All of the team were amazingly helpful, courteous, and professional. This started out as a moderately difficult  and moderately priced sewer section replacement with back-flow prevention check valve (to prevent rodent access into our home) installation project, but due to the age of our home and type and condition of our existing sewer line, snowballed into a nightmarishly extensive project,  through no fault of theirs.   Despite all the complications, they stayed the course and brought on extra staff to ensure that our sewer service would have only minimal interruption and in a timely manner, ended up replacing our entire indoor under-the-slab (cast iron) sewer line(s) and outdoor (Orangeberg) sewer service lines, in addition to installing the back-flow prevention valve (to stop rodent access) for a fair price and got it done in reasonable time, considering the extreme amount of work involved.   Can't say for certain whether our rodent problem will be solved, but now we have all new PVC sewer line with back-flow prevention check valve,  and no future worries about that.   Highly recommended.  Don't bother with other plumbers, call Pink Plumbing.

Recently, my auto-level filler piping setup also known as a backflow preventer valve pressure vacuum breaker, started leaking quite a bit.  
I called my home warranty and they said they did not cover it but could recommend a pool company.  I asked home warranty if this was not covered under plumbing and they said no.  I decided to call Lawson.  As always, they came out to do a free estimate.  And they were able to provide an estimate and do the fix a day later.  
The technicians in their employ have always been professional and amiable.
They provide good answers to the problem at hand and give me confidence in their skills.

When my home warranty said it was not covered and they could recommend a pool company, to me, this seemed more like a plumbing issue and I would prefer a plumbing company instead of a pool company.  I did learn from the Lawson technician though that some piping for landscaping is better handled by landscapers and/or pool companies.  I am glad Lawson was able to do the job.  It looks great and I am confident in their work.

I recently had 100% Plumbing out to take care of some shower valves that needed replace.......the replacement cartridges were difficult to find according to a previous plumber.   100% came out , verified the necessary parts, got them ordered and stayed in contact with me while the parts were ordered......... communication is a rarity in business today but these guys did it very well.  They got the parts and the plumber Eddie came out, masked and went right about his business and took care of the replacements.   Very impressed from start to finish with this company,  thanks for taking care of my plumbing issue........you will be hearing from me in the future on any plumbing issues I have.

Robert came out to snake our kitchen drain. Got it cleared in record time. Suggested some possible things to do down the road but with no pressure.  Robert was very polite and friendly and shared a funny story about drain cleaning job he had once. Last night I requested a quote from Yelp due to a few things going on in the home. Neither toilet in my home would flush, and the water from the shower was overflowing. It was all pretty disgusting, to be honest. Aaron responded right away saying he'd arrive in about 1 hour to 1.5, and he stated he would fix the issue. You cannot imagine my relief. At this time it was 830pm-ish. I stayed up until midnight waiting for this guy. Sending him texts, messages, and calling. I received NO response. Bear in mind, there are 3 adults in the home that cannot use the restroom during this entire time. He texted me in the morning 7am saying he could come right now. Although I was already feeling disappointed, I was like heck. I'll give this dude another try. What a mistake. I should've probably known. Responded to him and prepared my home for his visit. I texted him again and asked for the ETA. He responds with 1.5 hours, and it might not even be him coming - could be someone else. Who knows. At this point, I cancelled. This owner is extremely unreliable. To him, it's just plumbing. Cool. To me? I have missed work this morning waiting for him, I have not been able to use the restroom in my own home, I am plenty of towels down cleaning up the mess, little amount of sleep, and the list goes on. All this from waiting for him when I could've given another plumber a shot that had reached out to me via Yelp messages as well. Extremely disappointed in this company and this owner. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

We had the valve that controls the water in our master shower break and I called Sunstate out to fix it. Awesome service, awesome work. I would highly recommend this company any day, any time!

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

I would highly recommend using this company, I cannot say enough great things about my experience.  Sam came over first thing in the morning and got right to work.  My main sewer line was backed up and he was able to find the problem quickly (roots).  He helped me find additional clean-outs that the previous owners planted oleanders on, and even offered to help me pull them out to prevent the problem from happening again in the future.  Very nice people, great service, excellent price.  I highly recommend.

Spencer showed up at our home right on time and did a great job. Clean installation of 2 toilets in a couple of hours. He was very friendly and helpful to us. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Dustin answered my call immediately when our water heater went out. He came that same day to work on it and returned early the next morning to install a new one. He was very efficient and cleaned up when he was done. He also installed a new garbage disposal while he was here. We highly recommend Dustin Philips for your plumbing needs. We will definitely call on him if we have any more plumbing issues.

I can not say enough good things! What started out as a small leak in our kitchen ceiling ended up being a much larger problem. They were the only ones who were able to explain why it had even happened in the first place (we'd had 2 other companies come out prior to them and one said we would need our whole house repiped).  They had it fixed within a couple days and had a wonderful recommendation (copper state) for the demo company who came out within 90 mins of PlumbSmarts first time to our home. Shout out to copper state (I'll do a review for them once our project Is complete) who helped me contact my insurance to file a claim. Wonderful service. PlumbSmart had excellent communication & went above and beyond on all fronts. Absolutely recommend them for ANY/ALL your plumbing needs!

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.
