I accidentally locked myself out of my car.  Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout.  He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time.  When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly.  He was so kind, competent and communicative.  Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.

Dave was amazing!!! First of all, between calling the company and arriving at our house, took just 30min.  After having the store installer giving up on us to install our new Yale Nest door lock, Dave took the time to understand what was going on and successfully installed our smart Lock. I'm very happy we chose this company. Would recommend it to anyone. :)

This guys is amazing. I first met him When I lost my keys at the airport on Christmas night. He came to my rescue at really late at night and got me my key. He is extremely nice. He also programmed more keys for as backups. Extremely nice, really knows what he is doing. I am 100% recommending him to family and friends. If you need a locksmith he's the man to call. The lock on my car was broken and I couldn't get into it.  Charles was very kind and quoted me a much better price than others I had called.  He came within a hour which is how long he said he would be.  He had me in my car within 5 minutes and that's only because my lock isn't a perfect square and it slipped a few times. He was kind enough to explain why he felt my lock wasn't working which was more than the other places I called did.  He brought his significant other which put me at ease knowing I wasn't alone with a complete stranger. Maybe for someone else that isn't a big deal but to feel comfortable when in a frustrating situation made it all the better. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and have saved him in my phone and will use him again if the time is needed (which I hope it never will be).

I had 06 Infiniti G35 coupe key made in 2009.  Tom, the owner, came right to my house in gilbert and programed the fob and the key in about 1 hour.  I purchased the fob and the key on eBay.  The fob worked but key did not.  Tom had the correct key on hand and it worked just fine.   Price was very reasonable and Tom was very  professional and nice. I kept his business card all this time in case I need another key made.

Amazing job! Needed to unlock my mother's house. Laura was very prompt. She is knowledgable. So super nice. She drove right over first thing in the morning. She verified identity which I appreciated. She unlocked and rekeyed the door in less than 30 minutes!!! Awesome job thank you Laura!!!

This company saved my a** and quickly!!! I locked my keys in my truck while it was running :(. Dependable quickly answered the phone and sent out Frankie, who arrived faster than promised and unlocked the truck quick. I will definitely keep this company in my arsenal when I mess again.

This is one of those days where something needed to go right.  Well in this case it was Speedway locksmiths that made that happen!  I called them and needed some locks added in my office ASAP.  They made it happen and the overall experience was great!  Will definitely use them for any and all Locksmith needs.

Great service and friendly! I called after losing a key to my safe and within hours had a new one. Saved me from such stress. Plus, this is a wonderful family-owned business with very friendly staff! I ended up chatting with the owner for a long while after my key was made. It's hard to find that kind of care, friendliness and service. Highly recommend!

they price gouged my sister in gilbert when she accidentally locked her child in the car.... mom of the year ... i know right just kidding

literally for a normal $80 job they charged her $160 as they knew she wasnt going to wait.

i own a couple businesses here in the valley; we may not always bat 1000 but we always take care of people.

this was insanely disgusting and any attempt to contact them was met with rude banter on their end.

i wasnt even looking for a refund i was just dumb founded....

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!

I asked them to come out and work on a lock. Never showed up. Had to go with someone else.
