Professional, effective, with excellent customer service and great value. They get the job done right.
Kevin has located our clean outs, located our water supply, installed a pressure valve and yesterday, responded within a couple hours to repair a leak on a toilet that was flooding the house. He's done plumbing repairs and maintenance for us for a good number of years and always timely and super friendly, cordial and extremely fair on his prices. Every thing is fixed the first time, cleaned up after repair and never one call back. Awesome service, you will not go wrong here.
Had Kevin come back to our house for a second time to help with installing our Toto Washlet. Overall great experience as our previous experience with him. Highly recommended.

We had a leak in our ceiling. We called P&L plumbing and the guy was leaving work but said he could swing by on the way home. He found the issue quickly (swamp heater from previous owner was removed and the old hoses were left up there and started leaking) and was done with the repair in about 30-min. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely use them again in the future.

After experiencing a sewer backup this morning, I called P&L Plumbing. They responded immediately and were able to fix our problem. They were very courteous and professional. Both Kevin and Kyle were helpful in answering questions and were honest about possible future solutions to a root problem. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues!
Our experience with P&L plumbing was beyond 5 stars! We were looking for a whole home filtration system, and companies like Rainsoft are a lot of $$$$, as we have had that system before at a previous home of ours. From the initial call for an estimate to the install, everything was done in under a week! At an extremely affordable price! We couldn't be happier! These guys were extremely professional, thorough, and did a clean job! We definitely will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks again guys!
This company is too notch! They replaced my gas got water heater for $500 less than Parker and son. They were here on time, wearing masks for covid and social distancing. They never tried to up sale me or charge extra. This is the first HONEST plumbing company I have ever felt with. They cleaned up everything and left it cleaner than when they came. Had a leak from the kitchen drain pipe that caused leakage on the outside of the house, dripping from the stucco. They arrived to fix it the next day for a reasonable price. They were masked and courteous. I would do recommend them.
This is possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. I needed new toilets installed in my condo and was shopping around for a plumber and I'm so glad I found P&L plumbing. Kevin was very responsive and flexible with my schedule even when I had to reschedule. I had already purchased the toilet from Home Depot and when he arrived he saw that during the delivery the toilet was broken. Kevin was nice enough to haul the broken toilet downstairs and go on a trip with me to Home Depot to return the old toilet and buy new ones while we were there. I was very relieved he was willing to do that as I would have had no idea how to get it back to the store because of how heavy it was. Once he was able to get to work he was very efficient and everything turned out great and the price was very fair and reasonable.

Kevin from P&L Plumbing came to our home towards the end of last year and quickly addressed a number of issues that had piled up and needed to be fixed.
1) Replaced frozen valves to both toilets and sinks
2) Addressed a leaking Toilet
3) Addressed a leak in our bath tub and caulked the perimeter
4) Repaired a gas line to our outside grill
5) Repaired RO system
P&L plumbing are a great company that will address your plumbing needs efficiently and affordably with honest assessments, not trying to sell you what you don't need. We have had no issues with any of the repairs, everything is working great. They have a customer for life.
Kevin and Kyle were awesome! They did an excellent job on repairing and replacing all my showers and sinks at a very reasonable price. My first time using this company and I love the fact they are a small family business, very professional but not fake, like some places where you feel you're being scammed. They seem to really care about doing a job well done. I appreciated the respect they had by covering their feet and wearing a mask. We needed new sink plumbing installed and P&L came out right away and got the job done. They went above and beyond to finish the job, and completed it for almost half the cost of a different plumbing company I talked to. We will definitely be calling them for all future plumbing needs!
AWESOME SERVICE!!! I was beyond frustrated with 3 prior companies in regards to service for clogged drains:
1st company would never commit to a scheduled day/time
2nd company scheduled an appointment but didn't show up
3rd company came out but did not resolve the issue and subsequently came back within a week and still did not resolve the issue and basically said there wasn't anything else they could do (seriously for a clogged drain?).
So 4th time is the CHARM, enter P&L Plumbing!!! From the beginning Kevin responded right away, was very accommodating and came out the same day. I didn't expect such quick service but was thrilled. Kevin gave me a 3 hour window and followed up with a call when he was on his way. Upon arrival he was masked and put on booties prior to entering our home and was genuinely friendly and professional. I explained the situation and he proceeded to advise on what he would do to fix the issue an quickly and truly unclogged our drains the PROPER way. Kevin explained potential next steps should the problem return (which it hasn't). THANK YOU KEVIN!

