Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

we had our cabinets refaced by 3-day.  I could not be happier with the outcome.  were there some issues?  yes.......but I spent my professional career in customer service organizations.  we ALL make mistakes.  the differentiator is how the team responds.  George and David have been a real easy team to work with.  I trust them COMPLETELY.   I have actually left them alone in my home while working.  the issues I've had were dealt with immediately and without any conflict at all.

after seeing the quality if their work and their honesty and trustworthiness, I also contracted them to replace my countertops and backsplash.  we could not be more pleased!!  I highly recommend this team!!

We selected BHB after meeting with three different General Contractors.  We ultimately selected them because the thoroughness of their proposal and professional communication gave us a higher level of confidence that the job would be done right.  We had a fairly extensive remodel that required repairing some unforeseen structural problems from original builder.  Jeff at BHB always clearly communicated challenges and mitigation options.  Jeff and Mike have a high level of attention to detail and the pride they take in their work is obvious.  They personally oversaw that each subcontractor did the job correctly.    Questions were always answered thoroughly, calls returned promptly, and scheduled appts were always met.  We would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a GC that wants assurance of things being doing right..

Honest. Reliable. Professional. Reasonable. And his workmanship is of the highest quality. My wife and I, after meeting with, and getting quotes from, a half dozen contractors, pretty much gave up on the idea of remodeling our house. Three months later, the remodel was complete and it exceeded all of our expectations. A friend had subsequently recommended William "Chuck" Ahl and my expectations of contractors were forever changed. From the first day he met with us, he was upfront and honest about the potential for our project as well as the challenges that might be faced along the way. His price quote was less than the other contractors yet his vision for the project exceeded anything the other contractors had to offer. One of the best things about working with Chuck was his flexibility and his willingness to make adjustments when it was in the best interest of the project. Along the way he was able to make adjustments to save us money, in other areas he came up with ideas that substantially improved the overall project. When Chuck said he would be at our house on a given day, he was there. When he came across issues in the project, he was honest about the situation, and professional in presenting us with options. Not only was his work of the highest quality, but his prices were fair and reasonable. He kept us updated throughout the project of where things stood with payments and adjustments, and to this day I marvel at the work he did at the price we paid, especially in light of the quotes we were given by other contractors. You can trust Chuck. He's a good man and an honest man. And he does amazing work.

Working with Jeremy was probably the best experience I've had working with a contractor. A few months back my wife and I starting looking into having some work done to the exterior of our home. Specifically, we were looking to have our back wall raised by 2 blocks, have wood rot removed and corrected along the roofline on all sides of the home, and have an old large wooden patio covering removed. Jeremy's quote was competitive, and he seemed very knowledgeable when we completed our initial walkthrough.

What I appreciated most working with Jeremy was the communication. This is one area where I feel many contractors fall short. But Jeremy and his staff communicated by email often during every step of our project. If I had a question or concern, I didn't have to wait days for a response. If I didn't hear back that same day, I would get a response the next morning.

I have to commend Jeremy not only for his service, but for the people he chose to work with him. From the the pleasant and helpful woman who I frequently spoke to in the phone (I think Jeremy's wife), to other individuals who were on site... everyone was kind and courteous.

After the work was completed and the bill was paid, there was one area of wood rot correction that I wanted retouched. I was hesitant to see what kind of response I would get, but I received no pushback from Jeremy and his staff. He quickly put me in the schedule and came out and touched up his work with no extra cost. I really appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to ensure the work he completes is done right. It's now been months later and after dealing with 2 other contractors (for other areas of work), I very much appreciate both the quality of work Jeremy and his staff provided, and and the strong communication he provided throughout. I will definitely be using Jeremy the Handyman again in future, and I've already recommended him to friends and co-workers.

Impressive Follow-up (3 years later!)
In 2017 Designer Remodeling did a great job that included kitchen & laundry cabinet room refacing, plus construction of additional cabinets in an office room. Recently--i.e., 3 YEARS later--we noticed signs of early separation occurring on the edge strips of some of the refaced cabinets. Contacted Neil Cimo and sent photo, and without blinking an eye he sent one of his excellent technicians over to fix it all. That's what I call great long-term customer service. Much appreciated.

Elvis & Maisa  "DREAM BUILDER RENOVATION" immediately responded to my "YELP" inquiry to repair my door frame. Elvis called to obtain all the intricate details of the requested repair. Then, Maisa followed up to obtain my demographic information. They were extremely professional, efficient, and reasonable!! Their collaborative strategy of embracing the customer needs were superb!! As a single female homeowner, I felt safe providing my home address to someone I've never met before. They understood the sense of urgency of getting the front door frame repaired and arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment. Elvis & Maisa arrived with mask on which is a benefit during these times!! Elvis analyzed the door and provided a truthful , transparent recommendation. (Which surpass other contractors that responded late to my inquiry) Elvis & Maisa collaboratively worked on the door frame & completed their task less than 30 minutes!! I was thoroughly impressed!! I thought this was gonna be another consultation then come back later thing.. but, they came to work &  immediately got the job done!! No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

No estimate was ever provided to me after one of the guys came out to my house and I showed him the work I wanted done. So I moved to plan B.

Do not use this company. Our home warranty company contracted them to come out. They found the problem and claimed they had to wait 24 hours to get authorization. That is not a true statement. Our warranty company said they get approval within 15 minutes. The technician was not kind and he acted like we were idiots. Then he left our house with a leak in the wall and said he couldn't fix it without authorization. Our home warranty company will now dispatch somebody else.

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

This company can't even keep the appointment for an estimate...no show two times.  How can they keep an appointment for the work?   Do not use them.
