Did a great job with my weird rekey. Dropped it off with a 22 dollar quote for each side and picked it up with a 28.50 dollar cost for each side. The woman who waited on me made me feel like a bother that I was even there. Her eye roll of having to wait on me was too much. Maybe I should have given them less stars- but I suppose you only pay for a service, not kindness.

Scott Stoddart really knows his stuff!  He replaced our front door hardware and it looks and works perfectly. He found the parts and was back at our home to do the replacement in less than 24 hours. Very nice man, honest and easy to work with. Highly recommend Stoddart's!

I wasn't able to get into my car due to a broken door handle malfunction (and the passenger door already had its own issues). It was early in the morning just after Christmas and I was frantic! I called the first result on Google because it said it serviced Chandler -- THANK GOD IT WAS DIAMONDBACK LOCK AND KEY! The man who answered the phone introduced himself and thoroughly explained the process. It took less than 10 minutes to hear from my assigned technician, who arrived in great time!!!!!!! Alexander was kind, explained what he was doing, and in no way made me feel stupid for my car troubles. I felt like I was paying a GREAT price for GREAT service. 5 stars and then some! I had a great experience with Rob. I locked myself out of my condo on a Saturday morning. I googled a couple locksmiths and they weren't available. When I called Rob, he left me know he'd be there as soon as he could. He was finishing a job on the other side of the lake, but would get to me ASAP. He texted me updates as he was en route. Ironically, only minutes before he arrived, I managed to get myself in. I called him and we had a good laugh over the phone. He didn't make me feel bad that he was on his way, he was happy I found a way inside. I offered to pay him something for his drive and he declined. That's old school service!

They did what everybody else said it was not doable. It was a car key, to be programmed and cut. The dealer asked the customary $400.00 for a key, other locksmiths said it cannot be done, Pennington said "I don't see why not". And it was done in a matter of minutes.
I highly recommend this business.

We had a key break off in the lock just before opening.  We made a call to Acme locksmith and Bobby came out ASAP! He was able to quickly let us in so we can get started with our appointments and not lose any business ( and during Covid-19) every appointment counts. Bobby was very professional and worked clean. Thank you Acme for your quick response to get us Open and fixing our lock!!!

My husband and I rented out our home while we were stationed in Colorado Springs for a few years.  We flew home to take care of stuff from our tenants.  I was panicked when I found out our tenants refused to give us our keys back to the mailbox.  We were only in town for a couple days and I called JT's Keys and Locks.  The father-in-law and past owner came out within a few hours (he was in CG).  He showed up, working professionally, quickly and was extremely friendly, not to mention a veteran!  Their pricing is incredibly reasonable.  I am so happy with the service that was provided and I will definitely use this company again if I need.

Chris was a massive help! I was stranded at a job site, keys locked in the truck. Chris was at another house and as he was leaving saw me on the side of the road. He hit the brakes, reversed and from the moment he jumped out of the truck was there for 2 minutes total! Made my day! Thanks again Chris!!

This place is great. Brought my automotive door locks to them to have them re-keyed for my classic truck and they turn it around for me in 24 hours. Another local lock shop around the corner had the locks for four weeks without doing anything so I really appreciate this place. I will be going to Prescott lock and safe from here on out!

The owner responded to the early-morning quote request I placed through Yelp in just 9 minutes. The actual rekeying service I received was excellent. The locksmith was great... she called ~30 min before her arrival time; she was very polite, professional, and exceptionally clear in communicating everything about the job; she even adjusted a strike plate to tighten up a door that previously had a ridiculous amount of play while latched. The company's price was *very* competitive, and well below some of the gougers I found while collecting bids.

CON:
While the owner was quick to respond, and even included a first-available-time-slot in his message... getting through to the actual office where the work happens was quite challenging. Twice I called the number given by the owner... twice I sat in their hold queue for 5 minutes until THEIR system timed out and hung up on me. I relayed my unpleasant experience to the owner who was just as shocked when HE tried it and was also hung up on. He took my number and said he would have them call me... which they did... 90 minutes later. (Insert sad trombone)

Once they finally got back to me and we scheduled an appointment (a day later due to all the issues listed above), everything went well.  The locksmith did her work, I paid her with my credit card on-site at the end of the job. Happy conclusion...   until the next day when I received an invoice via Email asking me to pay the bill I had paid the previous day.  

My gut reaction is to knock two stars off, but the quality work and the excellent price outweighed the negative customer experience.

Called today when front door bolt froze... Saturday. Picked up personally and arrived within a few hours. Technician was even polite enough to call when temporarily delayed for another emergency call. He immediately diagnosed the issue, had a part in hand which worked, installed and perfecto - front door locks :-) Fair price given Sat + had the part. Thank you Az Locks and Keys and 24/7 locksmith services. Would have no issue recommending and or using them again.

Just bought a new home. Ernie was able to come out right away and change all the locks! He was on time, polite and reasonably priced! He will be our new locksmith. Cannot say enough positive things about him.

After several calls and visits to other locksmiths, Ed correctly diagnosed the problem with my vehicle -- without seeing it. (It was two hours away and unstartable.) He  told me how to fix it myself with the proper tools, and patiently guided me through the process. Why would anyone go to a different locksmith? These guys are professionals, the real deal.
