Service person installed the new lock but failed to fix the existing lock as requested on the door with two locks.  I had to fix the second lock myself after paying $135.  The service tech refused to return.

Victor was great.  The situation involved rekeying some locks, a distraught widow in her 80's, some care givers and a couple of attorneys.  He simply came and was professional, fast and reasonable.  I will be using his service again.  Great experience.

Son lost the only key fob to his truck. Call Pop A Lock we decided to meet at 10:00 am. He called my wife just before i got there and she described the truck by the time I got there before 10 he had the door open and ready to program the new fob. We was done by 10:05. Great response great work. Recommend them highly.

Outstanding service today from AZ cars locksmiths. Eric was able to work me in within 30 minutes and provided outstanding service. I needed a key cut and programmed for my car.  I called around and got some quotes.  Johnny Locksmith gave me the best price.  I communicated with them via Yelp messages and arranged a time.  They came to me at my work and did it out of the back of a van.  10 minutes was all it took.  Fast and easy service.

First things first, Jeff is amazing! He is sweet, polite and funny from the first conversation!  He quoted me over the phone exactly what I paid in the end, no hidden fees or over price like other companies would have! He came out the same afternoon I called and rekeyed my new house for my piece of mind after closing on the house earlier that same day. I will only ever call Jeff and recommend him to everyone!

This guy REALLY saved me. I was flying in from Miami and was locked out of my house. He coordinated with me while I was in my Lyft ride home to make sure he was there at the same time I got home. I'm so grateful I didn't have to stand in front of my house with all of my luggage waiting in front of all of my neighbors. I got right in. Peter came by and rekey all 8 locks and fixed the latch on one of my doors! It took him about an hr.. reasonable pricing compare to three other places i called!!

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I know it's a few days late, but Todd did an amazing job helping me replace the lost key to my Prius. He was extremely polite, very friendly, and made a point to contact me throughout the day to update me on when he would be arriving. Plus, I have to commemorate him for working for a half hour in the 110 degree weather without the air conditioner running (my AC doesn't work half the time, and when I came out to check on him I felt horrible.)
The whole process came took about an 1 1/2-2 hours, and I haven't had any problems with the key at all.

The lock mechanism on one of our French Doors broke and, without The Lock Shop's involvement, we would have ended up having to replace the entire door set. Window Mart (who manufactured the doors) was being problematic in honoring their lifetime warranty because the hardware had been discontinued (but was still available aftermarket). Kathy at The Lock Shop worked with Window Mart to settle our warranty claim and order the parts. Stephen came out several times and had to do some modification to get the parts to fit, but he kept at it and now our doors are as good as new! He was polite and professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are very grateful for everything The Lock Shop did to help us get this resolved without having to replace what were otherwise perfectly good doors. Two thumbs up!

We locked the keys in our running car on a Saturday. After getting the runaround with many different locksmiths (all with hidden fees) we called Ace Locksmith. Best call we have made. They are honest and do not BS in any way. Gave us a guaranteed quote prior to arriving which was affordable and fair. Other companies would not quote over the phone.

Our tech, Mordy, was excellent, friendly and professional. Strongly recommend!
