I was introduced to many contractors when I decided to do a full remodel on my family home and I am so incredibly happy I chose Ben and 123 remodeling. This was my first time taking on any kind of construction, and with 2 small children, I was eager to have this be as swift and timely as possibly so we wouldn't be displaced longer than expected. I was given a 2 month timeline, which by all means, was much faster than I had anticipated. Not only was my home done BEFORE the completion date, but the gentlemen working on my home were kind, respectful, and clean. I was back in my home in 7 weeks and I cannot be happier. Ben and his crew went above and beyond in every possible way.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ben and 123 remodeling, and I have and would recommend them to anyone.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

I had them remodel 2 bathrooms and a bonus room in my home. The quality was better than I expected and the price was very reasonable. The best part was the communication through the whole process and considering the amount of work done, they kept the areas pretty clean. They even brought in a cleaning crew who touched up the whole house when done! Will use them for all projects.

Landon Mondragon is the best! He's been doing home renovations for us on several properties over the past 10+ years. His design skills and craftsmanship are amazing. He's super easy to work with and takes great care of his clients.

Tammi and Bill were awesome to deal with. Bill first gutted my master bathroom and did an amazing job . A year later I decided to relocate back to Az. This project would me much bigger as I needed to add a shower to a half bath that didn't have one. But it was a lot more than just that. This project consisted of:
- pulling up all tile downstairs and replacing
- painting the entire house upstairs and down
- replacing all molding
- all fixtures in the remaining 2 bathrooms were replaced
- the awesome job he did in the remaining 2 bathrooms. Completely gutted them. The one he added the shower to the tile work was amazing. The other one he replaced the tub and then tiled the rest of the way up.
- pulled up all carpet upstairs
- add a ceiling fan downstairs

After doing all this it should be quite some time until I need their services but I highly recommend them for any project you have being done.

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom  remodel with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. Been in my house for about 5 years and it was definitely time to update my 90's kitchen. I got a quotes from a big box store (which had horrible yelp reviews) and a guy who did a friends kitchen (was going to charge me an extra 30% to help with countertops). A girl at work said her husband (a cabinet refinisher) recommended Sunset Tile and Bath. Audra came to the house to discuss a design plan which was then finished in store. She was easy to work with and really opened my eyes to designs and color choices I never imaged. She even helped me with cabinet color ideas. They are busy and it was about 6 months before they could start the project. However someone had to reschedule and they were able to move me up and I had my new kitchen just in time for Christmas! Work took about 1 1/2 weeks, instead of 1 week like they estimated, but truly not anything they could control. Very happy with everyone I dealt with from Audra to Jay and Mark. Professional and made the remodel process as easy as possible. Very happy with my updated kitchen.

Irving did a great job with our laundry room cabinets and countertop and an amazing job on our 24 foot accent wall. He has a high attention to detail and he shows up and is super reliable. Highly recommend

We had a problem with a shower door that had broken due to metal fatigue.  I didn't have much hope that it could be salvaged.  Russ came out and did an amazing job rehabilitating the door and it works better than it did when we moved into this house 21 years ago.  He was reasonably priced,  very polite and considerate and highly skilled.  I'll use him again for handyman jobs

Very happy with the results of our kitchen remodel! We did obtain a few estimates for the project. Sam came out, listened to what we wanted to accomplish, came up with good design & reasonable pricing! He is easy to communicate with, addresses all the questions and issues in a timely manner! I was moving my salon to a bigger place with the same landlord. So they only give me a very short time to fix up the new place and give the old one back. I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.

Juan and the entire G&C construction team were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with! When searching for a company to remodel our kitchen I reached out to multiple  vendors, and G&C was by far the lowest, while also taking the most time to work with us on our design and plan out everything we needed. The remodel included a total demo of the old kitchen, installation of new cabinets, electrical, granite countertops, and a back splash. The quality of their work was second to none, and they finished the project on time and on budget. We love out new kitchen and will be reaching back out to G&C every time we have any other home improvement needs!

I hired Bob and his team to install an aerial rig point in my house. I am an aerialist, and I wanted to be able to practice my art at home. When I first started looking around for a contractor to do the job, I quickly realized that most contractors would raise an eyebrow and tell me they didn't even know what I was talking about, let alone how to get it done. Bob was not like the others! Rather than shying away from the challenge of the unfamiliar, he met with me in person and we thoroughly went over my needs. He asked the hard questions, and made it clear that his upmost concern was my safety. He put a lot of thought into the mechanics of my rig point (which for safety needs to be able to support 2,500 lbs dead weight!), and devised a very safe and sturdy apparatus. I am very happy with Bob's work and with my new rig point! Also, bob and his team were incredibly nice, friendly, and clean. They swept up after themselves before they left, and bob checked in with me the next day to make sure my apparatus was working well. With Bob's permission, I am definitely going to refer my aerialist friends to him! He understands the safety needs of an aerialist, and does a fantastic job. I am so grateful to have found a contractor who not only wasn't afraid of a "different" type of project, but who dove in and completed the project to the highest of standards. I highly recommend using Bob for any of your contracting needs!!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!
