I had a completely positive experience with Jonas cool deck.  They came out to provide an estimate the same day that I called.  I found their cost estimate to be thorough and reasonable and they were able to start the work the very next morning!  They arrived when they said they would and took great care to mask off and protect my pool and surrounding landscaping.  I was having some relatively large areas repaired and they thoroughly prepped the surface, matched the color and the texture.  The deck looks brand new again!  They did a great job of the cleanup and finished exactly when they said they would.  I have zero complaints amd I highly recommend their service.

Simply, the best I've worked with. Brings great attitude and energy, he also considers you as a client foremost.  I couldn't get anyone to work on my exterior door without having to buy a whole new door, because other guys don't have the skill or the willingness to do the actual carpentry work.  Jason is fantastic, it was energizing to me to see a master craftsman at work, I can't rate him highly enough.

Jason and his team are the best! They put on a new roof on my historic home a couple of years ago, but the latest interaction really just reminded me how good of a choice it was to hire him and his crew for the original roof job. I had a chronic leak on the roof overhang on the back of my porch, which my painter found. I called Jason, and he happened to be in my area. He came over right away, fixed the issue himself, and told me if I ever had any problems to contact him. Who has caring follow through in their customer service like this anymore? I really appreciated it, and choosing Jason and his team really was the right idea. The roof they installed has been solid and has been problem free other than the above mentioned. Pick these guys if you're in the market for a new roof for your home, and you won't be disappointed.

Very pleased with their service!  We needed to make our gate area a little wider than the standard gate opening to accommodate moving a Can-Am into our backyard.  They came out, gave us an estimate, came back the next week and did the work, and just yesterday put the actual new gate up (sooner than expected I might add).  It looks GREAT!  They were all very professional; Greg was the gentleman who came out and ran the project.  They arrived on time, cleaned up the mess, and provided excellent customer service.  I would highly recommend them for big or small projects.

Manuel from AZ SunCovers has done a tremendous job to install a 23*11 patio shade in my backyard. He and his team are very professional, they have completed the work way before the actual timeline. Definitely recommend AZ SunCovers

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

We have a two story house with basement and with that, have two decks.  Through the years, the beams supporting the first floor and second floor decks have been failing.  A result of this is that the wood has become compressable.  Through this, the decks started to sag, a very dangerous situation.  

We called around and were very fortunate to find Yavapai Decks, Abide Construction.  Nate talked with me about the project and fortunately had a couple of open days in the near future.  He came out and gave me an estimate, which I accepted.  Later that week he came out and did the repair.  This involved jacking up the decks so he could remove the bad lumber.  

The end result is that we now have a very solid foundation for our decks.  The work was done beautifully and structurally sound.  He even painted the supports the exact color of the existing structure.  I only wish that Yavapai Decks did other work - we would hire them in an instant!

Amazing landscaping and masonry company!

Keystone has done a ton of work for us over the past year, and we've been thrilled with the results every time! The owners Daniel and Robert are so pleasant to work with--they're great listeners and they always ensure that things turn out the way we want them. They've given us advice about alternate materials or approaches that might work better than what we had planned, and any time we've gone with their recommendations, it has turned out great. They've helped us problem-solve several tricky aspects of our yard design. We've hired them for so many different things that I couldn't select all the categories. Here are some of the projects they've done for us:

- Masonry and block work, including retaining walls with stucco
- Beautiful stone veneer on our spa facing and travertine tile on the raised bond beam wall of our pool
- They did our pool coping in natural flagstone
- They helped us with some drainage problems where our yard was flooding anytime we had heavy rains
- A parking pad behind our RV gate with concrete pavers
- Custom gas fire pit with stone veneer facing and flagstone surface to match our pool
- CMU corner wall with the same stone materials in our outdoor kitchen area
- And they laid gorgeous silver travertine pavers, connecting our patios seamlessly to our pool decking, with an almost invisible channel drain between

We are about to begin some landscaping/irrigation with them, and then have them install artificial turf for us.

As soon as I bought a house I learned real quickly how hard it is to find a reliable contractor. I spent the better part of six months talking to flaky companies, companies that wanted to completely gouge me on cost, you name it.
I called Global Prevention Services and told them my situation of wanting to do a very small bathroom remodel and a new window. From the very beginning, Kimberly in the office was communicative with me every step of the way when it came to scheduling and project status. The window was on backorder for a couple of months and they were consistently keeping me updated with its status. Rudy came out to estimate the cost and came back with extremely reasonable numbers and even some recommendations for me when it came to design. Humberto did an absolutely amazing job on my bathroom remodel. I couldn't be happier. He was detailed, took his time to make sure it was perfectly done, and is such a sweet man.
Once I'm ready for my next home project I will without a doubt be calling Global Prevention Services.

We needed to replace our original wrought iron spiral staircase in the backyard. Jose was so easy to work with, communicative and prompt! Beautiful finish and matched the existing railing on deck perfectly. We are very happy with our product and service with JM Custom Iron Work.

We hired Automatic Gates For Less to fabricate our driveway gate and some fencing panels. We were very happy with their quality of work and service that they provided.  We would recommend this company to anyone who is need of motorized gates.

Terry does great work.  He has installed skylights and a French door for us and we are very happy with his work.  He is very personable and has a good sense of humor which makes having him in your home enjoyable.  Since he is good at what he does he does get booked up so you need to schedule him a couple weeks in advance but he is worth the wait.

OK gang here is the real skinny on Artistic Stair. Yes they are not cheap....but well worth the money. We have had contractors at our home for the past three months renovating the entire home. Artistic Stair was by far the most professional, attention to detail contractors that we have ever used. I noticed that most of the folks that reviewed them poorly seem to be looking for a quick stair case. If you are looking for quick and dirty....these are not your guys. If you are like me...looking for a show piece....then look no further. Dave and Paul and the rest of the field guys are the real deal. They are respectful and have a high attention to detail and clean up every day before they go home. Mike the project manager/sales...was very honest with the time frame and was fair with the pricing. Please keep in mind that these craftsmen are finish carpenters....not the run of the mill carpenters. They are going to take the time to ensure you have a master piece. My only complaint is that they do not do other wood work like doors, floors etc.

We contracted them to remove grass in our front yard and replace it with desert landscape. It looked great when they finished. One week later there was more grass showing than rock. They neglected to kill the grass they hadn't completely dug up nor had they put down that anti vegetation cloth. They came out and did a half assed job of putting down cloth. They left spaces around the large rocks and plants. Still grass all over. First big rain I had water in my house along a side wall. They didn't remove enough dirt on my side lawn. They just dumped rock and killed the drainage. I could see dirt in most places, not 4 inches of rock. They came out and put in a 'French' drain which almost worked, sort of. I still get a bunch of water when it rains. Never, ever had water in there before, but have given up on Straight Line ever fixing the problem. I almost forgot about the poor job of planting they did. See other reviews and you'll get the idea. It would have been more economic to leave my St Augustine and privot hedges, water it and not have water in my house...................... Or maybe not used Straight line?

Needed an extension to our patio. Gusto had the best bid, and did a great job. Clay and his crew were friendly, professional, and punctual. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Decker construction deserved 10 stars! Great work. Clean work. Finished jobs before expected times, employees are nice. Overall a great company. Prices are fair and work completed is subperb.
