I deal with them occasionally through my work and they have always done a good job and reliable.

I bought a used Ford truck that only had one key and I needed to get a spare transponder key. They  gave me a fair quote (Rodeo Ford wanted $45 more and by appointment only) and I will be going there in the next few days for that key.

I had a problem with  the French doors for the patio. They were only one year old and out of the blue one day,  I couldn't get it open. I researched online to see what the problem might be and it seemed to be a latch problem and it seemed the only fix for that was to get a locksmith out.  Never having had problems like this before I scoured the net for a reputable locksmith and I stumbled on Mr. Lockout here on YELP. The reviews were great so I tried them. I am grateful I did!  There was a prompt reply to my inquiries and an appointment made to my convenience. The tech was prompt, courteous and the work was done quickly, neatly and within the estimate given.  I was happy because the 4th of July was quickly approaching and it would have been miserable not to be able to get to the backyard using the patio doors. THANKS MR. LOCKOUT!!!

This locksmith did an exceptional job. He arrived on time and was very professional and upbeat. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend this awesome guy to take care of any of your locksmith needs. He was able to replace all 5 deadbolts in my home, and his workmanship was immaculate.

Locked my self out at the back yard on the first day we bought the house. Called Sitton Locksmith. Came in 5 min and few min later I was back home. Awesome service!!!

I called Desert locksmith on a whim when I needed my personal residence locks rekeyed and some replaced- Ran asked for photos of the locks I needed so that he could come prepared and also so he could give me an accurate quote-loved that. Ran also went over every lock before and after the job to make sure everything was done properly. He also made some recommendations that saved me some money, which I appreciated- I don't use a locksmith too often, but if I need one, Ran is my guy and will continue to refer him out-

Knew exactly what I needed for a replacement key fob. Other places I went said my fob was "too old" (a 2016?) or told me that I was wrong because I don't have a push-button start. Service was great and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

These folks have been so very helpful, on a couple of occasions 1.  Getting a key made, which they did very quickly/cheaply.   2.  Went in to see about getting special-order locks for the cargo carriers on my motorcycle. They are made in italy.  One helpful & friendly employee told me how I might go about it, but also offered to clean it up with graphite and oil it too.  Really helped!  Hardly need new locks for the time being.  Didn't charge me either.

Not good at all. The guy didn't give a flat price over the phone. Quoted me anywhere from $50 to over a hundred. I told him that other locksmiths charge flat rates of $85 or up to $95. Then he said he won't charge me over $140 and then later lowered it to below $100. He said the reason for this because it depends on the lock and the difficulty of it. When he got to my place he said he would charge me $90 okay fair enough. Then tells me how he normally doesn't quote a price over the phone because that way when he gets there the customer wouldn't want to turn him away when he's there. He said that he normally charges $200 when he gets there which is insane to not tell this to someone over the phone before he gets there. Anyway he came and literally tried to lock pick my door knob for 40 min. Couldn't open it so he tried to lock pick the front door. He couldn't do it either and told me that he would have to drill it and take out the whole door knob. Um no thanks! Wasted our time. I told him we have found someone who can do it. He told us that someone else won't be able to get it open either. I didn't believe him. The dude wanted $45 for the service fee anyway and I only had $44 cash on me which he was fine with and accepted. It was a dollar off and this was probably the only positive thing from it all. Thankfully the other legitimate lock smith who came to unlock my door was able to cover the service fee which seriously helped us a lot.

I find it funny that two other legitimate locksmiths including the one who came after this one left were able to open that exact same doorknob within minutes and their services are under $90. This dude would normally want to charge $200 and he couldn't even open my lock when it literally takes minutes to open by the other legitimate locksmiths.

Called to have a broken house lock replaced, and Nathan arrived in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly and articulate. The lock cylinder was replaced and keyed to match another door lock. Work was done within 10-15 minutes, and a printed receipt provided. Cost was $75, but think they have Angie's list coupon as noted by another reviewer. Speedy and competent service, just what I was hoping for!

I don't write reviews often, but I am very grateful for Steve's work on my truck. He replaced an alternator for my 2016 Chevy Colorado. Steve is amazing and very knowledgeable. He will be my mechanic for all my service and repairs.  Thank you so much Steve!

John came out today from Bell Lock & Safe and we could not be happier with his work. He replaced two entry locks/door handles including re-keying, fixed a stand alone sliding lock that was already on the door, and fixed the issues we'd had with one door not lining up so it didn't close properly. He came out in less than an hour and finished all the work just as quickly. He was personable, professional, and knew his stuff. And the price was great, too. We will definitely be saving Bell Lock & Safe for any future needs.

Can't say anything about the actual service or prices, but I called to have someone sent out to unlock my front door. We had family over and needed the door unlocked ASAP. When I called, the guy who answered said the tech is on a service call but will call us back soon. He never called back. Luckily I reached out to another company and wasn't waiting on these guys to call me back.

I needed to change the locks in a new house and called Old Glory. They did a fantastic job with the service and also provided some very helpful guidance for the old lock hardware that is unique to Sun City. Top notch, friendly, and very helpful.

Bought a new home and needed a quick rekey after a break-in.  David was there the same day and quickly switched out all locks while I headed back to work.  He then delivered the new keys to me later that day to accommodate my schedule.
