I was searching for a company to remodel our master bedroom closet, so I requested a quote. Jason called me within a day or two and left me a voicemail. I called him right back and left him a voicemail. In the meantime, I was busy getting quotes and looking to get other projects done and realized, he never called me back (5 days later). I contemplated on calling him again and decided to (against my better judgement). He answered and made no attempt to acknowledge his delay.

He came out 5 days later to give me a quote. To make it easier, I had drawn up my plans on how I envisioned our closet. He seemed nice enough and he spent about 30 minutes with me. He measured the area, but really didn't take any notes which I thought was odd. He said, I will have a design sent to you today or tomorrow. I was actually surprised, since I thought it would take longer. That day passed. The next day also passed. Two days later, he sent me a text saying he was finalizing my design/estimate and would have it over to me that day, which did not happen.

The following day, I texted him and told him I didn't receive anything yet. He did not respond. Three days went by without a word and then he finally sent my design with an estimate. Unfortunately, the design was not what we discussed and I was disappointed yet again. The only good thing was the price compared to their competitors (nearly half of the cost). So, I texted and emailed Jason and told him we needed to discuss the designs, since it wasn't what I was expecting. He replied via text a day later and asked if we could talk that day. I wasn't going to hold my breath, but he did call!!! We went over the plans again and he said he would send the revisions that day, but he didn't.

I texted him the next day and asked about the revisions, but he didn't respond. I texted again the day after that and no response! The following day he sent an email with revisions at 1:30 a.m. and the designs were incorrect AGAIN! Really???? Ok, at that point I was done. You cannot expect to get business when you keep promising to do something and don't, when you ignore potential clients, and keep sending incorrect designs. At that point, I was done and didn't respond. He obviously didn't care, since it's been a week now.

So, I obviously hired another company, who is a lot more expensive. However, they sat down with me the day of my appointment for 2 hours and showed me my design and estimate right then. I was impressed! I hesitated at the price though, but knew I would not be able to get Space Solutions to do the job or do it right. How they are still in business is beyond me. Seriously, how are they still in business??? I guess if you have the time and patience and are willing to get the wrong designs to save money, then you will be fine. For the record, I called them on 8/26/21 and it's now 9/23/21. Thanks for nothing and for wasting my time...

Great experience with Cabinets 4 Less. Their quote was very competitive from the get go. Beth was fantastic to work with from the design process and shipment. Though there was a slight mishap during delivery, it was resolved almost immediately. Highly recommend Cabinets 4 Less for anyone in the market for new cabinets.

I've never posted a bad review, but I've had the worst experience with Classy Closets in Scottsdale. Long story short, the installation was totally botched. We called customer service every day for 2 weeks and they sent out a more experienced installation crew to fix the closet. This crew told me the entire closet was installed incorrectly and would need to be removed and start over. He took lots of pictures and took measurements and told me he would go over this with his boss and we would get a call Monday morning. No call. In the afternoon we called them and left 2 messages, but no call back. Called the manager today and still no call back. This is a $13,354 master closet that botched and have not made right. Go anywhere else if you want quality and good customer service.

Skyler was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and never missed one of my calls, I would recommend these guys for anything from remodeling, to updates and even patio installations. 10/10

I have had multiple family members use and recommend Elite for kitchen cabinets. I have used them on four different houses with different price range kitchens. They excelled on every job and didn't leave until the job was perfect.

This is a local family owned business. They have multiple locations throughout the valley. I buy and sell a lot of real estate for clients and always refer this company to my clients. What makes them so great is how easy they are to get ahold of and also can ship to you directly from their own warehouse. Additionally they actually have everything in stock!

Purchased a desk two weeks ago and am impressed with the quality vs. other adjustable standing desks associates have and ones I looked at purchasing.  I am 6'7 and the solidness of the Modesk Pro at full height  is great and it allows me to stand up!  Others do not extend as tall or are very shaky at full height.  Plus my interactions with Nicole were timely, professional, and courteous.  Cant recommend MultiTable highly enough.

