Gilli came out within 30 minutes of my contact, even though it wasn't an emergency.  He removed the malfunctioning knob on my security door, replaced it with a new knob, and rekeyed the lock for me.  He didn't have the right color of knob, but drove to his supplier and back very quickly, so I was able to get the color I wanted.  He was efficient as a worker, and left no mess.  I'm not familiar with locksmith pricing, but I felt that what I paid was in line with what other skilled workers (plumbers, etc) charge for a service call.  He told me he guarantees his work for 3 months.

Wow!  All I can say is wow.  I had to do a re-key of to security doors. It wasn't a crisis/emergency situation , but wanted to get er done.  After calling several locksmiths and being quoted "weekend rates" because of my request falling on a Saturday, I was getting discouraged that it would actually get done that same day.

I call Mike and not only did I get reasonable quote, he was fast and professional.  I am so glad I made that extra call.  If you are in north Phoenix and need a friendly, fair priced locksmith, Mike is your man.

Hunter came out and performed 2 key cuts and 2 remote programming on my Honda Odyssey. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. He is highly recommended by me for your key needs.

I needed a locksmith to re-key a filing cabinet and found a Groupon coupon for Bulldog. Unfortunately, Groupon somehow dropped the ball and I was not able to use the voucher, which turned out to my advantage. Tom came over promptly and did the job for far less than my Groupon coupon/voucher was worth and Groupon refunded me.

I've never need a locksmith before and there are many choices out there, but if I need someone in the future I will definitely call Tom and I highly recommend his service. Very professional and customer oriented.

I realized I had locked myself out of an interior door at 8:45 p.m., and after calling around to a few places that claimed to be "24 hour" I was either sent to voice mail or told there were no technicians available. Finally I was able to reach David. He was at my house within the hour and had the door open in about 10 minutes.  A minor inconvenience that could have turned into a major one without David's help. I hope I won't require locksmith services again, but would gladly refer him to anyone that needs one!

Avid did a great job at rekeying my house. We were here a couple of years, but had my wife's kids living with us the first year and my wife decided it would be a good idea to rekey after they moved out. Avid came out and completed the job providing 3 keys for the door in less than a half hour. Thanks Avid! Nice work. He even was able to make a couple of keys for my master locks that were laying around.

My BF Locke's our car key in the trunk of our car, called valley locksmith and he (Shawn) showed up quick he works quick got it all don't in less than 5 minutes.

These ladies are phenomenal! Super responsive, reasonably priced and the process was a breeze. I am preparing to turn my home over to a property manager to find a renter. The house is in Mesa and I've already moved to Phoenix so I needed someone who could go to the property, and do the service without me needing to be there. They got me scheduled same day, text me when they arrived and invoiced me after they left. I couldn't be happier. I'll be a repeat customer.

Sometimes locksmiths can be kind of sketchy, not this one.  Very professional business.  They had every kind of key and lock option and accessory you could want.  I am thinking about going back and purchasing  a safe there.  
My son has a Scion TC and the key broke, they were able to give us a low cost option to the dealer's $400 key replacement.  They were also able to make a spare key for my Jeep that NO ONE else in the valley was able to make.
I know where I will go from now on for any key/lock needs.

Let's just share a little about the aggressive attitude from this owner. Driving on the 101 and 7th avenue in his company vehicle. I was on my way to pick up my son from preschool. He refused to let me in with my blinker on safely (Even though I still made it in the lane I needed to be in despite his rude behavior). He then tried to run me off the road 3 times in response to his anger. I can only imagine what he does with his business. Do not hire this hot head. I then called the number, only to have him hang up on me. No apology.

BEWARE!!!  My elderly friend locked herself out of her home. She was quoted $29 plus cost of labor. A man {and his dog} from A1 Dependable lock and Key arrived and, using an inflatable wedge, opened the door to her home. It took less than 2 minutes. He charged her $104. When I objected, he said  "everybody has their price".   He proceeded to enter her home {with his dog!!} to wait for his payment. Please beware and do not let this happen to you!

Wishing I could leave a zero star review. I'm  in town visiting friends and locked my keys in my car. My friend John said he heard about this place and I thought to give them a try. When I called I asked to speak with Gerald who I was told is the owner and immediately the lady on the phone, who answered just by "hello", hung up on me! Very rude staff and do not recommend whatsoever.

We were quoted a price over the phone of around $65 to install a dead bolt door lock.  When the locksmith arrived, it was much more.  Around $200.  The locksmith installed the wrong lock, and then insulted me by saying that it was my fault.  I somehow didn't communicate it clearly enough the kind of lock that I wanted installed.  When I called the main office about this, they were insulting as well.  The customer service I received with this company was poor at best.  They price gouge, and their locksmith was very unprofessional.
