Best Deck & Railing Contractors in Arizona

Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

We're quickly closing on the completion of our master bathroom remodel. Chris (owner, Shane (operations) and Jim (foreman) have been fantastic throughout the project. They've been clear, honest, communicative and flexible. We're extremely happy with the finished product and hope to work with Schott again in the future for other remodeling needs in our house.

All of this said, we highly recommend Schott to any homeowner considering upgrades in their home. This is a team that you can trust and who will be straight shooters from start to finish. Kudos to the Schott Team!

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall,  popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light.  He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. Needed some work done due to water damage from the condo above me.
Not having had anyone to rely on... I went to Yelp!
Alex from Gordon Enterprises answered me first and within 30 mins.
He came to my home assesses the situation and said he'd have an estimate in a few days.
I received the estimate and was most pleased.
May I add that Alex is so friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything that would be done and the time frame.
Today is the finished product.
Excellent job. Done right on schedule.
Professional workers and great work.
I will schedule my next project with them soon.

Aea plumbing showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. Keep in mind it was almost 6pm. My water was shutoff and that's not ideal for anyone but especially for us having a baby. They we're quick, efficient and kind. Definitely will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

We needed an oven installed and Tatum was beyond superior. I was timid to request this service, seeing that they do new construction. But I took the chance and asked. They were more than happy to help us. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I received a quote and was charged $500 more than quoted.  They did not properly clean the base cabinetry and stains started to show through the paint within 2 weeks.  Scheduling was very difficult and last minute.  Also, they promised to return and put new hardware on the cabinets, but never came back despite multiple messages left.  I had to hire another handyman who came and completed the job for me.  He did a great job, but cost me another $400.  I would not recommend this company at all.

Able and Ready did a full kitchen cabinet installation for me. I was present when they did their work. Having previously worked construction and serving as my own general contractor for my house remodel project, I asked for certain things to be done a certain way, such as how dishwasher hoses were to be routed; number of holes I needed and their placement; routing of electrical lines; et al.  Turc, the crew lead, and I believe the company owner, worked well with me to accommodate what I needed to ensure I would have no issues with later appliance installation.  I found the crew to be pleasant, professional, timely, and complete, to include an excellent clean-up after the work was done. I would happily work with them anytime again.

this was the worst company i have had to deal with. they did the job on 7-14-17 and it was so bad it took them 3 weeks to come back out  to look at it. then they kept telling us that they have not did the schedule yet this went on for weeks. finally after putting a dispute on are credit card and file a complaint with register contractor and file a complain with the bbb they took care of the problem on 9-29 and 9-30. what ever you do dont use this company i would give them a zero rating if i could

Home adviser referred these guys to me.  More accurately, home advisor gave these guys my number.  They called and did not leave a message.

Shortly thereafter, I received a text stating who they were and that they'd like to help me with my project.  One minute later I received an additional text stating that they had set an appointment to look at my project for tomorrow??? I found that quite nervy on their part that I would a) want to meet before any discussion of my project and b) to assume and set an appointment without any communication with me at all.

My response to them was your erroneous assumption re: my availability is not appreciated.  I will not be available tomorrow at 3pm
To which their response was OK you set the appointment not us.  We gladly do not want to work with you

Glad they were rude up front so I wouldn't have to deal with that attitude while spending my hard earned money!!

So, 3 days after I posted the lackluster review for GG, they actually sent me an email quote for the work we are considering. We will compare it to a couple other companies as we are not entirely convinced we would feel comfortable actually using them, all things considered.
