Vlad came right on time for our (free) consultation. Gave a fair price and his crew showed up right on time the next week when I was available. They worked fast and efficient and consulted with me about design challenges for my older home guest bathroom. They did not leave w/o checking with me that work was done, and cleaned up after themselves. Hard to find someone to take a small half-finished job from previous contractor, but they delivered. 10/10 would recommend.

Jeff is such a great southern gentleman. Really good and conscientious handyman. I truly, highly recommend him for any home repair you might have. Really, you'll be happy you read this.

Their cleanliness is top notch! The work area was completely sealed off from the rest of our home. Their work ethic was amazing. They showed up early, worked hard throughout the day and got the job done before expected. Contractor kept me informed from beginning to end and actually did all the work himself. Our staircase looks beautiful now, all thanks to One Stop Wood Works. I will DEFINITELY be calling them for more of our home projects.

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! Highly recommend Budget Pool! A neighbor recommended them to us since they had a good experience. We got a quote from two other companies plus them. By far, their pricing was the best and were willing to work with our requests. Rex made the quote process so easy. We told him what we were looking for and then left him to do all the measurements. We got the quote back faster than the other companies too. They were easy to work with and we communicated with Tony when he would arrive to check on the progress. Rex would text us every once in awhile to check in as well or give us a heads up on things. If something was not how we wanted or something was broken, we communicated to them and they made sure it was corrected or fixed. They were originally just going to do our pool and the deck but as we discussed the backyard remodel project more with Tony, he knew people that could do the turf, fireplace, patio pillars, etc. They did our whole backyard remodel. Tony also gave us recommendation on landscaper design, irrigation, etc. since they don't do those items. Pablo and his team were great as well! We never knew when workers would arrive but Rex warned us about that so plan to leave your gate unlock during the duration of the project. Sometimes the worker played music, we didn't mind. Happy workers = hard workers. They never played it too early in the morning. They respected the noise ordinance. Sometimes the worker left trash but that was OK for us because it was already a huge mess out there during the construction. We knew they would clean it all up when the project was completed and it was!

This was a huge investment for us and we love the results that Budget Pool did for us!

We met Rob as we were preparing to take ownership of our new home and agreed that he would paint the interior once we closed escrow. He and his crew were there every day until the job was complete, and when we arrived a few days later our home was beautifully painted, cleaned up, and ready for us to enjoy. Rob is phenomenal. Don't even hesitate to hire him ... great work, great guy! Thank you!!

Jason and his team delivered a great product.  We did a full front and back yard landscape job from scratch, so there were many elements.  Hardscape, Planting, Turf, Sports areas, Pavers, Structures, Misting all turned out fantastic.  Jason was on top of ordering and getting jobs completed even with extreme supply and labor shortages.  Would absolutely recommed and work with Flowing Wells again.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

After speaking to Cool Blue owner on the phone  they came in the next day and prepared my pool for draining  and arrived the  next morning at 8:00 AM and got my pool back working within 48 hours
They are extremely courteous and they work hard and are a true professional pool company

Spicegirls are the best! I found them through Yelp, and they were quick to help me. I wanted a full bathroom remodel. We met virtual then i went into their showroom to pick the final choices. Rosa is an absolute delight. She worked with me to stay within my budget. She even came to my house the next day just to put the samples in the bathroom to see if it would look good in person. Her communication was excellent. I always knew what was going on & when. She also sent pictures while i was out of town. They have great taste & did an excellent job with my bathroom, highly recommend!

When we knew we were going to build a pool, we got 4 quotes (wanted more but some company's didn't call us back....). Randy returned my call, agreed to meet at the house to give me a quote. He was the only one who called the day of the appointment to confirm (a professional detail nobody else performed). In honesty, his was the most expensive quote...yet....he also seemed the most professional. His contract is all inclusive: if a price goes up, you don't pay the increase. Once the contract is signed that is all you pay. From the time we signed our contract to the time the equipment was purchased the price went up $7K - we didn't pay another penny!

The quality of the work is terrific. The communication is the best. Randy (the owner) or Matt (Randy's assistant) show up to the site any time there's a sub contractor. I think the thing that really separates Desert Art Pools from other pool builders is that they build every pool as though they are building it for family!

While the pool isn't finished....we are days (maybe weeks) ahead of schedule. Let me ask you this, who do you know that is any days ahead of schedule in this post covid Summer of 2021? Neighbor across the street is months behind (he went with a company that didn't even call us back). Same neighbor has been uncharged thousands of dollars for unexpected work. With Desert Arts, if there's an unexpected expense....Desert Arts has it included -- no surprise contracting!

If you want a team that shows up, does the job, tries to do the job as quickly as possible, treats you like you are family and not just a check....I really do suggest you go with Desert Arts.  

We will continue to use them post pool build as our pool service people.

I was ready to contract for my carport, but Steve made 2 different appointments to clarify details and was a no-show/no call both times.   One time- I gave him the benefit of the doubt.  Second time-  this is just bad business.  I called Royal Covers and they were almost $2000 less, and 100% professional.  Small, local businesses are my preference, but they must keep their word and be professional to be successful!  This Owner is neither.

The fact of the matter is that Steve did not communicate with me that he chose not to do the job.  He left me waiting for him to show up to an appointment he set TWICE.  I have no interest in trolling him, I'm just stating the facts.  In the end, I'm happy NOT to do business with Mayfield, and the professional company has no issue whatsoever with the layout or complexity of the job.  Just a matter of knowledge and experience.  

There won't be a 5 star rating for long if Mayfield continues this level of professionalIsm.
