Excellent fast service. They stuck to their original quote even though it was more difficult ( and time consuming) then originally planned. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if needed.

My son locked my keys in my car. I called sunday morning. Left a message and they called back 5 min later they were friendly and upfront with the cost. They arrived  30 min later. 5 min later I had my keys and my car open. Fast friendly.

Amazing service! We had Johnny come out and fix a door that broken at the office , and he was amazing!

Response to owner: 3rd party? Did I not place the call? Did I not say it was another person's car? Did I not say I'd be putting it on MY card? "Huge mistake"? Pretty sure I was standing next to the other person when he called you back to confirm vehicle and key type.

Called another shop. Did it for less than your initial quote. They said you must be inexperienced if this type of car was an issue.

They didn't threaten me if I write a negative review either.

Locked out of car. When I called I explained location, that we needed a chipped key, type of car,etc... Was told 90 minutes. Called back to confirm he had the right kind of key. Again told yes and fee would be $180. 3 hours later he shows up and says he doesn't have the right key. Says 2 days to order and $250. Still tried to get a fee for a service call. Uhhh no, you made me waste 3 hours for nothing.

Contacted these guys for a re key job at a rental property.
They showed up on time, went over my needs determining that
I could have one key work both my door locks.
Made the necessary changes and made four spare keys.
All in, less than $100 including service charge.
I would recommend Shamrock Brothers for your lock & key needs.

Bill showed up on time as expected. He is mobile. He took a while unlocking the door but I needed it done and his charge was very affordable. I would recommend his service to everyone.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan, the owner. Let me tell you, he is extremely professional and very great at what he does! He was able to do a big job for me in a super short time frame! Came on a Saturday too! I peaked around a couple other places to find the best price and he blew them all away with his rates!

Lost my key to my 2007 Nissan Altima Push Start and have no spare. Called these guys to have them come out. Talked to a really nice Tech, Nathan, who said to come out at the time I called (1130pm) would be about $450 because of the time. He said daytime calls would be closer to dealership costs. He was amazing at explaining everything and honest in his pricing. I decided I could wait a day to save money and he referred me to another tech.

The other tech called me, from another locksmith company I had looked into. I asked if he was with West Valley and he said no, gave me attitude and then hung up. Then he called back 30 seconds later and said he got a contract from West Valley too (who he also subcontracts out with) and was wanting to schedule to come to my house. I asked about pricing and he was evasive. He asked what Nathan told me, then he hesitated and asked if Nathan gave me a quote for the next day. I said no, and then he decided to tell me his price point of 400 "give or take." When asked why it was so much, he said West Valley determines his price points and emails him. The whole thing was very shady and I could tell he wasn't being honest about his pricing.

I decided not to go with West Valley because they subcontract out and they don't have standardized pricing, which means you could get screwed once the tech comes out and decides to charge you more for no reason.

Fantastic on every count - and we're picky!  If you want it done right and for a great price call Dave. He is the owner and he cares about every job and making sure it's done right. We have used him on several occasions for installing locks and door handles, re-keying, and handling a couple of very difficult jobs that others didn't know how to do. He is truly an expert and has been the best locksmith we've ever used (and we've used many in the valley over the years). He is always on time, extremely conscientious, knows what he's doing, takes the extra time to do it right, is clean and doesn't leave a mess, and always goes the extra mile. We highly recommend him. He's a small business owner so he actually appreciates your business!

Just moved into a new house and needed to re-key my locks. I have asked around and got a good response. Chose this business to deal with and they didn't disappoint. I needed it the next day since I wanted it done as soon as possible. He came in and assessed my locks, 2 of them needed to be replaced so I can get 1 major key for all of them. He went to HD and got me 2 locks for replacement and went to work. It was fast and thorough. He was very honest with me and charged me reasonably. Got the locks re-keyed and I couldn't be happier with it.

Hard to believe, but this vendor is as good as the other reviewers said.  Josh answered my call on a Wednesday afternoon and was at my door in 15 minutes.  He re-keyed the whole house in about an hour.  Very pleasant and professional in all respects.  I  wish I could give 10 stars.

Anthony got back to me quickly.  After my wife got up I asked her how she felt about getting the ignition repaired.  She said to ho ahead.  I called and said that could take of us after their first call. Michael called to let me know that was on his way.  Rebuilt my ignition,  cut a new key and had us good to go in under two hours.  Highly recommend.

Tom, the man who helped me was very honest and friendly. You can definitely tell they are experienced and put great value on customer service. This was for a deadbolt lock repair.  Truly appreciate the honesty and will definitely go to him for all my future needs !!