I wanted to give an update from my last review. I was finally scheduled & they came back out to finish the job. I need to have some work done such as adjustments, moving some hangers as I am too short to reach the rods they installed & have my hallway closet re done as I can no longer open my hallway closet door. I have been reaching out to Kenna ( the scheduler ) for a week & 2 days with absolutely no response. I have since reached out to the manager & have left 2 voicemails with no response either. This company really needs training on customer service. You can't go weeks without returning a phone call. So disappointed & would never recommend this company.

Two ladies came out to look at the kitchen. I followed up with them with text several times but never got an estimate. Not sure why. If they don't want the business, at least have a courtesy to send a note, instead of completely ignoring to even reply. Will not recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this business. We had a closet done about 9 years ago and part of the closet organization was swing down clothes bars. About 2 weeks ago one of the side assemblies broke making the bar unusable. I called Closet Factory and they could not have been any nicer about it. The new unit was ordered, came in about a week and was installed right away. Great company and they do stand behind their product.

My cabinets were faded and the previous owner left issue which needed fixing,   It's a time to social distance and the staff was diligent about masks, etc. I had kitchen, 3 baths, laundry and Murphy bed done.   They were amazing and did everything I asked.   Work was done in a week.   My friend referred me as she's had her kitchen done  2X by them,  12 years apart.

TW Garage Pros did great work epoxying my new construction home's garage floors. Wyatt was awesome to work with - he was responsive, communicative throughout the entire process, and worked with our timelines of when we wanted the work done. Their prices are also very competitive and reasonable.

If you are looking for quality cabinets and care about the extra finishes this is the best business you could find!  Tim Adrian is very professional, kind and a true gem to work with.  He cares about the customer and is very responsive.
We are still in the process but completed the cabinet end of the project and can't say enough good things about Bella Cabinetry.   (Highly recommend is an understatement :))

We recently built a contemporary custom home. Unfortunately, our Builder switched out the original custom cabinet builders to put more money in his pocket with some inexperienced cabinet builders.   At the end of the day we have to redo all of our cabinets. We heard about Wonders of Wood from a friend that recently had their kitchen remodeled. Their kitchen is  now gorgeous and it only took a very short time from start to finish. Graeme and Jeff are perfectionists and were able to complete the work in a couple of days. Our kitchen island looks incredible just the way we envisioned it originally, when we designed our home. She provided exceptional service when I recently updated my guest bathroom.  Studio 41 was a one stop shopping showroom that represents many manufacturers including plumbing, hardware, sinks, vanities, toilets, mirrors etc. Their showroom has products that range from the very high end to products that fit any budget.  Working with Hope was the best experience.  She has been in the industry for over 15 years and was able to accommodate all my needs.  She was knowledgeable of products and answered my many questions, and she communicated product updates and status of orders consistently. This review is regarding the customer service for the store. They took months to get me a quote on cabinet hardware and I had to follow up multiple times.  On top of that, they promised they would include the installation of the hardware if I bought it from them, but then reneged and said they could recommend someone to do it.  Thanks but I'll take my business elsewhere!

Love the cabinets we picked and pricing seems fairly competitive however, Rich, the sales guy seems to only care when selling a product. It's like pulling teeth trying to get a response for any issues after installation or modifications being requested. We didn't receive our soft close cabinets for some of the cabinets (did entire house-3 full bath and entire kitchen) along with some drawers that were tweaked. Also, we wanted skins below upper cabinets to hide underneath color (which we happily paid for) and constantly followed up to get clarity on when it would arrive. Email after email with no response and multiple phone calls with no return calls. Then finally a response. Then all over again for the next follow up. Service is poor. Only care about the sell period. Would have paid more for better service if we only knew. Choose to do business with a company that actually cares to provide consistent decent service... look elsewhere.
