An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

Called and spoke to Tim there in-house "Hoppe" locks expert and explained that i had a broken lock mechanism on the bedroom door and a loose handle on the kitchen door" with exactly the same hardware. I emailed "pictures and video" to Tim he then replied to my email with a Hoppe form to fill in which i did and returned and then he said that i needed two internal gear replacement parts to fix the issues. After doing a little more research on the web i found that i could remove the lock tumbler with one screw and that one piece could be replaced for $94.00. Tim billed me for 2 complete internal locking mechanisins  at $126.49 a piece

I called back spoke to Tim re the incorrect diagnosis on the bedroom door and asked about sending one of the incorrect pieces back and was told he would not switch out the incorrect piece for the lock that i actually needed which came out to be $4 less than the wrong part he sent me and i payed for and that i would need to pay a 30% restocking fee on the returned part as they don't stock anything from Hoppe and place all orders directly.
So after sending pictures and video and still receiving an incorrect part as the customer im pretty much told to go pound sand its your problem, about as shitty service as you can get one this one.

First, I will say the service person was nice and professional.  Philip did call and said 30 minutes and I rushed from where I was to not be late and he showed up an hour later, but again he was polite which is why they get one star or I would give none.  

My main issue is the final cost and with John who answered the phone and gave an estimate over the phone.  I told him my issue, I had lost a house key and needed 10 locks changed and some were dead bolts.  He told me it would be a $19 service fee and the locks would be about $19 each.  I told him that would be fine and to send the technician about 4pm.  John also told me he would be able to rekey my house and I could use the rest of my current keys, but the lost one would be unable to use in the rekeyed locks.  Truthfully, I didn't think this would work, but he made it sound very convenient and inexpensive.  

When the tech arrived, he told me I had Schlage locks and they were the best so he was fine to rekey my house.  He then told me that my locks would be much more expensive since interior locks were the only ones for $19 dollars and these were 'exterior' locks so to say.  I had already told John this but he still quoted me $19.

The tech then went into the pricing and I went mid-grade since he was already here and I needed this done.  I then showed him the 10 locks I needed throughout my home.  He did the work and then got the invoice for me....

Now, here's the surprise, I was never told of an per hour service fee of $65 dollars.  I do understand service fees for the repair man's time, but I was never told of this fee.  I was also not told that the double dead bolts counted as two locks, so my exterior gate ended up being a $70 lock change.  Wow, much different from the $19 told to me regarding the locks.  I ended up with 11 locks instead of 10 and an almost $500 bill.  

I would not recommend this company as they post get deals on the internet then hid fees when they do the work.  

Also, some of my locks stick now and I live in a new custom home and never had this problem before.  

Hopefully everyone reads reviews before they call this company... I received an invoice from callorange (with no company address just a nationwide phone number) and the tech had their car- but I called (480) 845-0859 to receive service.

Sad that they know people need this service due to unfortunate circumstances and they hid fees, over-charge, and misquote their pricing.

I needed keys made for our company so I sent one of our drivers in with my company credit card.  He was wearing a company shirt that also matched the card and driving a company vehicle with the logo on it too.  They were extremely rude to him AFTER they made the keys and said they would not take a company credit card unless that the person whose name was on the card was there.  That's me.  If I had time to run errands like make keys I wouldn't have sent an employee.  I called them after he returned and once again they were very rude.  I understand you can't always say "yes" to a customer but there is no need to act like you enjoy making things a little harder for them.  I sent my guy back with $15 in cash to cover the keys and will NEVER use or recommend them.  I can be told no - just don't celebrate it.

These people are HUG scammers. DO not call them. They re-keyed 3 locks in my Gilbert office and charged me $534.00 I had asked them how much and they told me that they couldn't give me a price until they saw the locks. The guy was here for 1.5 hours and went into the bathroom 3 times for 10 minutes each time. Then he hung out in the back seat of his car for another 45 minutes. I came into work the next day and not one lock worked with my new keys! We called and left 3 messages and not one time did they return my call for a resolution. AVOID this company. We feared for our safety after disputing their bill and ended up buying 3 new locks for $150.00 bucks. They lied in their dispute about what service they provided.  You will regret calling this company - we do!
