My latch to our back door was not working. Called Ivan and he said he'd be here by 1pm. He was here promptly at 1 and was very professional, kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend Ivan and will definitely use him in the future if needed.

We used this company and received very fair pricing and outstanding service for the replacement of a lost Toyota key fob. Clint is an incredibly knowledgeable locksmith.

These guys did an amazing job. I needed to rekey my entire home due to a previous tenant that was harassing us. Unfortunately the home was built with Euro style cylinder locks made by CES. After two other locksmith companies came out and were unable to figure out how to work with these type of locks, I called Eagle. The locksmith that came knew exactly what he was doing and did a great job (even opening a utility door that was locked and jammed at no extra cost).

Service was great, cost was fair, they arrived when promised and I will call them again should I ever need locksmith work. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We went with Guy to rekey our new home and he was great. He was quick to respond on yelp and provide a quote, and was able to schedule time to perform the service within three days.

The great thing is that we didn't need to be home for the service - he took care of it all while we were at work and then he left a detailed quote and the requested keys in a predesignated spot. When there was a change in job scope (due to our miscount) he called to confirm the scope and pricing before doing the extra work.

I called Azlockouts and they arrived with in 10 minutes. They were very professional. I felt safe and they helped ease the situation. I was a little frantic because I locked my keys in the trunk of my car, inside my purse and my car battery died. I was at work in between sites. The gentleman opened the car and was able to get the keys out of the trunk. I would highly recommend Azlockouts great service and great price.

Daniel is seriously a lifesaver! I happened upon his services at least 6+ months ago when my roommate at the time & I got locked out of our condo. Something was wrong with the lock and it just would not let us in any longer. It was past 11pm and there we were stranded outside in the dark and cold..

Come Daniel to the rescue! Like a superhero, he was very quick to the scene. He had the door open in pretty much no time, but let me know the lock needed to be rebuilt altogether (it was pretty fault for some reason beyond me). He told me it was a normally expensive procedure to mechanically reconfigure a lock from scratch, but he just charged us his normal fee for services and said he'd do that part for free as good karma. I watched him piece by tiny piece put together this new lock and ultimately save the day.

To repay his kindness, I now refer him not only to friends but clients (as I am a Realtor)! Daniel is very professional, diligent, caring, and an all around great guy. Definitely recommend! Over 6 months later & the lock still works wonderfully.

We called for a locksmith to come to our residence to fix our mortise lock on our security screen door.  Eddie called and let us know he would be there in 15 minutes. He fixed the problem, explained thoroughly everything he was doing and was gone within half an hour.  They give free estimates whereas everywhere else I called wanted a service call fee that was not applied to your work.  I would HIGHLY recommend metro lock and safe services.

Wony return calls or answer  any messages . Will never recommend. Even on a holiday when people  travel the most

Bait n switch much??  I called into dispatch to ask for a quote to get my keys unlocked from inside my car. She took my information and said a technician would call me back. I asked her when and how much and she told me the technician would go over all that with me when he arrived.  Which meant to me you have independent contractors that can charge me whatever they want when they arrive. That didn't sit well with me so I kept calling locksmiths.  When the technician called me I let him know that I found someone else and kindly thanked him. I immediately got a return call from the woman in dispatch who said "what's going on my technician said you hired someone else"  Yes I did because you couldn't give me a time or price. She asked me how much they were charging and when they were coming, which I thought was intrusive but I told her 20 minutes and $75.
"If I can get my guy there in 15 minutes and charge you $70 will you let me send him?" No ma'am... I'm good.

Local businesses that don't understand customer service blow me away. How do you expect to stay in business when you can't even be a half way decent human being? How hard is it to be nice for 3 seconds on the phone? Apparently extremely hard at Apache Junction Locksmith. TLDR: if you are into salty douchebags give em a call!
