I had my kitchen remodeled, along with leveling my living room floor to match rest of the house, new tile throughout the house and a wall removed. From beginning to end, the process was easier than I experienced with previous contractors. Everyone was on time, polite, and the house was clean at the end of the day. Mike was responsive to answering my questions which I appreciated. Everything was on time, except for one day delay which did not put the overall process behind schedule. I love the end project and would not have been able to design the floor plan, pick out the tile, countertops or cabinets without the help of Kristin. It was well worth the cost! I highly recommend Mike and staff to complete any remodel.

I have nothing but good things to say about Rodriguez Remodeling. Even after I inconvenienced them with my work schedule they still treated me and my home with respect. They are expert contractors and I give them 5 stars. Honestly they deserve 10.

Phenomenal, Dion did a full remodel on my home. Hardwood floors, marble tile, granite counters, kitchen appliances, toilets, mirrors, sinks, bathtub, shower, paint, carpet, he did it all. My house looks brand new and Dion's prices were 1/3 lower than the competition.i had 12 estimates fine before I chose D&D construction and I'm very happy with my decision. I recommend D&D construction to 3 of my friends and he did excellent on all of the homes. Dion is very kind, my kids enjoyed playing with him, even my dog's liked him and my dog's usually hate everyone. I highly recommend D&D construction. Kyle is an excellent handyman. He is professional and respectful. Kyle worked with us to remove the dirty old carpet from our used home, and replaced it with laminate flooring. He offers competitive prices and worked with us to find the best deal on material. He is efficient and flexible. I highly recommend him for any home repair jobs you may have. We will definitely call him with any future repairs we encounter.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I had EL Construction come evaluate a patio cover with a rafter succumbing to rot. Eric himself answered promptly, and gave a fair assessment of the repair and the possibility of scope creep and how that would work. When I accepted his quote, he got me scheduled very quickly, and sure enough the scope had to get considerably bigger. The ease of communicating with him made what could be a scary situation much more approachable, and he definitely seemed motivated to treat my home like it was his own.

The project dragged on three days longer than expected, but at every stage it was kept protected from the monsoon elements, and the construction made quick progress. The outcome was an excellent work product, everything looking like new, and a fair final invoice.

I definitely recommend EL Construction for the hard stuff. Eric tells me he can do it all, too, so I'll be reaching back out to him as the projects come up!

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. Doug and Bill did an amazing job repairing my balcony. There was more water damage and rot than we even anticipated once the rails were lifted. They came up with the plan how to efficiently and thoroughly resolve the problem. There were no cutting corners, I loved that the job was done right, the materials used were great quality and it was all completed in a little over a day. I am so grateful for their help!

Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby's constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I'm glad I took his advice. I was absolutely greatful to find David Nguyen from Desert mountain countertop. We had trouble with other fabricators . No one like to go out far to Florence. David gave us a great service with his quick respond, reliable , reasonable prices. His team came out very quick to finish the job in the next 2 business days. They did an excellent job. I was very happy and please to work with David . I would recommended to anyone wants a good service and reliable company .

Never responded to multiple requests. Don't even bother asking for one. I had other contractors respond that my project was not in their scope of work. Easy peasy. These guys don't respond which is what probably would happen after you have them money
