I didn't catch the name of the locksmith, but he was very kind, professional, and prompt. He was also very fair with prices especially considering it was a late Sunday night. He arrived I'd say within 10 minutes of my call and it took him about 30 seconds to unlock our door. Thank you, sir, for helping get me into my house and being respectful, courteous, and prompt.

We used this company and received very fair pricing and outstanding service for the replacement of a lost Toyota key fob. Clint is an incredibly knowledgeable locksmith.
I highly recommend this company for all lock or key issues.

Horrible company and a very dishonest owner (Roy). Avoid at all costs. I've been trying to get a copy of a car key (fob/transmitter style) for the past 4 months. I have had nothing but problems with this company, employees, and owner.
It started when I was stood up twice, both times after setting up appointments around their schedule and driving to their shop on E. Indian School. The business is all locked up during business hours as it is "By Appointment Only"....don't bother making an appointment--they don't mean anything. I was given excuses of a) the employee assigned to me had to go to the hospital the day before and I forgot to call you, and b) the machine needed to complete your digital key is in use by another locksmith employee at a job site (why make my appointment for a certain time and have me show up, knowing they can't complete the job). I should have stopped there, but the owner felt so bad and "wanted to make it up to me". On my 3rd appointment attempt, I finally got to meet somebody who worked for the company (albeit, he was 20 minutes late). I sat in my car with the locksmith for 2 1/2 hours as he attempted to make a duplicate of my key transponder. He called tech support, the dealership, other employees, all to no avail. My battery died from waiting so long, and he had to attach jumper cables from his personal car for the next 25 minutes of the ordeal. Not only could he not program the new key, but my ORIGINAL key was not deleted and I had no way to leave even if I wanted to. Finally another employee showed up, spent 2 minutes going through the same steps as the first guy (who obviously just didn't know what he was doing) and was able to at least get my original key re-programmed. He said it was too risky to try to get the duplicate done today and suggested I wait until they can try another machine at a later date. So a total of 3 appointments and 4 1/2 hours of wasted time, I was right back where I started. I continued to contact Roy to schedule my appointment for the duplicate key programming. He apologized for all the troubles and "no-show" appointments, gave me his cell phone number to call/text him personally, and vowed to have a technician come to my work site with the proper machine as soon as possible (that was Jan 15th). For the next several weeks, Roy texted me every excuse in the book--the technician was busy and not available, then he had a family emergency and was out for the next 10 days, then they were waiting for their machine to get updates from the manufacturer for my make/model, etc., etc. Then the texts and phone calls just stopped. He would not text back (knowing he received them since they were sent and received using iMessage on the iPhone) and would not return any voicemails left to his cell phone or company line (approximately 12 messages were left over the course of the next 4 weeks). I know I should have gone elsewhere after receiving such poor customer services and being fed so many lies, but my persistence and belief that Roy and his company should fix the problem they helped create, was too strong. I finally was able to reach Roy on his business line after blocking my number (surely he would not have answered had he known it was me calling). After I gave him the description of my year/make/model, he knew it was me and said that they were waiting on a new machine and had no time table on when they could purchase it. He said it costs over $11k, and until/if they get the machine, they could not work with "smart keys" in the meantime. I laughed at yet another silly excuse/lie and ended the conversation. I attempted to contact him one last time later that day on his cell phone, and of course he would not respond back.
OVERALL: AVOID. VERY DISHONEST OWNER, INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES and POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

AZ lockouts was a huge life saver! The dispatcher was very friendly and prices are lower than most of the locksmiths that I called for quotes. I locked my keys in my car and they helped me get into it quickly. They took less than 30 mins to get out to meet me. Do yourself a favor and go with them!

Recently my car key broke in half and I could not start my car. Called Locksmith Express and she was there promptly with a device that was able to pull up my key code and create a new one in minutes. She was so responsive and friendly, plus did it for a very fair price - lower than I was expecting! If I ever need a locksmith again it will be Locksmith Express. Thank you for saving me that day!!

I purchased a spare key for my truck. Its an older truck, so it doesn't use one of those fancy transponder chip keys or anything like that.its not a laser cut key, either. Its not a DEALER ONLY key either. I bought this blank key from an online store and they shipped me the blank key for my specific vehicle. I took it to METRO LOCK and SAFE and asked the guy behind the counter if they cut keys, he said "yes" so i showed him my blank key and asked him to cut me a copy of the original key. "we don't do that here" , i asked what the problem was, and he said he wouldn't cut my key because i didn't purchase it from them. honestly, I understand that with any shop you take your own product to,they are not gonna warranty the parts the customer provided, so I'm not really sure why he said he wouldn't do it. Anyways, maybe he thinks he is "above" such a small task as making a copy of an existing key. There were no other customers inside the place, and there was one other guy behind the counter, they both seemed to be doing nothing except maybe browsing the web. I ended up driving up the street to 35th Ave Lock and Key Shop (602) 242-5429, the gentleman there was more than happy to cut my key. I also had explained to him the METRO LOCK AND SAFE wouldn't do it, and he laughed, grabbed my keys and in a minute or two, my key was cut. it cost me $4, the gentleman also explained that he gets a lot of customers that are turned away from METRO LOCK AND SAFE and that he always hears bad things about their shop. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO those clowns at METRO LOCK AND SAFE and will spread the word to all my friends and co-workers.

Bait n switch much?? I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived. Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths. When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else" Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