Received an accurate quote quickly. An appointment was made and within a few days P&L came out and completed the job. They did great work and I will definitely use them in the future!
Communication both when scheduling and on the day of the appointment was easy and prompt... and the guys showed up right on time!
After surveying the job, they asked me a few questions to make sure they would provide with me exactly what I wanted... and then they proceeded to do an awesome job installing my new rough-in valve for my shower/tub.
Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use them for all of my plumbing needs!

Speed: Our circulating pump went out so it took foreverto get hot water to the other side of our home. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged P&L Plumbing on Yelp, they responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.
Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. They told me what was going on with my hot water and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time researching the parts needed.
Price: I'm a cheap guy. P&L Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. P&L Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

Kevin and his brother were awesome! They arrived on time, and were very efficient and courteous. They both wore masks and were aware of social distancing. They did great work in a very short amount of time! Great value for the level of work!
I had a good experience with Kevin and his brother. They came in on time & replaced a leaky hose bib in the yard, as well as replaced some valves/cartridges in the bathtub faucet to restore pressure in the showerhead. Everything was no-nonsense and done well at a very reasonable price. I would definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs.
We have used P and L multiple times. They always respond quickly and are reliable. They address your concerns, are honest, and don't try to over sell you. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them.
Posted to get quotes and heard back within 15 min that P&L could come out in 30-60 min. The guys arrived earlier than 30min and were quickly able to diagnose and resolve our problem. Had the parts on the truck and including the time they gave the glue to dry, they were in and out under 2 hours.
I am no plumber, so when my wife's toilet started leaking I remembered making a note on PandLPumbing.com 480-649-4400 from my Next Door App. This happened on a Sunday. Since I was able to turn the water off at the valve it was no rush, I called P and L Plumbing on Sunday and actually spoke to a live person. They came out on Monday when they said they would, and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. The price was very fair the technician was honest and reliable. I have them on my speed dial. It's only a matter of time before my water heater tank goes. I'm going to turn to them for service. I called the night before thanksgiving and they came out within the hour and where lower than the quoted price. I needed a leaking bbq hose fixed and he got it down quickly. No issues. Highly recommend!
Several tub and tub/shower diverterters didn't work in a home we recently purchased. The tech stayed with it figuring out how to disassemble the speciality faucets. He was able to remove corrosion, clean and lubricate the tub shower diverterters so they work like new. He had to research the tub diverter but he did find it and ordered it for us. Should have it next week so all is working for our holiday guests!

I checked with a number of different companies before selecting P&L Plumbing. All 5 star companies but their pricing was way over what we could afford. P&L came out and gave me an estimate for replacing my kitchen faucet. Their pricing was really good. I scheduled them, but at the same time I ended up with a major outside plumbing problem and P&L said they would take care of it. Kyle changed his schedule and came out and fixed the outside problem. When I asked about rescheduling the kitchen faucet he said he could do it now. So I got both things done on the same day and the price was very fair. Chose them from the excellent reviews on Yelp. They didn't disappoint. Showed up on time, masked, quickly diagnosed my problem and gave a fair price. I had a leak in my sewage return pipe. Kevin did an excellent job and I will use them again when needed.
Awesome service. Has a major leak and was looking for a well reviewed plumbing company in the east valley. I gave P&L a call and I'm glad I did. An hour later the issue was fixed and work was guaranteed.

