My Ace hardware store sent me to Mercury because they couldn't duplicate my Jeep key.  I called Mercury not knowing if I could make it there before closing time.  Brian said not to worry he'd wait for me.  He had the blank in stock, made the key fast and only charged about a third of what the dealer would have charged.

He had lots of safes for sale in his store, many of them really old antiques.  They are obviously all about locks and safes.  Pretty cool.

I couldn't tell u if this company knows how to do their job, and the reason being he never called me back.  My key broke off in my ignition in an older vehicle so I called them to see if they could help and when I called I got a voice mail so I left a message.  He called me back in a few minutes and I explained my situation to which he said he would need to do some research and will call me back in a few minutes.  A couple hours later I hadn't heard back so I called, again got voice mail, and left a message.  Never heard from him again.  I guess business is so good that one customer just doesn't matter.  Sad really.

I would seriously advise against using this service. When I had problem with key made by Nick he suggested that the key wouldn't work to open the trunk because I was standing too close to the vehicle. When it wouldn't work again I requested a call and instead he appeared at my home but I hadn't been at home ......which is why I requested he call. After that I never heard back from he or the manager and the key still doesn't work two months later. It doesn't open the trunk, the doors nor does it start the car (I have a keyless ignition).
Sure he's pleasant. I would too if I got $400 for an inferior product I was probably paying less than half of what I charged. A huge mark up would make me happy too especially if I didn't have to be accountable for its usefulness.

So, Like an idiot Thursday during the monsoon I locked my keys in my car. I had to call a locksmith. My dad knows this guy named Peter. I get his number and give him a call. He said alright, I'm on my way. He gets there like Superman! He was helping me out and taking care of business in no time. What caught me by surprise is the guy was doing all of this in the rain! That no joke it's raining, rain. Peter is a lifesaver!!! I called and in less than 10 minutes I'm back on the road. He is reliable, affordable, and was so nice through my whole idiotic mistack. Being so nice, even though I know he just wanted to get out of the rain. Hands down, the best I locked my keys in the car story ever!!

Loved this place, my safes batteries died and I had lost the key. I brought it in and Andrew had my safe open in literally 2 minutes and replaced my batteries and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Andrew was super helpful and extremely reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

We have used Jeremiah several times at our home to install locks, re-key, or anything in between locks. He has always been very professional, accommodating, fair, and honest. Oh, and he is always on time.

Bill at Pinnacle was great in getting an appointment set up and then being able to reschedule for me at the last minute.   Chris came on time to the appointment, was pleasant, helpful and did a great job on the deadbolt install.  They are keepers!!

Before we employed this company in Phoenix we asked if there would be a problem with mailing the new keys to us in Canada.  Answer was no.  The work was done on August 3....we didn't receive the new keys until Sept. 10!!!  We had emailed them numerous times during this time as to where our keys were...first it was claimed they had been mailed shortly after the work was done.  By the third week in August with still no sign of them we phoned them on Sept.1.They said there had been some problems with customs so they were mailing the keys again.  When we finally received them in a cardboard envelope it was very disconcerting to see that they included in their return address  "Mr. Rekey"  which clearly indicates what is in the package.  But what was really alarming was the original paper envelope contained within the cardboard envelope that they had attempted to mail...postmark Aug. 31....it was a window envelope that displayed the invoice & anyone handling it could see the address where the locksmith had changed the locks. And you could feel the keys inside.  I would never use these people again.  Not trustworthy....a locksmith who can't keep track of keys.

And his suggestion to contact my insurance company for possible reimbursement - brilliant! Because I have roadside assistance, my service call and car lock out fee is reimbursable.

He made sure to give me an itemized receipt for just this reason, and my insurance company is cutting me a check tomorrow. That eases the sting of losing my only set of car keys.

It was nice that the serviceman could change our locks the same day we called for service, but a week later when our outside door would not latch properly, we were informed we would be charged for a service call. Bad decision on my part as our home warranty would have covered more for less. And they charged us more than the prices they advertised.

I broke my key fob for my 2010 Nissan Altima and lost the motherboard so my car was stuck at my job. I called Tyrone and he only charged me a $100 flat fee! Other locksmiths were going to charge me 165-400. Which was INSANE! He was awesome enough to meet me where the car was located and he was very professional and kind! If you ever have any troubles with your keys or locks I highly recommend this gentleman! :)

Came out next day we are not in his usual area however he was recommended by another person who did some work for us.  Any time we need a locksmith we will be calling him

Good company.  Fast Service.  Reliable.  They did what I asked them to do.

Rude and aggressive. Told me to get the fu@k out of his store for asking to get a key made. Was referred to him from Home Depot and he said "I don't want to hear your fu@king story. Get the fu@k out of my store". Ridiculous. Don't take your business here.
