A true pleasure to work with, Bob and the team came out quickly, quoted competitively, and most important, performed great work. They kept me informed from start to finish, so I knew exactly what was going on through each phase of the project. The quality and professionalism is second to none. This was no small job, as it included severe damage to first and second floor balconies, stucco, large wooden beams, spiral staircase, flooring and wood rot. They came through for my family and I to get my home back to 100%. Bob and VETSBuilt will be the only home remodel/renovation contractor I use. I sincerely recommend this company. Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation.  He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust.  I would highly recommend him!

I hired kangaroo pools to change the sand in my sand filter. The price is competitive and Miguel showed up on time and changed the sand in a timely manner. The work is professionally done and now my pool is as clear as the one in swim schools because of the more efficient filtration.

Will definitely come back for more services in the future.

Alfredo and his team always do excellent high-quality work. We've had them rebuild the gables on our house, rebuild a covered patio on our casita, and replace several sections of warped and worn-out siding. Everything has turned out great and we're very pleased. We'll be happy to hire Alfredo's team to do more work for us in the future!

First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

I would highly highly recommend this company for staining. We had a 1000sqft redwood deck that needed staining last minute. They came out immediately and did a beautiful job!! They have a few stain colors for redwood and I sent a picture of what we wanted to match and they matched it perfectly! I was so pleased with the work they did and it is affordable too. The house we own is a vacation home in Carnelian Bay and I was 100% comfortable having them go to the home without my being there.

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Refinishing a pool is a daunting and expensive process that few homeowners look forward to. After owning the home for 4 years, I learned that a build flaw with a popular defective bond beam rounded edge style that our pool was installed with never should have been used in the first place as chunks of pebbletec and large cracks started to appear. Based on the cost estimates I saw online, I spent a month interviewing pool companies and collecting quotes (accidentally became a mini expert in all things refinishing in the process!) and after 5 different company visits, I chose Shane and Cool Blue Pools. His communication, professionalism, pricing and quality far exceeded our expectations and we're thrilled to have a brand new looking pool. He finished ahead of schedule, coordinated with my existing pool cleaning crew throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with the experience or the outcome. Spoke with Rosa and scheduled an appointment time to come out and give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel.  She was scheduled to be at my home today between 1-3.  NO SHOW, NO CALL.  This is time we could have had someone else out.  Very unprofessional!

We have had Randy as a pool guy for five years.  Being first time pool owners, we were apprehensive about how to take care of our pool.  We contacted Randy and he has taken care of our pool since the beginning.  He is always willing to show me how to operate different features with our system.  He has always been quick to respond to phone calls or text messages.  Very dependable and good communicator.

We hired Budget Pool Repair to resurface our cool decking and to replace the deco tile and scuppers in our 19 yr old pool.  We also had them replace the channel drain in the patio area between the pool and the house.  We obtained a couple of bids and although pricing was similar, we felt Budget Pool knew their stuff.  And, we were not disappointed.

From start to finish, Tony kept us informed about the process.  His crew worked tirelessly and professionally.  There are just so many steps that can be performed in any given day, so the process took nearly 10 business days to complete.  But, we are so pleased with the results.  Friends who have visited say the pool looks brand new.  We agree.

Steve and his crew did a amazing job installing our awning. These guys are fast, dependable and very reasonably priced. We will be using them again in the near future without a doubt!
