Best Kitchen Remodels in Arizona
We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.

Jorge was very responsive to my initial inquiry and came to the house for a quote within a few days. It took me a while to move forward with the project and then took a few messages before I was able to get into their schedule (they must be very busy!). But Jorge and Armando did a great job on my kitchen backsplash as part of my kitchen update. Would've been 5 stars if they were more responsive to my scheduling inquiries, but the quality of workmanship at a fair price was worth the wait! I will be remodeling my master bathroom in the future and will definitely consider using them for that project.

Joe Craig was the general contractor that headed up my remodel in the Biltmore area.
He allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.
Joe was fair, easy to work with and a great communicator. Every time I reached out to Joe, he would respond promptly. When emergent costs came up (i.e. discovery), he would charge me a fair price and not look at this as an opportunity to increase his profit margin. There were a few times that I was off track or made assumptions about emergent items, but Joe would just listen and then calmly explain the situation to me.
Joe has extensive knowledge about building and comes up with creative solutions to problems that arise. Joe is a super honest guy that gives you the straight scoop and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Additionally, he allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.
I underwent a 4 month remodel starting February 2022. Although it took 5 months, the month delay was not a result of the HRR Contracting's doing. The city inspection following an engineering inspection of the ceiling, along with rework and expanded scope of paint (our emergent request), resulted in the delay.
Needless to say, I would highly recommend HRR Contracting and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Shannon, Justin, Scott and the rest of the team. Our kitchen remodel exceeded expectations which was made possible by the true partnership between us and Shannon. Trustworthy, reliable, highly communicative, realistic (no BS), and very customer focused - no complaints. We certainly know who to call for our next project and already recommend the team to anyone that asks!

I had a kitchen project that I wanted to do, but it involved electrical work, drywall work, plumbing, tiling, and new counter tops. It overwhelmed me trying to figure out how I was going to coordinate all of those things and get it done without losing my mind. I received a recommendation from a friend about Ignite Construction and I am very, very pleased with all the work that was done. The last of the work was finished today and I could not be happier with the work, the workers, and the effort of Marie Coppola, the owner of Ignite Construction. She was so easy to work with and helped with my decisions when I wasn't sure what to do. She made sure everything was done to my liking and the whole project took about 3 weeks total. I highly recommend this company. SV02052019

So glad my wife and I decided to have DJ'S Custom Remodel and Design remodel our master bathroom!!
Prompt each day to start worked and was finished as promised!! High quality materials used and fantastic expertise in remodeling! After receiving 3 bids for the same work, even though DJ.S were the higher of the other two!! We paid for what we got, which was exactly what was done and done in a very professional manner. Will use for any future remodels as they are excellent in their profession!! Would suggest you do is well as this guy just knows his business and performs it Well!
Thanks DJ!

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.
They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Well, hello eager readers.
It has been over one year and three months since the cluster bunch exited my house. The only reason I am writing this is to protect any unsuspecting person from using a contractor that does shoddy work.
I still sit on the throne and look at door trim that was cut too short at the bottom and they tried to use caulk to fill the gap. I have gone through most of the other reviews and see so many things that I also experienced. One of the selling points (that is a lie) from Danny was "all our trades people work directly for us". We liked Danny in the beginning, slick salesman. To be fair, they were no different than other contractors in tying up half the cost of the job up front. We signed the contract at their office but did not have a checkbook. There was a 3 percent charge for plastic. Pressure was applied to get money to them by the end of the day. As we lived 60 miles from their office, I went home and ran a check over to Danny's residence in Queen Creek.
Our job consisted of demoing the shower and tub in our master bath to make room for a large walk in shower. We also pulled up the old floor tile and carpet in the master bedroom. We had ample time to shop for plumbing, tile, etc. During that process, we got around to many retail shops, Flor Decor and Imperial Wholesale being two of them. We were told by Danny that they did not like dealing with either of those companies. WARNING HERE, shop for and purchase your own materials. Flor Decor and Imperial had not heard of Diamond because their prices are so reasonable that Diamond can not Jimmy the prices. Diamond does not like to work with the new and improved grout because the tile setters can't move as fast, which turns out as a gimmick to squeeze another $600 extra out of us when we insisted on using it, twice as much as another contractor bid. (Who we should have gone with).
I could turn this into a book but don't know if Yelp would approve. Tile setter Fred, (fast Freddie) for the shoddy work that he did and the two kids that may have had three years combined experience between the two, set the floor tile (plank). They were so fast that they did not bother cleaning the tile set from the gaps and let it set up in many places thereby not allowing ample room for the grout itself. ($600 extra, remember).
The jack of all trades carpenter, plumber guy roughed in the pony wall for the walk in. The bottom of the niche in that wall does not drain properly, but why should I worry, the floor in the shower does not drain properly either, even after fast freddie and his boss, the sub owner, came back twice to fix stuff, but hey! thats what a squeegee is for. Diamond was too cheap to bring the plumber back out, so jack of all trades installed the shower fixtures. He could not figure out why the water would not come on. I looked at it and said "do you think it might be these two set screws that need to be backed out to allow the water to flow",(amazing why you have a person called a plumber). I have caulked the shower and fixed other things myself because I refused to allow these clowns back in my house. On his last trip out to ask for final payment, without the job being completed, the owner bragged about them having 13 jobs coming up. I got angry and stopped payment on the check after he left.
Remember folks, quantity, not quality, when you see it, run the other way and don't make the phone call.

