Best General Contractors in Arizona

I used this company for repair after a water heater leak. Nothing but issues from the beginning. I had to constantly call to get anything done. There is no communication between the technicians and the office. We had so many problems with the repairs I do not have enough room to list it all out. The work is rushed and done poorly causing multiple follow up visits. The work was so lazy they painted over a light switch which made it inoperable and in need of replacement. I ended up being so frustrated I decided to just fix the remaining issues myself. The so called project manager never looked at the work to make sure it was done properly. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. The completed work will be okay and you can get better quality elsewhere.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We just had our quartz kitchen counter tops installed today. The process was perfect and the pricing was more than fair and very competitive.  The owner ( Mario) kept in constant communication, they arrived when scheduled and started working as soon as they got there. They finished in under 3 hours.  I can't say enough about this experience.  I feel lucky to have found them.  The counter tops are beautiful and the installers were polite, and very helpful. They kept the area picked up and they cleaned up throughout the process.  I definitely recommend.

After 2 phone calls and 1 detailed email, I still never received a quote for a garage conversion.  Must have not been a big enough job.  Anyone who can't get me a quote in a timely manner and has poor communication doesn't instill confidence in me that they have good customer service.  Another flaky contractor to avoid.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

Jorge and Armando did an excellent job building a new closet in our den. They had the best price out of three vendors. I choose them based on the good reviews on Yelp. My wife was very pleased and she's not the easiest to impress. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Joe Craig was the general contractor that headed up my remodel in the Biltmore area.

He allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.

Joe was fair, easy to work with and a great communicator. Every time I reached out to Joe, he would respond promptly. When emergent costs came up (i.e. discovery), he would charge me a fair price and not look at this as an opportunity to increase his profit margin. There were a few times that I was off track or made assumptions about emergent items, but Joe would just listen and then calmly explain the situation to me.

Joe has extensive knowledge about building and comes up with creative solutions to problems that arise. Joe is a super honest guy that gives you the straight scoop and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Additionally, he allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.  

I underwent a 4 month remodel starting February 2022. Although it took 5 months, the month delay was not a result of the HRR Contracting's doing.  The city inspection following an engineering inspection of the ceiling, along with rework and expanded scope of paint (our emergent request), resulted in the delay.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend HRR Contracting and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I found Five40 on Yelp, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the job they did! I live in a house built in 1964, and I was dying to update my "out of date" kitchen.
Shannon responded promptly and came out to give me an estimate. I got several estimates but I felt the most comfortable with their vision and having them in my home. The crew showed up on time every day and kept me up to date on changes as they arose. I hear so many horror stories about home renovation projects and i am so happy to that i didn't have to deal with that! The guys did an amazing job! They were professional, courteous and understanding of all my concerns! My new kitchen looks amazing! Thank you FIVE40 and thank you Shannon for understanding my vision and helping me to bring it to life! I love my new kitchen!

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.
