First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!!    So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump.   I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly.  I must have woken him up from his nap.  I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again.   AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about.

Carol is absolutely amazing!  Even after the dealership attempted to cut two car keys for me they still didn't work.  Carol came out to the house, cut two cars that work perfectly and also programed the remote within 30 minutes!  Carol also has great prices on re-keying homes so as a real estate broker I highly recommend her services - perfect for a house warming gift!  She is like the energizer bunny and never stops working!

Rick is a really good guy and does good work. He was able to come by same day to switch our locks and fix a lock which had a key stuck in it. What really impressed me was he found a flaw in the previous installation and fixed it as part of his service without batting an eye. Thanks sir!

I had a excellent experience with Sitton Security. Jon was able to gain access to my safe and suggested ways to make the system foolproof. Punctual, helpful,  professional and reasonable, I could not expect more from a locksmith.

Ran is great and very professional.  We had a new Duplex we needed many doors rekeyed and changing out some locking door knobs to non locking versions and some new deadbolts.  Everything he did was perfect I will be having him again as we buy more properties or have issues in the future that need to be addressed.

They have made multiple key fobs for me and always have what I need in stock with super fast service. I highly recommend them!

Came in with my broken key to my '84 Cadillac. The guy up front was really courteous, gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future, and made me three spares at a total cost of $6. I would absolutely recommend over ACE or Home Depot. Support local business!

My boyfriend had lost his car key over the weekend and needed to get a replacement key ASAP.  I found West Valley Lock and Key over Yelp and they were quick and efficient.  Bo came out to the house within 30 minutes and was upfront about the price before he made the duplicate.  Even after finding out that his car has an immobilizer and would be difficult to duplicate, they were still able to do it within 45 minutes.  I highly recommend them!

Bell Lock and Safe is awesome! John was at my house in less than 20 minutes to fix a broken door knob and had the job done in less than an hour! He was professional, nice and went above and beyond, making sure my door was working correctly before he left. He also wore a mask which I appreciate. Not sure if I can rightfully review Assist as I did not spend any money with them. That's because when I called Joe and told him that my lock had essentially exploded inside my door, and that I had done as much as I could, he asked me to send a picture. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me that he could be out the next day, but I had come so far with what I had done that he could probably talk me through the rest of it. He explained what I needed to do next and in about 15 minutes, I had resolved the problem. A lot of other service people would have known that I almost had it fixed but still come out and charge me for an hour service call. I can guarantee you that Joe will get my next paying job.

I feel bad that I could only give 5 stars.  Yesterday, I met Cory at my mom's house to re-key her exterior door locks and assess whether we needed to change any existing locks.  Surprisingly, Cory was able to accomplish the job without any additional expenses.

I took bids from several other area locksmiths and found Old Glory Locksmith had the best bid.  More important than that, Cory was on time, he completed his work with no additional surprises or upcharges.  Before he left, he double checked each of the doors to insure that there were working properly.  I would recommend Old Glory Locksmith, and one day later, already have, as the go to company for Locks in the Phoenix area.