Ever since we moved in to our brand new home six years ago, we never seemed to have an idea what to do with the formal sitting room up front. My wife and my daughter used it as an informal art studio. Since my wife passed away, I wanted to have the room decorated as a tribute and celebration to her amazing talent and loving memories. I found ESW Designs serendipitously on Yelp, without much expectations. Safe to say they have exceeded all my expectations! Other than the brilliant design, they showed warmth, kindness and care that made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them

We came across XLT Construction through the Home Advisor website. They have excellent reviews, other websites do, as well as the few on Yelp. Based on other reviews, we decided to go with them. While I'm certain they have hundreds of satisfied customers, unfortunately we are not one of them.
We hired XLT Construction Inc. to remodel our children's upstairs small bathroom and the initial estimate was competitive. Leonel was helpful in picking out plumbing parts (non-diverter tub spout, wall diverter, on/off valve & trim) needed two weeks in advance of the project. He stated that all the plumbing parts will be ordered and be ready prior to the start date. On the first day of the remodel, the workers did not have the parts with them, and we had to explain to them the three exact parts needed. Since Leonel didn't order the parts ahead of time, we couldn't get the designer tub spout we wanted in time.
They installed the decorative tile and grout the same day and ended up making the tiles uneven. We had to make them do it a second time. The second time, they did it right. See photos.
The workers' carelessness while working on plumbing caused smelly water to leak thru to kitchen ceiling downstairs and affected the base of new vanity wood panel that they just installed! The workers initially offered to paint over the ceiling, but I insisted they cut and replace the ceiling's dry wall as it left obvious stains. See photos.
Some welding had to be done outside the house and we now have permanent stains in the driveway. The worker asked for detergent and made an attempt to clean it, but the spots are still there. See photo.
After install of the new sink and cabinets, they did the plumbing. They tested them and said everything was fine. After they were gone, we did our own tests on both sinks, and both had leaks. At this point, we had enough of his workers and told Leonel we'll get someone else to fix the leaks. The workers contacted us and said they'd come back and work on it a second time. When they worked the right side sink, they changed one pipe part. Since they didn't have it in black, they installed a white component!? The left sink leak wasn't properly fixed the second time too, so in the end, the other guy decided to use pipe cement and made the pipe joints permanent?! Any adjustments to the pipes in the future requires cutting of pipe instead of simple removal, all done without informing me. I would have said NO to the pipe cement. We informed Leonel we'd get back to him after using the new bathroom for a couple of weeks. As of now, we still have a slow leak under the right sink. At this point, we are debating whether to let them come back and try again, or hire someone else since they already have tried twice to fix the right sink. See photos.
There were some discrepancies between the estimates and actual work needed; area needed to be tiled was more than stated in estimate; pricing of the decorative tiles would have been cheaper had I bought it myself. Before signing the contract Leonel said he would produce receipts at the end of the job. When I asked to see receipts, Leonel refused and told me there is no lowering of tile pricing. He stormed out of my house, slammed the door and drove away quickly; that was very unprofessional and rude in my opinion.
We then realized that when I had signed off on the first estimate on Leonel's iPad, the 2nd and 3rd adjusted estimate had my initial digital signature on all of them. Apparently, my digital signature was captured on Leonel's iPad and he was able to duplicate it on other paperwork that I didn't sign for.
On many websites its obvious XLT Construction has many positive reviews, however, our experience was a very frustrating and disappointing one.
