Gun safe battery died and these gentleman saved the month. I attempted doing it myself via YouTube videos, ruined my safe. They were able to open my safe even though I damaged it.   Had to buy a new gun safe (not their fault) but at least they were able to open it.  
Note: Change your safes batteries every 6 mos.  To be safe     Get it?  Safe .  Nvrmnd.

Nice little place that has been here forever.  Great service, very good prices and the best part about having a locksmith copy keys over Home Depot is that they actually work!  This place was no exception, just wish they copied auto keys with chips.  This place is on the SW corner of Thunderbird and 19ave and is usually not to busy, think they also do mobile rekeys and stuff.

I am Eartha Kitty's Estate Sales Inc. and I was working on a sale in Ferndale, WA.  There was a large vintage safe that the owner, who died, neglected to leave the combination for.  I was pressed for time and couldn't  figure out what to do, so I looked in the local Yellow Pages for a locksmith and found Alpha Lock Services.

Jonathan answered the phone and came to the rescue!  Not only was he fast, courteous and helpful, but he had been at the house previously and had also helped the Trustee of the Estate install new locks!  

I was very impressed with his knowledge and will not hesitate to call him again!  He found a way to retrieve the original combination from the manufacturer of the safe and not have to drill it open to get in.  He only charged us for the short time he was there and also helped me open another safe that had lost it's key that was full of treasure as well!  Thank You Jonathan!

Just wanted a car key duplicated. I asked if their keys included the remote like my factory key. The person that answered wasn't sure, so he told me that "a tech would literally call me back in 5 minutes." Well the only thing that I literally got was no call!

We have used him on several occasions for installing locks and door handles, re-keying, and handling a couple of very difficult jobs that others didn't know how to do. He is truly an expert and has been the best locksmith we've ever used (and we've used many in the valley over the years). He is always on time, extremely conscientious, knows what he's doing, takes the extra time to do it right, is clean and doesn't leave a mess, and always goes the extra mile. We highly recommend him. He's a small business owner so he actually appreciates your business!

Woohoo! Downtown Locksmith is the best locksmith I've ever used. They treat you like you're their only customer. On time! Reasonably priced! Honest! What more can you ask for? I guess there's a good reason why they've been in business since 1939.

Our new house came without a mailbox key. I requested a quote and immediately had Savannah responding. The rate quoted was super reasonable, and the service was spectacular. I offered to pay upfront and was told to pay once the job was done. Ricky communicated with me on his way to the job, and called me after it was done. And because we are not yet living at the new house he offered to mail our new keys to us. If you need a locksmith Castro's is your company! I'm keeping their phone number just Incase we need any further help. This was NOT an emergency situation but had it been I would have been extremely pleased.

I had an urgent situation with my patio door lock.

Needed locks re-keyed and called Josh. He arrived within a half hour and the job was done in 20 minutes with a fair price. How much better can you get than that?  I love efficient people working in my home!

I purchased a spare fob-prox 'smart key' for my 2014 Murano a couple months ago and then found out that it needed to be programmed to synch / enable it.  From previous experience, I didn't want to have to sell a valuable body part to afford Nissan's expertise.  So I went to see Patrick, at Advanced Lock  and he programmed the new fob for a very reasonable cost.  I've recommended others to use his service because he's got it all and it looks like he can do most anything when it comes to locks & keys.  THX Patrick.

These folks provided EXCELLENT service. Highly recommend them. Called them on a Sunday evening and they were prompt and professional. Herb and his wife were honest and provided the best option for getting me back in my car and house. No hidden fees as another customer mentioned and they made the process smooth in an otherwise difficult situation. A pleasure to work with them!

Tom and Nick are great to work with. I threw a curveball at them with a pretty uncommon and specific application and they hit it out of the park. They were able to handle everything in the limited window I gave them without a hitch.

Pricing is also great compared to other vendors I've talked to. I trust them for all my future projects.
