We had our bathroom remodeled and couldn't be happier with the results.  The whole Urban Trend Team was a pleasure to work with!  Communication was easy and effective and talk about dedication and attention to detail!!  I've been talking about them and sharing their info with anyone who is thinking about their own remodel project.  A++

Nate and his father Eric completed a list of 12 items at one house, and five items at a second house. I left them alone to complete their work and it was all done correctly the first time. In addition, they brought their own toolsAnd purchased additional items that were needed. But what really blew me away was that they actually cleaned up after themselves! they completed everything from drywall repair to hanging curtain rods. They completed the work quickly and were very professional. One of them is coming back again this Saturday. I have worked with several handymen before, and you will hit the jackpot if you hire these people.

i made an apointment two days before the apointment,i waited for you did not arrive period !!!  you never called me period !!! i called you every 15 minutes till 2pm you never once answered your cell period !!  i called you again the next day 5 times you again never answered your cell period !!   absoutely you are dishonest and not to be trusted period !!  and absoutely no   i would never allow you to bid a job in our home periuod !,   nor do i trust  i simply now know after your lies you are dishonest and the lies are pathectic  do not bother me ever again.as i stated i am thrilled you did not show up,im certain you would of created problems for me,move on .

Desert Vision Design was the perfect solution for our modern re-model needs. We wanted to re-do our three bathrooms and fireplace but we also had a lot of maintenance issues like replacing base-boards, carpet, interior paint, re-placing ceiling fans and fixing our mailbox. We had seen Desert Vision's work in multiple house flips they had done and really liked it. They came up with great design ideas, handled all the demo and construction in phases that allowed us to stay in our house with minimal disruption,  kept the worksite clean on a daily basis, and did everything we needed done within a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Luke and his team for any interior construction projects. It was a pleasure working with them.

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

Finally... after a year in the making, we searched and found Josh, the right builder, to redo our mid century ranch carport in Cave Creek. We have a brand new pine tongue and grove ceiling and redwood gable ends. We stained over 100 (12' ) boards on our own before installation. We are very happy with the results, and the attention to detail. I would recommend Josh!

While the job we had Jon complete likely wasn't the most complex, he was incredibly speedy and easy to work with and we went from confirming we'd work with him to permit in-hand in 5 days.

Arizona Ironworks has been a nightmare to deal with. They replaced the gates at my house. Not happy but the real issue is the lack of communication and poor workmanship. When they installed the gate to the park at my home they secured the bottom of the gate to the left by adding in a metal plate to secure the fence where the gate was. I asked them if they can secure the rest 10 posts of the fence. They sent me an invoice number 202412 for 608.06 on 8/7/22 he send email asking to fix posts on back fence. At end of job I paid it as they said they could secure 6 of the 10 posts and 4 were good. They did not do an adequate job and I called the next day asking them if they actually did the work? They said they did and I paid that invoice when I paid all the rest of the invoices. Then after multiple calls and an email on 9/6/22 to Tyler Arnouldsen and finally an email back from him. He told me they could NOT secure the fence the 6 posts so I requested my money back for that additional work in amount of 608.06 with no response. I've reached out 3 times. No response. He said the owner BRENT came out but he didn't call me either. I asked them via email on 9/6 to please refund it since they can't fix it. NO answer No response. They kept my money and won't refund it for work they didn't do adequately.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
