Best Deck & Railing Contractors in Arizona

I had an outdoor patio wall commissioned through them and it came out spectacular! They put up the wall quickly and efficiently, and I was really impressed with the work! Will be returning to finish patio floor and likely much more!

The job was done according to plan. Vlad explained everything to me before hand and did all that was promised. Great crew and very clean. I will use them again when needed.

We got a portion of our stairs redone through One stop wood works. Daniel and Israel would show up on time daily, make sure our furnitures were protected/covered and go about getting things done with quiet focus. Also, they cleaned up behind themselves when they wrapped up finally. Most important of all, very happy with the outcome of their work.
We have a couple of more projects in mind and look forward to bringing them onboard to execute our plans.

We decide to have 1400+ sf of bricks installed on the side of our house. We had a few bids and actually had one lower than Copper Sky. But we went back to Daniel Baeza and he was able to come up with a more competitive bid and we gave them the job. And we're glad we did! We had good communication through the entire process. His team was prompt. They were even at our house early one morning when it was pouring rain. And they did an excellent install, even with the bad weather. If you're looking for a good, professional install these are the right guys.

Tony and Budget Pools did a great job coming out and refinishing our pool very quickly. The pool looks great and the cost couldn't be beat! Would definitely recommendd

It's rare anymore to find people who truly take pride in their work and craftsmanship.  Rob and team at United Paint and Stain did a fantastic job on our Tahoe Donner home.  We have a dark stain and lighter beams and Rob & team really recognized and then outdid themselves on the way those elements of the house complement each other.  They don't scrimp on product so the thirsty wood gets as much stain as it can possibly absorb.  The customer experience is great with a comprehensive consultation, honesty and fairness with pricing and once you get going text/pics and clear communication throughout which is particularly valuable to the part time homeowner.  They ran into some complexities with our house and simply stepped up to the plate and hit a home run.  To top it off, Rob personally came by a couple times and did us the favor of hand watering our lawn when he realized we were having an unrelated sprinkler problem.  All a rarity in this day and age.  Can't wait to move on to the painting of the interior to complete our transformation!  

As a side note, we did our diligence and compared 4 companies.  Although Rob's pricing is competitive, the winning factor was clear once you meet him.  No arrogance or condescending comments and clear, have you thought about this communication goes a long, long way!

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

I was ready to contract for my carport, but Steve made 2 different appointments to clarify details and was a no-show/no call both times.   One time- I gave him the benefit of the doubt.  Second time-  this is just bad business.  I called Royal Covers and they were almost $2000 less, and 100% professional.  Small, local businesses are my preference, but they must keep their word and be professional to be successful!  This Owner is neither.

The fact of the matter is that Steve did not communicate with me that he chose not to do the job.  He left me waiting for him to show up to an appointment he set TWICE.  I have no interest in trolling him, I'm just stating the facts.  In the end, I'm happy NOT to do business with Mayfield, and the professional company has no issue whatsoever with the layout or complexity of the job.  Just a matter of knowledge and experience.  

There won't be a 5 star rating for long if Mayfield continues this level of professionalIsm.
