I couldn't find the keys to my backdoor dead bolt lock. I called and they answered. They came promptly to my house same day ata time that worked for me after work. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly and professional even in this day of asocial distancing. I'm thoroughly glad I found them. You will be too!

Al believes in old school service!  He contacted me to say that he was unable to complete the job I needed.  However, he put me in contact with a company who could.  He did not even need to respond to my yelp request.  But, he wants to help people.  Some companies say this but do not back their words with actions.  He did not do any work for me but his thoughtfulness will have me calling him anytime I need a locksmith.  Who cares enough these days to help someone without getting any monetary gain from it? Al does!  Thank you for you time and care, sir.

Advertised as 24 hour availability and automated answering service reiterates that claim.   Forwarded to an "operator " line 12 times over 30 minutes, so I'm seriously considering the claim to be false.

I do not recommend this company. The guy that came out here was clearly just looking to get money. We finally settled on a price which was higher than what I wanted to pay and at the end he still tried to charge me more and said it was for more fees. Ummm no we agreed on a flat price. Do not deal with these guys!!!! Poor customer service

Fast, nice, and affordable.  Locked keys in my truck with a truck full of groceries. I have no spare key and a locksmith was my only option. Locksmith was there within 20 minutes. 5 minutes later I was on my way.

Awesome service! Fast and friendly guy! If he doesn't answer he will call you right back! Highly recommended in the foothills area.

I posted a request and David responded within minutes and we were able to setup an appt for later in the week with Sage Locksmith.  I appreciate David following up with me the day before to confirm the time and he showed up early.

I lost my only key for my car. Since I couldn't go to a locksmith, A Professional Locks came to my house, made two keys and programmed them for my Acura (even though my import chat boards said that I'd have to go to Acura for any keys). It was fairly affordable, they were super prompt and the technician that came to my house, Lloyd, was knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully, I won't need to use a locksmith, but if I do, they'll get my business with no hesitation.

John at Northwest Lock & Safe went above and beyond the normal level of service I would hope for from a locksmith.

When my father was hospitalized in Kingman the police locked the door behind them with no way back in. I live in Illinois. With no family nearby or anyone to tend to my father's pets I became extremely worried. John was kind enough to work with me over the phone as I coordinated a family friend to come from TEXAS to be present while he opened the house.

I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Brain saved the day!  Was able to make keys for my classic car when the hardware store failed me.  Go see Brian at a real locksmith shop, not the hardware store.

Called multiple locations downtown Phoenix for a quick unlock. Guru was the quickest and most reasonably priced. Easy and prompt service. A Plus in customer service.

We had to pay for and emergency service call since my mom locked her keys in the door, so we asked them to change out some locks while he was here. I just assumed it would work fine - and we don't use our front for much.. but the front door lock barely works.. the bolt doesn't fully extend or retract  (and he left the mechanism loose). He worked very slow then said he didn't have time to finish. The man was also non-communicative and never smiled once. They helped my mom out so that's why I rated 3 stars, otherwise way less.

This is a great place to get your keys made. They have just about every key blank you can imagine and the owner has been in the business for a long time. They have never let me down yet.

I called and ask if they could help me with a Thule bike rack that didn't have a key. Then five minutes after arriving I had two keys that work perfect. Couldn't be happier

Called this outfit at 8:30 a.m. on a Thursday w/key stuck in my ignition.

Guy showed up in ~an hour. First, he told me he thought he could fix it in 20 minutes & would cost me $310... um, wow.

I agreed because they had me by the balls.

After about 40 min, the locksmith said that the ignition cylinder would need replaced, that he was going to go get one "at the company warehouse, 5 minutes away".

He returned after an hour & said "Nobody has your part in stock. I went to O'Reileys, Auto zone, blah blah blah..."
Company warehouse my a$$...

So he tells me that it's only available at Honda, it's much more expensive & my bill will jump to $475. I tell him to forget it, I'll have it towed somewhere & the price magically dropped to $330.

I PAY HIM THE $330 CASH, & off he goes to Honda around noon. He returns at dinner time only to inform me that he has the wrong part, it won't fit & Honda is closed until tomorrow morning at "10 or 11".

So, it's now Friday morning. I'm out $330 & I don't hear from anyone before NOON when I FINALLY CALL THEM.
Jerk around, jerk around, put off.
I call again at 1:30 & still dont have a solid commitment.

Presumably this will still get fixed today. Assuming so, I would never, ever call this company again & I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...

If zero stars was an option, it would be appropriate. They did nothing right.

Unless you love being jerked around, put off, lied to & overcharged. In which case, you're going to love A1 locksmith in Phoenix.

Called about obtaining a key code for my house key. Was asked for my home address and I instructed him that I didnt need them to come to my house that I would travel to their office location to obtain the key code. The male individual hung up on me. Called 2x and they again hung up/declined my calls. Rude and unprofesional.
