If you're looking for a top of the line AC contractor, look no further. When our old AC unit finally died, we called Ideal Energy to come look at it and see if there was a fix. They sent out their tech quickly and texted and emailed us with a two hour window when to expect their tech to arrive. The text contained a picture of the technician, so we knew who to look for. When the tech was on his way, we got a second text letting us know he was arriving shortly. So nice!! The tech was knowledgeable and tried to repair the issue, but sadly, our VERY OLD unit was beyond help. Ideal helped us pick a new unit, discussing all the pros and cons of staying with a 5-ton unit instead of other options, which might be more energy-efficient. They even added a smart thermostat so our new AC unit would run as efficiently as possible.
The new AC unit is whisper quiet and super efficient! I would recommend Ideal Energy for anyone needing an A++ expert team for their AC or energy efficiency issues.

I had Airtime Cooling and Heating install a new Trane A/C system and put a 2nd return in my office. While I did not shop around for prices, I thought the price they quoted me was really good. I think I called them on a Thursday, they came out Friday to inspect and gave me a quote. I can't remember what day it was, either Monday or Wednesday it was installed. Couldn't believe how fast and seamless the whole process was. It has taken me more time and effort to get someone out to trim my palm trees, than it was to have Airtime Cooling and Heating install a whole new system for me. If I ever buy another house that needs a new A/C unit, I will definitely be calling them again.

You know how the story goes. A/C goes out & the search to find the right company starts. This is followed by frustration, missed appointments & an up selling tech. Skip all the drama and call NVM. These hardworking folks came out on a late Saturday & got us up & running. I can't say enough good things about them.

The BEST AC company in the Phoenix Metro.  Finally an honest contractor I would recommend to anyone.  I called at 1:00 AM Saturday expecting a voicemail, instead getting a cheerful voice who told me they would have someone out between 4 and 6 pm on Saturday.  She also said that we would be first available if they got a cancellation. About 10:00 AM I received a call that they were on the way.  The two gentlemen who arrived within 30 minutes were friendly, clean, and pleasant with a very professional attitude.  Within 30 minutes they had reset a fuse, completed a tuneup and did not once try to up sell.  Instead of 200-300 repair with a Saturday fee of 120 as I expected, they accomplished the task for $40.00 dollars.  I will be definitely using them again for my home and rental property, they have a customer for life!

We had our Air Conditioner replaced yesterday.  After getting estimates we chose Four Seasons Home Services.  Jorge / George and his team did a great job!  They were here on time.  He gave us updates every few hours!  They were friendly, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable!  They wore masks in our home.  They cleaned up every little thing.  I worked with Their dispatcher Roxanne and she was great!  She was friendly and keep me updated throughout the entire process!  Their customer service skills are top notch!  We highly recommend this company!

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I came home at 6pm and found that the A/C was not working, fan was just blowing out hot air. Requested quotes for help and Preferred Air was quick to respond. They were able to send Daniel over for diagnostic. He arrived about an hour later, discovered the issue, fixed it, put everything back together and we had cold area blowing again before 8:30pm!  A God-sent! THANK YOU!

The owner, Danny, came out and took a look at my AC and found an issue and fixed it right away. He said if I had any more issues to give him a call or send him some videos. Justin arrived on time, at the very beginning of the estimated time window. He knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. He was courteous and professional and fixed everything on the first visit. He also knew the correct trip fee as per our home warranty. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. Good communication and professional. Wore his mask the entire time which I very much appreciated due to high risk children in the home. He was honest and straightforward with no pressure. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely be using him for any future AC emergencies or needs.

Our furnace crap out on worst possible time, coolest day in January.
We call the Arizona Cooling company on 23th. Dave the owner come same day few hours later. Albrough, we have to wait for part almost a week
Jeremy come to instal it. He was on time, very polite. Pleasure to deal with him!

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.
