Best General Contractors in Arizona

We recently purchased a new home & I needed help making it ours. I contacted Jacquie & it's the best thing I've ever done! She came up with a plan to suit our home & budget. Jeremy and his crew tore down my sun room that hadn't been built to code, had significant water and termite damage, a roof that wasn't sloped properly and a litany of other issues. They rebuilt it as part of the house, with a ceiling that is now level, air conditioning (!), insulation, and a door and window pattern that makes sense.  Throughout this project, they were always on time and very respectful of mine. Jeremy was very transparent when there was issues, especially when fixing them would come at an additional cost, and kept me in the loop as the project progressed.

The room has weathered three major storms and not once have I had water or other external debris in the house as I would have before. It is wonderful to be able to use this new room functionally, instead of the waste of space it was before.

This is not my first time using First Leaf construction and it certainly won't be my last.

This is THE company I would recommend for all of your renovation needs. Quentin is efficient, detail oriented, friendly and affordable...like REALLY affordable. I can tell that he puts a lot of thought into his quote to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works with you if you want to get your own materials so you can keep it in budget as well.

On this job, our guest bathroom, we knew we wanted Quentin to help us with it. Here's a rundown of everything they did...

1. Moved toilet to a different wall
2. Replace plumbing and put it in the wall to provide more space
3. Install floor tile
4. Install bathtub w/ subway tile surround w/ niche
5. Install shower pipes and fixtures

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!

Gaio contracting is one of a kind. In today's world it is hard to find good people let alone good contractors. Well, I am hear to tell you this company is the best company I have every worked with, they have unbelievable compassion for the homeowner. Rick went above and beyond to try and help us get the best price for our countertops after he was done installing our cabinets. He also was more than happy to ensure that the sink would fit in the frame that was installed before we ordered it on Amazon. He was very polite and he cleaned up after himself everyday. If you do not choose Gaio contracting for your next kitchen or bathroom project you have flat out lost your mind. Great experience.

These guys are absolutely the best! They repaired my stucco fence walls and replaced fascia on the eaves of my house (even had to build a scaffolding over my pool to do so!). They were prompt, courteous, and professional in every way.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

Highly recommended. Hired them to do some remodeling.  Upgraded my carpet flooring to tile. Also had some drywall repairs with new paint.  They were in time, clean and I didn't feel robbed. Very honest contractor who does quality work.  Highly recommended

In a little over two months Tom and his staff and crew have transformed my house.  (New tile floors, completely new kitchen and two totally remodeled bathrooms, and gallons and gallons of paint).  Workers were at my house everyday, all day.  I could not be happier.  Highly recommend if you want a top notch job.

BUYER BEWARE - COMPLETE truth!

Qualizona... Haha they are hands down the absolute WORST contractor company in AZ (perhaps all of the USA!)

I could not agree more with your assessment of Qualizona - they are the definition of a SHAM (due to Mike).

HIGHLY encourage anyone seeking contractor support for any project, any project at all, to make sure to NOT select Qualizona. Don't even think about it - they will do EXACTLY what Cee T said - steal your deposit, if Mike's involved, lies upon lies upon lies will be the hallmark of your communication through out your full engagement (until you just suck it up as a potential customer and realize Mike does not & will not perform work at all - then walk away realizing a fiscal & time loss, feeling beyond very dissatisfied).

With Qualizona, the only work done if Mike is involved at all, will be Mike working to test your patience & most definitely 'work' on more lies to tell customers, as well as his ability to not add any value to any project he had committed to.

Mike - Please, please, please - reevaluate what you are doing to people's lives and their homes, as well as how you significantly contribute to the public's general distrust of contractors. We don't need any more negativity when we are searching for contractors to help fix problems that occur in our home's. You are the source of the problem, Mike.

Maybe find an entry level job (i.e. a janitor, where your work will be reviewed by a manager & not let the crap you pull continually slide).

Hassan - maybe you should do what Edge Restoration did & let Mike move on to something he is more suited for (entry level for sure & something which does not allow him to lie & victimize the public). Hopefully he hasn't yet done the inevitable & ruined your business!

I'll be done with sharing the truth (again ample proof exists if needed) - I don't plan to post it online because I don't think you (Hassan) are a thief & a liar with no morals & absolutely NO ethics, which is what Mike's being consists of (20 lbs of monkey poop in a 10 lb bag)

We were very pleased with the update of our kitchen and bathrooms. We worked with Burton and his team to install granite countertops, we replaced our outdated tile, redid our cabinets and installed a beautiful new sink in the bathroom as well as the kitchen. I felt comfortable with all of the contractors in my home and the outcome exceeded my expectations. We would definitely use Patterson Homes again in the future.