Kevin was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. When faced with a hard to find toilet flapper replacement, he didn't give up until he found the part necessary to complete the job. He completed several repairs inside and outside my home, and finished earlier than the estimated time he had provided prior to beginning the job. Kevin completed the repairs, nearly unheard and unseen, ensuring that he didn't disrupt our household. I highly recommend P&L Plumbing (and Kevin) for all your household plumbing needs!
I had a back up in my Main Line. Called a couple plumbers and they could n't get to me for a couple days. Called P & L and they were at my house within 2 hours. Did what was needed to clear the clog. They did the job for what they quoted, which was very reasonable. Would highly recommend giving them a call.
I had an issue with a leaky shower. It was around 7:45am. I called a few companies and P&L was the only one that picked up. He gave me some good advice over the phone then moved his schedule around to come out to my house right away. He showed up with a good attitude, worked quickly, and ultimately solved my problem. I will call P&L again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

We need to have some plumbing work done right away and we contacted P & L. Kevin scheduled us for that afternoon and kept us informed as to his eta. Upon arriving, Kevin accessed our problem and started to work. Come to find out there was nothing that could be done due to septic issues! Kevin was very professional and pleasant. I live in a townhouse and have a small yard with dirt and plants inside my patio. Since the last rain, the ground never dried and was continually muddy. Then, a stream of water started welling up outside from the area against the foundation of my building and flooding out my patio. I found P & L Plumbing on Yelp and decided to go with them because their website indicated they can handle underground leak type of repairs plus also I was impressed by all their great reviews.
I'm so happy I called them! The plumber that came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and the prices were definitely fair and reasonable. They did the repair in a day. They arrived around 8:30a, dug a trench and located my piping (which was about 30 inches down), and replaced it with a new better quality pipe. They also filled it back up, cleaned up everything, and had it complete by around 1:30p. They were awesome. If you have a plumbing issue, I would highly recommend them.
We had Kevin and Kyle come to our house and finish fixing our bathroom. They said it'd take 3 to 5 days to complete the job however it was done in 2 days! That was impressive! As always, they were very good at communicating with us about any weird thing they found along the way.
Thanks again Kevin and Kyle for everything! Hopefully we won't need to call you again but if we need help with our plumbing, we'll definitely call you!

If there was an ability to give 6 stars I would. I was extremely impressed at Kevin and P&L Plumbing. I had requested a quote to repair a gas line that was made of flex line from the gas meter to our air condition unit. He was prompt on getting a quick response and asked if he could come out to verify the project to ensure he was giving an accurate quote. He explained the whole job and timeline of when he could start. The job was completed and he even went out of his way to also change another old line to our water heater that ran off the gas meter. Our house had a water softener in the garage. We didn't want it anymore, so I bought a whole house water filter to replace it. I reached out to P&L Plumbing when I decided I have too many projects going on to do it myself. A couple of weeks later, I also had them install a pressure reducing valve, and an anti siphon valve. Everything works well, and looks good.

Awesome service! Fast. My water heater went out and they came out quickly and was a great price. Kevin was professional and wore a mask and gloves which I appreciated.
I have had ongoing plumbing issues in my kitchen with water from the pipe backing up into the sink. A few plumbers would come out, break up the clog and leave. Last year one charged $1400 to flush the pipe to the street he was here 15 minutes and left. So when the problem returned this week, I was afraid I'd be out $1000.
Enter P&L Plumbing. Kevin quoted me a reasonable price to hydro jet the pipes all the way to the street. The best part was he provided before and after video proving the work was done.
When all was said and done, Kevin completed the work in the timeframe he told me and I saved $50. These are the guys you want to call. Guaranteed I will be calling them after the new year for other projects as we work on our house.

Kevin from P&L Plumbing was our plumber that we had contacted for our son's house in Tempe, AZ.
He did a very good job and clean all the debris from the faucet after he was done.
He is very polite and give us the info. for the next project on drinking
water filter that we will be doing in the next 2-3 mos.

Just had my first experience with P&L Plumbing and it was a great one. This is the third plumbing company I've worked with in Mesa and this was by far my best experience. Kevin was great. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to do whatever he could to help. Our sewer got backed up due to a construction problem and Kevin was up front with me that it was likely due to a construction problem and he even showed up early the next day to attempt to get it working and meet with the construction company to explain the problem and why he believed it was due to damage in the construction process and Kevin didn't even charge me for that time. Highly recommend this company.

