Called my warranty company cause my toilet was leaking out the bottom.  They sent this company out and I have to say, the guy did a very good job.  He fixed more than I thought he would and did the job right, and because it was through my warranty company I didn't have to pay any extra.  Would consider calling this company in the future (warranty or not).

A crew of three from a company called Rooter Hero tried to convince me to let them Jack-hammer thru my home's concrete slab foundation to replace what they diagnosed as a collapsed main drain under the slab.  Well there was no collapsed pipe. Brewer family cleared the stoppage by running their powerful rooter cable in thru a ceiling vent and all the way to the main sewer line.  Problem solved, no more backup, no more non flushing toilets. Because this was done thru my Old Republic Home Warranty policy, my cost was $75.  This job was completed within three hours of calling my home warranty company.   From now on when I have plumbing issues I will request Brewer Family Plumbing.

These guys responded quickly to an emergent call to fix a badly cracked  garbage disposal that was spraying water all over the undersink cabinet whenever any water drained.  With a house full of newborns and their constant bottle-washing needs, this was a disaster for us.  Brewers diagnosed the problem, and had a new disposal installed in record time.  They even jumped over to fix a shower faucet problem.  Fast, friendly, very reasonable fees.  If you ever need a trustworthy plumber, call Brewers.  We were VERY satisfied!

My technician was TJ, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. The service call and repair was reasonably priced. I will definitely use this company again.

Had this guy out for some home warranty work. Clueless. Charged an additional $40 for a tub spigot because, he said, it was solid brass. CHEAP PLASTIC. Now, they won't return my old spigot.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mike Brewer and he responded to my sos call when a flood occurred minutes after they completed their work. We had hired them to replace all the water valves in our home due to our having been the victims 4-5 weeks ago of a more major flood which racked up thus far a State Farm claim of over $20,000.  The cause of this flood was a crack in the plastic turn screw like thing which fastens the steel braided tube from the water valve to the toilet.  I sent an sos to Mike because the drain line from the washing machine popped out of the tube like drain insert just below the hot and cold water valves which connected to the machine.

Though Mike's crew did nothing to cause the latest flood they acted as if they had been the cause and within minutes he called Bradley Boyden of Day and Night Water Removal Specialists to bring out several fans and dehumidifiers. And, within minutes Bradley appeared with his equipment.

Mike also pointed out what could have been the cause of our latest flood and suggested that we should either wite tie the drainage tube to the faucet or obtain part that came with it when we purchased our new washer and drier less then a year ago.

Mike and Bradley couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating, and re-assuring as we went through this flood on the day before I had scheduled knee replacement surgery.  Cudos to Mike and to Bradley for
helping us get back on track especially at a nerve wracking time for the family.  

We first became acquainted with Mike through our homeowner's warranty through Old Republic. Cudos as well to Old Republic because without them we would have met Mike.

They came out during the scheduled time slot and that's as far as I can comment in this review.  A broken machine always works when the repairman shows up! Lol. My garbage disposal turned on as soon as he flipped the switch and hasn't had an issue since.

It was the night before Xmas eve and I blew up my disposal. It was out of my own stupidity and those darn potato skins, 12 potatoes to be exact. Called my home warranty company at 10pm at night and they set me up with Brewer. I had a big family dinner planned for the next day and feared I wouldn't get a plumber out in time. In a panic I called the number they provided. I hoped to leave an urgent message and would pray someone would call me back on Xmas eve. To my surprise the owner (Michael) picked up the phone! I woke him up.. he laughed it off and promised to be over the next morning.

He showed up as promised on Xmas eve! He save my family's Xmas dinner! A huge thank you and I appreciate your dedication to your clients. I will forever be calling you for help. Ha!

These guys have been nothing but professional and polite when it comes to customer service. They are quick to diagnose and correct the problem. In this day of crooks, they are honest and experts. Highly recommended!

Of course we had a clog in our sewer line while family was staying with us over the Thanksgiving holiday. Toilets wouldn't flush and bathtubs and showers were backing up late on Friday night. Called our home warranty and they tried to set us up with some other company,  that company told us maybe Monday night!
Thanks for the emergency service assistance, NOT. The home warranty company then set us up with Brewer Family Plumbing, we could not have asked for more expeditious and professional service. They showed up first thing Saturday morning and took care of our sewer problem quickly and without disruputing our crazy household - out of town guests plus 3 dogs & 3 cats makes for a mad house!   We would not hesitate to recommend BFP over anyone else, and will use them for any and all plumbing problems.

Michael (owner) worked with Old Republic (Home Warranty Co.) to install a new water heater. I called Michael at 7am on a Sat. and he had Vinny at my door by 9am and began the process of stopping the bad leak we had. They found a 75 gal water heater and had it installed by 1pm!!  I cannot tell you how impressed we were with their service it was incredible. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again if I ever have a plumbing issue.Thanks again Michael!

Had Michael and team out for a slab leak- did a great job finding it and offering a few solutions for a complicated situation. Straight forward, friendly, and communicated throughout the process. Michael went above and beyond: was very friendly to my 4 year old and, because part of the process required cutting into drywall, was nice enough to provide a great recommendation for someone to repair it.
Would use again and would recommend highly.

The job was completed quickly and the plumber was nice but he decided to leave splatter from the job on the walls and crusties on the floor around the toilet.

First time out, plumber cannot do anything. Can't figure out how to find source of leak, so leaves and charges us anyway. Finally got an additional plumber out once *we* located where caulking was needed around the spigot. But guess what? Plumber has no tools and apparently doesn't carry caulk either. (?) Finally gave up on these folks and took care of things ourselves. They also don't stand behind their work, so if you actually get someone out there that pretends to fix something, and it starts to leak again, you are SOL. Based on the reviews here, I suspect they have one standard for when they are running service calls through the home warranty company and another standard for the work they contract outside the warranty company. Which indicates a deceptive business with a total lack of integrity. Best of luck if you have to deal with these clowns.

First of all I spoke to Michael Brewer and he called me back to get the problem fixed. Sent out a guy named TJ. Quickly solved my excess water issue! In and out in less than 45 minutes. Great company and I thank you. Cleaned up and didn't cause any damage.
