Really am impressed with Melissa and the estimate pricing and draft of my tiny closet space! She was great and provided a wealth of knowledge on the product and timing of the project. Can't wait to update with pics of finished product!

Crooks! Spent a couple thousand on cabinet doors. They fell apart. 2 fell off the wall. Brought them back for repairs and the nice girls up front turned rude and defensive. Accusing me of dropping them. They wanted to charge me more to fix the two doors then it originally cost to build them! I took them to another cabinet shop to be fixed and was told that they were never glued!! Go somewhere else!

We just had our garage cabinets installed by Eric.  He did a fantastic job.  First, he sat down with us after measuring our space and asked us about or needs.....how high, how much wall did we want to cover and what were we going to store in them.  He drew up a plan which we really liked.  He  gave us a date of a two and half weeks away.  That day he arrived and had all the materials cut.  He spent the better part of the day installing them  and even venting a cabinet where it would be blocking our vent to the outside.  He was courteous, timely, professional and did exactly what he told us he would do.  We couldn't be happier!

This review is specifically for Kaitlyn at Structures Cabinet+Design only. Our experience with Kaitlyn was superb! In our first design meeting, Kaitlyn requested that we send her photos from our Pinterest board so that she could get a sense for our vision and style. We then had our design selection meeting shortly thereafter and she NAILED IT! She truly understood the look we wanted and her selections were spot on. Kaitlyn was a pleasure to work with, she was prompt in her communication, organized, detail oriented, and so friendly! We could not be happier with her execution and the outcome of our finished home! Our project was a full gut job and expansion and we love coming home every day to our new home! Every room has such beautiful detail and it is a true testament to Kaitlyn's design eye.
We highly recommend Kaitlyn and we would work with her again in a heartbeat!

We did refacing for our entire kitchen and cabinets in 2013. Keith is a great person and was completely involved in the process. He is a very trustworthy and honest person which can be difficult to find these days. You can see in the pictures the quality of his work. The work was completed in the time frame described and there was no change in the quote to the final cost.
In August 2017 we suffered a flood in the kitchen due to monsoon season. Half of our cabinets had to be taken out because of the flood damage. We told our insurance company about Arizona Kitchens and Refacing but they insisted on using some cheap random kitchen company to try to replace our cabinets. The results were a disaster. The refacing was poorly done with nail holes clearly apparent. The cabinet doors were damaged. There was no wrap around on the corners. The facing under the sink was loose. The color did not match the undamaged part of the kitchen.
Fortunately we were able to Arizona Kitchens and Refacing to redo the poor work of the other company. Keith had the poorly done work removed and replaced with new work that matched the original from 2013. His workers are friendly. Keith is a well spoken, honest, and caring individual. He is a great person to have work in the most important asset of your home. I strongly recommend Keith and Arizona Kitchens and Refacing.

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel by Capital Mark Interiors. From start to finish Kyle kept us updated about everything that would be happening, and what sub contractors to expect each day. You couldn't have asked for two more professional people than John and Matt. They did an outstanding job of making our dream kitchen a reality. We will definitely be using Capital Mark when we get ready to update our bathrooms.  A big Thank You to Kyle and his team for an amazing renovation experience.

Canyon was so great! He was professional, detail oriented and attentive to all of our needs. He made a big decision so easy. We trusted him from the minute we walked in the door. We highly recommend getting your cabinets from here. Good price, good quality and amazing service!

Eddie was kind enough to take on a minor repair job for us & did excellent work. Would've had to try to replace the door & match it to existing cabinetry which we weren't looking forward to doing. He did an excellent job, was conscious of all COVID related precautions when at our home & was very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend for cabinet projects large or small! The two gentlemen showed up on time, they did an amazing job on our garage floors.  We could not be happier, they were friendly, professional and they worked very hard in the heat.  I would recommend this company for any job you have that you have been waiting on.  Great Company and great employees

We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodeling team.  We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped guide us in the right direction, presented us with a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to select tile, stone, etc.  They also listened to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project.  Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early!  Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work.  We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry).  The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate.  I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing.  We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).

Ken installed rollout drawers in my kitchen and master bathroom a few years ago.  It is SO much easier to use lower cabinets when you don't have to bend way down or get on your knees to get something.  The space becomes so user friendly. It cost close to a thousand dollars, way less than new cabinets.

I am an Interior Designer in Scottsdale. After 10 years of living here, our Baker cane dining chair seats dried out and collapsed. Irwin replaced and they look brand new. His work was awesome and I have already recommended him to several clients! Thanks Irwin.

The second statement that describes them is Lack of Customer Service Skills
If you choose this company BE SURE to get EVERY little detail in writing, otherwise it won't happen. And once your project starts don't even think about sharing your customer concerns with them or you will receive an unprofessional phone call and email....
I sent an email on the 2nd day of my project concerned about the following:
1. Who was going to be in my home and what times -they had already been late both days
2. Project Delays - I was told it would take 4 days-then on the 2nd day they told me 6 days. (actually took longer because they had to return to fix many things)
3. Workers unprepared- both days I was asked if they could borrow our ladders
4. Sanding and sawing inside the kitchen - they did not prepare us to protect our furniture and belongings for this amount of dust.

This is a construction project, therefore I was very clear with you to be patient. I told you about your pets, your cabinets process and the dust. I am sorry that you feel disappointed with our work, that today is our second day. We were very polite to you every time you call, the time you spend in the showroom, answer all your questions, and its seems that you are counting the minutes on us. We don't work like that Mrs. Berney. This is a construction project.
* The only people that will be in and out, from your project will be Alfonso, and his son Osvaldo. The project management is Alfredo as well.
* If you have any other concerns feel free to reach out to Robert at 480-695-1140.
* Robert spoke to you at 8:35 AM he just check his phone and he told you exactly 30 minutes and he shows exactly at 9:05.
* Do you realize that your designer was late twice, one time 2 hours and 40 minutes, and the other time was over 1 hour, and we never complain about that.
* Mrs. Berney, the day that you supposed to come to the showroom you were late but I am not complaining either.
Mrs. Berney you took your time to wrote 2 pages, and we have not finish the project.

Obviously this email speaks for itself. Good luck in using this company; it was a painful process !

I felt like I was on an episode of punked. My 5yr old can run a better business. They have made major mistake after major mistake and a month later they still haven't gotten it right.

1. They told me my Cabinets would be ready by a specific date. I hired a crew and waited for them to be delivered only to be told at noon they weren't ready and would be delivered the next week.

2. They forgot some hardware for the cabinets and I had to drive all the way to their warehouse on a Saturday to pick them up.

3. One of the panels for the fridge was the wrong size. They delivered 3 more panels before they got it right.

4. They suggested I not go with 42inch uppers as my crown molding would not fit. Of course this was the wrong decision and the crown they sent me was too small.

5. They have delivered the molding 3 times and still haven't gotten it right.

Needless to say over a month later and I don't have a properly functioning kitchen.

I am also out a ton of $ for having to pay The cabinets installers to continually make trips to my home only to be turned away because they don't have the proper items to work.

Worst company ever!

Found him on Nextdoor app and I sent message and he came to my house checked out all the work I wanted done.  He gave me a quote a week after he said he would email it over after I had to keep texting him.  Then I messaged and tried calling to tell him what I wanted done based off his quote.  He then went to ignore my messages and phone calls.
