I had bad experience with Mercury Lock & Safe.  To begin with, the gentleman that waited on me (owner I believe) was rude.  He charged me $20 to make a key that did not work.  He then told me to call back in two or three days that he had "blanks" ordered that would work for the lock.  It has now been ten days, I have called the store three times and the story keeps changing.  I would not recommend using Mercury Lock & Safe.

I called Stoddart's lock and Safe for the first time on Christmas Day 10 years ago.  Scott gave me a price range to get into my house. It was a strange situation but multiple locks were locked. My main concern was the top price because I thought that's what the charge would end up being closer to. Scott was there sooner than he said opened a way we would have never thought of and charged less than his low price. Since then my family has used Stoddart's Locksmith at all over our homes in Surprise , Goodyear and Sun City West. They always meet or exceed expectations. And Scott always knows about new things going on in the area.

In my experience with this company Don't get these guys until you get the full cost of coming out to estimate charges, they charge a service call of $35 just to come out, however, I called first and asked if there's a estimate charge he replied NO, afterwards I called back after paying up I questioned the service call he says it's not on the recording but it was, I used the words "estimate" instead if "service call" so I got ripped off!  Call around there's other qualified locksmiths for half of what I ended up paying $100 just for one door rekey.  It was like an auction at my front door the lock guy started at $150 I told him no I can get someone else for half that to rekey.  But after I paid $100 for the one door rekey and two keys I caught the "service call" added for $35.  Btw he took a very long time to make two keys.  Look elsewhere for rekeying it's safer.

Peter did an AMAZING job for our clients! We are real estate agents and had a client who moved out of the country and took all his keys to the home, expecting us to use the electronic keypad for access. That worked great until the battery pack died and we had zero access to the home for sale!! Peter was able to arrive quickly, gain access to the home, rekey the entire home(with smart locks) and change the battery pack in the electronic keypad - all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Peter and his company, Surprise Locksmith, for any and all your locksmith needs!

This locksmith saved me!! I accidentally left my keys inside my home. I looked up the nearest locksmith & ended up getting Rafael. He was on time, professional, well equipped and got the job done. On top of that, his prices are super reasonable. Will definitely call him again if I ever need any locksmith service.

The guy that helped us was on time, friendly and worked so quick. We were back in the house almost right away. They were awesome!!! Will definitely be calling them if we're ever locked out again

Mike and Jill are great people! Mike installed a deadbolt lock for us, replaced some door handles and locks, and also cut and programmed a new master key for our daughter's car. The car key wasn't the typical setup and presented a few issues. Mike went above and beyond to ensure that the key worked properly and did quality work! We will definitely work with them again as well as recommend them to others!!

I saw Acme Locksmith's truck. Proceeded to their website, booked an appointment.  I had just purchased a home and wanted my locks rekeyed.  Acme confirmed the appointment via email.  I them received a text of the locksmith who was coming to my house and could watch a video as he pulled up to my house, all via my phone. Erv, the technician, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.  

I highly recommend Acme Locksmith and will use them again for any locksmith issues.

Called at 1145 AM, said I am locked out of my garage, and no way in other than a keyed emergency access. And I need somebody asap, as I need to fly out later today. They said OK, we be there from 1-3pm.

Guy showed up right at 1pm (I was shocked, being used to the cable company saying 1-3 and shows up at 4). Chris opened the door in 5 seconds, showed me how that type of emergency lock works. And talked about a bunch more security how to's for the area.

Much appreciate the fast and competent response and it wasn't insanely expensive either.

Recommended, no fuss no muss locksmith. They just get it done and fast.

Came out and re-keyed 5 locks for under $100.  Same day service.

I called Mr. Rekey this morning to change out a new home (to me) locks, never sure who has keys and want to be safe.  They sent Gus the technician out and he fixed everything.  The cost was surprisingly low for 7 locks.  Gus even helped out with another door to get it to work (not part of service we paid for but he did it anyway).  Gus was quick, efficient had all of the parts and was very nice to work with.  I will use Mr. Rekey again thanks to Gus.  I would also recommend Mr. Rekey to anyone, great price, great service and speedy.

I have used this locksmith twice.  Once for a car lock and now for my office to have it re-keyed.  They show up on time and do a great job at a reasonable price!

I took a key in to be copied. Little Jim did the work for $3. However, he pointed out that the cuts on the key weren't very deep. He said a burglar using a special key could easily manipulate the tumblers and defeat the lock.

At his suggestion, I removed the lock from the door and brought it to him. He hoped to re-key it, but the cylinder was old and shot. So he dug out a used cylinder from his collection and re-keyed that. Cost: $10, including two new keys. He did the work while I waited.

Little Jim is very pleasant, and he knows his business. You won't do any better!

I came in here to give it a shot, I had been trying have my car keys fixed (various places) because I was always having trouble with them. They took my keys and deciphered the cuts and made me a factory code cut key and then went to test them himself.