They came and installed my sink and hook everything up. He did a great job. Was in and out and had no leaks or any other issues.
I hired Kevin when I was updating two bathrooms and building a third (in a large laundry room). Suffice to say I could not have done this project without him. He replaced my main water line, re-piped the water lines in the whole house, and plumbed my laundry room into a third bath! He helped manage the inspections during the process as I was hours away in Tucson. As with any old house when you open up the walls you find other problems; Kevin was great in communicating the issue, and how to fix it.
He was very reasonable, very responsive, and follows through.
I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Wish Yelp allowed 10-Star ratings, which is what these folks deserve. Called them to install a new cartridge in a Hansgrohe Thermobalance II shower valve, which we all figured would be simple and straightforward, but the old fixture was more corroded internally than expected, so it actually took 2 visits to get everything humming, and it required lots more time than their original price quote would cover. To their great credit, despite all the additional time and work, they did what (extra) was needed and never said a word about an upcharge. They were persistent, quality-focused, thorough, courteous, and kept us updated via text messages throughout the extended process. All FIRST-CLASS in every respect, and would recommend them without reservation.

Highly recommend!! Kevin immediately replied to my quote request within 15 minutes and came out on the same day today to fix my bathtub faucet. He came into our house wearing a mask to protect himself and my family and something to cover his shoes to not dirty our carpet. He explained what he was going to do and did it fairly quickly. He cleaned up the area he worked on. He also answered other questions I had pertaining to getting a water softener and also questions on my water heater. Glad I contacted Kevin's company. These guys are incredible. I have used them several times. Family company. They do things the right way...not the easy way. (They use thicker copper pipe, triple check their work etc). Highly recommend.
We had a leak behind our stove. We called P and L Plumbing. They came out and gave us a worst case scenario. Once they cut a small hole in the wall they were able to give us a better estimate of what was wrong. We had an underground slab leak and they were able to fix it in just a few hours with very little damage to our walls. The price was also much less than the worst case quote they gave us.
The two guys, Kevin and Kyle, are very knowledgeable and explained everything well. They wore face masks the entire time they were in our home. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up well after themselves. I highly recommend P and L Plumbing if you need a plumber for any reason.
I have never had a more honest, informative home repair company period, as this company! I have been a homeowner for 30 yrs.
I cannot believe the workmanship, response time (everything!) of Kevin who was my plumber. This was a leak behind an inside wall that you can barely see after he was done, no drywall repair needed!

I am so thankful to have come across this company! I called them after seeing high water usage alerts on my water bill and the city website showed we had a possible leak. Kevin came out within 2 hours and assessed the situation and informed me we had an underground leak somewhere. He called around to get me the fastest appointment available with a leak detector. But he ended up calling me back a few hours after he left and asked if he could try a few things and possibly save us the money on the leak detector. He narrowed the leak down to the front yard and started digging in an area that commonly gets leaks and found the issue. He stayed at our house until after 7pm fixing it and came back the next morning for final touches and to fill in the holes. While he was here Kevin was friendly and personable..even during a frustrating situation. He was honest, gave us a reasonable price and turned a stressful situation into a great customer service experience. We now have a reliable plumber we can trust with any future issues!
Kyle and Kevin are life savers, they really are a good team. I've found it to be very difficult to find trustworthy, genuine contractors and I gotta say, if you're looking for a plumber, look no further than this company and these two. They gave me honest opinions and fair prices. Also right after they JUST left my house after giving me an estimate for something completely unrelated, they made sure to come right back and help with a new leak I noticed right after they had left (bad timing). The leak was unfortunately created by a different plumber's shoddy work, which they gave me a few options to choose from to take care of it, I ultimately decided on having them repair it to make sure it got done right this time around. I'm thankful they were available to help fix it and made the time to come back. I highly recommend them!

