During the last storm a big mesquite tree in our front yard uprooted. Didn't fall but it looked like it would have if another big wind came.  Made a call the next morning to Core Tree Service, left a message, called back 30 minutes later,explained what happened, they came out a couple of hours later  and looked at tree and gave me an estimate to thin out the tree, as it was to top heavy.   I wanted to save the tree, if at all possible.  Booked an appt for their next available opening.  Although they were late , after calling them they did let me know they were running behind but would still be there.  It was a busy week from storm damage in the area and didn't think I could get anything done this fast. The crew did a very good job and apologized for being late but the jobs they had took longer than expected.  I am happy that the tree is still there.

Communication with him was seamless, him and his crew were incredibly professional. He took notes on what we were looking to have maintained, asked detailed questions (our 1sr time using a landscaping service) and delivered on everything we requested. Thank you guys so much ! We engaged All American Arborist to take a look at our two ficus trees, two queen palms and on a death's doorstep Orchid Tree.  Jon came out to talk with me, was very professional and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.  Ultimately, we hired him to trim the four trees, fertilize the Palms and buy and plant an 8 ' tall Mexican Lime tree.  He offered great detailed quotes with landscaping plots with identification.  His quote process was very clear and efficient.  He impressed me so, I simply said you do what your experience and expertise tells you.  His crew came on time, did a fine job, were very respectful and cleaned up afterward (much better in the back yard work, less so in front - but not worth taking away a star).  His company is now officially in my address book and I can now say I have a tree guy.   (we cut down the dead orchid tree our selves, we had been struggling for years to keep it going - it doesn't help that is not native to Phoenix.)

Thr arborist Paul that was assigned to give me a quote calls on Easter during dinner and wants to come over on Easter Monday. I told him my faith celebrates Easter and Easter Monday and to call back on Tuesday after the season is over. While speaking with him he was very snarky making a comment he's been to my place hundreds of times. If ge's been here hundreds if times, why does he need to come over to give me a quote? Normally after a couple times, I'm able to remember the beautiful trees I see. He never called back and Amanda who runs  the Customer Service Relations for the company tells me the quote would be taken care of. Nada a week later. I've moved on.

I would definitely recommend spring landscaping. I was looking for a quote I'm getting some large trees trimmed in my yard. They notified me immediately and came out on Sunday to give me a quote. I had already received multiple quotes and theirs was fabulous. We scheduled an appointment to get the work done and they were on time and did a great job. Now, I need to get 4 tons of rocks for my yard and they are going to spread the rocks for me. I am definitely keeping their phone number handy! A

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

I had 2 Sissoo and an Australian Bottle Tree in my front yard that needed to be thinned out.  An estimator came out the day after I contacted them and the price seemed very fair.  The work was scheduled for 2 days later.  I was very pleased till I went out when they were done and saw my Bottle Tree.  It looks awful.  I am so upset as my beautiful tree was left looking absolutely scraggly! I was actually in tears over it.  I didn't say anything to the crew, they had worked hard in the heat and got the 3 trees done in a short amount of time.  But I should have stayed outside and watched what they were doing and stopped it.  Needless to say, its going to be hard to see this tree daily and it will take at least 2 yrs for it to come back to a decent look.  I've had this tree thinned several times before and never experienced anything like what this company did to it.

Scheduled three different times for him to come out.  He didn't make any of them.  The last one I got no notice, just no showed and never reached out to reschedule.  There are plenty of companies that did respond and keep their appts so apparently business is good at Jose Landscaping...

You may have to reschedule a couple times to get a quote, but it's absolutely worth it. They did an amazing job cleaning up my front yard of leaves and weeds, trimming the plants, and filling in a small sinkhole.

Fast, friendly, and prompt. All my interactions were pleasant and the work was top of the line. I highly recommend!

I have been using 3 trees for about 10 years for 6 Palm trees and numerous fruit trees. Best tree trimmer in the west valley.

Gave a VERY competitive quote and agreed to come back at 9 a.m. on Saturday to prune the palm trees. He never showed up.

I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations.
