Integrity Luxury Homes Kitchen Remodel
I think its fair to say that a large percentage of remodeling projects end with either a desire for divorce, to torch your contractors truck and office, or both. Not so with our most recent significant remodel,

Working with our contractor, Jerry Nowell, his office and the highly skilled and good natured subs he employed, resulted in an experience and outcome that surpassed our expectations. Jerry is a standup guy who was always keeping us updated on all aspects of the project including the good, the bad and, on occasional, ugly. If there were hold ups he was very quick to let us know why and what he had done to address the related issue.. No surprises. When we found ourselves questioning how we wanted to proceed on some aspect of the project, his experience and good eye proved invaluable in the decision process. On many occasions he helped steer us clear of making unnecessarily expensive decisions ,often showing greater concern for our stated budget than we.

Jerry has the unique gift of bringing calm to even the most hectic and potentially stressful aspects of the process. In short we can't recommend him highly enough and or begin to express our true gratitude for his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process. Jerry, Yvonne and all the subs, sincerest thanks.

Aldana Renovation Kitchen Remodel
Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I highly recommend Aldana Renovation

Joe and his team are wonderful. Joe came out to install French doors in our home and they turned out wonderful. He also installed a bedroom solid wood door that turned out perfect as well. The next project I am looking to have Joe do is remodel our bathroom shower, he had wonderful ideas to make the job go as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Joe for your future construction projects.

Schott Development Kitchen Remodel
A Very forthright and honest Contractor!  I was lucky enough to meet with Chris Schott regarding multiple business matters. He was prompt, courteous and always ready to be helpful. Additionally he will give you an honest assessment of your situation, and not deliberately hide anything for later. (a situation I experienced with a lesser company)
I highly recommend him and his company for anything they say they can do. They Will.   Thanks!

Diversified Remodeling Kitchen Remodel
If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. Outstanding quality and couldn't be happier.  Before and after photos:

I just cannot say enough great things about this company and their team!  I just had a few projects done- a wine refrigerator installed, cabinets and tile installed in our master bedroom.  They are so professional.  They do quality work, super clean and spare no detail to ensure the project is done right.  My husband and I are so impressed.  If you are considering a project, this is the contractor you want to hire.  Thank you Tony and thank you to your team.

Interiors By Thomas Kitchen Remodel
We moved to Sun City West, form Washington state, about a year ago, where we quickly found a house we liked that we could make into the home of our dreams.  Interiors by Thomas was recommended by a friend, who had preceded us in this same move, and we couldn't have been more impressed.  No mater what kind of project we came up with,Tom and his crew could handle it. One thing that always bothered me with the contractors we hired in the past is that they would disappear for several days at a time.  I don't think there was one day that Tom didn't have someone working on our house. Since then we have hired Thomas for sever other small projects we came up with.  No matter how big or small the project, they have always done the job in a professional and timely matter.

Although we've only known Tom and his team for a little over a year, we consider them our friends and I guarantee that if you hire them, you will to. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any project you have.

Qualizona Construction Kitchen Remodel
BUYER BEWARE - COMPLETE truth!

Qualizona... Haha they are hands down the absolute WORST contractor company in AZ (perhaps all of the USA!)

Yelp notified me of a fresh Qualizona review posted this morning by Cee T - right on Cee T! Truth speaker to the fullest!

I could not agree more with your assessment of Qualizona - they are the definition of a SHAM (due to Mike).

HIGHLY encourage anyone seeking contractor support for any project, any project at all, to make sure to NOT select Qualizona. Don't even think about it - they will do EXACTLY what Cee T said - steal your deposit, if Mike's involved, lies upon lies upon lies will be the hallmark of your communication through out your full engagement (until you just suck it up as a potential customer and realize Mike does not & will not perform work at all - then walk away realizing a fiscal & time loss, feeling beyond very dissatisfied).

With Qualizona, the only work done if Mike is involved at all, will be Mike working to test your patience & most definitely 'work' on more lies to tell customers, as well as his ability to not add any value to any project he had committed to.

Wish Yelp allowed for a ZERO star review for Qualizona - way to BLOW, Mike :)

Hope you're well, but you are an absolute scum bag & liar in all walks of business.

Mike - Please, please, please - reevaluate what you are doing to people's lives and their homes, as well as how you significantly contribute to the public's general distrust of contractors. We don't need any more negativity when we are searching for contractors to help fix problems that occur in our home's. You are the source of the problem, Mike.

Maybe find an entry level job (i.e. a janitor, where your work will be reviewed by a manager & not let the crap you pull continually slide).

Hassan - maybe you should do what Edge Restoration did & let Mike move on to something he is more suited for (entry level for sure & something which does not allow him to lie & victimize the public). Hopefully he hasn't yet done the inevitable & ruined your business!

I have pics, videos, emails, voicemails & more types of proof which fully aligns w/ Cee T's assessment.
Please let me know if you'd like copies of that proof.
I was going to go to the ROC & BBB & to seek civil & potentially criminal litigation (perks of free legal representation with my network).
But I didn't because I am busy, a positive energy person, and truth is, Mike is not worth even one more second of my time, nor my thought.

