I was quite excited I was able to get my Lexus keys completely repaired here. Unfortunately, the materials of the casing aren't great - Brian states this. The two keys had small screws that's came loose which didn't help in keeping the keys intact - I however never took the time to get it back to them.

Very fair!  i would do business with Stoddart's again.  Does what he says he's going to do and he's not trying to make a killing on service calls.  This guy is doing it right!

They were at my home in 20min. And I got in the house in minutes! I paid with a card on the spot. I really like their professionalism. I would definitely use again if I ever get locked out!

Well it's Friday and I stepped out to throw out my garbage.  As I closed my front door I just realized I left my keys on the counter. Doh!  I just moved here so I did not set up a place or a person to have my spare key.   I called a local locksmith but they were closed due to Nevada Days.  I called United Lock and Key and spoke with Rob.  I told him I was locked out and I live in Incline Village. He said no problem he can be there in 20-25 minutes.  He arrived as stated and unlocked my door even though the previous owner put the door lock in upside down. He even gave me advice on installing new weatherstripping on the front door because he noticed it was worn down. I highly recommend United Lock and Key because of the quick and friendly service.  Thanks Rob!

I just had a great experience with Acme Locksmith. I have an old set of exterior French doors that needed a security upgrade. I had renters in my place for 4 years, so who knows who had what key, plus the lock was crappy, & the doors weren't very secure.

I must insanely research everything on the internet, & I thought I needed to buy a super secure lock by Medeco or Mul-T-Lock. I found online that I could get them through Acme, so I called them to inquire. The guy on the phone was super nice, & discussed all my options with me. He told me he could sell me one of the really expensive locks I called about, but that it would be overkill. He suggested a very secure lock at a much lower price, but still way better than you buy at the hardware store.

The installer that came out again went over options with me, & gave me a specific quote before starting the work. In my opinion, it was a little expensive for me but worth the cost for the security & peace of mind, that I have now. My only feedback to Acme would be to lower the trip charge for scheduled non-emergency appointments.

I would definitely recommend using Acme as a locksmith.

Last year I called to inquire if they offered security services and they did not. But they gave me references and were very cheerful about it. Today, I called and made an appointment to bring in a door lever/lock for repair. The owner called me back when he read a description of the issue, and told me how to fix it without bringing it in.  So fixed it myself for free!  He easily could have had me bring it in, fixed it there, and charged me and I would have been none the wiser. I did not find that fix via Internet search. And he did all that with a smile in his voice.  I thought people and service didn't exist like this anymore, so I was very pleasantly surprised.

Bill at Pinnacle was great in getting an appointment set up and then being able to reschedule for me at the last minute.   Chris came on time to the appointment, was pleasant, helpful and did a great job on the deadbolt install.  They are keepers!!

I had a set screw in a door handle that was stripped out and I did not want to have to buy a complete KwikSet door handle. These guys were referred to me by another locksmith (it's nice to see they all work together - I like that).
Anyway, I brought my door handle in hoping for the best. It took these folks about 10 minutes to remove the stripped set screw and replace it for me for a super small minimal fee. I'm sure they had better things to do than to take the time to take care of my small issue, but they did. And for that I am very grateful. Their customer service was extraordinary. I can't say enough about this business. I put the door handle back on my residential door and it's as good as new. Thank you guys for being there.

Ernie is a great guy and has been in the game for 30 years and knows his stuff. He was wonderful to talk to and work with. He helped me make a custom key work for my car that was originally intended for a miata.

Great experience.  When I locked my keys in the car, the service tech arrived in the 20 minute time frame as promised and I was only charged what I was quoted on the phone ($58.50).