I am so happy I stumbled upon P&L Plumbing. Being a new homeowner and finding the right companies to work with has been an adventure but they made it so easy. We had a broken toilet that needed to be replaced and rather than come out give us a quote (like other places) they knew what it would take to just install a toilet.
I called 3 different plumbers and after calling them, shooting them a text of my address they set my appointment. From first call to installation all within 48 hours. They showed up on time and even texted when then were on their way. Showed up with masks and cleaned up after they left. They even took the old toilet with them so we didn't have to worry about it.
Thanks for making this experience so easy! We will for sure be using them again for the future.
This review is only for a consult, but man did they do a good job! Messaged them on yelp, they were out the next morning at the exact time they said they would be. I got a quote for a tankless water heater (haven't purchased or installed yet), but they did a great job thus far. Thanks.

These guys came and saved the day after I tried being a handyman... you could do it yourself and end up flooding your home because you forgot it, or they could do it and you'll be done. The job PandL did today should win them an award. They took several ideas and agreed upon requirements for a professional darkroom to handle many unique plumbing requirements. Kevin, one of the family principals in business, made sure all the wild needs fit in a reasonable wet darkroom arrangement. Theses guys deserve a 12 out if 1 to 10 quality rating. Finding a good plumber is not the easiest thing. I've used several large companies that send out technicians. With P&L Plumbing, you get the owners of the company. They're very sincere, thoughtful, prompt and very honest. They list their prices on the company website and make sure you understand the bill before it's presented to you. In my case, I had them fix a few issues in and around my house. One of the perceived issues I thought was a problem, wasn't. They told me they'd be taking my money for something that didn't need to be fixed. Really built my trust. I'm not one to write reviews unless the service is really great. This was and it only feels right to express my appreciation. My only regret was that I didn't ask for more business cards. No doubt I'll be recommending P&L to friends and family. Thanks greatly!

Kevin & Kyle fixed a slab leak I had by rerouting the cold water line through my attic. After coming out (when they said they would) and locating the leak and quoting me the price, they ended up saving me about $1K by terminating the cold water at the fridge instead of going all the way to the kitchen sink like they originally thought they'd have to. I appreciate them finding a way for me to save a little money. I've also since used them to connect a couple of sinks and replace a hose bib. They always come out when they say they will and they are great communicators! Will definitely use again.
We had an emergency flooding situation that could have been disastrous. Kevin responded by phone very quickly and arrived in the timeframe he promised. He arrived with gloves, mask and was very conscientious about keeping us all safe and protected. He did a great repair job, checked the other toilets, and offered to fix them to avoid a future emergency. His fees are extremely reasonable for the quality work. I will definitely use this company again and refer anyone in need of plumbing work.

We needed a new tub valve installed for the trim set I selected as part of our bathroom remodel. I was on a tight schedule and our typical go to plumber was weeks out and required an initial consultation home visit to create an estimate and get us on the calendar. P&L was able to discuss my scenario Over the phone, make suggestions, and get me scheduled the week I called, which fit our schedule. They even offered to purchase the fixtures for us, if I wanted to check inventory at the local plumbing supply store. I ended opting not to since I was particular regarding the make/model. Super friendly and good communication overall.

Excellent service! Right from the start he knew what the problem was (our water heater completely died.) We got a few quotes from other plumbers and decided to go with P&L plumbing Based on price and availability. They were fast and responsive and had us up and running that same day that I made the appointment. I would highly recommend for anybody needing a new water heater, it is perfect! Hot and wonderful. He was extra careful to take care of our new carpet even though our water heater was upstairs and he had to carry it all the way down and out. Cannot say enough good things. excellent job!

Great company to work with! Great work, awesome customer service, and even better prices! Kevin came to fix my leaky pipe outside and my RO system. Couldn't be happier with the outcome! P&L will be my go to plumbing company going forward and will be recommending them to all of my friends!
When our downstairs toilet plugged and the plunger and toilet auger just couldn't clear it out, I got in touch with P&L Plumbing, got a quote and set an appointment. They arrived on time, were friendly and cleared the toilet in about 10 minutes. They then told me what to do to take care of the problem on my own if it happened again. They honored the quote I was given with no surprise hidden charges. I would highly recommend this company!

