet and added a main shut-off valve offering up a simple, but smart solution in under 2 hours. Highly recommend and will use him again in the future.

My water heater experienced issues 5 days ago, and I called Ideal Plumbing (Dave) based on AO Smith's website for service. Dave informed me that he wouldn't be available until Monday, but I agreed that I could wait. 8am on Monday came, Dave never showed, nor did he call or pick up his phone. To me, this is the worst kind of contractor - the inconsiderate type who doesn't care that you made arrangements to be available, then he ghosts you. Don't bother with this company (or 'Dave').

So sorry to have to write this review as I used to be very happy with Ideal Plumbing and with Dave the owner. But in recent years something has happened. It takes two to three phone calls to catch him, (when he answers) and then he no-shows for the appointment. He does not return calls, when trying to make an appointment, and then when you try to talk with him about why he didn't show up for the job. I have given him the benefit of the doubt at least 4 times, but can't any longer and thought I'd write this to save others from this frustration.
Sorry Dave....gave you too many chances to turn it around!

Love Dave at Ideal!! He was reliable, professional and flexible, went the extra mile (literally- he drove around the valley to find the correct part) to ensure everything was fixed properly and on time. Water pressure is all fixed thanks to Dave. Will be using him again when we move into our new house. Highly recommended!
