You know that scene in Duplicity where Michael Keaton is explaining that a copy of a copy is just a little off? Well it's true. I needed to make a copy of my key, but I only had a copy of a copy of a copy. Not knowing of any locksmiths in my area I came across Pop-A-Lock on Yelp. Bill, the owner, answered my call and came out within the hour to rekey my house. He did a great job and didn't leave a mess. I give Pop-A-Lock an A+++.

Arthur was really communicative and quick. He did a great job with a lockout. All in all we were back in the house in less than an hour. Very professional and did good work.

This past weekend, my son was trapped in his own room because he fooled around with his door lock and it broke with the door closed.
I was freaking out, trying to unlock the door. My son was freaking out cause he was all alone in the room trapped.

Fast and Efficent
Requested a quote and a few days later, he came to change my locks on my front door and rekey my back.  I had bought these expensive locks and the deadbolt ended up being defective. He expressed that the locks I have are extremely great locks and I should just get my money back and not worry about changing them.  I agreed. He repackaged it nicely and I just rekeyed that lock.  He saved me $155 by returning that lock.  I was happy about that.  Very cool guy.  Highly recommend, Ricky

Awesome place to call when you lock your keys in the car and the only locksmith that didn't go through a dispatch center.

It was almost 7pm and I locked my keys in the car. He arrived 20 minutes after I called and within 10 minutes my door was open and my keys were back in my hand.

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

I purchased a key on amazon for my car and my mother went in and got it cut. I ordered a new key and go to get it cut. So this time the old lady said that it wouldn't work and denied our service and was rude "I don't know why you kids are trying to get these fancy keys." I don't think it's necessary to support a business that is rude to people and denies service. Please don't go here she is judgmental and rude. My mother and I are very annoyed and disappointed.

Prompt response!  I received a phone call within a minute of sending an email to Ben.  Within half an hour he was at my house changing my locks.    

I believe he charged me a ridiculously large amount.  After he did the work, I received another quote from another company for $150.00 to $200.00.  Ben charged me $750.00 which was after the initial quote of $2,000.00.

My mother unfortunately passed away a couple days ago while in her home. She had multiple caregivers, and drivers that had keys to her home, amongst others. I needed someone very quickly as to protect my mother's home, and assets from potential unwelcome entry. I looked on Yelp, and found The Lock Lady's great record and reviews after already making a couple of other calls to other locksmiths, none of which would come out quickly for me. I told Laura of my problem, and her compassion for my situation was wonderful, and agreed to come right away. She practically beat me to my mother home which was an half an hour away, changed 3 locks for me very quickly and professionally in her clean, beautifully wrapped mobile locksmith truck. She gave me a heartfelt condolence, and said goodby, and was off to another call. I'm very grateful for people like her, although very busy, she did the right thing, went the extra mile, and helped me. Thank you Laura.

I recently moved into a new home and had an immediate need for a locksmith. The back door to our home had a separate lock and the key had been lost, so we had no access to the backyard. This made moving large items a REAL issue, and so, naturally, I consulted my good friend Yelp.

It was a Saturday morning at 7 a.m. when I called Eagle (yep, I was THAT annoying girl) but Eddie answered and had a technician routed to me within the hour. Amazing!

When the technician got here, he was super friendly and more than willing to answer a few additional questions we had about the home. We were even able to cash in on the 15% Yelp discount. Love that.

All in all, it was a great experience. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough. If you're in need, Eagle Locksmiths is the only call you need to make.
