Best General Contractors in Arizona

Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Very good contractor.  Had them replace a tub, do a tile surround, and lay tile flooring in two bathrooms.  Price was very reasonable.  Did several bids and they were the cheapest licensed contractor.  Overall the work was very good.  Only problem I could say is they don't really work clean.  I have carpet upstairs and on my stairs.  They made a mess daily and did not clean up.  Also they stained a couple of spots on the carpet but with some chemicals and a shampooer we were able to get it clean.  Other than that they were great.  The owner was personally involved and did a lot of the work himself.  He sub contracted the tile work and they did a good job.  The owner of course followed up on him.  Quoted me one price and even though it took longer than expected the price was the same.  We will be using him again in the future.

A plumbing pipe burst in my house and damaged my ceiling and wall.  Tyler and his crew were great and repaired all the damage like new.  Serina was super nice and worked with me on the billing process and handled all the invoicing very quickly, making sure to work with my insurance.  Although no one wants a water disaster at their house, Gurr Brothers made the process as painless as possible.  I highly recommend them!

If you want your project drawn out over a long period of time. If you want poor workmanship. If you want a person to show you pictures of what caused damage into your condo, then tell the HOA something completely different so he's not responsible. Well, then this is your guy. Our Condo flooded, and this came out and was completely unprofessional. Was on his phone, didn't try to fix the problem, and while he was in our home he called his friend who was close by "an off duty security guard to come over, and talked to him outside of our house, talking loud and cussing." The next day he showed up and showed my wife pictures of a broken sprinkler caught in a lateral pipe and said that is what causes black water to come up through our kitchen sink and flood our home. He is the person responsible for the damage, so of course he said it was roots that cause the blockage. Not a single one of my neighbors in our Condo community approves of the work he does, if it weren't for a power hungry board member, this guy wouldn't even be allowed on our property. This guy, is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and is about to be sued by people at our property. Please stay away.

Reached out to these clowns about a project on three separate occasions and never heard back once. That should tell you something about the quality of the work you can expect and the follow up that would probably never occur. Look elsewhere for your contracting needs.

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

I reached out to a couple of companies to get a quote.  Brad responded quickly and set up a time to come out.  We needed to get an exterior door to our garage replaced and he provided a very fair quote to replace/install.  Brad communicated well with us.  He was very friendly and professional.  His work was excellent and looked great upon completion.  I will absolutely do business with him again and would highly recommend you do the same.

Kris came and gave me quotes for two separate jobs. After meeting with two other contractors, we decided to go with her, and we agreed on prices, terms, etc. When it came time to do the actual work though, she backed out of both jobs and left us hanging.
