I accidentally locked myself out of my car. Fortunately, my roadside assistance was able to call Rick at Blue Monkey Lockout. He called me and kept me informed of his arrival time. When he arrived, he was able to get me back in my car quickly. He was so kind, competent and communicative. Thanks so much!

Joseph is an amazing locksmith. He got my door open and replaced locks. He came over in 1 hour, which my wife appreciated since we were locked out of the house. It was after hours and no other locksmith would come over so late.
Excellent attention to detail and very professional.
His cost is very reasonable and I would recommend Joseph for my mortgage clients as well.

Super helpful and friendly. I love this place , quick easy in and out , no long lines and uneducated staff the big box places have . Selection of safes is pretty good too . I had keys made and they were a great fit. I'll definitely be back here for all my keys and lock needs from now on.

I locked myself out of the house and caught an Uber to work. At lunch, I called to schedule Alan's services at 5 pm after I got off work. He arrived on time with a friendly greeting in the pouring rain and got me into my home in less than 5 minutes! He's a true professional and excellent at what he does. You can't go wrong here folks! I'll call him for all my Locksmithing from here on out.

I recently bought a car that only came with one set of keys. I know nothing about duplicating car keys. Ben walked me through the entire process and was very transparent about the cost.
On the day of, Ben was prompt, efficient, and took the extra mile to ensure everything was working correctly. My bump key came with the wrong chip and without batteries. Ben replaced both without charging me extra. I highly recommend Ben to anyone who needs such services. In total I believe I should probably have had to spend 3x as much at a dealership.

Nick was super helpful and got here literally within 20 minutes. When he got to my car, he was able to unlock it within 5 minutes. The price was super affordable for such on demand service. I would definitely give this place a call if you are locked out of your vehicle and on a budget.

I guess he was delisted right after I found him on Google, but he charged $60 for programming a smart key and cutting the emergency key, which seemed like a fair price. I drove over to him.

The only key to my VW Jetta GLI, simply vanished after I got home last Wednesday evening. We looked high & low but couldn't find them anywhere (entire key ring with car & house keys) they vanished & the car was stuck in my garage.
Well I'm now learning that VW's are not as cheap or easy to replace a lost key as Fords or Chevy's are, they have this neat but pricey "flip" key (switchblade) that serves as a remote to unlock the doors, it contains an anti-theft transponder (like most other car brands) an ability to send a signal to the engine computer's immobilizer, that needs a special code to be programmed into the key and the car simultaneously, and lastly, it's a "sidewinder" key that has grooves cut into the sides rather than teeth as a normal key does and requires special equipment to cut the grooves into that type of key.
To make things worse, I live in Coolidge, and to replace a lost VW key (when there are no other keys remaining), the dealer says, first you must have the car towed to them, then wait two days after they order the correct key for it (the keys are ordered by a car's VIN and cut to match your car at VW, who then sends it pre-cut, to the dealership). The dealers apparently don't have the equipment to make (cut) a new key themselves anymore, they only sell blank spares (if they're in stock), or they can order a blank from VW that has been ordered pre-cut to open your particular car's locks. But then the transponder, anti-theft immobilizer and remote, all have to be programmed at a cost of $125 in addition to the cost of the $175 key...adding in the towing fee (unless you have AAA) and the inconvenient two day part wait time (BTW, you must arrive IN TIME for a key to be ordered by 1 pm, anytime after that and it doesn't count as a day), it could get up to an inconvenient $500 for ONE new key at the dealer! Then it gets complicated...If your car had a previous owner and he replaced a lock or re-keyed the vehicle at some point, VW has no way of knowing that and will only cut the $175 key to the original pattern the car came with that's on record. So if it doesn't fit, (to unlock the door or start the ignition) the customer is still responsible & must pay for a now useless $175 key! Unreal...!
I decided to go a different route. I Googled "VW locksmiths in AZ" and must've called over a half a dozen locksmiths that could not do it for one reason or another... In fact one locksmith who said he'd do it, had me waiting 1.5 extra hours one day till I finally called to see what time they were coming, only to be told they decided they wouldn't be coming now because I live too far from Mesa...it would have been nice to let me know about that decision too, I thought.
Tom at US Key Service was called next...not only was he slightly LESS expensive than the other "experts" but THE NEXT DAY I called him up at 8:00 AM, we set up an appt for between 12 to 2 PM and he promptly & professionally arrived and with all the keys in stock, had 2 keys ready for me in about an hour, all completely programmed and working perfectly! I got 2 keys (one flip key & one valet key) from him for slightly less than the no-show locksmiths, who sounded much less knowledgeable than Tom & had accents so thick, I could barely understand, were able to do just ONE key...but still never showed up! Tom's the man; I should have called him first and saved myself a few hours of calling around the VW dealerships and locksmiths and getting only disappointment and frustration in return. Grade A all the way for US Key Service!

The Lock Lady is very good. She's reasonably priced and not afraid of difficult jobs... or small jobs either. Laura definitely knows what she's doing. She showed up early and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

Absolute ripoff Do not use.
I called them today to do a rekey for my 3 locks which are regular condo size locks. They said it would be 19$ per rekey.
I then purchased the 10$ for 20$ deal on Yelp. The locksmith comes out to my condo and then says it's going to be 35$ per rekey. What a ripoff trying to overcharge me for rekeys. I sent him away righ then and there. Do not use this company.

I would not recommend speedway locksmith if you need your keys replaced. I spent $75 to get a replacement key that only last a few months. Very disappointed in the quality of material and their service.

The owner James charged me 125.00 to repair a lock, that he could not repair. I purchased a new one for 60.00. This business it crooked. Use any other locksmith except for this one.

Usually I can trust Yelp, these reviews must be family or friends. If there was a 0 star I would give it! These guys scammed us!! Did't show up in a company vehcile and looked like their family was all with them. We asked how much a service call was and they said $29. I went to pay them they wouldn't take a card. When I came out with the cash to tell them to leave, they continued and damaged my company truck. They were continuing to hang around even after being told to leave! I would never recommend this company to anyone. charged $289 for doing nothing but damage. Called and spoke to owner Tony, who argued that his employees would leave if told to, they did not!! Not locksmiths by a long shot!!

This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Everything about my experience with Valley Key Connection was terrible. I was told a price over the phone and then when Nick finally arrived (2 hours late) after making several different excuses, I was told a completely different price that was almost twice as much as the price I was told over the phone. Nick took advantage of my situation and absolutely cannot be trusted! Beware!
