Best General Contractors in Arizona

Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Very good contractor.  Had them replace a tub, do a tile surround, and lay tile flooring in two bathrooms.  Price was very reasonable.  Did several bids and they were the cheapest licensed contractor.  Overall the work was very good.  Only problem I could say is they don't really work clean.  I have carpet upstairs and on my stairs.  They made a mess daily and did not clean up.  Also they stained a couple of spots on the carpet but with some chemicals and a shampooer we were able to get it clean.  Other than that they were great.  The owner was personally involved and did a lot of the work himself.  He sub contracted the tile work and they did a good job.  The owner of course followed up on him.  Quoted me one price and even though it took longer than expected the price was the same.  We will be using him again in the future.

If I could rate this company no stars I would.  

Our experience has been super disappointing especially when they were recommended.  

They came out Tuesday of last week advised they'd have a quote to us by EOD.  Nothing - called to touch base with them on Friday asking if maybe it was misplaced and was told they get right back to us as their estimator was out ill.  Called again on Monday and LVM with Tracey to see if we could get an idea when to expect details since we are on a tight deadline for hosting a large event in our home.  Again, no response.  

Reviews like this come out when you leave your clients in the dark and when you fail respond after multiple attempts. Companies who are true to their word and respond when they say they will earn out business over and over again regardless of price.

I was referred by my real estate agent. Marvin is not the cheapest, but learned that cheap contractors end up becoming expensive.  Marvin's prices are fair.  I fired him and hired a cheaper contractor, which was a huge mistake.  The. Inspector was going to almost shut me down because my guy didn't know what they were doing.  I called Marvin and he fixed my electrical and drywall problems really quick.    True statement.. you know when you missed up ,  when the city inspector shakes your contractor's hand and said "thank you for coming back on the job".  My project   took triple the time and double the price.  Never again will I go with a cheap contractor. If you are looking for remodel or some construction no need to go any further.  I'm a researcher and I interviewed "many" construction companies and contractors for over a month.  These guys are the best! Met with me multiple times as needed to help me make my decision.  Reasonable price.  I did flooring, cabinets, vanity, painting and more.  I was nervous about the project and had so much support.   Had my own Project Manager who was part manager and part therapist. lol.  Everyone of the workers were great, from office staff to in house guys.  I would use them again in a minute.  Highly recommend!  480-276-1946

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work Chris did for us. We needed one of our interior walls opened up to install a window AC unit.  I called countless contractors and since the work we needed was considered small-scale, many contractors wanted to grossly overcharge or not do the job at all.  But Chris treated me with respect and as much significance as I'm sure he treats his high-scale job clients.  His professionalism is just one of his many proficiencies.
Chris was extremely helpful with planning how to do the job efficiently and cost-effectively and he always responded to my questions and concerns promptly.  Chris's work was perfect!  He stuck to the plan and his finished product was flawless.  He even cleaned up after himself, including vacuuming up drywall dust!  I couldn't be happier with Chris and I will be calling him for any work I need in the future.

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!
