Jon and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and was lost on choosing a design. It was for a rental property and I had a budget but also didn't want to cut corners on the design. Very efficient, and met the budget and time line. I look forward to using him on future projects.

So happy I went with Danny and his company. They did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. Danny was very thorough in explaining the entire process and always available to answer any questions I had.  He definitely knows his stuff. Can't wait for him to redo our kitchen!  Thanks, Danny!!!

I have been working with PJH Construction on a kitchen remodel.  I must say, all of the staff are the highest professionals.  Mike Mitchell has been my point of contact.  He has a wealth of knowledge on the details from the cabinets, to the backsplash to the flooring and everything in between.  He is very responsive when I call or write him. He takes the time to explain the processes and gives advice as needed. Also,  Noemi Herrada-Ortega, the Lead Designer has outstanding skills!  She send me a rendering of the kitchen layout the first time, and updated it each time I sent a change of the products I wanted to use. I knew what I wanted the kitchen to look like; however, her rendering was right on point for me to see it! Her rendering definitely gave me a clearer picture of what the kitchen would look when it is finished by the work she provided.  I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you Mike and Noemi.

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

I used ACR to repair water damage in the drywall ceiling of my garage caused by a plumbing leak in an upstairs bathroom. Their team did a great job accessing the damage, repairing the area, and taking all necessary steps to stop any mold growth. I hope that I do not have the need for a restoration company in the future, but ACR will be first call should something like this happen again.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

It seems that the grout holding the granite together has cracked.   Getting someone to come out has been a challenge.   They say they will fix it but they don't follow up

I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years.  I understand well what it takes to provide excellent customer service.  Jarid and his team "get it".  They did a great job with my shower project.  They worked with my schedule and had the project done quickly .  I would suggest you use Blue Rose Home Improvements for your next project.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

We had the wonderful  opportunity to work with TWD on a project that included stucco and paint. Their estimator arrived on time, clean and well organized and very personable, I received his bid in a timely manner. Once we decided to move forward with this company, their field supervisor arrived and  explained everything that would be done. When the crew arrived they were so organized, clean and happy! As the job progressed the field supervisor kept close check on it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, I have never dealt with a construction company of this caliber, even the painters truck was so clean it looked new. I would highly recommend TWD to anyone who  wants a clean perfect job and likes working with  a well organized company that cares about their customers.

The good: the work that was done well was done very well.

The bad: failed to produce plans to work from, and kept contract language very vague. Anything that wasn't spelled out explicitly in the contract was left up to the discretion of the project manager. When I expressed dissatisfaction, was blamed personally for their failure to convey plans or ask my input. Contractor was 100% un-involved once the project started.

The ugly: emotional breakdowns, yelling, red faces, and at one point, fear of physical assault--all due to delays and confusion in the process. I was told a number of times that I was one of the "nice customers". So maybe I was just a whipping boy. Just a lot of disrespectful and unprofessional actions that made it an unpleasant process and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Back in 2010, we had Canyon Kitchen Cabinets redo our kitchen and master bathroom. They did a beautiful job on both projects, and had no problem with the many changes we made in the middle of the projects. However, after completion of the bathroom, there was a small leak coming up at the floor outside the shower. We brought it to their attention, and they sealed the grout. Unfortunately, we didn't tell them that that remedy didn't correct the problem. We just lived with that small area of moisture located at the outside corner furthest from the door. Years later...in 2015, we discovered that, in addition to that known area, there was also moisture at the joint of the adjoining  closet. It was only THEN, five years later, that we called them. Much to our surprise, even after FIVE years, (way beyond the end of the warranty period) they came out, diligently worked to figure out what caused the problem, and fixed it. (Norm told us that in spite of the difficulty they had in discovering the cause of the leak, he wanted to know how to prevent that same thing from happening with his future customers.) They were courteous, helpful, and made sure, after each days work, that the room was clean. I don't have enough superlatives to describe the high integrity of this company. They are THE BEST!! Allure Bath & Kitchen remodeled both of the bathrooms in our vacation home.  John was extremely easy to work with.  We trusted them to come in and out of our home while we were not present.  The bathrooms exceeded our expectations and are spectacular.  Everything we agreed to was completed in a timely and professional manner.  I would definitely have them back again
