Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks.  I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135.  The service tech refused to return.

Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Called on a Tuesday afternoon regarding both dead bolts freezing up (hard to lock/unlock) in addition to door levers on both doors/sides of the doors wearing out/wobbly and about to fall off.  I live in a condo community with a strict HOA where the exterior door dead bolt and thumb handle needs to be uniform.  Brian quickly called me back and scheduled an appointment the following morning (Wednesday) to replace all dead bolts and door levers.  I texted Brian photos of the existing hardware for the dead bolts/door levers. Brian went above and beyond texting me photos/options that were available for the hardware styles/finishes in addition to even going the extra mile finding the almost identical match for the exterior door hardware dead bolt and thumb handle.  Brian was on time, professional, considerate/respectful (wore a mask without me having to ask him to put one one), did an amazing job, did not make a mess and removed all hardware that was being replaced  along with the new packaging for the replacements.  Brian thoroughly explained everything that was done and had me test everything to ensure I was happy before I paid and before he left.

I highly recommend and have already passed on information to friends also needing locksmith services for Pop-A-Lock.

Ive had 2 different locksmith experiences by far this was the best. Guy was very friendly and helpful, had different options of keys for me and best part was it was very fast. Had 2 keys done in less than 30mins. Definitely will recommend!

Very responsive and knew exactly what my issue was (door latch bolt stuck and couldn't open door). Easily scheduled him the next day and was able to get the latch out and replace it. Price was very fair for how tedious and frustrating the job was (tried to do it myself for hours). Highly recommend.

Best locksmith ever! Gave me a quote to have some locks rekeyed and due to some complications John had to come back. He didn't charge me extra and did additional research on some tricky European locks to complete the job. Easy to communicate with and very prompt. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Hired a cleaning company to professionally clean my house and they locked a bedroom door I didn't have the key to. I called our property management company and since it was a Saturday, no one was available.

I found this company thinking it was going to be like $400+ since it was urgent and a Saturday. Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

Awesome place to call when you lock your keys in the car and the only locksmith that didn't go through a dispatch center.

It was almost 7pm and I locked my keys in the car. He arrived 20 minutes after I called and within 10 minutes my door was open and my keys were back in my hand.

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Exceptional service.
Got them as a referral, as the company I was using no longer did locksmith services. Went to the office, met a manager and explained what I needed.
He actually dispatched the team to my house the same day.
All I needed was to rekey a lock so I just need to use on key to access all doors.
While I was there, they have a show room full of safes, fire extinguishers and other home safety measures.
I would recommend this place to anyone in need of any security measures for the home of business.

Louis was great. From the moment I called the office, the quote and service was awesome. We met and he made a duplicate key for me. He made sure I was happy with the service. I had some workers in and out of my home all day. When the day was done I found a set of my keys were missing.  Ugh... I knew I had them last, but you know that little devil on your shoulder that says "someone just might have taken them, maybe not even on purpose, but you never know"?  So... rather than worry and not sleep I called the Lock Lady.  

I was lucky she was near my home. She was there in 30 minutes and started right to work. Laura rekeyed all my locks fast and to perfection.  I found her to be professional and knowledgeable.  She shared stories and safety tips.

By the way... I found my keys deep down in my cargo pants side pocket.  My home is new and I had been wanting to have them rekeyed anyway... wish I could have planned better.  Things have a way of working out!

Fast and friendly! Found ourselves in a bind when we accidentally threw away our safe key 2 days before our move to Spain. Thankfully they opened it and we have our passports!
