Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

We have a 2000 Lexus LX470. Had it since new and over the years lost all the keys with exception to the non-fob smart key key. Wanted to have a Fob key made. Contacted the Lexus dealer and was quoted around $350 plus the cost of the blank key (over $400). Contacted a couple other locksmiths who told me they would rather not attempt it due to the difficulty. Searched Yelp and called Car Key Replacement who said they could do the job. Met with Maor and he explained the unique complexity with this year and model Lexus in that it is one of the most challenging ignition systems to recreate a Fob key using the non-fob smart key. Nevertheless he said he could do the job and quoted me about half the cost of what the dealership wanted to charge me. Long story short, it took about 90 minutes, a lot of specialized equipment and professional manuals and he handed me a new Fob key. Can't say enough about Maor and his knowledge and dedication to his craft. I am certain there is nothing that he can't do when it comes to car key replacement...and for a great price. Fast, nice, and affordable.  Locked keys in my truck with a truck full of groceries. I have no spare key and a locksmith was my only option. Locksmith was there within 20 minutes. 5 minutes later I was on my way.

My hubbie contacted Ron who came out the next day. He was prompt , professional & knows his biz. We were so pleased & recommend him highly.

I called them for service and they never returned my call. They said someone would call me right back with a service time. I never heard back from them. The person who answered the phone sounded like I was an inconvenience.

When my father was hospitalized in Kingman the police locked the door behind them with no way back in. I live in Illinois. With no family nearby or anyone to tend to my father's pets I became extremely worried. John was kind enough to work with me over the phone as I coordinated a family friend to come from TEXAS to be present while he opened the house.

These people are thieves. Charged $180 to unlock my old car. Absolutely astronomical and ridiculous price to unlock a car.

Called for information.  The person was warm, personable and professional.  They are mobile service only, no store front.  Which means they must be able to complete their job from their vehicle.  No problem!

This is a great place to get your keys made. They have just about every key blank you can imagine and the owner has been in the business for a long time. They have never let me down yet.

Well now I understand why the reviews are low. I called to find out how much it would cost to replace the jogging stroller tire tubs as they were not holding air and the guy in the phone was condescending and completely rude! I have no desire to go in person and will take my business elsewhere the worse customer service by phone no need to go there in person.

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