Mike - Good riddance, pal :)

I'll be done with sharing the truth (again ample proof exists if needed) - I don't plan to post it online because I don't think you (Hassan) are a thief & a liar with no morals & absolutely NO ethics, which is what Mike's being consists of (20 lbs of monkey poop in a 10 lb bag)

Re-Bath and Kitchens Kitchen Remodel
We are replacing our master shower and scheduled our appointment but also went to visit the Peoria showroom to get an idea ahead of time.  The showroom is beautiful, but there are no prices.  Not even a ballpark, or "this shower cost xxx" to be found.  We knew there were three styles of shower materials - tile, natural stone, and what I'm going to call plastic.  It's not plastic, the sales guy had a name for it, but it's basically synthetic with the look of textured tile.

The salesman arrived 10 minutes early, but right away it became clear how this was going to go.  Two prior estimates took about 30 min each, and I was willing to commit an hour today.  This was like a sales scene out of a movie... I'm not one to spend a lot of time chatting, but clearly step #1 is the "get to know your customer" phase.  I was working from home, so I don't have a ton of time to BS, so I took him into the bathroom, showed him our shower and said we would like a quote on each of the three options you have, tile, stone, and plastic.  Seemed simple enough... little did I know what was coming...

First he informed me that he needed to measure and draw up a schematic of my entire house.  Really, the whole house, for a shower replacement?  Yes, I was told, permitting in some cities including mine require it.   I suggested that we go through the quote process first, because depending on that we might not even need to draw my entire house, but was told, "No, we have to do this first."  So for 15-20 minutes he went around measuring and completing his drawing.  At this point I had about 40 minutes more I was willing to commit.  He let my wife and I know that he would not be done by then, but could likely finish up without me.

When my wife asked if the stone was less expensive than the tile, he informed us that the stone was the most expensive, and in our case would be at least $15,000.  (At this point I should mention that we have a phone booth shower.  Very basic, standard installed by the builder, 3 1/2 feet by 3 1/2 feet.  It's not a tub conversion, it's not big, it's literally the size of a phone booth.)  I let him know $15k wasn't going to work for us, so we just saved time not having to price out the stone.  He added that tile would be about the same, so I said we could skip that one too.  Little did I know that he would still be in my house an hour later.

At this point he went to his car for 15 minutes or so, presumably to write up the estimate.  He returned and we began phase 2: "Shame the customer into thinking they must buy the shower or else risk 'hundreds or thousands of dollars of damage' if they don't".  Pull out the ipad, and we were shown a presentation that started with a video of our bathroom, and him doing the voice over pointing our the flaws in the shower.  Nothing new here, yes we are replacing it.  Then the presentation goes into the "We are the best and only company that can do this" portion, with several slides dedicated to maps of the US covered in dots, logos of companies they work with, and all the reasons why we should be using Rebath and not a competitor.  I am told by friends of mine (who are in sales) that most people love this.  I hate it.  I don't care how many people you have helped country wide, or who you partner with, I just want a shower.

Next we got a demonstration on why we shouldn't use tile (although we had ruled it out, and also they sell it?) because it is porous, leading to massive potential water damage.  He had us pick the shower door (didn't see options, just said 'frameless'), specific shower head and handle (from pics), and the actual color and style of the material for the shower.

Finally, we reached the "closing" which included the classic line, "So besides price, is there any other reason we wouldn't be able to get a deposit and get this scheduled today?"  Me: "Oh we are not buying a shower today, we'd like to know the price."  Finally he slowly turns the ipad around for the big reveal...  $18,200 but with incentives could get down to $16,500.  WTF.

This review isn't a knock on the sales guy but more the process that Rebath operates under.  I'm sure he was doing what he was told to do.  Their products look great in the showroom.  Their crews probably do good work (although read the other reviews here too).   But I will never buy something that I need to be "sold" or talked into.  And we ruled out stone and tile due to the cost of $15k, then spent an hour picking colors and styles for him to come back with a quote of $18k?  This is a basic shower.  No seat/bench, no cut outs, nothing special.  There was no breakdown of the price, just the total.

So...word of caution:  If you go with these guys, prepare to invest a lot of time - even more time than it took to read this review.  Maybe my review will save you the 90 minutes I won't be getting back.  They will be your most expensive option.  My two other quotes before Rebath were half the cost.

Patterson Homes Kitchen Remodel
Our house burned down. We got estantes from 3 different companies and chose to go with Patterson because the contractor was such a nice guy and he was able to start right away. Everything was going great our home had been framed the contractor was responsive and upfront then he quit and from what I heard took half the company with him to start his own business. This is where everything fell apart. I was given a new contractor who never answered my calls I had no idea what was going on or when things were being done. Their workers are careless. We had paint all over our trees one of their paint guys kicked in our door and it had to be replaced. They told me to pick out a washer and dryer then a year later tried to bill me for it! They keep no records of what the are doing.... they have horrible customer service. They pay no attention to detail. They recently had to replace a panel in my cabinets because it cracked! The cabinets they use are so cheap they chip. Hardware on my cabinets are uneven. They installed my vertical blinds on my sliding glass door and made them too long so they drag and 5 have already fallen off. The blinds in my kitchen window are crooked! How does that even happen. There was no final walk through to point any of these things out. Some cabinets have holes where they drilled for the wrong size hardware then just patched it up. The fence they put up is awful and they charged and arm and a leg for it. There was a crack in every closet corner window corner in the ceiling down the middle of the entire house that they had to come back and fix. They left some hole in my roof so when it rained I had bad water damage and the entire ceiling on my hallway had to be replaced! The list goes on and on! The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because the handymen that come fix mistakes are so nice and trustworthy. Other than that. Keep looking if you are needing work done. Unless you want to be extremely stressed for the entire time the work is being done.
