Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

I meet Chris through a realtor's design person who recommended Chris Schott Development to spruce up our kitchen with new back splash and tiling of a fireplace.   He sent the best tile man I have ever seen hang tile.  It was perfectly done, neat, and not over the top expensive.  It looks beautiful and it made the whole room look fresh and updated.  

Then I wanted to remodel our bathroom.  Afraid of the cost for such a large remodel, I asked around and called some recommended contractors, two of which never showed up and one who came by but then never returned my calls or sent a bid to do the remodel.  

So, I called Chris. He and Aaron arrived in short order taking in all my ideas (some pretty silly I am sure) and we talked through all the possibilities.   Chris and Aaron paid so much attention to detail and took the extra time to explain how and why things needed to selected or installed in a certain manner in the bathroom.

Chris and his team helped me with this remodel during a very difficult family time and showed great compassion.  Chris's team instinctively understand my struggles with selecting colors, making decisions on lights, and tile yet they remained patient and understanding.  

They are an extremely professional and talented team of hard working honest man. They were prompt, very neat making sure everything was covered, and they went way beyond the scope of the job to make sure I was happy with the end results.  The bathroom turned out very elegant.  I am so proud to show it to very one. Of course, taking people into your master bath is a little strange I suppose.

Chris and Aaron often helped with extra items without any additional cost.  The Schott Development firm has a great deal of integrity and drive to severe their customers in a fair and cost efficient manner.

I would recommend them to anyone for any construction project.

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall,  popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light.  He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. After vetting several contractors and choosing to work with Gordon Enterprises, we could not be happier. All of the 5 star reviews are absolutely correct. We hired Gordon Enterprises to completely renovate  a condo kitchen, two bathrooms and replace flooring throughout. We truly have no negatives to report.

I was introduced to many contractors when I decided to do a full remodel on my family home and I am so incredibly happy I chose Ben and 123 remodeling. This was my first time taking on any kind of construction, and with 2 small children, I was eager to have this be as swift and timely as possibly so we wouldn't be displaced longer than expected. I was given a 2 month timeline, which by all means, was much faster than I had anticipated. Not only was my home done BEFORE the completion date, but the gentlemen working on my home were kind, respectful, and clean. I was back in my home in 7 weeks and I cannot be happier. Ben and his crew went above and beyond in every possible way.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ben and 123 remodeling, and I have and would recommend them to anyone.

Sam at Aea Plumbing was very prompt and responsive. Our condo shut of valve leaked when we turned it on so we had no water until it was fixed. Sam planned out job and was ready to install new valve as water had to be shut off for multiple buildings in order to do our repair. Best of all the cost was much more reasonable than other quotes by half or more!  Thanks Sam.

Michael did a really great job! He was very conscientious about doing good work and I appreciate that. I would hire him again.

Ray Ouellette was a referral from the realtor I hired to sell a house in poor condition.  It needed a lot of remodeling to be presentable and ready for sale.  Ray and Tatum diligently prepared a scope of work and a budget, got all the work done promptly, and within the budget.  They did some odds and ends I had overlooked without charging extra.  The work was done beautifully.  I did not have to give them a punch list because everything was done right the first time.  I am in the commercial development business, for almost 40 years.  These guys are as good as it gets.  I would not hesitate to refer them.

Brian and his team were very professional, reasonably priced, and did an beautiful job.  I had them paint my baseboards and doors as well as our kitchen cabinets.  I would highly recommend their services!

I was not their customer, but I was in a big box home improvement store today and witnessed one of their employees screaming profanities at the poor woman behind the counter calling her an idiot and other things that I can't write here. He also stepped behind the counter area that was for employees only which would make me uncomfortable so I can only imagine how she felt. He was with another man and they were wearing the company shirts so I went to the website and saw a picture of the man so I knew he was an employee.
I don't know about you, but if his behavior is this way towards someone, I can only wonder if a customer were to make him mad, would he react this way, as well? I personally don't want to find out, so I will never use them. They should represent their company in a better manner!

I'm going to start this review with 5-stars. I have contracted with them to put in stamped concrete. As I have received a 30% discount, I am told it is 12 weeks out, which is agreeable. I'd rather have the discount than the work done right away. Thus far, I am somewhat pleased with the service I have received. I provided them measurements over email and told them what I wanted done. They gave me a quote which I agreed to.

Update: Once signing the contract and having changed colors twice, I have not heard back from them...not even a confirmation. I would prefer communication be confirmed when making a change, but seeing I have 9-weeks to the work being completed I will give them the benefit of the doubt. That being said, I am concerned about communication seeing I have provided a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment. They were quite responsive to make the sale.

Keeping Fingers Crossed.

Nick and Tyler just completed our renovation in MMR today. The entire home was renovated in 3 months and every attention to detail was addressed. They responded to every phone call or text in a timely fashion and helped keep me in budget. I would highly recommend this team for a large project or small one. I had a terrible time working with this company. Had them redo a couple iron doors for me on a big remodel. They scheduled with me 3 times to pick up the doors and on the 4th they finally made it out after numerous calls and waiting for them. When I finally received the doors back the install was horrible. They burned the 50k hard wood floors with the sparks from their grinders,installed the hinges so far from straight it was laughable and the welds looked like a kid did them. They send out a guy to fix them and took him over 8 hours of work to try and make them look better. In the quote they stated that the doors needed powder coating. But then let me know they where actually painted. When I received the bill they would not deduct the powder coating but charged me hundreds more because he said they had more time involved then they thought. We ended up settling on a lesser number after numerous go arounds with the owner. Stay away from this company and their bad work.
