Great customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone. The response time is out of this world for a locksmith, those of you who have had to use one know what I'm talking about.

An amazing family service, I called a few places and they had the best prices on a programed remote key! I was originally going to spend extra money on my car being towed to a Toyota dealership to have it made there but they helped me save on that by coming to me. I definitely recommend this locksmith

If you need a safe moved, call Arizona Lock and Safe. John and his team were extremely professional and moved my safe without a single scratch. They were on time, called before arriving and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Tim answered my service request right away.  He came out the early the next morning and reset my front door lock to fit my existing key that unlocks all the other locks in my home.  He was very courteous and professional.  The problem was solved in record time and the amount he quoted - very reasonable - was the amount he charged.  Highly recomend this company and will definetly use Lockology again when the need arises.  Thanks Tim!!!

HORRIBLE service! Bill, one of the sales people was one of the rudest people I have ever met!!! Would not let me speak and kept telling me I could not say what I was saying when I complained about their return policy. I told him I can say and think what I want and he told me he can choose to accept my return or not and he doesn't have to do busy with me.  Zero value foe customers or women in general. I will NEVER do business with them and will share my experience with anyone I meet! HORRIBLE....RUDE...SERVICE!

I am beyond pleased with this company! I called to get my locks changed and Mike arrived after 20 minutes! He was extremely professional and did a great and clean job! I would definitely use them again and recommend this company to any one!!

This is a great company. I called and spoke to Seth, the owner, and told him that our safe wasn't opening properly. Rather than charging me to send somebody out, he asked if we had changed the batteries on our safe. Sure enough, that was the cause of the problem and it was so refreshing to talk to an honest person!

These guys are crooks!!! Don't use them. They took advantage of us. Total rip off!!!
