Had a great experience with this group. Called on Monday 10/18- literally yesterday 10/20 the repair to my  pool deck was completely done. Would highly recommend. Also something to keep in mind- they were willing to do a repair to a certain section of my deck as the rest of my cool deck is in really good shape. A lot of companies- like literally all but two that I called- will not do this sort of job AT ALL and will only do the entire deck.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

I recently had Arizona Native Roofing work on my roof.  I had a roof put over an atrium and then Jason re-did my whole roof and added tiles.  In this heat I am still in awe all the work he did (he had to come back several days).  Mostly I appreciated his honesty in doing what he said he was going to do.  I have recommended this company to others.  I have peace of mind now.  Thank you Native Arizona Roofing Company and Jason!

We had an issue with a community gate surrounding our pool area in which the gate could be pulled open. Being the work was under warranty and contact was made but the work took close to 7 months to be completed. Multiple phone calls with no return call, requests for a supervisor or owner to return my call with no contact. Even after contact a No Show of all things. Finally the repair was done with no follow up call, email or anything to indicate the repair was done.
By the way no reason or apology was declared.
Deplorable customer service and the gate was average at best.

Manuel from AZ SunCovers has done a tremendous job to install a 23*11 patio shade in my backyard. He and his team are very professional, they have completed the work way before the actual timeline. Definitely recommend AZ SunCovers

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

We have a two story house with basement and with that, have two decks.  Through the years, the beams supporting the first floor and second floor decks have been failing.  A result of this is that the wood has become compressable.  Through this, the decks started to sag, a very dangerous situation.  

We called around and were very fortunate to find Yavapai Decks, Abide Construction.  Nate talked with me about the project and fortunately had a couple of open days in the near future.  He came out and gave me an estimate, which I accepted.  Later that week he came out and did the repair.  This involved jacking up the decks so he could remove the bad lumber.  

The end result is that we now have a very solid foundation for our decks.  The work was done beautifully and structurally sound.  He even painted the supports the exact color of the existing structure.  I only wish that Yavapai Decks did other work - we would hire them in an instant!

They built a 2ft high retaining wall in our backyard which looks great! They showed up on time and worked all day. A week later we found 2 cracked bricks. They returned and fixed them promptly. Thank you Rob and company.

We had a small kitchen redo. Doug did a great job remodeling out 1962 condo kitchen and was great at offering helpful suggests. We would highly recommend him. We are very pleased with our new kitchen.

Had my laundry room redone and it is just perfect! I had never undergone a project like this before and they were so willing to answer all of my questions to make sure that I felt comfortable.  The gentlemen who came to perform the project were just wonderful and made sure everything was precisely to my liking.  And they made sure that everything was cleaner than when they go there.  Rudy and Kimberly were excellent to work with as well.  Will definitely have them back (hopefully the same crew) for future remodeling projects!

Great work done right! Love our new custom side gate. Juan went over every aspect of what I had in mind and delivered a dream come true. Fair pricing, delivered on time, and kept updated throughout production.

We hired Automatic Gates For Less to fabricate our driveway gate and some fencing panels. We were very happy with their quality of work and service that they provided.  We would recommend this company to anyone who is need of motorized gates.

We had a leak in our roof that caused some damage internally.  Not only did he fix the damage (perfectly).  He called around to get someone to fix the roof.  I had called several roofers and no one called me back.  

He does quality work at a fair price.  He keeps you updated along the way (which is really appreciated).

This company is very professional.  We were badly in need of a new staircase because our old one was worn and they gave us a lot of good options and not only did excellent work but they were easy to deal with.  Once a quote was given, they did not try to up the price for extra work done as a lot of vendors do.  The new staircase looks great and we are very happy with it.  If you are in search of a good staircase you should definitely use these guys.

Update: 9/2017 - LOWERED FROM 2 STARS TO 1:  Over the last few years we have determined that the irrigation system was design and constructed all wrong!  It would take thousands of $'s to make it right and in the meantime we keep having plants die. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS FOR ANY TYPE OF IRRIGATION OR PLANT LANDSCAPING!

In summary - definitely recommend them for any hard-scape project (would have given 4.5 stars), just don't use them for plant landscaping.

We contracted with Straight Line do the following:
-Resurface all backyard patio/pool decking - DID A FANTASTIC JOB!
-Re-tile pool waterline tile &  patch water feature - Contracted out to others...did a great job.
-Acid wash pool - Contracted out to others.  Work left a lot of streaking and wound up having it totally resurfaced.  Contractor provided a fair price to redo even though it wasn't part of the original budget (+$4k).
-Both front and back yard totally re-landscaped including new irrigation.  This is why rating was only two stars. Bottom line: a lot of plants and final plantings are no where near what the designed drawings showed. Original designer wasn't even here when plantings were going on.   We had the opportunity to physically pick out a few of the major plants, but all the others had to be the smallest and weakest plants.  Either Straight Line didn't care what the nursery wanted to provide or they just provided the plants with the greatest profit margin for them.  

In fairness, a few of the wrong plants that were delivered were kept and planted at no charge....but it did throw off a lot of the original design.

Clay's work, expertise, and responsiveness are unparalleled! He assisted me with the on-site building of custom oak floor-to-ceiling book cases as part of a complete living room re-design.  He advised on the best structure, and did some of the most precise building and assembly work I've ever seen.  The units were later stained by a carpenter, but even before they were finished, the raw install looked so beautiful it was as if it was already done.  Clay was on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of my home.  His pricing is fair and there are no surprises.  Beyond that, he threw in for free fixing a nuisance entry door that needed to be trimmed down and a new threshold installed, and he is helping me scope out the cost for a few more renovation projects I hope to accomplish down the road.  I would unreservedly recommend Gusto Construction and Clay to anyone - you'd be lucky to have him work on your project.

Not impressed with this company. To give you an idea how the business operates, someone in my husband's crew spilled water on the job site and wouldn't fess up to it, so the foreman flew off the handle and said the crew could go without  water for the rest of the day. That's an OSHA violation, not to mention a human rights violation. The crew ended up calling it early due to low worker productivity. Gee, ya think? For building high-end custom homes, they also don't pay very well.
