I reached out to First Leaf Construction to install drywall and reframe and rebuild a large bathroom cabinet interior after a water leak.  This was a joy after my recent horrible experience with unethical so called "restoration" companies who don't actually fix leaks or restore anything.

I found First Leaf is ethical, charges a fair price and does exactly what they say they will do.  They understand how to build trust: I can't say enough good things about Jason and Oscar's work, two experienced craftsmen assigned to the job.  They were first class.  It was a pleasure doing business with you.  I have some large projects in mind for the future and First Leaf will be my go-to choice.

Michael Conley of Golden Bear Construction just completed a shower installation for my wife and I in our master bedroom bathroom. The quality of his work is outstanding and his timeliness and professionalism was the best. I would gladly hire Michael and his company again.

I really can't say enough about Gaio Contracting. I was lucky to have them install my kitchen. The owner/Rick is very hands on & a perfectionist of installations. Very kind & knowledgeable on how to keep the supply & demand moving. His wife also just as kind & nice. Old school pleasantries & speaking to you not at you. Recommend highly, even over some "big box" companies.

Mike and his team just completed a full renovation of our Master Bedroom and Bathroom.  Mike delivered on everything that we put in to our plan.  He gave guidance when we needed it and let us run with our ideas as well.  His team was consistent in when they showed up and we had no issues at all with the timing of the project.  We now have our dream Master Bath and a beautifully updated bedroom.  I would highly recommend George Construction for any of your remodeling needs.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I highly recommend Aldana Renovation

Awesome work on a difficult job replacing 50 year old steel frame windows set in brick. Joe and his team did it right the first time, they were able to save the original tile on the sills due to their care and diligence. Good people who take care to do high quality work, cleaned up everything well as they went.  We scored to have them do this job!

We couldn't have ask for better quality work or service. Thomas takes a personal interest in each phase of the work. He and his crew went above and beyond to fix things that were not on the original bid with no extra charges. Anyone would be foolish not to use his company for any work needed around your home. I guarantee you will be pleased if you give him the opportunity to do your work. Thanks to the whole team.

I'm a retired builder, and I know good work and good service when I see it. For every step of the way in my water damage repair project, Qualizona's attention to detail and customer satisfaction/communications  were exceptional. Keep up the good work, guys!

Beware doing business with Patterson Homes unless you like to be left hanging. We contacted them about doing a bid on our remodel, and they set up an appointment for Guyton to come and look at our project. He ended up running late and missed us entirely. We figured mistakes happen so let it slide and emailed him our plans.

He never sent us a single email or contact attempt after that. I emailed and called him repeatedly, and every date he gave me to follow up or get us bid info went by without any sort of update. Finally, two weeks after the last deadline he gave us we just gave up on Patterson Homes. I guess the good news is we discovered their lack of responsiveness before we contracted them to build our home.
