This company was just superb. The service from the moment the plumber arrived to fix our plumbing issues to leaving, we have better indoor plumbing now.

They earned my business for good with this. Did I mention that I called on a Saturday morning and got service within a couple hours.

I am so impressed at how quickly Justin was able to get out here and shut off the main valve and fix water that was gushing full blast into my yard.  I felt like I was right out of the movie very bad things because 3 teenagers had a different reason as to why there was chaos.   Any other plumber would have come out here and charged me a fortune and I had just spoken to him earlier today about the other items I needed corrected prior to this disaster.  Justin was calm, friendly and completely cool and he just told me that his guy would be there tomorrow for the regular appointment.  I cannot express how grateful I am for how quickly he was here but also how kind he was.

I've know Don for a few years now.  When I lived in Phoenix, any plumbing problems I had, Don was the first guy I called.

He always quoted me a fair price and always gave me options to consider.  I'm the type of guy who wants to know what is going on. I end up asking many questions.  Don always answered them, no matter how stupid.  I learned more about plumbing from Don that I probably did from my father.

It doesn't hurt that Don also has the greatest puppy ever (hence Bird Dog Plumbing), and his truck is pretty awesome.

I honestly wish Don made trips out to Philadelphia!

Ryan is patient, has great attention to detail, is very considerate of our home when he does work for us and has a great, friendly attitude. Abacus Plumbing came out right away when I had a major water line break, and they were very professional in getting my problem fixed the best way possible. They even came back twice to be sure everything was perfect. My yard was restored to better than normal by the end of the day.

I contacted Mike with a grinder pump issue and couldn't be more impressed with his help. Mike was able to identify and walk me through a basic diagnosis to assess the damage to a pump with an alarm ringing. I would highly recommend Mike to those who have a grinder pump at their home!

Honest, reliable, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. We got a hold of Mark through Facebook. He got back to us quickly, asked if it was an emergency (it wasn't) so he came out to us the next morning on time and assessed our toilet and shower that had stopped working properly. He gave us a quote to replace our pump and came back out the next day to replace it (on time again!) and charged us what he quoted us. Highly recommended!

Dave Somers is without a doubt one of the hardest working, most professional tradesmen in his industry. He answered the phone - on a Sunday - and came out to diagnose the problem on a hot Sunday afternoon. Because the supply trade houses were closed on Sunday, and because Dave already had a client job booked for Monday, we had to wait until Tuesday for the parts and repair. Dave showed up on time, as promised - and was able to fix the problem without replacing the unit (sewage ejector pump). This allowed us to order a better quality unit that should last even longer than the one we were going to install. It's hard to find a plumber tradesmen you can trust - one with integrity, and the desire to work while responding quickly and communicating throughout the process. Look no further - Dave is your guy. Highly recommend Somers Plumbers!

We've used Rillito Plumbing several times, and were initially pleased, but then they charged us $170 for a 15 minute task (installing a bath accessory that we supplied and could have done ourselves), informing us (after the fact) that there is a 2 hour minimum charge for labor.  Very disappointing.

I would LOVE to give Wildcat Plumbing ZERO stars, however, that option is not available. I thoroughly enjoy how this business blames me (the customer) for their lack of communication and then have them turn around and lie about how it is my fault. They actually told my home warranty company that I hung up on them, they also told my home warranty company that they have attempted to call me several times. Here is a word of advice to Wildcat Plumbing. Leave a message so the homeowner can return your phone call. If all you are doing is hanging up the phone and not leaving a message, why would someone return an unknown hangup? I have been without a kitchen sink since February 17th, think it is time they step up and become a reputable business.

What a worthless company this is. I would give them no stars if I could for their horrible  communication and customer service. They were scheduled a week ago through my home warranty company for a repair on my hot water heater. A week later, and TWO NO SHOWS, I have asked the warranty company to reschedule some one else as I can no longer listen to Rising Rooters excuses. The woman that answers the phone, that is if you don't get voice mail, is totally inept at scheduling and communication. She even throws the technicians under the bus when she cant do her job! DONT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY. There are better choices out there from companies that really care about their customers and business, unfortunately Rising Rooter has no clue how to do this. Horrible!

Over the years Cummings has replaced gas lines at my home and a rental, Water lines at my home and another rental, an HVAC unit at a rental and numerous calls for sewer back ups. They have always been on time and done a great job. So far in the last 20 years I have had nothing but good service.

They were on time with the appointment, and fixed the problem quickly. The service tech kept me informed during the job. I would definitely use them again.
