I had an employee issue and had to let someone go. Therefore, changing the locks in all my businesses was critical. Jack the owner told me he would make sure all locks would be changed and he could cut a master key for me for all my businesses and give employees separate keys.

He and his crew are awesome!!!  He had ideas to make everything better and followed through with everything at a reasonable price.

Don't hesitate to use them as they are awesome.

All-around "go-to" for anything related to locks and keys. They helped me decide which home safe to purchase and install when I remodeled my home. I've relied on their mobile rekeying service. Even something as minor as getting keys copied is a pleasure with these folks, who are consistently professional and good-natured.

This is a great school!  My son was in an online class.  It taught a lot of theory and they even sent a tiny lock pick set.  But it was nothing compared to what he learned at the Arizona School of Locksmithing.  He came home excited about what he learned.  The hands on work he did each day was just what he loved.  He learned  SO much in two weeks!  It was a wonderful experience for him.  Low class numbers gave him a lot of one on one time with the instructor as well.  I highly recommend this school.

He did a good job re-keying my house but he charges a $60 service call, which I think is exorbitant, especially when he's unprofessional enough to use my bathroom and to bring a small child with him.  He also had a young apprentice with him.  I felt like an expensive guinea pig.  A company should not charge a customer just to come out to do the job.  Do you want the business or not?  There is absolutely no value added to a service charge; it's a flat out "I'm going to rip you off up front."  Tell me what your rates are minus the service charge and then I'll think about using you again if I ever need you.  And next time, I will charge you for using my bathroom.

Best customer service I've ever experienced! Mr. Harmon waited for us even though traffic made us an hour late! He saved our trip and and made us the keys we lost on the road. Thank you Harmon's!

Called several locksmith for quick home rekeying and lock replacement. Others (Yelp high rated/reviewed) were creative pricing and competing pricing guys were not available/not responding to call/text. Got rekeying with antibump and mail lock replacement for 100 bucks with credit card payment. Yelp highly rated guys quoted me at least $135. He gave me quote on phone itself, on time and quick and easy job.

Had a great exsperence renting my storage uni at Security plus Self storage  they were convenent off 30th ave and grand and the mangers were very helpful

First time I utilized his services he was amazing. Second time he didn't respond in a timely manner not just that I ended up using another service because he failed to tell me when he was back in town given this situation I doubt I'll be needing him ever again . Cant believe I was recommended to him by Mr.Barry Iam a loyal customer To anyone I do business w/ and am a repeat customer often but given this experience to not even get a courtesy message if not call just to say hey got busy didn't forget something but his last message was a week ago and I needed my keys cut urgently . But I get he had to leave out of town but not being responsive keeping me up to date anyways safe travels ty for the initial experience May GodBless and keep you

Very helpful. The service man was knowledgeable.  Very polite .I would definitely call them if this happens again.

Just got off the phone with this company and he got frustrated when I asked for a price, basically hung up on me without saying goodbye. Customer service could use some fine tuning.

I called this company at 5:40am and left them a message to call me as soon as they were open that me and my dog were locked out of my house since shortly after midnight and it's been consistently over 95 degrees the whole time! They never returned my call and it's almost noon! Don't waste your time you will die of heat exhaustion before they return your call!

I called yesterday afternoon for a house rekey and this morning Robert arrived 15 minutes early.  He was nice and worked quickly to change out 14 locks. My crazy house (kids and dogs) didn't phase him one bit. I would absolutely recommend them and should the need ever arise again, they will be my first call!
