I had a problem with my front door lock, Gili came in no time and fix the lock he was really efficient and change a reasonable price. I definitely going to use him in my future locksmith needs.

Wow!  All I can say is wow.  I had to do a re-key of to security doors. It wasn't a crisis/emergency situation , but wanted to get er done.  After calling several locksmiths and being quoted "weekend rates" because of my request falling on a Saturday, I was getting discouraged that it would actually get done that same day.

I call Mike and not only did I get reasonable quote, he was fast and professional.  I am so glad I made that extra call.  If you are in north Phoenix and need a friendly, fair priced locksmith, Mike is your man.

My son locked his keys in his trunk and the only way to access it was with a key (through the backseat also had a key-only access).  The first locksmith I called told me he couldn't help and suggested I try to get a new key made at the dealership, and after a 20-min hold with the dealership I was told they don't make keys for cars older than 10 years. I found Golden Lock & Key on Yelp & appreciate their friendliness, fast response, and fair pricing. They were able to meet me within an hour and not only got the trunk opened, they made an extra key on the spot for us.   We highly recommend them and will definitely keep their number on hand for any locksmith needs!

Outstanding service. I needed a few keys cut to fit my RV. I couldn't find the blanks anywhere including the RV dealer. Bobs had the blanks and cut the keys I just a few minutes. They will be my go-to place for any lock needs I have.

At the last minute my Mother and I needed a locksmith to come out and change a deadbolt. I called because he had all positive reviews and he returned my call within five minutes and said he would be out within a certain time frame. Sure enough he was on time; which most people are late. We originally just wanted to have the deadbolt changed, and we have four different keys for four different locks. He offered a solution that resulted in just one key. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient and his prices were very reasonable. I would recommend him for any locksmith needs and am very happy with the results!

I had them cut a 2nd flip key for me and the technician couldn't program both keys to open my car. He could only get one or the other to work. He tried saying that my car had a lock on being able to have both. Told me I would have to go to the dealership to have them clear it ( did not have to do this).  This was on a Friday and they said they would call me on Monday and have someone else come out and try it and they will give me a call but they never called and when I tried to call them I got no answer. I wound up having to program it myself. To top the whole thing off they said they use manufacture keys but the one they gave me was an aftermarket key.

100% will recommend to anyone who has accidentally locked their keys in the car!! Dana was so kind and came to my rescue immediately after I found my keys locked in my car after work! Very fair pricing and fastest response time out of everyone I looked at!! Thank you so much for making my stressful experience SO easy. If you need help I highly recommend them over anyone else!!!

I brought in some very unique keys and they were able to make each of them.  They were also able to help.me with a motorcycle for which we lost the key. Very cool! They were generally very helpful!

Bullshyt this place is not open 24/7. Just drove 25 minutes n wasted my time...never again.

BEWARE!!!  My elderly friend locked herself out of her home. She was quoted $29 plus cost of labor. A man {and his dog} from A1 Dependable lock and Key arrived and, using an inflatable wedge, opened the door to her home. It took less than 2 minutes. He charged her $104. When I objected, he said  "everybody has their price".   He proceeded to enter her home {with his dog!!} to wait for his payment. Please beware and do not let this happen to you!

Wishing I could leave a zero star review. I'm  in town visiting friends and locked my keys in my car. My friend John said he heard about this place and I thought to give them a try. When I called I asked to speak with Gerald who I was told is the owner and immediately the lady on the phone, who answered just by "hello", hung up on me! Very rude staff and do not recommend whatsoever.

We were quoted a price over the phone of around $65 to install a dead bolt door lock.  When the locksmith arrived, it was much more.  Around $200.  The locksmith installed the wrong lock, and then insulted me by saying that it was my fault.  I somehow didn't communicate it clearly enough the kind of lock that I wanted installed.  When I called the main office about this, they were insulting as well.  The customer service I received with this company was poor at best.  They price gouge, and their locksmith was very unprofessional.