I am so thankful for finding this company and that they responded to my inquiry! Kevin was quick and responsive and very professional. Him and his associate came out to check on my water heater and I thought it would need a replacement. They have great news that it didn't and was just the thermostats! The cost was inexpensive especially compared to what I was thinking it would be for a replacement! Kevin even said if it goes out again within the next few months before we sell out house that he would come replace the water heater with what I paid as a credit toward that. They went out of their way to make me a happy customer and I will always go with them in the future for any plumbing needs!!
Ok let's be honest, when you schedule an appointment to get your water heater replaced and only have your wife home to meet with the repairman you don't expect to not have it cost a fortune. Kevin not only responded on the weekend, not only came out first thing Monday morning, but didn't overcharge us for an unnecessary part! This company is reliable and honest! I will tell all my friends about Kevin and his crew! Other contractors quoted $1600-$2000, but Kevin came out and immediately identified it was just a thermostat and just replaced that part! Wish I could give more then a 5 Star rating. These guys (Twin Brothers) were beyond awesome. Unfortunately they were my 3rd call but you know what they say...third times a charge. Dealing with a leaking sink for over a week and ended up being something we just were not capable of fixing ourselves. These guys were in and out in less than an hour totally practicing safe distance and masks. Their fee is better than we could have asked for and gave us a free estimate on an issue on our hot water heart with no pressure. You will not regret going with these plumbers. They know their business, more than fair pricing and do excellent work. Very thorough and fixed an RO leak we didn't even know we had free of charge.
I very highly recommend P & L. The week of Christmas I realized my hot water heater was running constantly and called them. They came that day, discovering what ultimately turned out to be a hot water leak under the slab in my guest bathroom. Even though it was Christmas week they ensured that a leak detector came the next day and then began the necessary repairs. I am very appreciative of how quickly and efficiently they took care of things, especially considering the holiday timeframe. There was a delay while I unsuccessfully appealed for insurance coverage but once that was settled I did not hesitate having them come back. Since December they have repiped my entire house, moved the location of the water heater and installed a reverse osmosis system. In all circumstances they have responded quickly, kept me apprised of their arrival times, worn appropriate PPE, and left their work areas clean. More importantly, Kevin and Kyle are both patient in explaining things and always respond in a professional and friendly manner. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs.
Very quick response time and very professional. They were able to repair my water heater quicker and at less expense than what I was expecting. I was expecting to have to buy a whole new unit but they were able to pin-point the source of the problem and repair it saving me hundreds of dollars. Highly recommended.
Kevin and Kyle were great at scoping a sewer line and diagnosing and quoting a fix to Orangeburg piping. They texted before arrival and followed up quickly. Will call them again! Thanks guys.

I was extremely impressed with the guys from P&L Plumbing. We found a severe water leak outside on a Saturday evening at my father's house.. We were able to make an appointment for first thing on Monday morning, texting they were on the way. They were able to assess the problem and stop the leak within a couple of hours. The work was professionally done and the guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend P&L Plumbing. They are top notch.

Found out over the weekend that our water heater had finally given up on us after 15 years. I reached out on yelp to get a couple quotes and received a message from Diamond. I wasn't expecting a response on a Sunday night at 11pm but I received one. The owner ended up messaging me and was able to give me a quote for the unit over the internet with not issue. After receiving a couple other quotes Monday morning I decided I was going to go with P&L Plumbing. We were originally scheduled for Tuesday the 5th but I received a call that they could fit me in on Monday. Took them up on the offer. They came out and did an awesome job. Took their time with everything and the best part, no hidden costs. The price I was quoted online stayed true and that means something.
If I have any future plumbing needs I think I found a plumber I'll be using going forward.Great customer service and a great team.

Had a leak at the main supply to the house they were able to come out the same day and fix it as well as replace the shutoff valve and all the old piping around it. Communication was great including, really like the text notification system they use. They were quick, knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend.
Kyle did a great job. Arrived on time and went straight to work. Fixed the problem and clean everything up when finished. Couldn't ask for more.
